One of the best Indian meal delivery services for the Philadelphia/NJ/NYC area. They have a wide range of options, deliver twice/week and if there is an issue they go out of their way to correct it. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using this tiffin service for couple of months now and I would recommend it to anyone looking for home-style meals delivered on time. Pros: Good customer service, variety of food options, food is good ( less oily and more homely) as compared to the other tiffins that I have tried.

Their food was good for the first couple of times but then turned super oily and super spicy. Bhindi was plain rotten. My wife called up customer care. Someone by the name Kushal offered to resend the food. It was surprisingly more oily this time around. She called again and he offered to do a refund as well as have the owner call. She kept following up, no action. It’s been 3 weeks and neither has happened. On calling Kushal again regarding the refund he says “It’s the Finance team’s problem and he cannot be chasing them” - so much for customer service!. Average food can be tolerated once in a while but not poor customer service. Stay away unless you have absolutely no option.

Yummy homemade food enjoyed it while I was tired and down with COVID-19. Great help in time of need

They deliver me food twice a week on time. The food quality is very good. They are very polite, helpful and resolve any issues quickly. I would highly recommend this service.

Decided to try this Tiffin service because they offered a lot of variety for both non-veg and veg dishes. The quantity of the chicken appetizer was less like 2 small pieces of chicken. Food taste was alright and delivery service was good. Sev usal comes with sev mixed in and no buns is provided with this.
