"Up until recently, there weren’t many great Japanese or ramen options on Cape Cod, which is why we’re glad that Tiger Ramen and all their noodly dishes are here now. Start with a smashed cucumber salad, then focus on the spicy pork shoyu with a pleasant kick—and know that most of the menu can be made gluten-free. The space is pretty cozy with hanging red paper lanterns and lots of leafy green plants, and is perfect for quick lunch or a casual weeknight dinner." - jennifer mattson

Google
Absolutely delicious food! I enjoyed two different ramen’s while I was visiting the Falmouth area: Spicy Pork Shoyu and their seasonal Pumpkin Curry Ramen. Both were delicious and if I lived closer I would 100% become a regular. Interior was clean and nicely decorated. Staff was great. 10/10 recommend!

Google
Really cool spot, great ambience, friendly service, and delectable meals. Even has fun activities for my picky eater (a young kid). Try the chicken miso ramen with onsen egg, and the shiitake bao!

Google
It was a great place! Very nice vibe on the inside and my server Justin was very kind and helpful with all my questions. Food was amazing and the home make milk tea with boba is great! Definitely a good place to go when it's cold out to fill you up with warm comforting food!

Google
A delicious take on Ramen has come to Falmouth! The service was perfect at this cozy venue, and the food prepared to perfection. All of my party was absolutely delighted with their dishes. Some great appetizers plus a few sake and Japanese whisky options (including cocktails) made for a perfect Ramen night. We've been back for a second visit this week, and will definitely add this to our top local restaurants.

Google
It wasn't about the service or the atmosphere. They had excellent service. Spicy chicken Ramen was delicious. Chardonnay is not even close to pinot grigio. Add another white to your wine list.

Absolutely loved this place. Can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu. We were looking for a Ramen place for a while and didn't realize we had one so close to us. The drinks, apps, and food were delicious. As soon as you walk in your mouth starts watering. I will be returning soon ❤️🙏🏾

Google
Tiger Ramen had excellent service and a tasty drink selection. I think the ambience is fitting of the colors, the music made sense, the pork baos were ok, the Kimchi was delicious. I had the spicy pork belly ramen and my husband the spicy chicken. Between the two the spicy chicken ruled - the broth of the chicken was flavorful and so was the breaded chicken served with the soup. For the pork ramen, I felt it lacked real depth on the flavor, it was packed with spicy oil which I think the chef may be relying too heavily on. The pork belly was bland, typically you'd want seconds on that pork belly but this one was just there, to be there... I got half of an egg unless the other half must have fallen apart or something. The noodles were flavorful on both dishes. I'd give another ramen dish a shot to experience the flavors they offer. Overall a good experience 😌 ✨️ their pork belly needs love.

Google
I got the Pumpkin Ramen with short ribs. Absolutely amazing, I will keep coming back to try the whole menu 😋. Ambiance was comfortable and relaxing. And the waitresses were very knowledgeable on any questions I had about the menu. 10 out of 10 will recommend this place to anyone who hasn't been.

Yelp
Quick and friendly service. Very Pup friendly! The food was quite good, kids love the Karaage. We all liked the pork boa buns. And all the ramens were nice and tasty, well worth a visit.

Yelp
This spot came really highly recommended by a friend who lives in Falmouth so we knew we had to stop by during our visit. We called ahead to see how long the wait was and to try to put our name on a waitlist which they don't do. But to our pleasant surprise, the very sweet hostess saved us a table anyway!! We sat down and each waitresses was kind and attentive. We ordered the vegan ramen and chicken ramen. All of us found it sort of disappointing. We didn't love it at all. But everyone raves about Tiger Ramen so we're thinking maybe we ordered the wrong items because this place was popping! Constantly people coming to pick up take out orders and always a line to be sat down. We must've either come on an off day or ordered the wrong thing. Overall it was fine because the vibe here was amazing and the staff members were so so nice! I'll def be back when I'm in Falmouth and try Tiger Ramen again!

E D.

Yelp
Food and service impeccable. Waitresses are fun, quick, and attentive. The food is fresh and different from the same old food in town.

Yelp
best ramen on cape. I drive from Harwich to get some almost every week. if I lived closer i would be as big as buddha!!! shrimp bao buns and spicy chicken ramen are my faves !!!service is great everyone is welcoming and friendly !!!

Yelp
We stopped in here for dinner and tried the dumplings and ramen bowls. Everything was really great and I would highly recommend stopping in. That being said, there were a few things that prevented this from being a 5 star. The first, was there was no ambiance for dinner (too much lighting and no candles) so it felt more like a lunch spot. The second, I asked if the gluten free noodles were rice noodles (because those are my favorite!) and the waitress said yes, but when I started eating my ramen I found out they were not rice noodles and I was up-charged $4 for the gluten free noodles. I wouldn't have ordered them if I knew that! Lastly, the spice ratio between bowls ranged too much. They seemed to make 1 pot of ramen and pour it into separate bowls, so 1 person would catch the spice from the bottom of the pot and it was much spicier than all the others. It felt like a game of roulette! Luckily, it was all very tasty, but definitely something to watch out for.

Denise R.

Yelp
Ally our waitress was amazing the food was great, yummy cocktails and creative specials. And gluten free and vegan options - something for everyone!!!!

Vanessa A.

Yelp
Everything here is lovely. It is admittedly pricey but the quality of ingredients is why. Luckily they have a lunch combo of a half portion of ramen (still pretty big) and a side of bao. However, once you try the food, price concern kinda goes out the window. The non-Asian owners have done their research (even naming it for the year of the Tiger, when it opened) and I often see other Asians here enjoying the food (always a good sign). The staff is wonderful and also up to speed on the food that they're serving. I feel that the chef is always trying to throw new things on the menu to keep it interesting, which is awesome. I do a build my own bowl from the cold sesame noodles because its refreshing and filling. Their kimchi isn't as pungent as I'm used too but still delicious (my partner who hates the stuff says it's not as bad as the stuff I bring home from the market). Ajitama egg is hard boiled and the onsen egg is, I believe, poached? The hard boiled egg has a soft center that mixes well with the sauce and the poached egg is soft with a beautifully runny yolk, again, mixes well with anything. The decor is wonderful with lots of Tiger themes around it. The flowers on each table are handmade locally, which is great for supporting local artists. I hope this place continues on its path of growth and more people stop by!

Yelp
Never did we expect to find such a good place on the Cape! We went strictly based on what we were craving that night and this ramen spot was the perfect choice. The place is very popular, as we were unable to find parking, but we managed to get a nice table outside and enjoy the evening sun. Though it was really hot during the day, the evening was cool enough to enjoy hot ramen. Their menu has something for everyone: light vegetable appetizers, hearty spicy soups, and cold meaty bowls. We decided on the smashed cuke salad, spicy pork ramen, and kaarage chicken rice bowl. Everything was delicious! The cuke salad was such a refreshing start to the meal. The spicy pork ramen had such soft pork belly with a perfectly runny egg. My boyfriend's chicken bowl came loaded with fried chicken, which was so moist and full of flavor! Everything was generously piled on top of a heaping bowl of rice, so you really got what you paid for! This is definitely a spot you don't want to miss if you're in and around Falmouth. I wish we had the time to go again, because I would've gone back in a heartbeat!

Yelp
Found this spot after a windy and rainy day on the beach. The ambiance is nice with good seating and music. The food was just okay. The ramen had an interesting texture, but the herb butter made the soup way too oily. The chicken was nice and crunchy. My friends ordered the chicken miso ramen and weren't satisfied with it. If you're a ramen fan, would skip out on this spot! Service was great. Seated quickly and got our food quick too.

David K.

Yelp
OMG. So beautiful inside, with the flowers, and the tiger prints, even the floors, rugs and tables are gorgeous. Lovely server, I dropped my spoon and she had me another one within 15 seconds. The food is sublime. I cannot even believe many people on the Cape can appreciate it A lunch special saved me, so I could try more, and tip big. Coming back ASAP. Love this place!

Yelp
The less expensive sister restaurant of the superb Water Street Kitchen, we passed over this restaurant for years without realizing what a gem this place is. Delicious ramen, baos, fried chicken and tofu, balanced cocktails, and a nice wine and beer list keep us coming back. Like Water Street there are layers of flavor and texture with each dish. Superb experience. Reservations are a must for dinner in the summer! Pictured is a can of Matsurika beer- a pilsner from Chicago brewed with Jasmine tea. Really nice and refreshing. The ramen is the half size spicy chicken and shiitake mushroom in miso broth. There is a large square of wakame butter melting on top. For lunch the 1/2 size bowl is served with a bao as appetizer for a reasonable fixed price.

David G.

Yelp
It was a perfect and extraordinary lunch we had here today. The waitress was fantastic and we had a great time going over and understanding the menu options. I had the Chicken Miso which was fantastic. Tons of fresh veggies and the noodles were great as well. Excellent meal, outstanding service and the atmosphere was just superb. I cannot get those tables and their awesome postings out of my mind, LOL they're so well made.

Diana N.

Yelp
Came here and was able to sit along the window after a few minutes wait. Ordered the bao and spicy pork ramen. I was looking for more depth in the broth but it was still a solid meal for when you are craving ramen. It's great to have this restaurant in the area!

Alan R.

Yelp
Not great, would not go back. We ordered the chicken bao buns as an app and they never came. Service was not good. I ordered the chicken thigh ramen and the pieces of chicken were so disgusting looking I couldn't even believe it. Do not go here!

N T.

Yelp
Food is delicious. Small but good sake selection. Nice location. Easy reservation system. Unfortunately asked for vegan item that was ultimately not vegan.

Keith H.

Yelp
Got lunch here today and I might go back for dinner tonight, it was that good! I started off with the spicy pork ramen which was fantastic. The ingredients were very fresh, high quality and the pork was cooked perfectly. The broth was very flavorful. Everyone in the restaurant was ordering the bao buns so I put an order in as well because of FOMO. I'm glad I did, the chicken bao's were one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend Tiger Ramen. The staff was great, very attentive and offered great suggestions on the food. The restaurant itself was clean and modern.

Stephanie G.

Yelp
This spot is a perfect addition to the Falmouth restaurant scene and how could it not be since it's the newest addition to the Water Street Kitchen family? We enjoyed the creative and comforting curried pumpkin ramen and a wonderful bottle of sake. The decor, food, and service were all impeccable. Just wonderful!

Mollie M.

Yelp
I got the Spicy Pork Shoyu Ramen and the Spicy Chicken Bao Buns and they were both amazing. I got takeout and it's great how they keep the broth separate so everything doesn't get soggy in your travels! It is such a vibe inside and I can't wait to have a sit down meal there! Emma was working and she brought my food right out with a smile! Tiger Ramen is a must try and great addition to falmouth!!

Larry V.

Yelp
Great ramen.....takeout is well packaged too....recommend, flavors are fresh and the spicy fried chicken ramen is delicious......servers are great as well, very welcoming.

Heather L.

Yelp
The food here was great! There was a date night special, and though we came as a large group they were able to accommodate us quite well! I ordered the spicy pork ramen and a mango bubble tea. The drink was unlike any I've had elsewhere, and it was good! The ramen portion was very generous and delicious, too. The staff were efficient and accommodating for sure, and made the experience enjoyable overall.

Allie M.

Yelp
So amazing! Delicious ramen...also love the rice bowl! The staff is also incredibly kind and speedy.

Peter G.

Yelp
This restaurant was new to me. I decided to give it a try and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff could not have been more warm and friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed the entrée they recommended. I will now be a regular. Hopefully, other people will give it a try, and they will be here for many years to come.

Jack A.

Yelp
I can NOT say enough amazing things about this place. The staff is top notch! Tiger's last word, AMAZING! Nikki mad us feel so welcome. We will totally be back!

Gina M.

Yelp
This is some amazing Raman!! Spicy and flavorful! Enjoyed a delicious Japanese beer along with my dinner. Great service and ambiance! Don't forget to reserve a table...they are very busy and can't accommodate very many walk- ins.

Don F.

Yelp
My wife and I finally made it to dinner at Tiger Ramen last evening and the biggest question we asked ourselves was what took so long to get here! From the moment we entered, we were greeted by the friendly as if we were long time friends coming to dinner. Upon sitting, we were immediately provided with water and menus and smiles that lit the room. Drink order taken and delivered efficiently and done well. Questions we had were answered in a knowledgeable and friendly way. While we sat and enjoyed our beverages, we really enjoyed the ambience of the room, the choice of music, and the nonstop and genuine greetings as other patrons arrived. These ladies truly get it! Did I mention the food? We started with a shared order of Pork Belly Bao Buns that were light and flavorful. My wife had Rice Bowl with Karaage Chicken and I enjoyed the Spicy Pork Ramen. Both choices were bursting with flavor and an absolute treat. As we were leaving to a chorus of thank you'd and we hope to see you again soon,we knew this place was special. As we made our way out back to our car we saw the culinary team through the screen door and I thanked them for a great meal. The chef immediately came out and thanked us for coming. His enthusiasm for his role and his restaurant was on par with what we experienced when we entered. Thank you for a fabulous dining experience. We will be back soon, with friends!

Pamela M.

Yelp
Amazing food and service! We had Karaage chicken, pork bao buns, spicy ramen, and short rib pumpkin ramen. Delightful experience! Can't wait to go back!

Andrew B.

Yelp
Outstanding! Service, price and quality all 5 stars! I travel to Japan a lot and I live in San Francisco so I have probably been exposed to more ramen that the average Cape Codder. If you know real Japanese ramen you might look at the menu and and not want to eat here, because it looks like another "fake" American ramen shop. There is nothing traditional about the menu. However, knowing that Tiger Ramen is affiliated with The Water Street Kitchen, I was highly confident that my meal would not suck. I was correct, It most definitely did not suck! I had the Spicy Pork Shoyu Ramen and it was fabulous! Not at all traditional but amazingly delicious! Most importantly (for ramen snobs) the noodles were cooked perfectly. The broth was rich and umami-licious without be to heavy. The charsiu was lightly grilled but still juicy and very good. I am not positive, but I suspect that the bamboo shoots were not from a can, something I have never experience even in Japan! My dining partner (a former chef) was also blown away by his Chicken Miso Ramen. This place definitely does not suck! Not at all traditional, maybe better than traditional. Definitely in my top 3 Ramen places worldwide, alongside Kao Tan Ramen in Tokyo, and Ramen Dojo in San Mateo CA.

B G.

Yelp
Super nice place with great food and prices. All five of us liked everything we ordered. Spicy and non-spicy offerings, but all had great depth of flavor. Top-notch staff. Never had to wait for anything.

Brenna L.

Yelp
Worth the 30 minute drive from my hometown, Tiger Ramen offers awesome dishes, delicious cocktails (the Mai Tiger was very yummy) and warm, friendly service (thanks, Emma!). My husband and I both had the spicy pork ramen, I added kimchi to mine. We sat out on the little patio and it was nice and quiet, but inside was very nice, an intimate dining experience. Highly recommend!

Jennifer B.

Yelp
This place is an interesting concept in Falmouth. They do have a kids menu, but it is very expensive for what you get. My daughter got the mango and cucumber bowl for $11- and it was exactly that (a few pieces of mango, a few slices of cucumber, and white rice) plus a juice box. They do have an option for gluten free rice noodles, but go early because they can run out. We ordered to go since the restaurant is small and couldn't easily seat a large group without a reservation. I did have the problem of requesting no egg with my ramen, which was marked on my bag. Imagine my surprise when I got home to find egg in my ramen bowl! This restaurant would be good for a small group of people who don't have young kids with them.

Quinn G.

Yelp
Thoes bow buns are absolute money , I gotta say there're a little messy to-go but taste is worth it

Mark Y.

Yelp
Nice spot- freshly made food- nice changeup for the Cape- incorporate local ingredients into ramen

Kristen E.

Yelp
Highly recommend. 10/10. Staff is friendly and the place just gives welcoming family/friend vibes. This is not my normal flavor profile and I enjoyed everything!! Bao & dumplings were so so good! Drinks were very good too. Try something new with this place you won't be disappointed.

Taylor S.

Yelp
We are locals in falmouth and love tiger ramen for delicious ramen. There pork baos are super great too!

Mike F.

Yelp
I really like this Asian Ramen noodle place. Very clean, and simple menu. I had the spicy pork Ramen bowl that was excellent. Can wait to try other items on the menu. Waitstaff was perfect.

Lauren J.

Yelp
I've been countless times since my first visit and still cannot recommend this place more! They do a great $50 date night on Thursdays which is a fabulous deal and the veggie ramen with kimchi added is now my go-to! Thanks for bringing this place to town!

Paul M.

Yelp
Cozy and bright, Tiger Ramen lived up to the reviews I've read during a recent trip. We arrived on a Friday evening around 5:30 and were seated next to the window. Beers from nearby Aquatic Brewing are featured, along with a few other craft brews and sakes. My wife had the Spicy Pork Shoyu Ramen while I had the Spicy Chicken Ramen. We were impressed by how different (but similarly delicious) the broths were. We don't live too close to Falmouth, but will regularly come up with reasons to make the trip again.

N T.

Yelp
Solid. I was so excited to try this place, especially after learning that it's from Water Street Kitchen folks! Really like the simple menu and interesting choices. Ordered 2 ramen dishes, Cobb salad, bao buns and picked sampler. Everything was fresh and tasty. Fried chicken on Cobb salad was amazing!!! Both ramens were tasty and very filling - although I think both lacked salt and maybe some fat. I ended up adding a ton of salt to the veggie broth, but once I did it was great.

Ying M.

Yelp
Worst reman taste ever, please go and learn how to make a reman. So the food quality can matching the price. Thank you

Ryan M.

Yelp
Entire experience was amazing. Great service, great menu, great execution. I will be back

Robert D.

Yelp
Four of us had dinner at Tiger Ramen Saturday, Oct 29, 2022. The service was fine. The food was quite good. The beer and wine menus were severely lacking. Like many restaurants trying to be "trendy", most of the beer offerings were IPA's or double IPA. There were zero real ales or dark beers on the menu. I understand there are probably a limited number of taps for draft beers, but there is no reason that other beers cannot be offered in bottles or cans. A pale ale, red ale, porter, and stout would go well with some of the food on the menu. Likewise the wine menu was too limited, consisting of only 5-6 wines. A reasonable selection can be provided with only a dozen wines, and it should be relatively easy to do so. Will I be going back to Tiger Ramen? Probably not until the beer and wine menus are expanded.

A T.

Yelp
Yum. The food tasted good. My only annoyance was that the plant decor was too overgrown and was dangling over my seat and food

Frederick J.

Yelp
While it is the best ramen in Falmouth, it's only because it's the only ramen in Falmouth. Noodles are bleh, the spicy ramen is just that. Spicy with no flavor. coming from good ramen in cali it's nice to have it here, but it just makes me miss west coast ramen even more. The broth, the noodles, the multiple layers of flavor that hit throughout each slurp, tiger misses on all. Two stars because they are trying and it was clean.

Peggy G.

Yelp
We loved the food! We started with the tempura broccolini which we loved! I got the Veggie Ramon and my husband had the salmon bowl! Excellent service and fresh and tasty!

Jonathan M.

Yelp
Visited a couple times already. Spicy pork ramen is my favorite. Miso and clam ramen also do not disappoint. Drinks are amazing also. Everything is made with a lot of care. My favorite restaurant right now. Only place around like it.

CC Lobstah B.

Yelp
From the culinary talent behind water street kitchen in woods hole , Tiger Ramen is Falmouths newest restaurant gem. Dine in or take out , Tons of tasty ramen dishes to choose from , we tried the lobstermaze ramen which had huge chunks of fresh lobster , cold sesame noodles and poke bowls were also both excellent. Don't forget to try their bubble tea! Falmouth is lucky to have this new unique culinary infusion! A must try

margot s.

Yelp
My takeout food was cold even though I was literally sitting in the parking lot and picked it up as soon as it was ready. My food looked and tasted like it had been sitting for at least a day. Very disappointed. I had to throw most of it in the trash.

Barbara L.

Yelp
Delicious food, great service, nice vibe! Will definitely be back! The Eggplant appetizer is sooo good!

Rich A.

Yelp
Incredible, super fresh, very flavorful and reasonably priced. The Water Street folks have done it again this place is great!

Natalie H.

Yelp
So good! Got the pork ramen. Definitely has a kick too it but the broth had really great flavor. Pork Belly - A+! . The bowl looks small in photos but it's actually pretty deep and I had enough for leftovers. It was busy when we went but we were sat quickly and food came out fast. Our server was very sweet.
