Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

For my birthday I requested some tiff treats cookies. My husband put the order in for me which I ordered chocolate chip pecan & oatmeal chocolate chip. The cookies were delivered fresh & warm soon as they was delivered I savored into one & oh my goodness it was the best cookie I’ve ever tasted. The way the chocolate oozed out the cookie added just the right touch. Thank you tiff treats for making my day I enjoyed my delicious cookies!!

I've never tried this franchise before. The store was clean and the worker was friendly. I got mini cupcakes, they were pretty good their brownies are good too. I'll be back.

Fantastically delicious and warm cookies!! And great customer service for this new location that will have a grand opening this weekend. I had the orangcicle, double chocolate with caramel, and chocolate chip cookies and they were a joy to eat!

Picked up my first ever TGTG order here and I was so surprised to receive a dozen of assorted cookies!

The gentleman at the front wearing glasses, I didn’t catch his name! Amazing customer service!! 10/10 would recommend the Lemon cooked (they are limited time only :( )

So before my FOODIE associates do our review on social media I will say horrible customer service and policy. The cookies are average, not warm, small and did not taste fresh. ..I was on time by the way.On their website is a comment section. I simply asked to not put any raisin cookies in order.... Simple right? No they can't do that. The cashier acted confused. I think I will just stick to CRUMBL COOKIES and another new cookie brand.

I put an order in online two days before I wanted to pick the order up. I get there and they tell me they don't have an order for me. I tried to show the confirmation email and they said they didn't need it. Now they find the documentation for my order and say it's in the oven give me ten minutes. Fifteen minutes pass and my order is still not ready. I done my part to avoid having to wait. I put my order in, requested the date and time for pickup, and my order was not ready. It took twenty minutes for them to get my order ready. This is unacceptable!!!!
