They deliver me food twice a week on time. The food quality is very good. They are very polite, helpful and resolve any issues quickly. I would highly recommend this service.

Their food was good for the first couple of times but then turned super oily and super spicy. Bhindi was plain rotten. My wife called up customer care. Someone by the name Kushal offered to resend the food. It was surprisingly more oily this time around. She called again and he offered to do a refund as well as have the owner call. She kept following up, no action. It’s been 3 weeks and neither has happened. On calling Kushal again regarding the refund he says “It’s the Finance team’s problem and he cannot be chasing them” - so much for customer service!. Average food can be tolerated once in a while but not poor customer service. Stay away unless you have absolutely no option.

Decided to try this Tiffin service because they offered a lot of variety for both non-veg and veg dishes. The quantity of the chicken appetizer was less like 2 small pieces of chicken. Food taste was alright and delivery service was good. Sev usal comes with sev mixed in and no buns is provided with this.

Timely fast delivery. Very less quantity of food and average taste. Would not be ordering again.

Posting here since they don’t care about responding to emails. I have a really bad experience with your food. Bhindi sabzi was more like onion sabzi and bhindi sprinkled like coriander. Are you seriously doing this low quality for tiffin when there is so much competition. Gobi was overcooked and watery with no taste. Felt like eating hospital food. Thank you for filling the containers only halfway coz I would feel bad about throwing food. Eggplant Bharta and chole was also all water. I am really horrified with the food. I have ordered so many tiffins your was by far the worst. Full waste of money. Also my kids got sick with this watery food. How can you deliver such bad food? You basically charge for water and onions.

Have been order tiffing since 2021, quality is good. Team is responsive in case any issues with food quality.

Poor quality food(taste). Portion size is small - 16oz. Expensive. Delivery was on time. . Nuances(Given owners response) and proof: Owner said - containers would be FULL and each would serve 2 meals for 2 person. See below manchurian quantity in the box. . Taste - Ordered pau bhaji, manchurian, malai kofta and bhindi. There was no taste. Bhaji had aloo and matar and lacked any masala. malai kofta punjabi - not worth it . For all others, One 16oz will not last 1 meal for 2 people. . Delivery was on time. No issues with that. .

Very satisfied. They haven't been able to advertise this better therefore I was skeptical on trying first. Upon trying I loved the hassle free packaging, free & timely delivery, good portion size, absolutely ghar wala khana and ghar wala taste. One more good thing, unlike other tiffin services which will deliver once a week, they actually cook freshly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and deliver same day. This helps me make peace with eating "relatively" freshly cooked meal than the once in a week meals.
