Tiffany & Co. pops up a breakfast service in Beverly Hills next month | Eater LA

"Modeled on a Manhattan jeweler’s popular Blue Box Cafe that opened in 2017, this powder‑blue, two‑day breakfast pop‑up in Beverly Hills ran May 4–5, 2019 on an outdoor patio just outside the Rodeo Drive flagship. The tightly curated menu was kept short and simple: a croissant with rhubarb jam, a Nutella Greek‑yogurt bowl, avocado toast topped with tri‑colored radishes and za’atar (with an optional poached egg), plus buttermilk waffles and a smoked‑salmon bagel; tea service featured a black tea labeled No. 727. Priced at $45 per person for a roughly two‑hour morning seat (9:00–11:15 a.m.), reservations via Resy were recommended given the New York cafe’s long waits, and all proceeds were donated to the nonprofit Baby2Baby." - Mona Holmes

I bought a Tiffanys bracelet from rodeo Dr and the first day I wore it broke. I still had the receipt that had warranty for 30 days I took into my local location the lady was so rude and tried to charge me to fix their faulty product. In the past I had been a repeat costumer but never again will I buy something from Tiffany’s. Honestly the products are cheap the silver scratches very easy and you would think bare minimum the service would be good. Worst luxury brand I’ve ever shopped with. Trash. Might as well light your money on fire- would be better quality and experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this company. I brought in my bracelet for repair, expecting the kind of service and professionalism that a brand of this reputation should provide. Unfortunately, what I encountered was far from acceptable. First, the repair process took over 30 days, which is far too long for a simple bracelet issue. During this time, communication was poor and there was no sense of urgency or accountability. When I finally followed up, I was told the bracelet showed “signs of pulling” and that I would be charged $75 for a replacement. This explanation makes no sense, as the bracelet was not damaged by me. The fact that the company refused to take responsibility and instead pushed the blame onto the customer shows a complete lack of integrity. After such a long wait and such disappointing treatment, I would have expected them to do the right thing and replace the bracelet at no cost. In the end, I reluctantly agreed to pay the $75 just to move forward, but this experience has left me with a very negative impression. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and quality, the way they handle customer issues is completely unacceptable. I will be sharing this review so others are aware of how little this company stands behind its products and how they treat loyal customers. I strongly urge management to take a serious look at how they handle service issues because situations like this damage trust and reputation more than they may realize.

Great Tiffany location! Always nicely greeted at the door and helped. They are the gold standard for service. Bought my wife's engagement ring here and it is spectacular. Thought of getting my wedding band from a different jewelry company, but because of poor service with that company, we came back to Tiffany and are happy we did.

My mom and I visited here the weekend before Christmas with a specific purchase in mind and Donielle was great at helping us make the final decision. The process was very easy and quick, but we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all.

Been a client for years (long before all these people were employed there) but something funny happened yesterday; Doorman a total doll, told him I had an appointment (yes, I make appointments) and told me to go LL, sales associates acting with such a mediocrity it's incredible they're employed, went to LL and I don't know who think is a good idea to have the man who works down there doing business, since now they charge 20USD for cleaning I refused the service and asked him: "Do you have polishing kits" he replied - They don't clean as good as we do - I'm asking you a specific question for Christ Sakes - This is why I AVOID luxury stores nowadays they're a nightmare.

I have always dreamt of shopping on Rodeo. I enjoyed purchasing my keepsakes here. It was a luxurious experience from beginning to end! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Google
Staff are very uneducated in what the law of videotaping from a sidewalk is and what is public and what is private there is no expectation of privacy in the public and as far as videotaping into the windows that they provided it is perfectly legal their rudeness and uneducation of the situation and the entitlement will live for eternity on the internet maybe they should worry about their image that they're portraying on the sidewalk instead of trying to be bullies to people walking up and down a public sidewalk. Security supervisor even told the bully to go away and he still remained there to try to intimidate law abiding citizens on a public sidewalk and your supervisor of security is badly mistaken Even though you my own your building people filming it from the street have ever right to because it's from a public sidewalk. And even kept threatening to call the Beverly hills Police department which has already came out and told the people there is no law being broken

Yelp
I went to the Beverly Hills Tiffany & Co store to get a pair of matching bracelets for me and my partner. I fell in love with the piece online but because of the size of my partner's wrist, I needed one larger than the largest available so a trip to the store was needed to see how we could make it happen. I was helped by Donielle Carter who walked me thru the whole process. Based on her investigation, I ended up buying two of the largest size they had and transferring a few links from mine to make it the correct dice for me and transferring those links to make his large enough to fit him. Not only was it the most cost effective way to the end hole but now there's also an additional poetic symbol of us being linked together forever. Thank you for all your help Donielle!

Yelp
Tiffany never disappoints! Located on the famous Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills adds to the experience!!! I've been shopping here for 24 years and I can honestly say I have had only 5 star experiences. Rita's service was amazing and I am looking forward to my next piece. A great selection to fit all budgets and tastes!

Yelp
This is a shout out to Lana, the sales associate who helped us choose a little gift. She was so patient, courteous and witty at times that we wanted to buy something even if we were not decided . She stayed after the store closed ( we came in late at the first place) and gave us some very good advice. She was not pushy and even suggested that we come another day when we made up our mind. Thank you for this wonderful service!

Yelp
Visited this location twice in one week. Staff is friendly - not stuffy - and is ready to help. I'd recommend this location.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place for its repair service. My wife and daughter's Cartier tank watches look great now. And, Scott is so knowledgeable!

Yelp
Tony who helped us was fabulous! He lathered us with love, shine, and glamorous attention. We definitely left tempted to buy if not with many ideas to come back. Thank you Tony!

Yelp
I am beyond disappointed with Tiffany & Co. I purchased seven pieces of sterling silver jewelry, paying a premium price, because I was assured by the salesperson that Tiffany offers lifetime complimentary cleaning. That promise made me feel a little better about spending so much money -- at least I would always have a way to maintain the pieces. Fast forward to the first time I try to use this service, and I am told it no longer exists. No explanation, no alternative, and no effort to make it right. This was a major selling point at the time of purchase, and now Tiffany is pretending it never mattered. That feels deceptive and misleading -- if not outright fraudulent. For such a "reputable" brand, Tiffany & Co. does not stand behind what they sell or the promises their employees make. If lifetime cleaning is gone, then what is the customer supposed to do -- pay ridiculous prices for jewelry and be left with nothing when Tiffany changes its policies? If Tiffany won't honor the service they sold me on, then they should refund my purchase or at least provide an alternative (such as free cleaning kits). But instead, they have provided no solution at all. Customers deserve to know that Tiffany & Co. does not honor commitments made at the time of sale. Think twice before spending your money here.

Yelp
My daughter and I came in as she was looking for a chain link bracelet (return to Tiffany collection). We were greeted by a sales associate by the name of JuliAnna and from the beginning she had a very welcoming tone. She assisted us with showing us different pieces and although my daughter had made her decision of which to purchased we mentioned to JuliAnna that we would return shortly to purchase. We left and returned to make the purchase. While waiting we were greeted by another associate and was kind enough to bring us water as we waited for JuliAnna to finish up with her appointment. We finally made the purchase and we were happy that Julianna was able to assist us with. I am giving 5 stars for the excellent service Julianna gave us. BUT I would totally give 3 star for the other several sales associates that treated us as if we were not there as we waited for Julianna to return. One as a matter of fact African American was very snobby and rude with us. Others would just stare at us and not offer any help or even just acknowledge our presence. I would only return to purchase if I had an appointment with Julianna other than that I wouldn't waste my money or my time dealing with anyone else in that store.

Yelp
Huge thanks to Albina! Love all of my Tiffany, and so appreciate their help in keeping it beautiful. Stopped by for a cleaning of my silver diamond point frame. Albina and her team always do such a great job. While there, she noticed I was wearing a Paloma Picasso knot ring, and offered to give it a quick cleaning as well. When she returned, my ring was even more beautiful. I complimented her on her gold lock bracelet, and learned that she received it in conjunction with receiving their Charles Lewis award for exceptional customer service. Well-deserved! Love Tiffany. Love this location. And love the commitment to ongoing customer service. Huge thanks as always, and special shout out to Albina!

Yelp
Tiffany in Century City : total terrible experience !! My son bought a Bracelet to Mother's Day. It was small and we called them to exchange for a larger one. We called to exchange, they charged my credit card the same amount my son have already paid. I called 3 times, they cancelled the charge and said that the store will order and call us. No one called. We called again and they said it will be ready on Wednesday (it was Monday) On Wednesday we went to the store but just one person to attend and 5 customers !!! I strongly not !!! recommend this company and this store

Yelp
Not the Tiffany's I loved. Fashion Valley Tiffany's has gone down a different path since they were purchased by LV. I shop at Cartier now.

Yelp
After only a month of owning a set of pearl earrings and matching necklace, the jewelry has tarnished beyond belief. These pictures are fresh from picking up the jewelry from being cleaned at the store. For it to take 48 hours to clean, the job is lousy. You can see crud in the crevices and the color is lacking luster in person. It should be shining brilliantly. This jewelry is brand new. I'm disappointed with the quality of the jewelry. My husband visited the store to drop it off and he claims they were rude to him and ignored him for a while. When I came in on a Saturday a nice gentleman opened the door for me and showed me the way to the cleaning area. The lady who gave my jewelry back was pleasant and informative. These two experiences are very contradictory and troubling. The bottom line is, I will think very carefully before buying something from here again. It seems the quality is not matching up to the promise and the care is below subpar. Very disappointed.

Yelp
Well.. let me tell ya.. we were shopping for my wedding band and we never planned to go to Tiffany's let alone made a purchase there. Anyways.. we're there. First thing that strikes me is service. We weren't even dressed like the typical customers.. but we were warmly greeted and our salesman patiently showed us everything we wanted to see and answered all our questions only to hear thank you we need to think. We went on to shop at a few more local jewelers. And we came back to Tiffany's. Because that simple yet elegant design grabbed me and held on to me for dear life as I was checking out other bands everywhere else. Some had very similar design but none were that exceptionally detailed and were much more affordable. They did look like cheap replicas compared to Tiffany's to an appreciative eye. We were greeted again and this time we celebrated our purchase. Pro tip: request champagne when you make your purchase if they forget to offer it to you. Now, I now Tiffany's is not known for wedding bands, but given my customer experience and the design quality I'm going to come back here to splurge.

Yelp
From the moment we walked in the experience was superb. We were greeted and showed around without feeling the pressure of having to buy anything. We went in just to look but the sales associate was so great to us my husband ended up buying me my first Tiffany T ring. Absolutely lovely ring. Thanks for making the ir shopping experience the best. Sales associate: R. Ghassemi

Yelp
During this pandemic, they provided hand sanitizer upon entry. They catered to you and sanitized after every use. My salesperson, Melissa, was very knowledgeable. I had several styles in mind but forgot their names. She showed me everything I had in mind and other pieces that would go well with my collection. I really appreciated her expertise but my wallet didn't. I bought all the pieces I tried on. That happens when your husband lets you explore alone. Lol. My kids had a photoshoot too while waiting. This store was spotless and beautifully staged. Love it!

Yelp
Took me and my girl shopping here last month to look at some gear here. Looked inside as we were doing our little walk around tour in the city. We purchased a few items and all . Wonderful place to get your bling on many different things. Nice store and good service. I will pay them another visit.

Yelp
This was a very different company when I was growing up. I received a small keychain as a gift recently. It bent and lost its shape within six months. I brought it in, hoping that they would adjust it for free. Instead, they wanted to charge me $70 to fix some thing that I've had less than six months (and retail probably around 150). It's like one of those manufacturing warranties where you pay as much as the item in order to fix it, even though they built it in a faulty way. If you're going to create a keychain, it should actually be able to hold keys. I almost lost my keys because of how flimsy this thing fell apart. And the rep said (condescendingly, of course, , you pay extra for that ) "it's silver and silver bendsssss" then perhaps don't make keychains if the foundational metal is one that Benz and loses its shape... no? And let's never forget to mention that the staff here in Customer Service says it was just a little bit arrogant and condescending. Makes you never want to walk back in here when you're going to purchase something big.

Yelp
Had Nancy as a sales person. Man she couldn't sell water to a dehydrated man. I came in to see a piece I liked but in person it looked much different. I asked her if there was anything else she can show me. Zero movement, just annoyed. I tell her a bit of my taste etc, and she shows me something 5x the price I was at, with a stuck up attitude . You know when you go to a high end store and the employees are the snobby ones? Like why are you being snobby? They act almost like they own the store , maybe an insecurity thing.. anyway.. I tried lightening her mood made a joke and eventually just pull out my phone and have to shop online and ask her to show me things I found on my own. I only asked for 3 items but she was annoyed every time. Like cmon, I want to buy something, show me things, talk to me, instead I had to browse on my phone and shop like that. This is my fourth time shopping at Tiffany's. Second at this location every other sales person was good. Talked to me, showed me things. You know actually sold the products. Nancy was just playing the I'm too cool part a little too hard. Touch Grass Nancy.. touch grass. Everyone else was friendly, I just wish I had a different sales person. Would have loved to kept shopping but after I bought it I just didn't want to deal with her anymore.

Yelp
Came to get my ring cleaned during a visit to Beverly Hills. They told me to go to the basement where I waited for over 30 mins - man, the shopping experience really goes subpar when you've finally purchased from this Tiffany location. I was also 'educated' on how my ring is cleaned - and that my expectations are out of bounds - despite having the same cleaning service I requested at several Tiffany stores in Boston and DC. Yikes!!! Will not return here ever again!

Yelp
Tiffany & Co Tiffany sells jewelry, sterling silver, china, crystal, stationery, fragrances, water bottles, watches, personal accessories, as well as some leather goods. Many of these goods are sold at Tiffany stores, as well as through direct-mail and corporate merchandising. Tiffany is renowned for its luxury goods and is particularly known for its diamond and sterling silver jewelry. Tiffany markets itself as an arbiter of taste and style is as described by wiki. Tiffany is a worldwide recognized brand. Tiffany on Rodeo Drive is the one I've frequented. Fortunate to have parents who gifted me with high quality jewelry, but unknowingly I acquired luxe taste. Then I only wanted luxe brand jewelry and Tiffany is among the list of my preferred. The various designers within Tiffany include: Peretti, Picasso, Schlumberger. Collections are extensive too many to list, but love love the diamonds, sugarstack, gems, bubbles, jazz and metro. Retrospectively, many of my personal jewelry collection are gifts I received from paramours, admirers and bfs are mostly from Tiffany on Rodeo Drive. The staff working in the sections of my favorite collections were very professional, thoughtful and always attentive. Really Like that they stayed in touch with the handwritten cards and notes, it's a nice touch and very classy. They also sent notes and cards to my gifting/benefactors reminding them of special dates of celebration. I'm the lucky recipient of these gifts :) My obsession for Tiffany extended to home decor; clocks, crystal, stemware, frames... and I also named my first little angel furbabe Tiffany!!! My family and I are guilty of naming our pets with designer brands :) My furbabe Tiffany is in heaven, which why I have not visited this store in a while. My furbabe Tiffany she loved shopping with me at this store and had her own collection of a Tiffany jewelry; mostly the 'Return to Tiffany' sterling silver dog tag collection that people wear as necklaces :) Must say that most of the staff are cordial and dog friendly. Definitely recommend+

Yelp
Not your NY flagship but this would be California's equivalent. The experience of purchasing a Tiffany piece is a wonderful feeling. I don't expect anything less especially from this timeless store. I love that they offer free cleaning. I love that I'm greeted by security once I step inside. I love that the sales associates look up to me with a smile when they see me perusing through the rows of expensive jewelry that are calling my name! There's free valet parking right under this shopping mall, just route to TWO RODEO.

Alya K.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I are frequent buyers at Tiffany's. I went in with a few of my girlfriends to try on engagements rings and was received by very condescending and misogynistic behavior. It ruined my day as we were simply excited to see the selection prior to making an appointment. He was aggressive about my budget (I don't have one), was forced to put a number on it and then was declined trying on rings that were "outside of my budget". When I tried on a ring that was "in my budget" my friend asked to try it on and he replied "that will be $10".. Kindness is not a hard virtue. Do better.

B T.

Yelp
For it to be a high end jeweler the service is bad. It took 20 minutes for them to acknowledge us even though it was not crowded. The more I think about it I'm probably going to take the Tiffany necklace back. No respect, no money.

Yelp
On December 19th, 2020, my husband and I visited this Tiffany & Co. location on Rodeo Drive to purchase a bracelet for myself for the holidays. After understandably waiting outside for our turn to shop, we were finally assigned J. Kim as my "Sales Professional" and our visit immediately turned south. After requesting that we utilize the hand sanitizer at the door, J. Kim hurried downstairs with the assumption that we would follow (without any verbal direction). My husband and I had to confirm with the door manager that we should follow the salesman and also confirmed that the sterling silver jewelry was displayed downstairs (I was not aware that he knew what I was shopping for). It was clear from that moment that I was not going to get the customer service I expected from Tiffany & Co. After finally finding J. Kim downstairs, I shared that I was looking to purchase the Tiffany heart tag charm bracelet and he directed me over to the charm bracelet display case (which was not exactly what I was looking for). I showed him a picture of SKU:18967537 on my phone and he shared that they were not in stock and offered no further workaround. I then requested to try on a few sizes of similar bracelets so that I could order the charm bracelet to be shipped directly to my home, starting with 7.5 inches. With rude hesitation, J. Kim pulled out a 7.5 bracelet and my husband assisted me in trying it on. As it did not clasp, I requested to try a 8.0 or 8.5 and was told by J. Kim that he did not have any 8.0 or 8.5 bracelets in stock that I could try on and "I could measure my wrist at home and order online." I was floored and felt that I was being pushed out of the store and was not valid as a customer (although I have been a life-long customer of Tiffany's and even proudly wore Tiffany pearls on my recent wedding day as an incredible gift from my now-husband). As my intent that evening was to purchase a self-love gift for myself so that I could have the blue box under my Christmas tree to open as a gift on Christmas Day, I asked J. Kim if we could look around at other items. He clearly annoyed said, "Sure," and immediately pulled out a mobile device and began following us as we looked around (which I'm certain is standard protocol). I asked him to share an overview of the store and where certain items were located (i.e. pearls, etc.) and he extremely rudely stated, "I don't know what you are asking." My husband sensed my immediate frustration and stepped in to calm me down. We had drove 45+ miles to this location and stood outside for 25+ minutes in the cold only to receive this terrible service. I almost asked J. Kim if I could have another sales person but wanted to just finish my visit as soon as possible at that point. I found another bracelet that I would maybe be interested in and asked to see it close-up. At that time, J. Kim pulled out a 8.0 (which he had previously shared was not in stock). My husband and I looked at each other in shock as we had clearly been lied to, and he helped me try it on. I decided to stay with the bracelet I had originally intended to purchase and although the 8.0 fit, I stated that I would like it to be a bit more loose at that is the style for the heart charm bracelet. J. Kim told me that a 8.5 would be sufficient to order and it was ME who had to nudge him to place the order there to be shipped to my home (although he DOES NOT deserve the commission from my purchase). J. Kim started the order at his computer and when it was time for me to pay, my husband asked him to confirm what he was ordering for me. J. Kim repeated the order, stating that it was a 7.5 being ordered. That was NOT what we had just talked about and I'm glad my husband stepped in to confirm the order. J. Kim told me I would have to order the 8.0 and then bring it in for a repair to get additional links added. I advised that we did not live close and requested that it be customed ordered to be delivered as-is (even if that meant I would not receive it in time for Christmas). He FINALLY shared that I could pay a $35 Servicing fee to add the links at the time of this order and get it delivered as a 8.5. We completed the transaction with no excitement and my experience at the Rodeo Drive Tiffany's was killed by J. Kim. It was clear he was disappointed that I was not going to purchase a higher-ticket item or he was exhausted from the day. Either way, I walked out of the store extremely disappointed and briefly shared that with the door man and he apologized. As my husband and I waited for the elevator to take us down to the parking structure, the door man ran after us with his iPad and shared that he would make a note for someone to contact me from the location. I shared that I would appreciate that and am STILL waiting for that call. 10+ days ago I sent an e-mail to the Beverly Hills location and Corporate Customer Service and I have still not received a response. Bummer!

Yelp
Thank you Yulia for everything. We had been shopping all day spending good and extreme amounts of money. I was exhausted. I had no intention on buying much other than a new collar and leash set for the dog. We just had an ugly Pretty Woman "Big Mistake" moments earlier at a department store on Wilshire just down the street whose name I will not mention. We had just spent 18K at Louis Vuitton. And I had no intention on buying anything else that day; other than for the dog. Do to your understanding and kindness she ended up buying some jewelry from you. Thank you for the champagne; it really took the edge off.

Yelp
I've been to different Tiffany & Co locations and this place is the worst. Once - ok, it happens but twice? It's not acceptable for a high end brand like Tiffany & Co. . Went in for an exchange, needed a smaller size ring and they didn't have it. I was told that no store has it in the size anymore since the style is " old " and Tiffany is discontinuing it since " everyone already has it and people want new items ". Sorry I'm not everyone and I haven't purchased it in the past!! The salesperson didn't even bother showing me alternatives and every time I asked her to show me an item she looked like Im getting on her nerves. She just said " how about I just return the money and you can come again " in a rude way. - will never return to that location!!!

Yelp
So, this is a perfect example of first impressions is everything. I dropped by this location today to have 3 of my rings cleaned and the reception I received from the security staff at the front was shocking! I was dressed casually as I had been running errands all day and when I attempted to enter the store I was wearing my mask and the security guy literally just stared at me. Having been to other Tiffany's locations in the past many times, I was expecting their usual, "hello, welcome, how can we assist you today?". Instead I received a cold glare. I then, explained why I was there and he just told me to sanitize my hands and tried to persuade me to leave as it would take too long for my rings to be cleaned as they had to be shipped to New York in times of COVID19. He came so close to me that I felt that he didn't want me to enter (so much for their staff adhering to social distancing regulations). I told him I understand and then he blurted out that I was wearing my mask inside out continuing with that rude, tasteless and offensive stare. I changed my mask and the other security guard yelled from across the store that I was wearing it the wrong way. It was at that point that I started to feel that they just didn't want me in the store because perhaps I was wearing torn jeans and flats - SOCIAL PROFILE MUCH? I told the guard that I wanted to speak to the service staff anyway to see my options of having my rings cleaned and he pointed to the elevator. I waited in the wait room for 10 min with no one coming out, while in the meantime, another customer joined me and she too didn't want to wait and we were about to leave when someone finally came out and asked us how she could help. I told her that I wanted my 3 rings cleaned and she said that since it's not done currently in store it would have to be sent to New York. She also told me that it would be a $50 charge for each ring. Tiffany's policy is lifetime cleaning for all their rings free of charge and I reminded her of that....but she didn't know. I have one word of advice for this store. Match the quality of service with the quality of your rings! I was appalled after I left. Never going back.

Yelp
I went in this Christmas Eve morning to pickup a ring I inherited from my friend who passed away last year. They needed to fix the band, it took three weeks or longer and the band comes back 3 and a half sizes TOO SMALL. After I have PAID for the repair on the cracked band. I can't fit on any finger. I intended to wear this on Christmas for my friend. I am gutted I won't be able to this year. Is it Fred Meyers or Tiffany's ... you decide for yourself. Beware.

Yelp
Wonderful experience. I got gifts for my mother, MOH and bridesmaids here through a Breakfast at Tiffany's private party. I had a total of 8 women and they were very accommodating of such a large group. I had two private parties and each one consisted of delicious desserts, drinks and amazing service. Claire was my sales associate and made sure to communicate with me on which items I wanted for the showing and made it happen. On a day where she wasn't working, Roxy was my sales associate and was wonderful. She has a friendly and kind demeanor. She provided necklaces that she thought would fit my taste and I eventually decided on a necklace that they had on reservation for me. They were also able to reserve another necklace for my mom and she absolutely loves it. I was also trying to choose a gift for my sister, who lives out of town, and Roxy was kind enough to try on the necklaces to help us envision it. We eventually bought a necklace from an old collection that was discontinued since that was the only one my sister liked. However, Roxy was phenomenal and provided amazing customer service. My mom adores her! For the private party with my bridal party, Claire was patient and helpful in helping each girl choose an item to fit their taste and personality. She was great in setting everything up and always was quick to respond to any of my texts. Thank you to both for making everything go flawlessly.

Yelp
My experience at Tiffany & Co. had humble beginnings; where purchasing the lowest cost silver pieces of jewelry was an event. My first purchase of a silver necklace was at Tiffany South Coast Plaza almost 15 years ago and it was a pleasant one. I can't remember the salesman that helped me initially, but his kind and helpful demeanor gave me reason to explore Tiffany and Co. more over the years. When I first came to Tiffany Beverly Hills almost a decade ago, I actually met with customer service first. The person who helped me was Albina. I didn't know it at the time but Albina is basically the most real, down to Earth, no nonsense, and friendly face of Tiffany. Over a short time, my family and I developed a familial bond with her which led to her seeing us through some of the best and worst times of our lives. When we were going through the worst of it, Albina cared more than we could ever have expected. Thank you so much Albina, we love you so much for everything you've done for us. We made some amazing friends on the sales side and management side over the years at Tiffany Beverly Hills as well. We absolutely love Joanna H. due to her warmth, kindness, caring and conscientiousness. Tiffany Beverly Hills is a second home to my family and I because Joanna manages the store so wonderfully. Also, I have to mention Johann whose passion, knowledge and uplifting personality really brings the fun to something that can be stuffy at other places. Thank you both for being so great, we adore you both and we feel adored in return. Now you might think we were treated especially well because we spent a ton of cash but this wasn't the case for greater than half of our 15 year relationship with Tiffany and Co. Sometimes in life, you make genuine connections with people and those connections can create opportunities. As such, when my finances improved, I was eager to purchase some of the more special pieces from Tiffany when the opportunities presented themselves. However, I can't stress enough that most of the higher end purchases happened after the amazing camaraderie we experienced, and those connections have only strengthened because we were happy to put our money to work for the people we love so much (not to mention the absolutely stunning jewelry that you get). I would like to specifically thank past friends we made at Tiffany (Mary J. and Francine T. especially) that helped us establish such loyalty to the Tiffany brand and their people. So, if you're still reading, I'll give you one piece of useful advice. Be a decent human being and treat people with respect and kindness. It also helps to be excited about the Tiffany brand and their products, especially the works of art pieces you can't afford (dare to dream and show appreciation for their beauty). Just do these things and you'll be treated extremely well even if you don't have the means to be as spendy as you would like. Also, if you do have the means, appreciate what you buy and treat the pieces well. Tiffany people appreciate other Tiffany people that genuinely love and cherish their pieces. Oh, did I forget to review their actual products? Well, over the years we've purchased home goods (ceramics, glass, bowls, silverware), leather goods (wallet and purse), and jewelry of all different types. All I have to say is that I've never regretted a single purchase and never had the temptation to go anywhere else. So in short, their products speak for themselves regardless of their higher prices. Some think luxury brands are a rip off but I personally feel and see the quality for Tiffany goods that warrant higher prices (not wishful thinking, I just pay attention to the details). Not to mention, their brand brings much higher resale values when compared to any non-branded jewelry. Arguably, Tiffany has one of the strongest resale values even among its peers based on what I've seen from various sources due to consistently strong demand. Tiffany is also unique in that they sell items that are accessible to less than wealthy people. Some say that dilutes the brand and loses the luster of exclusivity but I say that's elitist drivel. If you want exclusive, try buying a Blue Book piece or a Tiffany marked Patek Philippe watch to satisfy your desires. If someone buying silver and home goods somehow makes that less special, get a life and maybe get some therapy to try being a better person. At the end of the day, Tiffany shares their beauty and art with almost everyone. Their treasures are attainable goals for most and that may be the most beautiful thing of all right next to all the amazing people that are a part of the Tiffany family.

Yelp
After eyeing a rose gold Hardwear bracelet for a year, I decided to splurge for my bday and finally purchase it. The greeters immediately helped me find a sales representative when I entered the building. Svetlana greeted me and said she would assist me during my visit. We walk down to the 2nd story and check out the Hardwear collection. After choosing the bracelet I've been wanting for a year, we start to check out. During check out, I was having issues with my debit card. I start worrying what could be wrong since I have sufficient funds. I call Chase and speak to them for around 20 minutes trying to figure out why it keeps declining. While I am getting stressed out worrying if I'll have to come back another time, Svetlana is calm and helpful toward my situation. Eventually Chase tells me it's declining because I have a max daily spending limit because my checking account is less than 180 days old. Svetlana offers to let me pay my max spending limit on my Chase card, then the rest on my other debit card. Thank god I still had money in my other account! Thank you Svetlana and T&CO for the great customer service I experienced last weekend! I'm very thrilled about my early Bday purchase!

Yelp
I love this store. I always get wonderful service here. They can ship gifts for you as well. Just pick it out, they'll put it in the blue box with ribbon and ship it off with a gift card. I'm a big fan of their barware. My friends seem to enjoy a big blue box full of glasses... wine glasses, martini glasses and recently they have beer glasses. My friends and I love the crystal pilsner glasses. They have many gifts under $100 and even a special section on the web site: http://www.tiffany.com/Shopping/CategoryBrowse.aspx?cid=563630&mcat=148207 I like their Christmas ornaments and enjoy sending those out in early December for friends and family to hang on their trees :) I am pleased that I get the same service here in jeans and a t-shirt as I do on the rare occasion when I shop in a suit.

Yelp
Helpful staff had put the ring I was getting as a "promise ring" for my girlfriend on hold for me since it was the last one in her size. I got it and sadly the size she told me was not her size apparently -_- Thankfully though Tiffanys helped me swap it for the proper size even though I misplaced the receipt. Ken I believe was the gentleman who helped me and made it easy from start to finish. Within a week the correct size had came to the store and I was able to just walk in and grab it ^_^

Yelp
Worst experience ever. They keep ignoring me for 30 mins. It's unprofessional and for me I feel racism. The staff at the counter continue talking to people after me and ignoring me that I was standing right in front of them. The point is never about WAITING, it's about being respected and don't "CHOOSE"your customers. I been experiencing different luxury brands for so many year including Bvlgari and Cartier, but never been treated like this. Never gonna shop Tiffany again.

Yelp
A great American institution. Brilliant designers, iconic traditions, important milestones in our lives celebrated by a Tiffany gift. It's Tiffany blue wrappings and charming small gift bags are always thrilling to receive.

Yelp
The service is outstanding. Everyone greets you with a helpful and welcoming smile even when you're wearing active wear! I came into exchange a gift I received with no gift receipt. The item had been discontinued and they happily accepted it regardless with zero issue. Andrea helped me and she was so lovely and accommodating. She showed me rings in the same price range as the gift I was returning and I found something I adore that is perfect for me. She noticed that the (Tiffany) necklace I was wearing needed to be cleaned so she directed me downstairs where they do it overnight for free. I left feeling oh so fancy and pretty with my new addition! 2 hours free parking in the valet only structure and complimentary Fiji water too.

Yelp
My husband got me a ring here 3 months ago. I already decided what I want to have so it was very quick visit but had a wonderful time:) A guy who took care of us was very nice and friendly, such a gentleman. And thank you for bringing a juice for my little boy!

Yelp
Kian is truly amazing at what he does! I was in a time crunch and he was able to take care of me right away he is such a great asset to there team. He made me really feel like a valued customer if I could give 6 stars I would!

Yelp
My fiancé and I initially avoided Rodeo just being from LA we avoid tourists at all costs. However it was well worth maneuvering through BHills as their staff was insanely helpful. We went into resize my wedding band and their customer service team just made our day! For those who know Tiffany's jewelry eternity bands or anything with a 360 design can't be resized... not to self don't let others buy jewelry for you. We were turned away from the Tiffany's at Americana and told there was nothing they could do. But Rodeo customer service, with missing a beat offered to resize the ring without charge. I wish I got her name but she was so sincere and kind. Love Love Love Then my future hubs and I went up to get his band and Brittney helped us find his discontinued ring. It was exactly what we wanted. I think i would have died if they sold out... And to make it sweeter, they gave us heart shaped cookies!! Rodeo is worth the trip since they have way more stock than the other LA stores. If you are looking for a specific item, go there first! It will save you hours of traffic traveling around town. And thank god they have complimentary parking below-- A+

Yelp
Exemplary service. In business school, we learned about the Nordstrom model of customer service and the Marriott service recovery anecdotes. But to consistently experience the Tiffany brand of service is truly amazing. I've been to South Coast Plaza, the Americana at Glendale, Vegas and even the Cabo San Lucas stores. While the level of attention at all of those stores is exemplary, the Beverly Hills location is truly superb. Without quoting hyperbole, from the moment the valet greets you to when the parking elevator doors open, you immediately feel that you have arrived. As I approached the store's main doors, the security guard automatically opened the doors for me and directed me to a sales' associate. Coming in only for a polish and cleaning of my ring, I was directed to another elevator and told to push LL. It might was well have read luxury lobby because when I exited, the staff downstairs knew already that I was there to have my ring polished and cleaned and greeted me with a felt lined pad on which I placed my ring. The waiting area is very comfortable and I was offered a refreshment while I waited. I felt like I was in someone's living room rather than a store waiting area. Surprisingly, the associate was done polishing and cleaning my ring faster than any of the other stores I mentioned above and I was back in the elevator to the parking garage in less than 10 minutes. From the time you pull up to the time you leave, it's truly worthwhile to experience this location.

Yelp
Wonderful service here at the Rodeo drive location. I have been shopping at Tiffany's for years for those special gifts you want to have to remember for years to come. Great selection of gifts for any budget. The store is beautifully set up since it's the flagship store. In search of a Birthday gift for a friend after viewing several options, I picked the Silver and Rose circle pendant. My sales girl was very patient and showed me all the options available in the similar price range. Perfectly wrapped up in the famous blue box and bag! Always a nice experience shopping at Tiffany's The jewelry quality here is just what you expect. I received a silver initial pendant as a gift which I have always loved. Staff is always friendly and helpful regardless of other reviews. Public parking lot with 2 hours free close by, just a short walk. The newer location in the Valley at the Topanga mall is also a great store but much smaller.

Yelp
Love Tiffany's. Spent thousands there. Now, one of my keyring got brutally out of shape, and I thought they can fix it, after all it's a major store and I thought they do minor repairs in house. 2nd floor send me down one floor, who sent me down one floor to customer service. Repair takes three weeks, they have to send it to New York. The small jeweler round the corner fixed it in 10 minutes, for 10% of Tiffany's price. I am questioning my love to Tiffany's a bit.

Yelp
I've walked into this Tiffany several times but surprisingly never made a purchase. It's iconic of course and a serious tourist destination. I think that's the reason why. To my amazement, I was greeted by a friendly professional staff member who had just transferred from the Manhattan store. I told her I've been eyeing the aquamarine version of the Diamonds by the Yard collection so she showed me where to go. The associate who helped me was cordial and professional as well. We bonded over her Cartier love bangle. They didn't have the necklace I wanted available so I opted for the silver version. It is delicate and simple which means I can layer it tastefully. It's my birthday month so why not! She then mentioned how this one would be added to my catalog. Yikes! I have a catalog and I swear she scrolled through a couple pages on her screen! How embarrassing. After spending an afternoon in Beverly Hills and being bombarded by all the flashy labels women had on their purses, clothing and jewelry, my elegant necklace was refreshing.

Yelp
Talk about some of the worst customer service ever. Walked in to take a look at some of their jewelry, I asked the representative there to help me, I explained what I was looking for she kind of walked me over and stood there awkwardly, never once offered guidance. Never asked me any questions. Never even offered additional help. Almost as if she's waiting for me to roll out with my hundred dollar bills before she can even speak to me. I felt that this place was very disrespectful. Not to mention everything is extremely overpriced but that's Tiffany's for you. Would never step foot into this store or any other Tiffany store again. They should be ashamed of how their business is running. If I can give negative stars definitely would. Put your money elsewhere you'll get better quality and better people to deal with.

Yelp
Came here this morning with my friends Rico and Thomas, taking a gander at some of T&Co's offerings...what can I say, I have an affinity for tiny Tiffany blue boxes/bags! ;-) My friends proceeded ahead of me as I wanted to do the touristy thing of snapping a photograph of the entryway. I advanced through the doors and was promptly greeted by security and then by a Sales Professional by the name of John Bishop. I explained to him that I normally shop at the T&Co South Coast Plaza and have only been to the Rodeo store one time prior. We chatted for about four minutes about a number of topics. He was a very nice person. I then met up with my friends as they were being assisted by a SP in the silver jewelry department. I didn't get her name, but the woman who was assisting them was stuck-up and totally fake. I could tell she prejudged us, operating under the assumption that we were not serious patrons and would not purchase anything. I HATE sales people like that! I've only encountered that 'tude at Tiffany's two other times: once at South Coast Plaza (where I was standing around looking for over five minutes and the chick never assisted me, so I hunted down someone and complained, making a purchase with that Sales Professional), and the other time at the Tiffany located at the Bellagio in Vegas (I was going to buy, my now ex, a necklace/bracelet/earring ensemble, which I ended up buying at South Coast Plaza). We went upstairs and wanted to take a peek at the 14-carat Emerald Cut engagement ring (which only costs $2.6 million) and were immediately greeted by both SP there. One lady ended up assisting a couple looking at The Tiffany Setting, while the other was really nice and wanted to assure and answer any questions we had. The SP's name was Nora Primo...a true sweetheart! It grieves me to leave this 4 star rating all because of one sales person's indiscretion. We came back down and she copped an attitude, dispelling any notion of us making a purchase. Boy, she sure changed after we purchased something! The moral of this story? Make sure you see Nora or John if you are interested in patronizing the Rodeo store.

Yelp
*** Ho, Ho, Ho ... it is Xmas time of year again. *** Tiffany & Co has been my goto spot for Xmas gifts. This year their customer service didn't let me down. I ordered a chain online but the chain came up short. Since it was engraved I needed a quick fix Xmas Eve. Customer Service presented several helpful options. I opted to buy another chain that wasn't shown online. It actually helps a lot to see each piece in person first. *** 2hr free valet prkg in subterranean garage, fyi. ***
