Since I was a little girl, I dreamed of a Tiffany Diamond ring and I am very Thankful for Nadine & the wonderful team at Tiffany & Co, in Red Bank, NJ for their help picking the most beautiful diamond to wear every day for the rest of my life. I look forward to my free ring cleaning visits and picking out more jewelry to add to my collection every year!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at this location yesterday. We popped in initially just to browse and were greeted promptly by the friendly staff. Danielle assisted us in looking at a line my daughter was interested in. She was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. While they didn’t have the particular piece in store for us to see (it’s a popular one), she was able to order for us and even make up a little bag for my daughter to bring home so she didn’t leave empty handed. I received notification last night that her necklace would be arriving today! Very satisfied with the service and attentiveness. Danielle made my daughter feel very special, thank you!

The associate wouldn’t stop pushing my wife to buy things she didn’t want. We shop at this Tiffany often and never had this problem before, but this experience was uncomfortable enough that we’ll be going to other locations from now on.

Awesome experience with customer service! Walk in the rear door and go to your right... Customer service is there. We walked through the front door and we're greated by smiles from the entire team. Told them what we needed and they joyfully escorted us to the customer service area in the back. In this day and age of digital shopping... It was nice to know you can come here to interact with live people in person who actually want to interact with you.

Today, I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at the Tiffany & Co. in Red Bank. I went in to exchange an online gift and asked if the remaining balance could be returned to the original purchaser's card. The person who helped me, Nadine, initially told me this was possible. However, when we got to the actual exchange, she changed her story and said it couldn't be done. She also falsely claimed that it was the 30th day and my final opportunity to make the exchange which was not true. I had a valid receipt and was still well within the return window. Despite that, Nadine gave me no alternative solutions for how the exchange could be processed properly. Instead, I was issued a Tiffany gift card. When I asked to cancel or reverse the exchange, I was told it couldn't be undone. I also spoke with the manager, who offered no help. After leaving the store, I called Tiffany & Co. customer service, and without any issue, they told me the remaining balance would be refunded to the original purchaser's card and the gift card would be canceled. So why did I have to go through all of that at the Red Bank location? I walked in expecting a quick, respectful experience and left feeling misled, disrespected, and frustrated. Tiffany & Co. is supposed to be known for excellent customer service but unfortunately, this location does not live up to that reputation at all. It's clear the workers at this location are more interested in commission based sales than in genuinely helping customers. If you're making a return or exchange, don't expect to be treated with respect here. I absolutely do not recommend the Red Bank location to anyone.

Every Christmas I buy my wife a really nice piece that she could someday pass down to my granddaughters come on Tiffany's only gets better with time

They let me down, and it cost me something very precious to me. I do not recommend. I inherited a Tiffany dive watch; I took it in for full servicing, including a new battery. They told me that doing so required all seals to be replaced and assured me the watch would be under warranty to hold up underwater, at depths, again after they opened it for the servicing. So I had them service the watch. They had assured me the watch was warranted to go diving again, (I am a diver), but the one time it went down on a shallow check out dive while on vacation, the seals failed the saltwater breached the watch ruining the inner workings and the watch. Now they want $693.06 to rebuild it to repair what they said was warrantied not to happen after servicing. I won't pay them to rebuild something that was supposed to be under warranty from happening from the last time they opened it up. I can not trust they will do the work right after failing me this time. I will not do business with them again. I usually don't do many negative reviews; I just can't believe the watch is ruined now. I hope this helps others who are thinking about the investment of fine accessories, jewelry or a watch, know it will someday need servicing, you will need to depend on your shop being up to doing the necessary work properly and honoring their warranties. I hope you fair better than I did.

What's not to love about a Blue Box? This elegant building is a perfect setting to house such wonderful jewelry. I recall when the store opened up-the young gals from Red Bank Catholic were agog looking at the rings!

The sales people are a bit snobby and should be more amiable to people who are spending $$$

Love is Tiffany's cause it's close to home. The staff is always friendly. They're helpful & I prefer this location over the one in NYC. Yes the one in Manhattan is huge, many floors BUT, customer service is much better. I was treated badly by one of the staff members in the city & for that reason never went back. This location everyone I've come into contact with has been helpful & patient. I usually come here with my children & they don't seem to mind it at all. My 6 year old likes to roam & look at all the shiny jewelry which is welcomed by the staff. Of course I'll 100% be back here.

The attention from our salesperson was the best, thanks for everything Danielle, my husband and I love our wedding rings.

I had a Tiffany gift that I wanted to exchange for a store credit. The sales lady couldn't be bothered to repeat something that she said after disappearing a few times to ask her boss something about the return. Each time she came back, she caught me off guard and just started talking without first getting my attention. Maybe no "sales commission" for a "store credit" equals "snootiness"? I certainly won't come back to this location!

Danielle at Tiffany's was so sweet and super helpful. I went in to have her authenticate a pair of diamond earrings from a non T&Co pair. After doing so she cleaned them and returned them to me in a new duster bag. 10/10 customer service :)

It's a wonder they have no reviews I had a phenomenal time here! Located in Red Bank on Broad Street, this beautiful Tiffany's does not lack in appearance on the inside or out! I got there in hopes to find a specific necklace I've been eying online and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by several employees! They were attentive but not smothering!! After doing some browsing I asked them to show me where they had there necklaces and they were able to show me the exact one I was looking for ! I than was schooled on how to take care of my piece and they wrapped my gift up beautifully!! I was in and out in no time! The only thing I can say is this location does seem to be a little smaller than the rest but it still most definitely does the trick !

Stay away from an employee named "Sharon". She's a nightmare. Horribly rude and should NOT be working in any kind of customer service industry. I was horrified when they told me I would have to pay TWO HUNDRED dollars to get a diamond replaced that FELL OUT of my etoile band. This ring already cost thousands of dollars and you're gonna try to tell me I have to pay $200 to replace a stone that fell out of the ring? Sharon was NOTHING but nasty during my entire experience in the store and I was appalled that such an "upscale" company had such an awful employee at the forefront of their establishment. She was condescending, dismissive and downright RUDE. will never go back.

What a great location! My husband & I stopped by today on our way back to NYC from Cape May. This store is so easy to get to & has parking. The staff was insanely helpful - so much so that we left with 2 gifts (rather than just the 1 we went in for!!). Two thumbs up!
