I was trying to keep this matter private and reported directly to the managers of Tiger, but got ignored so now I'm making a review on behalf of my brother who attended the club multiple weekends in June 2025. There is an unfair female bartender who is rude and overcharging people who don't tip her.
Story:
I've always recommended Tiger to friends and family, but recent experiences have raised serious concerns about the consistency of service and staff professionalism. During a recent visit, my brother tried to get a drink from the female bartender, but she had a noticeably rude and dismissive attitude from the start. Due to her poor demeanor, he chose to be served by the male bartender instead, who was polite and helpful.
Later that night, when the male bartender was unavailable, my brother ended up being served by the same female bartender. Because of her prior attitude, he decided not to leave a tip. In response, she noticeably changed his bill, charging $40 for two house shots, which was clearly not the correct price for watered down tequila. He was able to get the male bartender's attention again, who confirmed that the charge was inaccurate and refunded one of the drinks, even stating that her actions were out of line.
The following week, my brother returned and unfortunately encountered the same bartender. Although he intended not to tip her again due to the previous weekend's experience, she charged him $16 for a single house shot instead this time. When he refused to pay and walked away, he was ultimately removed from the club. That same night, another member of our group was charged $30 for a single Hennessy shot, which seems excessive and inconsistent with usual pricing of bar drinks.
I'm sharing this because I genuinely enjoy Tiger and want to continue supporting the business. However, if this is reflective of how staff are trained to treat paying customers, especially those we bring in through word-of-mouth, we'll be reconsidering where we choose to spend our time and money.
