I LOVE Me Some Tiff Treats. The problem I have is my Sweets don't last long. When I get ready to walk through the door they are gone😂😂

I ordered a dozen mixed flaver cookies to be delivered to my Grandma for Mother's day and they were a hit! They come beautifully packaged, and they were still warm like they were fresh baked this morning. Very happy with them, would definitely recommend.

This is the original Tiff's Treats. It is a cute little shop. Enough room for you to come in pick up your items and leave. It's the perfect spot to get in and get out and enjoy the delicious cookies. They offer to warm your cookies up as well. I have no complaints about the first Tiff's Treats. It's small, clean, cute and simple for you to grab your delicious sweet treats and go.

Warm cookies and a Blue bells vanilla ice cream. So good. Can't wait to come back and have them again.

First time to try these cookies, my order was delivered newly baked at my home, Corpus Christi, Tx area! They’re chewy warm and really taste good!!! 10/10 recommend 😊🥰

It was late, but still light outside. I was in my hotel room craving a brownie topped with ice cream... That's super specific and random, I know, but it had been a rough drive into Austin earlier that day and I needed (wanted) the comforting hug of a brownie. 😆Pitiful... maybe, but accurate. The hotel's restaurant didn't have anything as simple as a brownie and ice cream, so I searched Google maps hoping to find someplace within walking distance. I was so thankful when I found that Tiff's Treats was only a few blocks away. It was the cutest little place. Quite small, but perfect to grab a treat and go. Two ladies walked in separately after me, so as my order was being prepared, I asked them if they had been here before and what they thought about the place. They both had high praise, so I couldn't wait to get back to the room and taste for myself. I was not disappointed. I'm so thankful that they stay open late and were only a short walk down the street and around the corner! Thank you, Tiffs Treats, for welcoming me to Austin and for turning a rather stressful afternoon into a delicious evening!

Most recently I’ve been the recipient of a box of warm chocolate chip cookies along with a thank you balloon but I love to send these incredibly delicious cookies also. They have multiple cookie options but the chocolate chip ones are my absolute favorites. Easy to send and always delivered warm. They are delicious and such a treat to give or receive! I’m even joyful when I see their cute little delivery cars running around Austin. Who knew that a business that Tiffany started in college at UT with her now husband would be such a huge and continuous hit. They even have a subscription based service. Sweet!

I love Tiff's Treats! I wish we had one in my town! The cookies are always great. My favorites are the oatmeal chocolate chip and the birthday cake. The staff is always so friendly and quick to serve. The inside is so fun and welcoming and always very clean.

When most of the late(r) night places nearby are burgers and chicken, it's nice to have a sweet option.  Situated in an old house, it doesn't feel like a franchise chain.  While there's a lot of cookies on the menu, the brownies are the thing to get since they're huge and so delicious. Peanut Butter Brownie: Wow, this is rich.  Like a meal by itself.  If you look at the chips, they do a wonderful job of alternating between chocolate and peanut butter.  Plus a nice bit of peanut butter underneath.  So gooey when warmed to order. Chocolate Brownie: Another brownie that is gooey when warmed up.  The large amount of chocolate chips means it will break apart when warm.  But that's totally fine because there is nothing better than a messy gooey brownie.  I also appreciate how it had two sides of edges, since crispy brownie edges are the best. Salted Caramel Brownie: No chocolate here.  Some caramel inside, though not as gooey as the melted chocolate in the other brownies.  Maybe a bit too much salt.  It was decent, but the other brownies really outshined it. Chocolate Chip Cookie: Kinda felt like a Chewy Chips Ahoy, warmed up.  Their dough was a bit off from a typical cookie, like maybe they add some extra ingredients so it's soft when cold too? M & M Cookie: Like the chocolate chip cookie, but with M&Ms instead.  Same complaints about the dough.  Though the crunch of the M&M shell with warm melty chocolate inside was nice.

I want to start off by saying I love these cookies, but the service lately has been unacceptable! I have received two orders where cookies were cold, and to day 02/09/2024 my cookies were delivered and placed on the ground in front of my door! I called customer service to inquire about the matter and I was informed that's it's not mandatory fir items to be placed in a bag if you only order one item. This should be a policy, that all orders no matter the size should be placed in a bag. She stated next time put it in my notes or delivery instructions! Why is that not a requirement, who wants to eat their food off the ground. Are you guys short on bags? Totally Unacceptable, I will not be ordering again!

I ordered Tiff's to be delivered for my best friends birthday! They were very efficient and kept me up to date with delivery! Definitely reliable service. Would order again & of course the cookies are always delish!

Was in Austin for a short time and was just craving something sweet and came upon reviews of this place which was close to my hotel . What can I say didn't disappoint. Cookies were good and I had the double chocolate cookie heated and it was delicious, all the cookies I bought were .

Absolutely incredible customer service! I ordered delivery to my friend's apartment and unfortunately the cookies were stolen quickly before she could even grab them. I emailed customer service about the situation and didn't really expect much, but they responded to my email right away and offered to schedule a redelivery to my friend. I am so happy that she will still receive her gift! I've heard awesome things about these cookies, I will definitely be trying them myself when I visit. In the meantime, I know my friend loves them. Thank you so much!!

Stopped here randomly because I wanted to try the hype. These are good cookies but really sweet. I'd recommend the snickerdoodle. I Persia didn't like the brownie because of the chocolate chips on it. A huge plus is that they will warm the cookies for you or even bake them fresh!

I love this company! Their cookies/ice cream/other treats are absolutely amazing and they go above and beyond with their service every time I order with Tiffs! I love ordering the birthday package on close friends birthdays. Tiffs delivers a huge box of goodness to whoever you need and you end up looking like a hero - it's perfect. Thanks Tiffs!

We got chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and a salted caramel blonde. We had the cookies warmed up. They were all delicious!

Came to pick up some cookies for my friend's birthday because I've heard nothing but good things about Tiff's Treat! So many of my friends always come here for cookies and I can definitely see why :) Since I picked up a dozen, half pecan chocolate chip and half peanut butter. Peanut Butter - 5/5 Absolutely loved this! The cookies had the perfect soft and chewy texture. It was also still warm since it was straight out the oven. The peanut butter flavor was not overwhelming but definitely was flavorful. There were small pockets of peanut butter in a cookie to give it an extra peanut butter taste. 100% would recommend Pecan Chocolate Chip - 4/5 I was never too crazy about chocolate chip but I love pecan flavors so I decided to try this out. Definitely had the same perfect texture the peanut butter cookies did also. I did feel as though the flavor for these cookies were not as rich, but nonetheless it was still delicious Overall, I would recommend Tiff's Treat to anyone who loves a good cookie or is craving something sweet. They will not disappoint!

I love Tiff's Treats's origin story and I also love their sweets! I bought myself a half dozen double chocolate chip and a half dozen peanut butter chocolate chip cookies while there was a 25% off discount. No regrets - treat yo self!!

I can only give a 1star because delivery left on doorstep and we had ice cream milk. I called the store and they redelivered and the same thing, melted ice cream. We were home both times and its 90 degrees today. The store was nice and told me they use a 3rd party delivery, so I'm glad I let them know. Its probably not a good idea to offer ice cream or maybe pack in dry ice in the summertime. They offered a cookie coupon, but as someone who bakes it s not something I would use. They are ok, but not worth the money.

These cookies are soooooo good! Words can't explain how deliciously, chewy, and warm there are. The snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, and oatmeal chocolate chip are my favorite! The best part is that they deliver!!

Went on line to order cookies for a co worker, picked out the package that was appropriate for the amount of people, clicked on the numbers that the system would allow based upon that package, then followed the prompts. picking the cookies , then the ice cream, then milk. Delivery person shows up with ice cream & milk, no cookies. When I look at the receipt it doesn't show that I ordered any cookies. When I call the main number the lady answering says this happens all the time which is confusing because their system starts with you choosing the cookies, or special package which I did, then proceeds to ask if you want to add ice cream, then milk, etc. Totally ruined what was supposed to be a nice birthday surprise.

This place reminds me a lot of Insomnia cookies - similar concept and the quality of the cookie is comparable. If you don't mind a Mrs Fields/Insomnia cookie taste, then you'll love this place. For me, the chocolate chip cookie lacked the essential three textures (crunch, chew and gooey) and the cookie tasted more like something you'd get in the frozen section of the supermarket. For me, that's not what I'm after in a solid chocolate chip cookie. FWIW the cashier was very nice and polite!

Meh. We went out of our way to try this highly rated cookie spot but were disappointed that the cookies just tasted like Otis Spudruckers or one from the gas station convenience store. The shop itself is rather uninspiring with a small display of today's cookies.They weren't bad but they weren't great either. Not very creative. Not very tasty. Not very big. Not very special. Not very addictive.

This place is disgusting, I once accidentally made cookies with salt instead of sugar, it was still 10 times better than this place. More like Sh**s Treats. I could have pooped a better brownie than this place. This biz has to be a front for some kind of other operation.. because they don't care at all about cookies

Tiff's Treats is an amazingly yummy perfect cookie! The concept of warm cookies being delivered as individually wrapped little packages of happiness just makes your day! I ordered Tiff's Treats as a part of our sales conference we were hosting in Austin, and what a treat- these were an absolute hit! I cannot wait to try Tiff's Treats again!

There is simply nothing better. No comparison. There's a similar concept company in Philadelphia, and I've never been impressed with their cookies. Tiff's does something right. They're truly addicting, and the best, most comforting treat. You can't go wrong with the classic choc chip, it's practically flawless. The snickerdoodle and M&M cookies are also close contenders for my favorite. These cookies always taste super fresh and made with love. Even the brownies are good! Super chewy and chocolatey. I dream of the day the franchise comes to the East Coast.

I received a box of cookies as a gift and they were delivered with no problem. The cookies were absolutely undercooked and raw, I tried to re-heat them in the oven and they were still not good. Don't waste your money on this.

I called into customer service today to check on my order. The customer service representative sighed so hard when I asked if he could look up my order number. Right after he answered my question he hung up on me.

Update: I appreciated the manager reaching out and have been back once again. I left it at 4 stars because the cookies were a bit harder than usual, but still had great flavor and service was a lot better the next time around. I usually have a great experience and have Been a big fan of Tiff's for over 10 years. However, I was very disappointed with their customer service this week. After looking on their website, I tried to order In store. I waited a good amount of time as the only person without anyone coming out from the back and then was disappointed to learn they refused to take my order in person and to order it online from within the store. I still had to come back, but that's not the point. During these times, their website lacks the communication that is your only option and the service in store was terrible and completely unhelpful. I needed to get this for a birthday gift but will probably not be returning for a while based on this experience

We LOVE TIFF's Treats!!! I was staying in Austin (from Fort Worth) for my 2 friend's birthday celebration. I ordered the birthday package (3 dozen cookies, ice cream and milk) to be delivered to our hotel. The order was delivered 30 minutes late and my surprise was ruined. I contacted TIFF's to let them know and they sent out another delivery the next day free of charge. Not only did they deliver another order free of charge, they sent out the same exact order!!! When they told me they were going to send out another order, I assumed they would send a dozen cookies to fix their mistake, but they sent another birthday package!!! It was amazing. They truly are a great company that takes care of their customers. If you have never ordered from TIFF's treats, order now. They have a fantastic product and amazing customer service

Pros: they deliver, and they are nice and warm Cons, and the main reason for this review: the cookies have something in them that tastes artificial. It reminds me of almost an alcoholic/tang taste. It's so weird. I'm a bit of a cookie pro taster and I don't know why folks like these. I'm not trying to be mean or over the top but they are...well...gross. I've tried multiple times.

I usually have them delivered, but they're always on time and the perfect temperature to start guzzling them down. The cookies can get oily (you notice it on your fingers afterwards), and are pricey at over $1 per cookie. Tiff's is a really easy gift for anyone's birthday or special occasion. You can order them the day of, even an hour before, and no one's gonna fault you for getting them! You can't say no to Tiff's!

I've sent and received Tiff's Treats and they are always amazing. But this week something even more amazing happened. I sent warm brownies to a friend whose parent had died. I sent them to the funeral home during visiting hours so the family could enjoy them (much better than sending flowers!). The viewing hours were unexpectedly changed, so when the delivery came, the family wasn't there. Tiff's called the family and arranged o delivery them to. the house instead, and will provide a complimentary free delivery tomorrow when the viewing takes place. AMAZING customer service (this was in San Antonio, TX).

First I admit that I love their cookies. However, their drivers never seem to get my address right. On at least two occasions in the past 30 days did Tiff's deliver to the wrong address. This creates a hassle of having to call the store and explain to them that the picture of the address they delivered the cookies to is not my address. No other delivery service has gotten my address wrong except Tiffs. I do appreciate it that they resend my delivery to me but I wish I didn't have to go through the hassle of having to call and explain everything until I convince the person on the phone that the picture they sent me of delivery confirmation is not my address. I don't think I'll order from them again, which is a shame because I love their cookies.

I'm not sure why there are so many good reviews for Tiff's Treats. I ordered chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies, as well as brownies. The cookies were soggy and had a strange taste to them. I am a huge dessert person and have rarely had a cookie that I could not eat. I COULD NOT EAT THESE COOKIES. The brownies were also nothing special. I ended up throwing the order away $44 down the drain. Such an overhyped company. I am assuming they're popular because of their marketing. It's certainly not because of their cookies.

I have left 2 not so good reviews. While it is true that I have had issues with deliveries. Sebastian has been more than forth coming and helpful. He checked into the situation and found the problem and is working to correct it. In today's world customer service doesn't seem to exist except in this case. He truly cares about his customers and has proven that to me by reaching out personally each time I have had a problem. Although we had delivery problems I am told that the cookies themselves are DELICIOUS! I haven't tried them myself but have heard great things from the people I have sent them to. I will hopefully try them 1 day.

Fantastic cookies! But the $16.50 delivery fee is unacceptable. I live within a few miles of the store so it doesn't make sense to charge me such a ridiculous fee. And no option to ubereats or doordash it. Don't call it cookiedelivery if you're going to make it so unappealing to have it delivered.

I've been a fan of Tiffs Treats for several years. It's my go to place to send someone a treat. And when I want some warm delicious oatmeal raisin cookies, this is the place I go. I recently ordered Tiffs Take and Bake for my sis in Cali. It arrived in time! And she loved the surprise. I also bought some for another friends family. It's such a nice surprise and while it bakes in the oven the house has a yummy aroma floating around. Do yourself a favor and try it out! Side note: They only offer choc chip cookies for Take and Bake. But hopefully they will add a different flavor soon. Hint hint** Thanks Tiffs for consistently providing yummy cookies and great customer service!! #tiffstreatfan

The good: Refunded my order entirely. When (if) the cookies actually arrive, they're good! This is why this is 3 stars, and not 1. The bad: 1. Missed a Valentine's Day delivery. Their phone calls came through as "spam likely" when they went to call with delivery troubles, and they failed to leave a message. They did not attempt any other means of communication. 2. When I called for a refund, they attempted to keep the valentines day dee, and the delivery fee, which I had to argue to get back. They did back off on this quickly, but come on.

TGFTT (thank god for Tiffs Treats). This place is a compassionate procrastinators dream. I'm constantly trying to do nice things, but I put them off until the last minute. Tiff's is mass-produced level fast with a homemade level flavor. When you order a batch you're sure to have sent a gift that anyone would love. My favorite cookie is the snickerdoodle. A lot of people agree with me and there's a good reason. The cookies come piping hot and the snickerdoodle is the perfect mix of sweet and chewy. It's like fresh out of your grandmothers oven. Order them with milk, too for added nostalgia.

I've had experienced Tiff's Treats on two occasions - both of which they were sent to me for an event (birthday). They called me beforehand to make sure I would be home during a specific timeframe, and the delivery came on time. I couldn't believe how good and fresh the cookies were - I was like OMG - thank YOU! I got to try their white chocolate, oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, chocolate w/ nuts, M&M's, and snickerdoodles. All of them were so awesome that I felt like I was in a Lay's Potato Chip commercial - - can't eat just one. They were truly some of the best cookies I ever had, and they came to my house on time and still warm from the oven! So take it from someone who's been on the receiving end of Tiff's Treats - - it's definitely a great gift for someone if you're looking for something different than the usual.

Hard to get better at something than Tiff's Treats is at making cookies and getting them to you ASAP. Plus, the Brownies make you curse out loud, so be careful where you are when you eat them. I have never once felt anything but joy when TT is involved in my day.

I sent my order to the wrong hospital. I contacted Custer service to see if they hand any coupons so I could reorder. They sent a order to my family member at the right hospital free of charge. I give them a 100 percent. Thank you so much Tiff's Treats. Truly awesome

Came here while visiting Austin on the recommendation of a friend. I got the Tiffwich with chocolate chip cookies (in hindsight, why didn't I ask for 2 different kinds of cookies??) The cookies were warm, the ice cream was cold, & it was pretty darn good! Not life changing...but good.

Received a Doz mixed (stale old) cookies Verrryyyy disappointed- I bake often so usually never buy cookies but -- these definitely aren't baked fresh daily. If you sell day old cookies at least mark them 1/2 price - these tasted bad!

My work always orders tiff's treats cookies & brownies every Friday. O M G. If you haven't had tiff's treats, YOU are missing out! Their brownies are amazing and their cookies melt in yo mouf! Cookies make the world go round (and your belly lol! )

They say that they have been cashless for 2 years but, that is completely false. I've used cash here multiple times over the past 2 years ( I've been coming here for 5 years) The one day, I come in and forgot my wallet, all of a sudden they won't take cash. Also, the female manager was so rude I don't think I'll come back to this location again.

I love tiffs. Their tiff wich, if you've never had it, is the BEST ice cream sandwich I've ever had. Their cookies are already magic, and then they put ice cream between two WARM cookies. It's hot and cold and absolutely perfect. And it's only 3 bucks. So much cheaper and better than mojo's cold, hard cookies.

Amazing. This place ain't cookie cutter. I would eat a dozen all by myself. I bet they use a lot of butter since it's so soft. I suggest having gluten-free or vegan options. Therefore more people can enjoy it.

I've totally forgotten what Tiff's Treats cookies taste like. The only time I remember having them was when a very kind Yelper by the name of Tara M brought some to a Yelp event at Tiniest Bar back in 2008. BUT--what I love about Tiff's is that they excel at bringing cookie joy to others. 'Tis far better to give than to receive, calorically speaking, and Tiff's makes the element of surprise so easy to unleash on the unsuspecting it's not even funny. Making someone happy from 40 miles away with a few keystrokes? Priceless!

Good cookies. But certainly not the best. Probably has about 8-10 options of cookies to purchase. All of which are okay. But certainly not the best. Prices for the cookies are good. $13 a dozen. But if you want an amazing chocolate chip cookie checkout sister to sister in Tyler TX. Super expensive but worth every penny.

Honestly, I tried Insomnia Cookie last night--the one that just opened near Castilian--and it was waaaaaayy worse than Tiff's. Tiff's cookies are thick, chewy, delicious, and they just have that little extra something to it. Out of the six cookies I've tried from Insomnia Cookie (chocolate chunk, mint chocolate chip, peanut butter chip, snickerdoodle, white chocolate macadamia, and double chocolate), I only truly enjoyed the white chocolate macadamia, which I'm sure Tiff's could improve upon anyway. In short, stick with Tiff's, even if it's a bit pricey. My favorite is the snickerdoodle.

Tiff's Treats has the best cookies in Austin! Anytime you are having a sweet craving or need a great gift, Tiff's Treats is the place for you. My favorites flavors are the Chocolate Chip, and the White Chocolate Chip and Almond. The cookies here are very sweet, and they are perfectly soft. Whenever I place a cookie in my mouth, I am enveloped in a perfect dream of bliss. I don't think anyone could every make cookies as great as Tiff's Treats. I could eat one everyday for the rest of my life. Every time I place a delivery order as a gift, it comes right on time, and the drivers are very professional. Overall, there is no substitute for Tiff's Treats in Austin. I am definitely a customer for life.
