Dude!! Such a nice experience! Quiet and perfect spot to come and read or study or anything. I was looking for rose or lavender, and the guy at the register suggested jasmine! Great idea and smart thinking because obviously i like flowers lol❤️ was a beautiful green tea with jasmine slushi with boba! I will be back ❤️❤️❤️😁

Delicious tea and quick service! This is a popular new bubble tea spot that I highly recommend not just for the products but also for the cool atmosphere decor. It's a nice relaxing place to just chill while enjoying some of their delicious drinks and snacks on a hot summer day. I personally love the passion fruit green tea. 😋

Very tasty Boba. I tried the #1 Signature Black Sugar Boba + Pearl Milk with Cream Mouse. Nicely balanced flavors with a refined sweetness. Welcoming and pleasant staff. Pleasant lobby for sitting in and enjoying your drink.

Grabbed a bubble tea to-go and it was refreshing on summer heat. The tea wasn’t too sweet, and the tapioca pearls were perfectly chewy and freshly made. I ordered the brown sugar pearls and strawberry cre with Mochi! I will definitely come back to try other items on the menu!

Tiger Sugar is I think my favorite boba tea chain. Their menu is different than the other chain. I need some caffeine so I got the latte with black sugar boba. Good drink good mix. Barista make sure I get the proper sweetness. Small space, it is in a corner of the strip mall. If isn't for map I would never notice it. They ran out of waffle. Madison heights location always ran out of waffle too, which is a bummer.

New Boba place opened a week ago. Have great flavors to choose from, and the tapioca is good quality. Friendly staff and clean and relaxed atmosphere. The space is not too big, have about 8 seats (two 2 seat tables and long high tables). Would definitely come again.

I've been wanting to try Tiger Sugar for a long time, so I'm super excited to be introduced to this location. This location is tucked away in the corner of a strip mall on Orchard Lake. It's super cute and has a little bit of seating inside. The barista was really friendly and offered suggestions based on my preferences and that was greatly appreciated. I was concerned that the drinks would be too sweet, but they are not! The barista was telling me that they are sweetened by Asian tastes which means they are not as sweet as one would think. Very easy to drink and I can see myself dropping into this location many more times to come. I like coffee so #4 is my favorite. It's a brown sugar latte but it had the perfect amount of sweetness and coffee. It was well balanced and the two types of boba and the cream on top really elevated it. I went with #F5 as my second option. I wanted something on the opposite end of the spectrum. The barista used green jasmine tea in the drink. It was mildly sweet and tart. Really enjoyable. Thank you to Yelp and Tiger Sugar for the fun experience.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the #1 BS Milk w/ Boba + Pearl & CM. Flavorful, perfect boba texture, friendly staff, spotless interior. I can't wait to return!

I'm so excited to see a familiar boba brand next to my place cause I just moved here from CA. Yup! You heard it right, California, a heaven for boba lover. I have tried almost all the good boba shops in CA, even Tiger Sugar in SoCal, and this TS in West Bloomfield did a good job on keeping it original. I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with pudding and boba, and my hubby ordered a similar drink with boba and pearl. We ordered less sugar and they both came out good with the right amount of sweetness and tea flavor. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in town and want a decent milk tea.

Have I really never reviewed this location? Since bubble tea can be expensive, I don't drop by too often, but Wilson is always friendly and is great to chat with. I was first introduced to this location through a few Yelp pickup events, but since then I've been a paying customer. I last stopped by here on August 11th - I remember the date specifically because I was 38 weeks pregnant and was cranky about having to be induced that night, so I was like, "I want Tiger Sugar today!" I always get the chocolate mousse boba drink, I forget what number it is on the menu, and I get it with soy milk; it is delicious. I also have tried their mango drink and a few others, and you really can't go wrong with anything you choose here, whether it be a fruity drink or a chocolate-tasting one. This location can be a little hard to find - it's tucked into the corner in the deli / Crispelli's / bakery plaza on Orchard Lake Rd. - but I hope it will stick around a while, because we really don't have a ton of bubble tea places in WB/Farmington Hills, and because it's delicious.

Overall pretty disappointed in this location. I'm a big fan of tiger sugar and have had it multiple times but this location had mid service, both my friends drink and mine didn't come out well and it overall wasn't the best experience. I got the chocolate malt drink and none of it was properly mixed and I kept getting chunks of malt powder no matter how much I stirred. My friends was better but still not as good as other locations. The store was very cute though (per usual) so the ambiance was good and professional. If you come, I would definitely not get the malt drink but try something else. They also forgot my cream top...

Tiger Sugar in West Bloomfield - this is not a drill! So excited to have a location on the west side of Michigan. The quality of this franchise is consistent and is a great choice when craving boba. Tiger Sugar's drinks are of high quality and I appreciate that their boba has a soft texture that doesn't dry out, especially if you drink your tea throughout the day. Their drinks aren't too sweet which I appreciate. I value that they have created recipes whose drinks aren't overloaded with sugar yet have rich flavor to them. I met up with a friend and while this location was in the corner of the complex - thus having a smaller set up, I still felt like we were able to enjoy being in the space without being too close to the next party. Tables and chairs was the furniture setup. Staff were professional and kind. I was happy with my drink and will be promoting Tiger Sugar as a top tier boba spot.

As someone that loves Boba and is always looking for nearby locations that offer great menu items, Tiger sugar definitely has become one of those. When I walked in, I was greeted by an employee and given a quick rundown of the different drinks offered. I love the indoor decor and ambiance of the shop, just made the experience so much more enjoyable. I of course, went with the original signature drink, because I really feel like that is a great representation of a companies' quality and flavor when it comes to Boba. It had a great taste to it and was perfectly balanced with the boba. May have finished it in 2 minutes haha. Now I have to go back and try all the different flavors!

It's nice having a Tiger Sugar location so close! It's located in the same plaza as the Crispelli's. I've dropped by the location a few times in Madison Heights, and this spot is just as great. Staff are friendly and even when it's busy you always seem to get your order fairly quickly so that's good. I mainly get the #1 which is the Black Sugar Boba + Pearl Milk with Cream Mousse and it's always tasty. The trick is the get light ice so that it's not all gone within three sips. On a hot summer day it's nice to cool off with some tasty boba and Tiger Sugar has done it right every time.

If I want something sweet to drink, I usually come here. Some many different drink on the menu . Even if you choose low sugar to save calories, it will be plenty sweet enough. I like tiger sugar more than other chain is because their menu is different. They have drink with red beans in it.

We visited this Tiger Sugar once before when they first opened and thought everything was fantastic. While we don't come up to Bloomfield Hills too often, we were in the area for a meetup and had to visit again. For this second visit, things were a bit worse. I guess this Tiger Sugar location might still be figuring things out since they are still pretty new. Mango Sago, Less Ice ($7.78) - This drink was delicious, very consistent with other Tiger Sugar locations. Fantastic mango flavor, with a bit of milky creaminess. The sago adds tiny soft balls with just a tad bit of firmness. This also comes with small chunks of mango to add additional texture and a burst of mango flavor. Fresh Taro & Boba, Less Ice, XL, Lactose Free ($8.70) - I think the ratio of milk to taro milk was off in this drink. It was distinctly much less sweet and had much less taro flavor than what I've had previously from this Tiger Sugar and other locations. There was a good amount of soft starchy taro pieces mixed in as normal. The boba was just a tad harder than normal Tiger Sugar here - just a bit noticeably firmer, but not too bad. As a side note, this Tiger Sugar location charges a 3% fee if you order via snackpass on your phone. I have not seen this fee before in any other Tiger Sugar location. If you order using the kiosk inside, you are not subject to the 3% fee. While the drinks weren't as good as our previous visit, I'd still go again any time I'm in the area.

I haven't had Tiger Sugar since trying it for the first time in Taiwan and that was few years ago. Order using Kiosk and wait until your name is called. I got the #1, XL, half sweet. While I enjoyed the drink, was disappointed with the cup it came in... I recall it was served in clear plastic cup, but got mine in hello kitty paper cup (nothing against hello kitty) but hope this was just a temporary thing. Only one person was working when we visited, hope this isn't the norm. Will need to try other offerings they have next time I'm in the area. For now, three stars.

Super cute place! This was my first time trying Boba so I was very excited. I wanted to make my drink vegan and it's amazing that they offer so many options for your milk drink, two options for regular dairy milk, soy, oat and lactate. I went with number one with oat milk and no mousse as it is made from dairy. My husband got #4 with mousse and regular dairy. They were out of mamy other flavors at the time we were there but we wanted to try the original ones so that was ok. The barista was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the Boba. It's so fun to drink with the pearls. I was worried it will be too sweet but it wasn't, or was just perfect. I will definetly be coming back for more, especially during summertime.

Wow, I was quite impressed with this business. Prior to my visit at this establishment I had only had Boba drinks one other time and that was at a location far from my house in West Bloomfield. The two drinks I had at this business, the Black Sugar Boba with Pearl Milk and Cream Mousse and the Black Sugar Boba with Pudding and Cream Mousse, were absolutely delicious! Per discussion with staff, this business uses only the freshest ingredients to include premium dairy products. The Tapioca pearls are made fresh daily and the drinks are made per a regimented process ensuring consistency of the drinks form one visit to the next ensuring your favorite drink always meets your expectation! Relative to the business itself, it is part of an international chain started in Thailand where it has made its way to the US starting in NYC and just recently to Michigan where this store is the second one to open in Michigan. The Young man who waited on me, Wilson, was super friendly and helpful in helping me select my drinks and to fill me on the details surrounding this business. This interaction with him on top of the quality drinks he made, that were or so tasty, made this a very enjoyable first experience at this business. Being that this business is local to me I will definately be returning in the very near future and will probably tie this in with my weekly Plum Market trips that are basically across the street from them. I cant wait to try the Black Sugar Bobba Cafe Latte version which is Wilson's favorite and apparently a must try if you are a coffee fan like I am! Be seeing you again soon Wilson!

This place is so cute and clean. They are very fast. You order from a kiosk. The milk tea is very flavorful. I had the taro milk tea with boba and cream pudding. It has taro chucks in it too. I like that they have tiny boba option which I will try next time.

What a tasty experience getting bubble tea at this new spot. I thought it was local - but learned that it is actually a franchise. Regardless, the decor and ambience was super fun. The service was great. And the boba drinks were excellent. Flavorful and sweet. I got two: a cocoa and a coffee kind. Number 3 and 4. See pic for the description. . And I would definitely come back. Hope to soon. I'll keep an eye out for promotions as this was delicious. I also learned that the tapioca pieces have a short life once made, so that you need to drink within 4 hours or so. Oops. I came here on a Friday during happy hour and Wilson was the only employee working. Their happy house has buy one get one free drinks Monday thru Friday 2-5. It was pretty busy when I got there, but Wilson was attentive, personable, and gave great advice on what drinks are most popular. The store was clean and charming, and it was a nice ambiance. The strawberry mochi was absolutely incredible! It was a 10/10 and tasted exactly like a strawberry Mochi. The brown sugar boba was also really tasty but I really fell in love with the strawberry Mochi. Wilson was by far the best part of my experience, but overall everything was really really great. Definitely a place I'd recommend checking out if you like boba

1st time visit was for a Yelp invite. This time came back as a regular customer trying out their mango sago, by far my favorite compared to the black sugar milk series. Cost me $7.78 plus tax I like sweet drinks so I highly recommend their fruit series instead of the black sugar milk series. Tiger Sugar is located in an L-shaped commercial complex at Powers and Orchard Lake Rd. Open Daily starting at 11am then closes at 9 pm during Mondays to Thursdays. They close late Fridays to Sundays at 10 pm. For kids who want to hang out or meet their friends, the store has a lot of tables and chairs to accommodate the group. After lunch or dinner, your family may want to have Tiger Sugar drinks as dessert after having eaten at Crispellis, Pickles & Rye or Apple Grill. Not only do they serve fruit and milk tea but also coffee latte and americano. I was looking forward in purchasing the pineapple cake but unfortunately it is out and not available until further noticed. Not to mention that they have waffles in a separate menu. So happy that there is now an authentic Taiwan black sugar milk and fruit tea store in the West Bloomfield area. The 1st location in Michigan is by 168 Mart in Sterling Heights.

Tucked away in a plaza where I truly otherwise never would've thought to grab a tasty drink, Tiger Sugar was an awesome little spot! Wilson was our host and he was incredibly kind. He made sure to make recommendations and was so sweet to my 3 year old who I brought with me for a special date we grabbed a strawberry milk tea and a chocolate chip drink. The strawberry was AMAZING, and we got it without mochi. The chocolate chip was very tasty, but it seemed to have crushed Oreo in there with the bubbles, which was just not my personal fave. Very tasty, but personally I'm weird with certain textures so next time I'd go for something different. Overall this spot was great with tasty options, and I'm excited to try more of the wonderful menu!

First time trying BOBA IN MY LIFE! I LOVEEED it! First of all the store was so cute inside and the bathroom + everything was clean! I got the cafe latte boba and the matcha boba and my favorite was the coffee one! You can add extra shots of espresso and that to me is amazing and the flavors go together so well! I love that the boba beads aren't extremely sweet like gummies I was told they are actually tapioca beads!?!?! I was surprised lol! The service was excellent and I informed the staff that this was my first time trying boba so they were excited for me to try it and be apart of my first ever boba! Thank you AGAIN!

Grrrreat atmosphere, grrrrreat boba, grrrreat service! Wilson was friendly, warm, and helpful. We came in for a Yelp event where we got two drinks for free!! (You read that write). We also got Fanny packs! All the drinks we enjoyed were delightful, well balanced, and full of flavor. Personally I recommend the No. 3 but I'm a chocolate lover. Looking for caffeine Tiger Meets Coffee is right up your ally! Looking for tea? Get some passion fruit green tea for a refreshing yet vibrant pop! Can't wait to come back!

The drinks on their Black Sugar Milk Series menu are probably better, but their Black Tea Latte with Cream Mousse and Green Tea Latte with Cream Mousse were just okay in my honest opinion. I feel like the milk latte could be much creamier. I did like the green tea latte than the black tea latte because the green tea flavor came through so much better. The boba was very well prepared - chewy and soft, but it could be more sweetened. Overall, the drinks were just ok, but I would not order the tea latte anymore next time. Service was excellent though, the staff who helped us was very nice and friendly and helpful.

I love the West Bloomfield location. Wilson is always super nice and friendly and makes amazing drinks to order. I'm a fan of #3 - the black sugar boba with chocolate malt milk and cream mousse. Compared with similar boba places, I definitely think Tiger Sugar is a step above in flavor, quality and service. I only wish there was a location a bit closer to home.

Came here to say today for a couple boba drinks. The place had steady business, which is a good sign. The drinks were very good, sweet but not too sweet, creamy. I will say that the boba balls had a licorice taste, so if you don't like licorice you might not want those in your drink. The guy making the drinks was busy, but he super nice and professional, like very professional. I'll definitely be back for cool refreshing fun drink!

I'm not a fan of Boba but wanted to give it another try. I got the passion fruit green tea and black sugar boba. The tea wasn't my favorite but it was cold and refreshing. I wish the passion fruit flavor was a little stronger. The black sugar boba & pearl coffee latte is amazing. The coffee base is perfectly sweet without being overpowering . I would like a little less boba but the coffee made up for it. The cashier, I can't remember his name, was great. He was friendly and explained the menu to me. He even offered some suggestions based on what I told him I was looking for.

This was excellent! The cashier was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all the boba teas available and helped me to pick two that I would love. If this is your first time coming here, the place is small but it is well worth it. I tried two different bubble teas, their original one as well as a mango green tea and a waffle. The waffle had mochi fluff and strawberries on top and it was absolutely delicious. I'm hoping to find a bubble tea place like this one in the area I live in.

I was very honored to be invited, along with other Yelp Elite members, to try a new Boba tea venue, Tiger Sugar. I am very thankful, as I discovered it offers a wide variety of beverages for all to enjoy! Upon arrival we were kindly and professionally greeted by one of the owners, Wilson. He answered all our questions and was able to accommodate for food allergies. I was very impressed that Tiger Sugar offers the choice of Whole milk, 2% milk, Soy milk, Oat milk, or Lactaid Milk for the base ingredient of their drinks. The Boba was very fresh and soft. They came in a variety of sizes depending upon the type of drink selected. These are the drinks we tried today: (1) New release: #9 Black Sugar Red Bean Boba Milk. This is a favorite! The Boba and the Red Bean bit size pieces were very proportionate and they were soft and fresh. It was sweet but not too sweet, light, very creamy with a very smooth texture, and very refreshing. This was a surprise! (2) The #4 Black Sugar Boba + Pearl Coffee Latte with Cream Mousse. Another Favorite! I had this made with 2% milk and Light ice. For all coffee aficionados! This drink is balanced, rich, smooth, and strong, without being bitter. It reminds me of another favorite, the French Vietnamese coffee. (3) #7 Taro, Taro pudding, Black Sugar Boba Milk with cream mousse. The Taro was tasty but the taro flavor was tasted throughout the drink which is what I was expecting. This was not a favorite, not my go to, and our family is familiar with Taro and Taro beverages. I mainly tasted the milk base, but the Taro pudding was beautiful and smooth. Even though it is a drive for me, I will definitely be visiting Tiger Sugar often! What a treat!! Thank you Yelp and Tiger Sugar for serving our community!

Tiger sugar is the best bubble tea in the area! We frequently go to the one in Madison Heights but gave this location a try. It's super cute and very clean. Wilson greeted us right when we walked in. He was super friendly and informative. He helped us choose our drinks. We have had several of the drinks here and they are all good. You cannot go wrong with any of them! Def check this place out!! Also, the hello kitty cups are the cutest!!! Thank you so much, Wilson, for such an amazing experience and drinks!

I'm no stranger to Tiger Sugar chain. But this location, tucked away in the corner of a strip mall, gave me one of the best Peach Oolong Teas I've ever had. The customer service was great. Although the space is small, there were a few tables and long counter seating.

Best boba ever, highly recommend! Ask for Wilson at the Wb location, he will take care of you, whether you're new to bubble or an experienced drinker, he will take great care of you, such a gem!

This was a yelp event that I was invited to attend. I was super excited! Interior was ok, not a very big place, which is also OK, maybe 5-7 tables. Location was easy to find. I was a bit disappointed that about 1/3 of the drinks were unavailable. Not sure if it was caused by Yelp event or the place was unprepared. I did receive my fanny pack but not cookies since they've run out. The event will be lasting for another day but there's a lot of shortage. Overall. I'm not big on these types of drinks but I've really enjoyed my lychee black tea. Will definitely come back but I hope that the place will have a wider selection available.

A little corner store serves a big selection of bubble tea and boba. And it has room for a few tables so if you have time to hang out with your friends- you can! Decor is cute as well- there is a big picture of a tiger, there is a big Hello Kitty. #4 - coffee flavored is a popular selection and is great! I liked that I was asked what kind of milk I prefer, how sweet I want it, how much ice. So basically- check it out! it's good.

We were so excited to see a nearby Tiger Sugar finally opened. We are big fans. Today we got the Hello Kitty drink and some sort of cookie crumble drink. They were both so delicious, crunchy, chewy, and flavorful. It is a cute, tiny space sort of tucked away in the corner, but they do have a few places to sit. The individual working here was very kind and did a great job. He let me know these are the same owners as the other location in Madison Heights. I look forward to visiting again and bringing the rest of the family.

WE CAME BACK!! And service was great again my daughter tried the Peach Tea and LOVED it! Perfect sweetness with the peach cubes in the bottom!! My daughter added the Mango Coconut Jelly (because she loves it)!! And the inside was clean just as last time!! We WILL be back!! (AGAIN lol) :)))

I absolutely love Tiger Sugar Milk Tea! Their drinks are simply amazing! They currently have their hello kitty special going on and this is the cutest ever! I definitely recommend tiger sugar milk tea! We were table to try many of their items today. I loved the hello kitty strawberry crunch. I think that one was one of my favorite!

Where do I even start? The drinks are amazing with a decent amount of drinks. The wait time if you're by yourself, is it very short with about one to two minutes it can be longer if there is other people there. And the aesthetic, there is amazing. You can stay there and study if you want. it's kind of like a Starbucks but for Boba. Overall, I'll give this place a five out of five stars because the drinks are amazing service is amazing and aesthetic is amazing. You should definitely come here and try this place out for yourself.

New location! Alittle hard to see from since it is right in the corner but the place is light up. I have been to a Tiger Sugar location and this place is about the same. The guy at the front was super nice and helpful, as half our party has never been to a Tiger Sugar joint. The guy was even nice enough to tell us if we give them a good review on Google he would give us a drink for free. The drinks were made fast and we were out the door in a matter of 5 minutes. Would recommend this location if you do not wanna drive all the way to the Madison Heights location.

I stopped into Tiger Sugar because my daughter loves boba, although I am not a huge fan. The space is small, but super cute. We went during the grand opening so it was adorned with hello kitty decor! The customer service was great, the cashier was informative and friendly. There are self service kiosks but the cashier took our order. My daughter ordered a strawberry drink, I'm unsure of the name, but it tasted like strawberry milk. It was very tasty. I have tried boba and I've never liked it, but Tiger Sugar did not disappoint! We will definitely be back!

What a cool experience! I have had boba tea before but not like this! a place in the mall had something similar. I actually had a way better experience here they have alot more selection and it looked alot better and tasted alot better.. the inside was very clean and bright! service was fast considering there was one person working and all the drinks are made by hand I like the process behind it.. the taste is alot better than other teas ive had I think ive found my new tea addiction.. its slightly far from my house but only 10 mins from my work so perfect afternoon pick up!! Im so excited to try to different varieties of this tea shop! The person was super nice as well and helped me through the menu! They just had some hello kitty stuff I missed but i have them on instagram now so definitely going to follow to see what they come up with next! WOOO the mango is sweet and targo is sweet but less sweet they both have chewy boba ooo this is sooo goooodd haha im not used to things in my drink but im already hooked!! This location is in west bloomfield and opened about a month ago. Im definitely coming here after work more often! We need one by my house!

First off, the store itself is super clean and the customer service is amazing! The gentleman at the counter was so patient with me, and answered my million questions. Second, the drinks are AMAZING! I love that they are not too sweet and yet, super delicious! Can't wait to make this place a regular stop! Highly recommend the matcha and the signature!

Drove 14 miles to come here and they have a hand written sign on the door saying closed on Tuesdays, update your business hours so people don't waste their time coming here!

First time trying this location and I'm so happy it's there! This is my favorite boba in the metro Detroit area. The boba is usually sweet and has a great texture. The drinks themselves are always a great balance between sweet and refreshing. There are so many options to choose from on the menu. They have many different types of tea, milk tea, coffee, slushes and more. They let you pick the level of sweetness and ice if you want to change it. The wait can sometimes be long but that's because there are many people ordering drinks. The location is clean and cutely decorated. It's very inviting. The staff is very kind and tries to get drinks out as quick as possible. If you are looking for a boba place to try in this are give this one a try! You won't be disappointed.

First time trying this location and 'Im very pleased! This is easily my favorite place to get boba. The drinks are delicious and the boba is fresh and has the best texture! Service is very friendly. You may need to wait a little bit for your drinks but they are made to order and well worth the wait for the quality of drink! This location offers a good amount of seating inside. Ordered a Passion Fruit Oolong Tea with boba and a strawberry mochi my girls and it was so tasty! Wilson is super friendly and even remembered my name! Location was super close and inviting. Definitely will be coming back for more and sharing this location with my friends and family.

Came her for a Yelp event and so glad i did because i didnt even realize they opened up a second location in the metro detroit area. Tea drinks were great. Nice depth of black tea flavor with hints of fresh fruit. I also ordered the mango sago drink. This drink is so nostalgic. Tastes just like the mango sago dessert. Great customer service- When I told the guy working at the front that I hadn't had boba a lot to know which one i wanted he helped me choose which one would be the best! I already have other drinks from this menu I cannot wait to try. Great place, very modern, artsy, study space.
