"If you’re a fan of brown sugar milk boba, you’ve heard of Tiger Sugar, the boba shop that helped popularize the international trend. With roots in Taiwan, the chain is known for its Black Sugar Boba Milk, which brings out these distinct streaks — or “tiger stripes” — on the cup and makes for quite the Instagram photo. Tiger Sugar cooks their tapioca pearls in a sweet, caramelized brown sugar syrup, made daily with ingredients imported from Taiwan, and serves it with organic milk, which results in creamy and delectable drinks. There’s also a second location opening in San Jose soon, so stay tuned for more Tiger Sugar mania in the Bay Area." - Cathy Park

"Brown sugar boba mania seems to have sunk its claws deep into the Bay Area, arguably ever since Tiger Sugar landed in Cupertino in September of 2020. The Tawainese chain has been popularizing a specific type of boba, where the pearls are slow-cooked in a deep caramel, and then topped off with cold milk — there isn’t even any tea involved!" - Eater Staff

Be prepared to wait a long time! I waited almost an hour and a half on opening day. The line wrapped the whole building, but social distancing protocols are well enforced. My party got the black sugar boba green tea latte (#4), black sugar boba black tea latte (#3), and black sugar boba + Pearl (#5). The drinks were $5.50 each. If you want the classic Tiger Sugar experience, get #1 or #5. They all tasted pretty standard - milk tea with sugar mixed in. The milk/tea itself is exactly what you’d expect. The boba is still warm in the cup when it’s served to you! The boba had a great texture - not too soft or chewy. If you’ve been to other Tiger Sugar locations, you won’t be in for any surprises. The interior of the shop is very aesthetically pleasing. They have two pretty walls for photo ops. They even have a cooler inside with their famous boba ice cream bars. They also sell black sugar popcorn, but the bags for those are very small. One con (other than the long wait): the cups and the bag they came in were very sticky when I received them.

Google
Pretty large boba shop with lots of parking! Next door to the famous Hui Lau Shan, (which usually has a long lines on the weekends) They’re known for their brown sugar milk boba, but note that that drink doesn’t have tea in it. They use high quality milk for it though. If you want the tea’s make sure to order the oolong or jasmine milk tea with boba, otherwise its just brown sugar milk with boba. Staff is overall friendly and very helpful! Good vibes and a large green wall for those insta posts

Google
Got their tiger sugar + milk boba, regular sweetness, definitely put me in a sugar coma soon after. My partner tried their limited time only mango aloe sago, he really enjoyed. Will come again!

Christina Everman

Google
Such great black sugar sugar drinks! I've tried their black sugar milk with different toppings such as boba and tiger jelly which is always good, and their new mango sago drink. It's such an interesting take on mango sago! The only thing I wish could be different about their drinks is being able to change the ice and sweetness levels on the drinks without tea. Every time I come here they make the drinks so efficiently that they're basically done almost as soon as I finish ordering.

Google
Some top-tier brown sugar boba 1000%. Def worth checking out if you’re a fan of brown sugar boba and it makes for really good photos. I always struggle to find boba shops that do brown sugar boba right - but tiger milk did NOT disappoint. Will definitely be returning in the future

Google
So much hype, but is it worth it? Solid 4 stars but now that they offer non dairy options I need to come back and try again. Before, I'd have to take like 20 lactose pills with me to enjoy it lol. Anywho, this place has a crazy line out the door, even at 11 on Friday afternoon. I thought I was being smart and skipping the line. NOPE. For the drinks, they have a ton of options but if you want the one with the insta influencers are posting, it's #1.

Alynn Nguyen

Google
Great boba tea place. The menu is simple yet boba pearls have nice chewy texture. Tea fusion has real tea flavor. Staff are friendly. A bit pricey for a small cup of boba milk tea though.

Tank S.

Google
We ordered their #5 Black Sugar Boba + Pearls and #9 Black Tea Latte. However, their brown sugar boba doesn’t have brown sugar flavor inside unlike Taiwanese authentic brown sugar drinks. Also, there’s no tea flavor in their Black Tea Latte. It’s watery and taste like sugar with milk. Ambience was nice and the service was good though.

Alan D.

Yelp
I was in the area and I had family who wanted to stop nearby for some mango dessert, so I decided to get myself milk tea instead. It looks like this place specializes in black sugar, so I decided to give it a try. Black Sugar Boba Milk Tea: Rhis drink was really good and refreshing. It was indeed sweet and the flavors of both the tea and the sugar worked well together to not overpower each other too much. The milk was nice and smooth and the overall drink was satisfying. The Boba was also really good. I can see why they specialize in this, and I can see myself swinging by if I crave for black sugar milk tea.

Yelp
Got my Hello Kitty goodness last year! I don't go to tiger sugar quite often, because it's Sugary. However, I'm glad I went when there was the Hello Kitty collab. The service was exceptional. They were patient and willing to take their time with me. Drink choices - aren't exactly my style (I'm more into fruit tea). But, it's a nice boba drink. The decorations are amazing and plenty of space to take photos. Parking, though, is a bit hard to do - because the store is in a plaza full of Japanese grocery stores, interesting Asian snacks and restaurants, and so much more. Good luck finding parking during meal hours!

Halina L.

Yelp
Always come here for the "limited" strawberry mochi sago drink, which is creamy and rich while also being refreshing with a berry/tropical flavor. I prefer fruity flavors over gourmand ones, but my friends also love the coffee jelly, black sugar, pudding, and Oreo crunch drinks. If you love heavier dessert-like sweetness in drinks Tiger Sugar has a plethora of options! The store is in a small plaza with other cute Asian desserts (check out Hui Lau Shan next door), restaurants, and stores. It's a bit dark inside but well decorated. The self checkout is clean and efficient and service is standard for boba shops. Overall I feel like the name reflects what you can expect- heavier sugary/dessert inspired drinks, with occasional fruit flavors to try. Definitely worth a try for any gourmand lovers!

Lisa W.

Yelp
Jasmine milk tea with boba pretty spot on with 25% sugar and cream. Silky and creamy finish. It was good. You can order through the screen or with the person. Place has some seating and pretty big. The plaza is a busy plaza and parking is hard to find during dinner time.

Ally F.

Yelp
This is one of my go-to boba places! I come here when I'm in the area. This boba shop is located in a marketplace with a lot of Asian restaurants nearby, so the area can get busy (especially on the weekends). There are a lot of parking spots though, so parking is never an issue. I really enjoy their black sugar drinks! Their boba is always rich and soft, it's one of the main reasons I come here. My favorite drinks are the black sugar drink and the black sugar matcha. If you love milo (chocolate-malt powder), I recommend the black sugar milo as well. From my experience, the wait times have been good (5-10mins). Their products are priced on the higher-end of boba drinks in South Bay. I also appreciate the self-order kiosk at the front and the aesthetic of the interior.

Jill M.

Yelp
Meh, it was okay...Ordered through a tablet and there was no teller to take orders. I wasn't able to customize my drink because the tablet's choices were limited. Service was fast, though we weren't greeted and the vibe was a bit off. As of the drinks, my taro milk was fresh. The tiger sugar we ordered was way too sweet because we were able to adjust in the tablet.

Ash R.

Yelp
This place was just okay, didn't love the flavor but the server was super kind and helpful in finding a tea. Overall it's just okay but rating as a four because the flavor was refreshing and pretty good!

Andy N.

Yelp
The drink is a true masterpiece in combining aesthetically pleasing brown sugar syrup with sweet black tea and soft boba to make the perfect beverage. ...and the best part - the drink can be made for non-dairy folx like myself by substituting with Oatly (which is the best oat milk to use for boba I swear!) Tiger Sugar is really where it's at. My Brown Sugar Milk Tea tasted like Ovaltine with the perfect sugar levels. Once you get your drink, remember to shake it at least 15 times to melt the syrup into your tea. The boba was the perfect consistency and made it a really enjoyable experience. You order at the counter but are able to ask questions to the baristas in the back if you have any. Definitely come check them out if you are in the area.

Jonathan C.

Yelp
We were exploring the shopping/strip malls in the area and decided to check out this place. The storefront and interior design was very welcoming. We tried a regular boba with milk tea, as well as one of the boba milk teas with milo. Both were very delicious! The plain milk tea was flavorful and fresh. The milo milk tea was a unique twist.

Joanne D.

Yelp
I used to come here so often because I would crave it all the time, but I've recently only come when I'm near by. The drinks are still really good! My bf got the Taro Milk with Taro Bits & Boba and he really enjoyed it! My favorite was the boba, the texture was perfect for me! I definitely miss it for sure! Service was fast!

Tasha H.

Yelp
They have a self order kiosk that some people had some trouble with which makes the line to order a bit painful, but luckily that means the wait for your drink isn't bad! We got ours in ~5 mins. Strawberry matcha - I really liked the matcha flavor, but this is painfully sweet with no option to reduce sugar. I would only go for this if you like drinks 100% sweet and up! Black milk tea w brown sugar boba - I wanted to try a classic and this delivers! Creamy and delicious flavor milk tea, and the boba is good consistency.

Benjamin T.

Yelp
Not sure if i just stopped in at the wrong time, but my drink kind of sucked. i used to be a huge fan of tiger sugar when i lived in vegas, but here it was subpar. the bobas were soggy. definitely not fresh at all. overall, there are better boba spots in the bay that you should check out before coming to a big chain like this one. especially when they can't even have solid bobas.

Cole O.

Yelp
Tiger Sugar Tiger Sugar stands out as a premier boba shop, primarily due to its black sugar milk tea. For boba enthusiasts, it's an essential experience. While the location is decent, be prepared because it can get busy at peak hours; moreover, seating indoors is quite restricted, with limited outdoor options too. I visited recently because they were having a Hello Kitty collaboration! : D - FYI Hello Kitty item is not free.

Jocelyn S.

Yelp
Definitely one of my most favorite boba spots in the Bay. For some reason it just feels like I'm getting a consistently high-quality experience at Tiger Sugar - maybe it's the fact that I'm paying at least $6.50 for a rather small size, maybe it's their clean branding and clean store, maybe it's all of the above. I love the way you can get both pearls and boba in a drink. I love the variation in size (pearls are smaller, boba are bigger). You can't go wrong with any of their brown sugar drinks. Their taro and matcha are also phenomenal and super solid.

Ritchie A.

Yelp
Heard that this place is always busy but we got lucky today there was no line! Tried the taro seasonal drink, it was really good, and not too sweet! Will be back for sure! The servers are really friendly too. There are a few tables inside, cozy and not too loud!

Rosey Y.

Yelp
Drinks: I love their Black sugar milk boba + Pearl milk cream mousse. I really enjoy thrift small pearls. It's different because other boba locations have only boba, the larger tapioca balls. The brown sugar drink is so tasty. It can be overwhelming so try to pace yourself and drink it once in awhile. Service: service is fast and easy to use. Drinks were prepared consistently everytime I visit and fast. Ambiance: the decoration inside is cute and aesthetic. I always take boba pics in front of their large logo and they have their slogan too.

Bryn S.

Yelp
BEST MILK TEA EVER. Oreo crunch black sugar. Get it. You will not regret it. Knocking off one star because the service was not good. I also asked for very tiny amount of ice and half my cup is filled with ice.

Amy T.

Yelp
Tiger Sugar is always one of my go to place if I'm in the area or shopping around the the plaza. My go to here is alway the Brown Sugar. The place can get busy but the service is always pretty fast as well. The Hello Kitty Collab was seriously the cutest thing ever too!!

Christopher S.

Yelp
Just okay, don't think it's worth the hype. Brown sugar boba was too sweet and the boba was dry in the middle. Friendly staff and clean interior

Dilys S.

Yelp
Quite good, as expected, black sugar silky sweet, love the faux canopy back drop. Not usually busy . Easy kiosk ordering. Not bad

Chanyaphon C.

Yelp
Stopped on our road trip to come here and so glad we did! It's tucked in a shopping plaza so it can be hard to miss. However the inside decor was lovely. Clean and good vibes. Ordering is easy: on a kiosk. We got a Thai milk tea with boba and a tiger sugar with boba. The boba was so soft and fresh! It was so delicious and chewy; probably best boba I've ever had. The Thai milk tea actually blew my mind. It was done so well! I like to judge my boba places on their Thai milk tea and this place definitely passed. For some magical reason, for my lactose intolerant self, it didn't hurt my stomach! My partner got the tiger sugar drink and it was just as delicious. Perfect balance of sweet and bitter.

Greg W.

Yelp
I only found out about Tiger Sugar after seeing it while waiting in line nearby for a lunch spot. Tiger Sugar is located at one end of the Mitsuwa shopping plaza right next to a mango desserts spot. When you enter the shop, you can order directly at the tablet. Tried out the black sugar milk tea with mochi and boba. I saw the option to leave out soybean powder. Since I'd never saw that type of option before for a boba drink, I left it out. Is it common to add soybean powder to milk tea drinks? :-/ The black sugar milk tea drink was good. The mochi is a bit thinner than the mochi I've had at other boba shops. I liked the thinner consistency since then it wasn't just a tough glob to chew through and contrasted better against the chewy boba. No complaints. The drink was ~$6 which is about the going rate these days for fancier boba drinks. I'd come back to try other drinks too!

Afrin K.

Yelp
Overall just OK milk tea - the flavor was okay regarding tea but not as creamy. The pearls were much smaller than anticipated and lacked the brown sugar taste. Ordered with 25% sugar which was a good balance for sweet. Overall may go back but not a favorite place, unfortunately.

Jessie Z.

Yelp
Got some cute settings inside, though limited. Open space, kiosk order. Tried their new mochi tiger sugar drink. I think how their tiger sugar drink comes with 2 toppings of your choice automatically. Prices are quite reasonable, but mochi only comes in regular size. To describe the mochi.. I thought it would have some chew or be scoopable but it's as if creme mousse/egg pudding was dispersed in. It makes the drink super creamy and rich though. ( not much rice flavor). I liked it. Wish they gave more boba, but for less sweet it was a good spot.

Vicky Y.

Yelp
Tiger Sugar is known for their black sugar drinks, and for a good reason!! Their toppings and milk tea ingredients are high quality. It used to be so packed but nowadays, with so many competing dessert and boba businesses nearby, wait times are pretty short (or nonexistent at all during non-rush hours). Here's what we ordered: Black Sugar Milk w/ Coffee Jelly and Mini Boba (5/5): soooo good. Got less sweet and the sweetness and black sugar flavor was perfect. There was a hint of coffee flavor from the coffee jelly that complimented the black sugar milk so well. Strawberry Matcha w/ Boba and Cream Mousse (4/5): matcha was on the blander side and was overpowered by the strawberry preserves, which they gave a generous amount of. I prefer the strawberry matcha from Boba Guys more but that one's hard to beat.

Swathi R.

Yelp
I got the black sugar milk tea from this place, which is their specialty and I loved it! Ordered ahead through google and the drink was ready in time. Will be trying other drinks from this place!

Kelly P.

Yelp
I would recommend them. Got the number 6 with cream mousse and mini pearls. Clean environment. Friendly staff.

Christine N.

Yelp
used to come here quite often when i was always craving tiger sugar! my go to is their brown sugar w/ the big & mini boba & their customer service is great! the drinks are on the sweet side esp if you get brown sugar & i don't think you can adjust the sugar from the last time i was there. got to come here a while back for when they did their collab w/ hello kitty & the cups are the cutest!

Hubert L.

Yelp
Tiger sugar is one of my favorite boba places! The drinks have great tasting sugar and they have mini boba (pearls) which not a lot of places serve! The shop is quite small, can't really sit in it. Wait was long on grand opening but it's reasonable now. Prices are solid, drinks on smaller side. The drinks are very sweet! They usually can't adjust the sugar level, so beware! Had their new drink recently and it was on the sweeter side.

Heihachiro K.

Yelp
Pretty darn good! We had the jasmine milk tea with 25% sugar and it turned out to be delicious. Parking is kinda tough here, but it's a busy shopping center. Not gonna lie though, we didn't get the sugar series, and we were jealous of our friends. We tried it and agreed that's the way to go, hence the name of the business!

Yushi H.

Yelp
My friend and I visited Tiger Sugar recently and happened to come at a time it was empty! Upon entering, we saw the large menu displayed as well as a kiosk at the front to order. However, since there were no other customers there, the staff just took our order instead of us ordering via the kiosk. I went with the Oolong Milk Tea. I tend to order oolong milk tea at lots of boba places, so I was curious to see how this one would taste. I ordered it with 50% sweetness, size large, and it was really good! I'm glad I adjusted the sugar level, and I would definitely return to get this again or maybe try another milk tea. Great flavor! After ordering, our order was ready within only s few minutes. I was impressed with the speed! Inside, there's a green plant wall that was perfect for placing my drink in front of to take a picture. I liked that thoughtful element of the decor. Great experience and look forward to more Tiger Sugar visits in the future!

Angela S.

Yelp
I love boba!!! We came in on Christmas Day with my in laws...don't be stupid like me and go next door to the mango dessert place and order boba ‍ The windows were tinted and for some reason my sil and I went into the wrong place to order our drinks. It's a self check out place which normally I'm fine with but it would have been nice if there was someone available to ask questions about the menu if we had any. I got the peach tea and it was super refreshing and light. The boba was perfectly chewy and slightly warm. My husband got the matcha and he really enjoyed it. I wanted to try the hello kitty one but it seemed a bit much after a giant meal. I wish we had one closer to our house because I'd love to try more items.

Cheryl L.

Yelp
Expensive but good quality! Service was non-existent since you order on the screen. It can seem impersonal, especially for a first timer but we were lucky we picked well. We got the black sugar matcha with small pearls and it was excellent. You can tell they actually use good quality matcha. Seating is only 2 tables so it is mostly a take out and go type of boba joint. Parking is difficult since it is in a busy plaza, especially during meal times so plan accordingly. Personally I park far away and walk over there. Overall, I want to go back and try out some other drinks.

Elizabeth L.

Yelp
I'm not a fan of boba anymore I only come here if friends want to after eating at one pot across the street. They have standard milk tea and slushees, nothing special. Touch screen order is convenient. I came for the hello kitty cups and they're super cute! Wish they were plastic and not paper cups so we could reuse them. There's 4 types of hello kitty cups and cup holder is available for purchase. There's some seating inside and 1 table outside. Card or Apple Pay only!!

Jules Y.

Yelp
I stopped by for the Hello Kitty collaboration limited edition drink. You can order on the self-serve kiosk at the counter OR on the Toast Takeout app, though if you want to buy the cup holders, go earlier when they open and let them know directly in person. -Hello Kitty Crush: 4.5/5 For all the advertising about the drink being made with boba and strawberry crunch, I was sorely disappointed that the boba topping was NOT included in the 6.49 price (R) and had to be selected as a 0.50 add-on. So just keep that in mind if you want boba in your drink. The strawberry crunch is included though, and I really enjoyed having that crunchy texture in the drink. Sugar is not customizable so it's plenty sweet.

Angela L.

Yelp
Years ago, Tiger Sugar would've been my go-to boba place. Nowadays, the small corner shop in the plaza pales in comparison to other options, provided you're willing to go on a little drive. I hate to say it, but in this day and age of boba, not being able to adjust my ice level is a bit of a downer. Yes the recipe is set, and yes it was quite a good one, but these days I can get a comparable drink with adjustable sugar and ice levels at nearly any other brand. What I will add is that although the normal drink is rather outclassed, the hot version of their signature drink is still quite delicious. I recommend trying one on a hot chocolate sort of day. Beware: It's not for the sugar-conscious.

Wing W.

Yelp
Great milk tea and they offer milk alternatives! Woot! Their coffee slush is a great way to beat the summer heat!!

Kevin D.

Yelp
Love going to Tiger Sugar! We got some drinks here while some of us were waiting in the line next door for Hui Lau Shan. You can order on the computer, or one of the employees can take your order for you! My go-to is the black sugar milk drink. You can choose regular or less sweet, regular or less ice, with or without Cream Mousse. They use organic Straus Barista Milk, but you can request to change it to Oatly Oat Milk or Soy Milk if you'd like! They also offer milk teas if you want something with tea: Black Milk tea, Jasmine Green Milk Tea, Oolong, Thai Tea, and Strawberry Matcha Tea. The boba + pearls have a nice chew. Their pearls are the mini boba, FYI! I felt like a kid again with every sip and chew. The best part? No one cared when I made silly noises from pure enjoyment. I'm giving this place 5 bubbles out of 5, that's for sure. If you're looking for a drink that takes you to boba heaven, this is your spot!

Kevin T.

Yelp
Definitely a keeper amongst the many Boba tea spots out there. They do the brown sugar with quite a nicely intense flavorful syrup, boba is great on texture, and creaminess is pretty fantastic. They even had a microphone setup for COVID precautions, so they definitely care. The tiger stripes motif is also kind of cute. Noteworthy notes: =Minimal customization when I went (just less ice/sugar rather than percentage, might've been cause we got seasonal specials) =Credit Card only, loyalty program tied to credit card =Dat cream mousse is super creamy =Definitely shake your boba tea cup up their recommended 15 times before puncturing, it'll help with the mixing. Parking is a bit dicey immediately around it as there's loads of restaurants for a less than stellar array of parking, but closer to the Daiso might be a better bet.

Jessy H.

Yelp
If you had their black sugar popsicles (which is available in most, if not all, Asian grocery markets), you already have a good idea of what their drinks are like! Knowing that their black sugar milk is famous, I finally got to try, and I loved it. I ordered their matcha black sugar milk, which includes boba. I usually take a while to finish my boba drinks, but I finished this drink in a matter of minutes. The matcha was very fragrant and smooth; it surprisingly went well with the black sugar despite both flavors being intense. As for atmosphere, the interior was nice and they have a dedicated wall of decorations for you to take pictures! They have a contactless ordering option and only accept card payments. Definitely will come back to try their other drinks, but I am a huge fan of their matcha black sugar milk!

Emily W.

Yelp
No wait on Monday evening. After ordering on kiosk, drinks came out pretty quickly. I've been to the Rowland Heights location twice and the Cupertino location once before. This recent time was great! I ordered the brown sugar boba milk with cream mousse and it was lovely. The cream mousse adds a great consistency and the boba texture was delicious. Overall a solid drink to fix the sweet tooth craving! Will be back.

G W.

Yelp
Cute ambiance. Fast service, good drinks. I return here often. Right next to Hui lau shan in the Cupertino plaza.

Van D.

Yelp
Does everything close so early in this area? While looking for a dessert spot to take the kiddos after dinner, a lot of places were already closed around 9:00pm, but luckily there was Tiger Sugar somewhat nearby. This location of Tiger Sugar seems to be in a very Asian plaza. No seating indoor or outdoor, possibly due to the pandemic. Apparently this Tiger Sugar is the same brand that makes those Boba Ice Cream bars. They have a little fridge our front if you want a colder treat. The fams all seemed to be in the mood for the drinks for the night. My cousins got the Black Sugar Boba Milk with Cream Mousse half sugar half ice and Black Sugar Boba Black Tea Latte with Taro and Cream Mousse. The 3 kids and I had the Black Sugar Boba and Pearl Milk with Cream Mousse. The drink was definitely on the sweet side, but what else would you expect when the word sugar is in their name? The were are sweet as my little nieces and nephew. Definitely glad they were still open so I can get a sweet treat with the fams. I would definitely consider coming back to a location more local to me.

Maryann E.

Yelp
Oh no! Why did they close? Does anyone know if they moved because even the San Jose location closed down too I'm sad this happened because they are the only ones who make the best brown sugar drink.

Julie H.

Yelp
Hello Kitty crush w/ boba! super cute collab going on with Hello Kitty. Drink tastes similar to a strawberry shortcake ice cream bar :) Kitty cup holders are 1 per customer!

Claire H.

Yelp
I remember going to Tiger Sugar when they first opened in the midst of the pandemic and standing in line just to get a hold of their famous black sugar boba milk tea. I've been back a few times since and I saw they had some new fruity items which sounded pretty tasty. I opted for the mango pomelo sago in addition to my normal milk tea order. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to add boba to the mango drink because it already included 4 other toppings in it. Both drinks were good- the boba was chewy and not too drenched in syrup this time around after a good shake. I really liked the mango pomelo sago drinks and the blend of toppings really made this drink stand out. I'll always come back to Tiger Sugar when I'm in the area and I hope they continue to release new fun flavors to try.

Victor M.

Yelp
This is one of my must haves after leaving the near by KBBQ. Their drinks are the perfect desert after a nice savory dinner. Whether if it's coffee or the boba that brings you in, your visit will be a good one! The black sugar boba with cream mousse is my favorite and it seems to be everyone else's go to as well. Enjoy!

Quentin P.

Yelp
Had a hot#1 and hot#5. Really nice on a chilly evening. Hot and the sugar boba warm your innards. Our fav was the #5. Just better taste to us. As first time visitor don't realize about the different size bobas. I guess ours were supposed to be the large bobas, but seems that there were smaller ones in the drink, or had heat shrinkage ? : ) Didn't feel cheated, but was wondering. They definitely have enough boba with the drinks. Waitstaff was super friendly and patient with our order. Kitchen staff was hustling to keep up with orders in a reasonable time. Overall will be back. Will try the cold drinks next time. Taro one looked interesting.
