PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM TIGER OF SWEDEN ONLINE!
I’ve been a loyal Tiger of Sweden customer for decades, they have excellent products and good in store customer service. However, their on-line business model and on-line customer service is terrible.
I ordered a top online, and was charged £15 delivery, despite having the item in stock in the UK, as they ship online items from Denmark. A few days later, I received a message from UPS stating my delivery date could not be met, and the item would take a week to arrive. I.e. delivery is both overpriced, and slow… When the item finally arrived, it was too big, so I completed everything required to return it, which you have to return to… Denmark! Despite having a flagship store in the UK… this is not good. To do the return to Denmark you need a proforma invoice, which you need to email Tiger of Sweden to request. I’ve attempted to contact them 3 times via bot chat and email during the course of the last week, but they have yet to respond.
UPDATE! They have finally responded, to advise me i will be charged £15 delivery to return the jumper!
Great products let down by really poor and unresponsive service.
