First time visiting and it was delicious. There's plenty of parking and a decent amount of seating inside the restaurant. I got their brown sugar mochi with cheese foam. It was made well and I like the chew of the bubbles. I also ordered mochi donuts, which were good and made well. They did run out of a flavor that I wanted, but I substituted it for another flavor. Overall, the food was pretty good, but just a bit expensive. I paid almost $8 for my drink and $13 for 6 donuts. Staff seemed nice, but they were pretty busy. I would come back and try other drinks and glad they opened I recommend this place for a sweet treat, a snack, or a casual group hang out!

Yummy Popcorn chicken, Potato tornado and no.1 black sugar boba. Service was great and brilliant flavor in savory dishes!

We are so glad we stopped in. The mochi donuts were amazing. The wonderful person working was so kind and helpful.

The service was very slow, and the staff member serving drinks was quite rude. My drinks were ready and sitting there for a while, but she didn’t hand them over. When I asked her to pick them up myself, she said I was confusing her by standing there, despite the drinks clearly being mine. It doesn’t matter how good the drinks or products are, customer service is what truly counts.

A wonderful boba place!! It was recomm by a friend and I'm so glad that she did! My family loves Bubble Tea and it's nice that this location is so close. The eating area is very clean. The desserts are great (not to sweet) and it's a fun place to go! We will definitely come back here when we want a treat.

The drinks are okay, they were good but not $8+ a drink good. I feel they are rather pricey for a drink, especially flavored milk. The donuts were yummy for sure though, but again, really overpriced. 3 donuts cost $7. Staff is friendly and the cafe is clean.

I am a very avid boba lover and try every single shop I can, and I place Milk Jar as my number one 10/10 shop. Tiger Sugar is a chain that is known for its brown sugar drinks. The shop and drinks were aesthetically pleasing, but the same can not be said about the taste. It was disappointing how bad their signature sugar drink is. The drink tasted artificial and burnt, unlike brown sugar drinks in the past. The matcha tasted low quality or was overpowered by the burnt sugar. The most uncomfortable part was the mixture of small and large tapioca pearls. We expected the regular pearls and instead got an unholy mixture of overcooked irregular boba. 2/10 on my boba shop scale. Milk Jar is a local shop with a few locations around the greater Cincinnati area, and I would highly recommend their drinks (including brown sugar drinks) over Tiger Sugar. Support local shops over chains!

So, on a quiet Saturday, I decided to treat my coworkers to drinks from Tiger Sugar. Although some of them were hesitant about trying bubble tea, I convinced them that Tiger Sugar was a must-try. I recommended my coworkers AA, PS, and MW try the signature #1, Black Sugar Boba and Pearl Milk W. Cream Mousse; PS expressed a preference for a drink with fewer boba. I and KK opted for #7, Taro Pudding, Black Sugar Boba, Milk with Cream Mousse. Upon arriving at the store with KK, I was immediately struck by how busy it was. All the seats were taken and there was a line forming behind us. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff were focused and hard at work, preparing drinks for the eager customers. As I approached the counter, I was greeted by a friendly female staff member who took my order. I then retreated to a quiet corner to observe the interior of the shop. The store was not very large, and most of the space was taken up by the counter and working stations. A few seats and tables were arranged along one side of the store by the wall, which was adorned with vibrant decor and illuminated by cleverly placed ceiling lights. A large stuffed tiger sat atop a shelf behind the counter, adding to the whimsical atmosphere of the shop. I also noticed a station where customers could place orders without interacting with the staff, but I preferred to order directly from the staff as I also enjoyed their smile and polite manner. After a short wait, my order was ready, and we left the store feeling satisfied. Upon returning to my workplace, I distributed the drinks to my coworkers and surveyed their opinions. PS noted that his drink was more enjoyable than his previous experience as there was less boba stuck in his straw. AA and MW both found the experience to be weird but enjoyable. KK praised the delicious flavor of his drink and the exceptional service provided by the staff. As for me, I found that Tiger Sugar truly provides an authentic bubble tea experience, without "Americanizing" the drinks too much. My #7 drink was pleasantly sweet but not overwhelming, and the boba was perfectly chewy, just as I remembered it. The taro pudding added a unique flavor to the drink that was satisfying until the last drop. Overall, I highly recommend Tiger Sugar to anyone looking for a high-quality bubble tea experience. The shop's inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious drinks make for an enjoyable visit that is sure to please.

Delicious! We were seeking milk tea: something beyond the ordinary was our call to action. We found it at Tiger Sugar! This small, clean bubble tea shop was staffed by helpful servers. The menu was broad and creative - lots of interesting toppings and combinations, illustrated with photos on the menu. I ended up getting my usual black milk tea, daughter got one of the green teas and other daughter got one of the creative ones with malt in it. Can't remember which ones we ordered specifically but we all loved our drinks! Plenty of parking at this strip mall location. We drove 30 minutes to get to this quest and we'd do it again next time we are seeking a milk tea beyond the ordinary.

Such a cute place! Staff was very informative and friendly!! All the donuts were great, I personally think the icing was a little thick, like too much, but- nevertheless the donuts were delicious! Also had the #1 - the black sugar + pearl milk with boba! Delicious. Will definitely come again

Ate the chocolate mochi dog. It was pretty good. The chocolate was a bit dark though. But overall if you like dark chocolate i would recommend it

We. Are. OBSESSED. These yums are the most light and airy doneys we've ever had! If you find yourself on Tylersville Rd, definitely pop by.

Don't walk- RUN! Tiger Sugar is a hit in our house. Their milk teas are amazing- but the mochi donuts steal the show. Our favorites are the matcha, strawberry, cappuccino, Oreo, peach and the coconut. These are so soft and pillowy. My husband says they are like eating the lightest funnel cake imaginable- with a delicious not too sweet frosting. I agree!

I did not see any items with popping boba. First thing that was slightly disappointing is I ordered 2 drinks but somehow got charged for 3 but received all 3. The drinks were fine I just don't prefer anything custard in my drinks or thick boba. The mochi donuts though.... Delicious. We tried 6 kinds and the mango and strawberry were my favorite.

We came here on opening day because it happened to be nearby our lunch. We were definitely excited because we love a quality boba drink. I'm from Southern California so Boba shops are very saturated everywhere here and it's so competitive. Coming to Cincinnati, there were a lot of spots especially nearby to where I live, east of Cincinnati. And although tiger sugar is not near me, it was nearby so we took the opportunity to come here and try out their drinks. They also sold mochi donuts and they had their cute little dog mascot outside lol. The staff were really friendly and super attentive. Any questions you have they can help you figure out what drink to try. I ordered a mango drink and it was so good and refreshing, fresh mango, and I did not taste any fake mango syrup. Definitely a spot to come when I'm in this area. Great drinks for the summer!

Came here during their grand opening event. Where first 100 customers get a freebie. Got there 5 mins before 12 and started panicking a little when I saw that the doors were open. The cute little tiger in my photos, that's the free first 100 customer gift. Kinda bummed that it's one per order and not one per customer.. if we knew we would have make separate order instead of ordering everything at once.. We got strawberry mochi, brown sugar mochi boba with cheese mousse. And a couple of mochi donuts. Strawberry mochi taste like strawberry milk with strategies bits, jelly, aloe and mochi. Brown sugar mochi kinda have a oaty taste to it. Not really a fan of that. I can't taste the cheese in it too. So not really my top pick. Mochi donuts was alright. I think it would be nicer if it's warmish instead. The ones I had from NYC tasted better, but this is Ohio. So I guess I got to learn to settle.

The desserts are good but they have no alternative milks other than lactaid. unfortunately I am allergic to dairy proteins (whey and casein). I would love to try the boba but no options other than tea for me. Inside is small but clean. cashier super friendly and quick with orders. There is a display at entrance to place virtual order.

Ordered ok Uber eats. I had high expectations but it was a little disappointing when the drink was delivered. It is significantly smaller than I thought I would be. For a $7 drink, I think you could get twice the amount somewhere else. The taste was okay. I ordered taro but the flavor was really subtle.

Finally made it to Tylersville to try this place. It's slightly hidden in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. I ordered a traditional milk tea with black tea and boba. It was well balanced with the milk, tea and sweetness. The staff was friendly and super nice. Next time, I will definitely try one of their sweet treats.

I've been looking for mochi donuts for a while now and was thrilled to hear that Tiger Sugar had them. I'm happy to report that these met and maybe exceeded my expectations. They were light, fluffy and bursting with flavor. I visited during a Hello Kitty promotion so the restaurant was extra cute. The service is great and they constantly restock the donuts. I'm basing that on the second visit in the same day where some sold out flavors were back in stock.

They now have tornado potato's and popcorn chicken!! I got the garlic parm tornado potato and salt and pepper popcorn chicken, it's so good! I got it during a weekday when it wasn't too busy, and it's so nice to just sit and chat. The place is really clean and has a nice atmosphere.

The texture and the coating flavors were wonderful. The Mochi texture But unfortunately the staff wasn't really handling the food properly. That was a big let down for me. Sorry for the 3 stars easily it could have been 4+ but nah.

One of the best bubble tea cafe's in Cincinnati. Cute little cafe with a variety of bubble tea options and mochi donuts. Self ordering options and fast service. I like to order the signature- brown sugar boba with pearl milk and cream mousse.

Ahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! So excited to have legit boba place nearby!!! Loved the Tiger Mango Sago, it was not too sweet and really delicious. The matcha donut was so good, can't wait to try the rest! They have so may options. Lovely shop, clean, plenty seats. Can't wait to be back :)

Super yummy boba place! They were doing a buy one get one deal on some of the donuts so I got the matcha one, very cute and tasty! Service was great, I just got an Uber eats order to go so I didn't stay inside but it looked very cute!

I'm so happy there's a Tiger Sugar in Cincinnati now!! Some of the best boba, period. This location in particular is so nice, too! Friendly and patient staff, great quality drinks and donuts. It's a 40 minute drive from me but it is well worth the trip. If you haven't tried boba this is a great place to get addicted

I always order the black tea lychee boba and never disappoints!!! Also the donuts are delicious! Too bad is too far away from us otherwise I will be over once a week!!! Hard to stay away from this place!!

The donuts are a must 10/10. I thought I knew a good mochi donut, but I did not! The strawberry was my fave but they're all good. I need to go back asap.

This place always has pretty consistent and good Boba. I like that they use organic milk even though I really don't drink milk, just shows some conscientious thinking. I prefer a T7 green tea, lightly sweetened. You also can't go wrong grabbing a little snack of their mochi donuts, coconut, and matcha are delicious. And most of the time the customer service is pretty friendly and the place is kept clean.

I had the pleasure of trying out this place and I was pleasantly surprised! Super exciting to get another boba place in west Chester. Great location right next to Kroger in VOA. I've been to tiger sugar before and always thought the drinks were ok. It can be very sweet so be aware. This place is still really new and it seems like they're still trying to get their system/training in order... our drinks took a really long time to come out. Each order seemed to take between 15-25 minutes which is quite long for boba. The music they have playing inside is also really loud, we had to move away from the tv bc my ears were ringing. We ordered the original (#1)black tea brown sugar, mango tea and strawberry tea. All the drinks were really good and not extremely sweet! Not all drinks were available when we went. A lot of items were crossed out and some drinks can only be ordered in the largest size for some reason. We also ordered the strawberry Mochi donut and chocolate Mochi donut. These were alright, you can tell they have been sitting out for awhile... kinda stale and just dry. Wouldn't order these again if I came back. I'd definitely try this place again! I hope they get their self kiosk working and the staff becomes a bit faster at preparing drinks!

Beautiful interior and amazing mochi donuts and boba. I could eat their boba by the bucket and I'm not even a huge fan of boba in general. It's the perfect consistency, and they're bigger than other places, and sweet. I love their original tiger stripes drink and their chocolate malt. Not a big fan of the taro pudding drink but other than that, I would 100% recommend this place. The staff is very nice and we have come back every week for the last 3-4 weeks. They have the coolest machine that seals on the cup lids so you can shake the crap out of your drink to mix it! It's brilliant.

Came in during the soft opening which only selective drinks on the menu were available. Glad that they were all available grand opening day. I heard from someone that the drinks couldn't be altered but I was able to order my passion fruit tea without the boba. The drink was refreshing but on the sweeter side. I do prefer their fruity drinks over the brown sugar drinks(somethingaboutthebrownsugardoesn'ttaste goodto me). Next time I will try to see if they could adjust drinks sweetness level. The mochi donuts are delicious and not too sweet to me. Great chewy texture and subtle flavors.

Maple Hill whole milk!!! I was surprised they use it as an ingredient in the drink. They are soft opening now and they give 10%discount on all orders, gotta try them out

With its convenient location next to Kroger on Tylersville, and reputation of this brand, I was excited to try out at first. After several visits, it's clear that they do not match their reputation. Taste has been inconsistent, order has not been followed through(ordered extra sweet and not being made that way). I can go to any other bubble tea places and should be satisfied if they are at this level. Store is clean and nice, but drink is so mediocre at best.

Best bubble tea in town IMHO. Friendly service and pretty quick to get drinks. Casual and easy to get to after work.

Really glad to see thai tea added to their menu. Service was always quick and on time when ordering ahead. Drink is waiting for me when I get there. The inside look modern and clean and look like a good place to hang out with friend.

Sooo good. I love this location and how new it is. Their drinks are superior, I tried 2 of them and my fav was the matcha latte with boba and the mochi donut was so soft and fluffy & so different than regular donuts. 10/10

I love this place. I just now found out they have fried potatoes and they are the BEST. The BBQ flavor is my favorite. You'll want to make sure you try their donuts! They're very unique and delicious and some have cute designs. Perfect place for gen z dates. I love all of their drinks but honestly I am not a big fan of their matcha. It was a little saddening but their other drinks are great. Try the tiger jelly, it has a very nice strong coffee flavor.

Didn't love their drinks. They have a taro pudding drink that tasted okay but was just too many textures and had something a bit grainy in it. The star here is the mochi donuts. Those were beyond amazing

This is the Boba spot in West Chester! Add this to the list of places you "must" try. Service was friendly and efficient! Donuts are yummy and so cute to look at.

They have wonderful boba tea and donuts. But their hours are not accommodating to a normal schedule. Every time we try and get donuts they are closed even when the open sign is on. Not sure we will go back. This is the second time the open sign was on and they were in fact closed.
