Tiff's Treats (HQ)

I placed a delivery order to celebrate a co-worker. The order was never delivered. I called customer service and after holding for 10 mins while he investigate it was determine the ticket was lost. He said he would get my order out at the next available delivery slot and would refund my money for the inconvenience. I agreed to still pay as I was not looking for anything free. I just wanted to celebrate my co-worker. He insisted it would be refunded and the next delivery slot was in 2 hours. The cookie were still not delivered and I will need to wait 3-5 business days to see if the refund was actually processed.

The tiff treats by my location is awful! They send cookies under cooked, broken and smashed together frequently. And when I reached out to the customer service they are no help. They even sent me this message on my cookie box one time before that said "no cash for tip yet you saved $20?? :S" so I cancelled my subscription plan with them since I've reached out to customer support managers Heather and Alex and they refused to help me. I now refuse to purchase or support this company ever again since they do not back the customer or even try to help them.

WOW, the operator was great. She quickly answered my question and suggested I change my password as my log-in kept failing. EASY FIX.... AS TO THE hot delicious cookies...THEY ARE THE BEST AND I LOVE SENDING THEM TO FRIENDS.... ALWAYS A WELCOMED TREAT.!!!

Website is terrible. Had to login 3 times and still couldn't get an order going. New customers now not a customer. ✔️

Horrible customer service ! This company has been trying to charge my old debit card ,not one time but 8 x . I've never been to Tiff Treats or live in a town with a Tiff Treats . They basically told me to fix it on my end . They had no intention in finding out which Austin location is trying to commit bank fraud . What a pain to get a new debit , and change all the automatic payments . Your banking information is not safe with them .PH

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Its been a YEAR since their delivery driver hit my car and I'm still waiting on resolution for the damages!

Austin was very rude and disrespectful. She acted like she was sorry.

Their customer service turned a bad experince into a good one.
