Today was my 1st time in Tight squeeze Juice Bar . My server Ms.Nadiya was very helpful and so polite even give me some heads-up on about the trail. Customer service overtop soon as I walked through the door.It was another young lady working as well very polite and helpful. Keep up.the amazing work lady's will be back soon. My taste of Brazil bowl was so delicious with real fruit omg .

I stopped by Tight Squeeze Juice Bar and tried the Peanut Butter Cup protein smoothie — it was absolutely amazing! Super flavorful, creamy, and hit the spot after my workout. The owner, Jim was also really friendly and welcoming. He even shared some helpful business advice with me, which I truly appreciated. Great drinks and even better vibes — I’ll definitely be back!

Been following them on IG and finally was home to go check them out. The customer service was perfect!!! The team walked me through all of the options for what I was looking for. I settled on a 20oz The Big Slim. I’m headed back later today, if your in town make the trip it’s well worth it

I fell in love with Tight Squeeze Juice Bar after moving to Houston from Dallas and California. Having tried a number of juice bars, I can confidently say that TS is hands-down my favorite! The vibe at the MKT location is super cool, the service is always friendly and the quality is top-tier. The Brazilian Açaí Bowl is my go-to and as someone who’s never been big on matcha, I was blown away by their Matcha Blast! Soo so good! I’m also obsessed with the Kofi Smooth, a protein smoothie! I’ve done their cold-pressed juice cleanse and to my surprise, each juice was absolutely delicious. Tight Squeeze has easily become my favorite Juice bar.

Tight Squeeze juice bar acai bowls were perfectly portioned and incredibly satisfying with every spoonful.😋 I'm genuinely glad to have discovered such a flavorful spot. The bowls and smoothies are fantastic and reasonably priced and one of the favorite places to go.🥙😍 The staff were also quite friendly and can give 10/10 for their services. Good ambience and atmosphere and nice designs on the walls around the seating. These people also have the Tight Squeeze printed Hoodies and Tees which looks pretty cool and good. 😎 We can also take enough bottled juices for the week or order the juice of your choice at the counter. If we want quality smoothies and bowls then the only place I recommend among I visited is Tight Squeeze is definitely the place to go. We can also shop around here while having some smoothies as some stores are around the tight squeeze juice bar. So hurry up guys😜

I've been visiting Tight Squeeze Juice Bar weekly for months now, and it's hands down my favorite spot for refreshing and nutritious treats. Love this place! Owner is super nice and flavors are amazing. I got the “Refresh My Day” and it was truly refreshing! I also picked up the “Radiant” cold press juice and it was amazing. The hint of ginger did not take over. Did not disappoint. Will definitely come back!

No frills or thrills here. I was very turned off by the service we received. No "hi" or "welcome in". There were three young ladies working behind counter and two of the three were very unfriendly and said hardly anything. After this experience I came to Yelp to see if this was just an "off day" but it isn't. There are definitely re-training opportunities here. There are so many other options at this location and I was pretty disappointed overall. I wouldn't recommend this place unfortunately. Hopefully things turn around.

Really sad that I have to update this review. Came here this afternoon after a good workout with my sister. We've been here multiple times, staff is always super friendly and the vibe is always good. Today, however, must have been an exception. I've been reading reviews about the attitude of some workers and I completely agree. I think there does need to be some retraining. No smiles, no suggestions, no "hi welcome in". Just stares. I will say, the pitaya bowl was so good, so I wish I could've left a 5 start review for that, but service is a big part. Honestly, made me not want to come back here. Also, we were the only people in the store, with two workers there. They didn't start our bowls for a good minute. The worker bagged our food and then proceeded to ask if we wanted it to go or for here. Like obviously you want us to have it to go, but cool. Drove 20 minutes just to come here, because I know it's good. But I would much rather go somewhere closer that's not as good BUT has excellent service.

Flavorful juice place in the MKT / Highline Park area ! It is nested in between buildings, but Google maps will guide you well. Great choices of: cold pressed juices, iced juices, smoothies (water based), protein/super food smoothies, acai bowls and even some toasts! Special order for the kids size as well, which is about half price for 12oz! I appreciate the simplicity of the menu. Ingredients are the ones you definitely know of (no ashwagandha for ex). Order location is right in front of location when you walk in. On a Saturday afternoon, service was prompt and easy. Today's choices are: -"my joy" smoothie: apple, mango, pineapple and spinach - $9.50, 16oz - "acai blast" super food smoothie: acai, blueberry, banana, apple juice, coconut water and mango - $10.25, 16oz Both were delicious, smooth and dense in flavor. Really no after taste, no weirdly wiggly taste. Simple and as expected ! Super ample sitting space. Lots of large tables, a high table of 8, a few bar spots by the window. Good space for groups, dates or solo visit, everyone really! They do have free wifi to work/study and those tables fit the purpose. Now, it might get a bit more noisy from the mixer machines but today, on Saturday afternoon it was rather okay. Chill background music. I do enjoy that Houston mural, where it hides the door to the bathrooms. Be back for more!

Cute place but the vibe from staff is so negative! Faces like they are pissed at the world!! 2 girls and a guy. I can tell you that just killed the vibe of this place and for a WHAT COULD of BEEN A RETURNING CLIENT, Looked for an açaí place nearby and found this one, pics looked good and wanted to try it out.. let's see how it is.. Looked amazing but the açaí was extremely watery and ingredients "coconut shavings and almonds? Very small amount.." fruit "mango and pineapple are not close to being ripe!" $12.75 for a plain açaí tropical bowl, not a fan Tip: attitude change and more toppings Update: 30im and have horrible heartburn and didn't even eat 1/2 of the bowl! Regretting trying this place

Ordered an Açaí bowl. Quick service. Great flavor. Only wished the açaí was frozen a bit harder. Melts way too quickly which ruins the bowl. Probably wouldn't order another and just stick to a juice or smoothie.

Went here after a morning jog and it will be part of my regular routine from now on!!! I ordered a smoothie. It was PERFECT. Not too sweet. Not too tart. Fresh fresh fresh! The price was perfect.

I will definitely come here again! The weather was a little cooler so there was only one other patron inside (but I'm sure it'll be much bustier during the summer) and the service was very fast. I got the Peace Smoothie, with is blended apple, banana, mango, pineapple, strawberry. It was absolutely delicious and honestly might be one of the best smoothies I've ever had.

I absolutely love their smoothies and juices!!! I always get one on Saturday mornings when I go for my run nearby. It's like a staple in my Saturday morning breakfast routine. The watermelon juices are soooooo good! U always love buy one. The price can add up when you're a person like me going every Saturday but it's really worth it! And the workers/owners are so nice! It's a must try! It's so healthy and filling. My only wish is that they had a 32 or 40 oz. I literally finish my 20 oz within my 15 min drive home and am so upset that it's gone so fast.

Next time, I'm going to get the Power Bowl again, but ask for half the açaí, double the granola, and some topping sauce on the side. Would be good with Laura Scudder's too. Although i am enjoying the detox...

Was wanting some fresh grab-and-go juice following doctors orders to reduce inflammation for a surgical procedure and tight squeeze juice bar was recommended. Their radiant juice is delicious and loaded with all the things my doc recommended (beets, ginger, etc). Lots of other options to choose from in their grab and go section, or you could have something special freshly made. Located in the big shopping center off of Sheppard with busy parking, but easy to access. Manager was super nice and helpful as well!

Loved this juice bar! Came here for a meeting and its a very nice shop. The menu is amazing. I can tell the ingredients are fresh. I had the tropical bowl and was not disappointed. The owner was there and had such a wonderful personality. I'll definitely be back.

The Kofi Smooth!!! It was so good and perfect for a great run/jog or even doing yoga or hitting the gym!!! Definitely worth going back to soon!!!

Came by real quick before work and it was great! I got the Seamoss blast and it was so good. It was sweet and you could really taste the fruit. Almost like a fruity sorbet. They made it right after I ordered and it was ready pretty fast. I took it to go but it's a cool place. Kinda dark but also like clean and modern. Lots of seats to sit and hang out too.

This was delicious! I wasn't sure what to get but the staff member I spoke to was pretty helpful in helping me make a decision. It was about 80+ degrees and the sun was beaming so this was the perfect drink to quench my thirst and give me a decent serving of leafy greens. It was a bit pricey but I'd come back and order it again.

Tight Squeeze Juice Bar is a juice and smoothie bar at M-K-T Heights. They also have açaí bowls, toast, and bagels if you want a little bit of extra to eat. M-K-T Heights has its own free, private lot with plenty of spaces, so parking is not an issue here. The bar itself is spacious with multiple tables, and it's clean. There is a bathroom behind the hidden door on the graffiti wall. They also offer free complementary wi-fi. I ordered: +Power Burst (Banana, Coconut Oil, Strawberry, Pineapple, Apple, and Vanilla Protein (Plant Based)) for $9.00 - 4/5 +Avocado Toast (Avocado Spread, Himalayan Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Olive Oil, and Toasted Whole Grain Organic Bread) for $5.25 - 4/5 Overall, I had a nice experience at Tight Squeeze Juice Bar. If you're in the M-K-T area running errands and want to get a quick smoothie and a small bite to eat, I would recommend Tight Squeeze Juice Bar.

Such a good smoothie to have post Pilates! The service was quick and friendly. This place has a lot of seating for a smoothie spot. Nice place to hang out after Pilates or even a good work from home spot.

I was walking by on a warm afternoon and noticed this spot. On first impression, it looked clean and trendy. Staff were kind and helpful. I decided to try an açaí bowl, and ordered the watermelon berry bowl. I was excited to try it since I haven't had an açaí bowl with watermelon before. It was pretty expensive (more than 10 dollars), and I thought there wasn't enough fruit. Ideally they can consider layering the fruit, by having a layer of fruit at the bottom of the bowl and an additional layer as a topping. In my opinion there was a little too much honey used as well. Overall, this is a place with great service and plenty of options to choose from. If you decide to visit, I would recommend trying something else from their large menu.

Really enjoyed the food I got here. The Avocado Toast used nice grain bread and a creamy spread with a nice lime taste to it. The Taste of Brazil acai bowl used fresh, tasteful ingredients. And the Kofi Smooth was a great coffee smoothie that doesn't overpower with lots of sweet and sugar, giving it a nice, natural coffee flavor. I also really enjoyed the ambiance here, very quiet and peaceful place to enjoy a quick brunch. The only thing that threw me off here was the service. Whenever we had a question about the menu, they were either very short and unclear in their answer, or would literally tell us "it's on the menu". Just seemed a bit rude.

I love the Taste of Brazil bowl here, I get it almost weekly while my kiddo is at gymnastics nearby. The store is clean & in a great location. My only complaint is that it usually takes 20-40 minutes to get my order. Even with 3 people working, it still takes 20-30 mins on average. Will keep coming back because I love the bowl & usually have an hour to kill anyway.

Not my favorite place to get açaí/pitaya bowls. Staff wasn't very friendly and took quite a while for my togo order to come out and I was the only one in the store. The pitaya bowl was a bit too sweet and also melted quite quickly. It didn't hold its smoothie form very well. I did like the add on of mango though and the other fruits tasted fresh. Parking - within the MKT plaza parking lot Indoors has a lot of seating

I've tried a few different spots in the Heights and this one is by far the best. I had the pleasure of talking to the owner who was running the register and he's got a passion for what he does and it shows in the results. I had originally stopped by for a smoothie but ended up buying a bottled juice as well. For the newbies like me, don't be put off by the premade juices in the bottle. They are cold pressed in the back of the store daily. They can also make one on the spot if you like but the bottles are absolutely delicious and convenient. I'm a huge fan and can't wait to try them all!

This restaurant is very clean and the food is so fresh. The customer service is always delightful and the employees are very friendly. Sometimes I'm not sure what to order but their recommendations have never disappointed.

Expensive but VERY good. Me and my partner were looking for something refreshing to drink while walking around MKT and we stumbled upon this place. The interior of the place is very pretty. They have complimentary popcorn which was a nice touch. I liked my drink however I didn't love it! However I would come back and try something else (:

I'm impressed with not only how emasculate the establishment is with its clean yet chillzy vibes. I'm also very impressed at how their smoothies are all balanced and not super tart like most smoothie establishments. I also got a power bowl, which was very good aswell and the acai taste nice and mildly sweet, not sour or bland like most other places. This is definitely my new goto smoothie spot! I landed on this place looking for a smoothie place on Yelp that wasn't too far from my job. It was a bit hard to find initially. I think that was less to do with the establishment and more the property. It's is building 4 FYI. It was very clean inside. It's decorated as though it was an upscale restaurant and not a juice bar (which I love). They have a lot of options to choose from. Walking in I just felt healthy. Lol. I ended up getting a smoothie and açaí bowl. I ATE THE BOWL IN THE CAR!!! It was so good!!!!

This was a very nice area and the place seemed very clean. The smoothies my sister and I got were good just a bit pricey. The reason I'm leaving this review is because of the staff that attended us. Personally for me it was a horrible experience because of the him. As soon as he spoke to us my sister and I were confused. We could barely hear him and we couldn't understand if he was talking to himself or if he was on the phone (he had a an earphone on). He kept talking on the phone with someone while talking to us so we couldn't understand anything he was saying. When I got the smoothies he did the same thing. Looked me dead in my eyes and was talking to someone other than me. It was a very weird and cringe experience and for that I will not return. Just hang up the phone bro you're talking to your friend while working? Strange.

Freshly squeezed juices. The beautiful day, and top of the morning were delicious, chilled, and filling. The drinks were not too sweet either - organic and natural. The service was very friendly and helpful.

One of the few places in Houston I could find that has a pitaya bowl. Wholesome friendly service and clean space. The interior passes the vibe aesthetic check and the arsenal of varieties on their menu leaves you wanting to explore more. The Pitaya bowl is just as fresh as shown on the photo. I showed up near closing and is surprised to see the staff just as energize to greet me. (Probably from the healthy food here )

My friend and I walked in very thirst. All we had was a 20 dollar bill. then we ordered a water and a lemonade they owed us 12 dollars in retur. THEY DIDNT GIVE US CHANGE!!!!!

One of my favorite juice bars! I love the juices and the smoothies. I I was going a few times a week for a while, and only stopped to control my sugar-intake. I would ask for recommendations, and I loved customizing the offerings was never a problem. The inside is trendy and comfortable! It makes you want to stay and hang out for a while. Jimmy, the owner, is amazing! He's the kind of guy you want to be successful. Very personable and is friendly with all guests.

The BEST juice bar in Houston ! I promise you , you will be addicted! They have so many different options to choose from and they also have everything other places don't have such as sea moss add ins , charcoal, dandelion and more . I would recommend any juice or smoothie from their menu. Every option is amazing, a couple of my favorites are the Kofi smoothie , its a protein smoothie with coffee ( yum ), I also love the made to order 'Positive Day' juice and the 'Beautiful Day' juice. They also offer juice cleanses for those who are looking to start their healthy journey. & if you're not in the mood for a smoothie they have a variety of açaí bowls and healthy snacks. I highly recommend this place . The staff and owner will make you feel welcomed and appreciated! 10/10 to Tight Squeeze Juice Bar in Houston !

The owner had such wonderful customer service. He recommended the best item for an upset stomach and I immediately felt better. A nice environment and area. I loved my tropical açaí bowl, perfect crunch and sweetness! Must stop here!

Juices and smoothies are good but every time I've been in this place I have to wait at least ten minutes for someone to emerge from the back to take my order. Really disappointing - I want to like this place.

I've been to this place once before for juice and it was delicious. This particular time I decided to grab a juice and a "Smoothie" bowl. For the "smoothie" bowls, they take premade mixes of the açaí and then just top it with fruit and about a 1/4 cup of the sweetest peanut butter I've ever had. I was under the impression that my strawberries and blueberries would be blended in along with the protein I added. This bowl was so watery that I literally might as well have gotten a juice. I couldn't even eat it. The cashier said that the protein I added makes the mixture expand and then become really watery. *side eye. I just ate the fruit off and threw the "smoothie" juice in the trash since I couldn't even mix anything in it. Waste of $12 and I'm still hungry. I will say, it's always clean in there and they're nice.

This place is awesome! If you're looking for a fresh/healthy juice or smoothie, look no further. I love the shopping center it's in. It's perfectly located next to an electric bike shop with trails for miles nearby. The atmosphere was great and so was the service! I don't particularly remember the name of the juice I ordered, but it included Watermelon, Strawberries, Cucumber and 1 other ingredient. My girlfriend wanted something chocolatey. Although there weren't any chocolate included smoothie options on the menu, they accommodated her and made an off-menu smoothie that included Cacao and chocolate flavored protein among many other things. She was pleasantly surprised by how good it was and said it reminded her of Cocoa Puffs (iykyk). Also, I love the way they decorated the place, especially the Houston mural on the back left wall. Also the tall chairs along the inside and outside of the front window are a nice touch. I love sitting outside when the weather is nice. All in all we had a great experience and will definitely be back!
