Such a good boba tea place in south Minneapolis. The golden milk and Thai tea were so good and tasted freshly made. The inside is cute with plenty of tables. Street parking out front for easy access on Hennepin.

Awesome place to meet friends or have a date night. Downstairs you will find a nice Boba shop with fantastic options. Upstairs is a speakeasy style boba inspired bar with food options. I highly recommend the bar upstairs; the vibes are good, the bartender was tentative and nice to talk to. The drinks were made very well. They do have a weekly Happy Hour and are less busy during the week. According to the bartender weekends can be very busy. Overall recommend and will be back! We tried: Popcorn Chicken (8.5/10), Garlic Noodles (little Salty 7/10), Golden Milk Tea (8.5/10), Jasmine Thai Tea (7.5/10), Boba Balls (Not much flavor 6/10), Tri Color Jelly (7/10), Chocolate Bubble Waffle (Wish it was filled with Chocolate - just drizzled 8/10) Vibes: Downstairs Boba Shop: 7.5/10 Upstairs Bar: 9.5/10 ps: Over heard staff talking about how they were over having the Yelp Elite Reviewing for the week... well were not all Yelp Elite *I did not factor this into my review*

Making my truck through the uptown area of Minneapolis I stopped in through Tii Cup and one-of-a-kind Waffle and have to say that it's certainly is a must-stop spot in the uptown area if you're looking for a boba or even a nice cup of coffee or cappuccino if that for your style. I had a chance to stop by mid-afternoon when traffic was light and talked Joe - he was very helpful in pointing me towards the favorites on the menu as I picked the signatures thai/green boba and the chocolate bubble waffle. Both hit this spot on an afternoon when my time did not afford me the luxury of a full lunch I love the aesthetics of their establishment as well as the choice of background sound being dance music playing. They also have an elevator for our disabled or wheelchair-bound friends looking to stop by.

Cute little date night spot or hangout with friends. People playing board games on L2, typically crowd dies down around 8 until close, kitchen also closes an hour before bar. L1 is on the ‘smaller’ side but it’s never been too crowded later in the evenings

Came for the tea but was surprised with a menu I didn’t know existed Had the Vietnamese braised pork And I was impressed ! The condiments added to the dish aren’t as traditional but it’s a nice lovely touch in my opinion and would look forward eating this dish again Just wish more folks were aware this was available

Great cocktail menu with fun, whimsical drinks. Plenty to try and lots that looked good for next time I return. Who knew matcha and tequila could go so well together?! The food was nice, too, and the ambiance was stellar! Great bubble tea as well, of course! Definitely a must-try in uptown if you're looking for good cocktails or bubble tea!

Great little spot for inventive cocktails and street food snacks. The taro cocktail was my favorite and my husband loved the old fashioned with Boba on the side. So happy to have this in my neighborhood! We will definitely be back. The rooftop patio is fantastic on a sunny day. Try this place!

Tiicup is a delightful addition to the bubble tea scene, and I'm so glad I stumbled upon it! The place looks brand new (they confirmed they opened just 2 months ago) and has a wonderfully fresh and inviting atmosphere. The cashier was super friendly and offered me a sample when I inquired about the green Thai tea, which was delicious. The decor is modern and vibrant, enhancing the overall great vibe. They also promote inclusivity with an all-gender bathroom and elevator access. Highly recommend checking it out if you're in the mood for some tasty bubble tea in a cozy and welcoming spot!

Service sets the tone, the bartender was extremely rude and didn't give us our change back. Fed up with the rolling eyes and never checking in we just left. The bar is amazing and food tasted great, but service was some of the worst.

There is an upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs features a many seats in areas with nice ambiance and lighting. I would recommend Calamari for appetizers. The tofu appetizer will be best suited for vegans. There are many drink options so I recommend you peruse the menu attached.

This bubble tea was so good, one of my favorites so far. I usually like to go for blended since most milk teas include dairy but Tii Cup's Jasmine was clearly labeled dairy free on the menu and Jasmine is one of my favorite teas. It did not disappoint! The tapioca pearls were delicious and fresh and the tea was sweet and fragrant. Perfection. Cute little cafe and the staff were so kind and friendly. I grabbed some bubble tea on my way out after checking out the speakeasy upstairs!

Authentic Taiwanese shave ice is so good! A generous pile of the finest snow, topped with fresh mangoes and strawberries and drizzled with condensed milk. Not at all icy, just fluffy delicious snow. We also liked the ube twist with swirls of snow. I didn't get a chance to try the hot foods yet, but another customer was having the garlic noodles and it smelled sooooo good. If it were socially acceptable, I would wear garlic perfume. Update: I tried the garlic noodles and it is yummy. I would vote for a little more Parmesan cheese, and a little less garlic, but a fun dish to try. Right now (August 2024) there is major construction in front of the store, and you have to walk across some rickety mats over piles of dirt. I was surprised that there were so many people in the store, given the treacherous path. But it's worth it!

Came here to do some homework. Service was great and the drink I got was as well. Not very busy or loud and the music was at the perfect volume for me to get some studying done!

I recently checked out TiiCup and had a pretty good experience, but with a few hiccups. The modern and sleek vibes were on point, and the service was friendly and attentive. The food was a mixed bag, though. The Spicy Tofu Square and Garlic Green Beans were a bit dry and lacked sauces, which was a bummer. But, the Passionfruit Paradise Tii was a total winner - refreshing, sweet, and a flavor bomb! Their boba tea game is also strong! Overall, TiiCup has potential, but needs a bit of fine-tuning. More vegan and gluten-free options would be awesome, and maybe a sauce or two for that tofu and green beans. Recommended for: Foodies, vegan and gluten-free enthusiasts (with a little room for growth), boba tea lovers, and anyone seeking a decent dining experience. Note: I deducted a star for the dry tofu and green beans, but the Passionfruit Paradise Tii and boba tea saved the day!

wow i'm speechless. this was scrumptious nevertheless SPECIAL! i got a free upgrade to a large thanks to these great lunar new year goodies they give to you when you check out. what a gr8 spot. i am so happy :)

Cute place. Came here for some Thai iced boba tea that was good. Took it to go and didn't stay to hang out.

Food: Just the menu shows they have snacks. Their snacks is Taiwanese and personally I enjoyed the popcorn chicken garlic. It was so delicious! Their drinks are so good too. I got iced green tea with passion fruit flavor and oh my it was delicious. Seriously recommend this Tii cup in this specific area. Service: The service was amazing! The person taking our orders was very patient and nice. 10/10 service! Ambience: They have seatings!!!! I like this location because the other tii cup locations have limited to no seatings. So I did like the fact they had seatings. The ambience was giving dark mood. Calm dark mood. Not a lot of light. I really liked that a lot. Parking: This location is on Hennepin road so there was construction when we went there. It was hectic but if you drive to the back of the building you'll see plenty of parking. Note: They are opening the second floor for a boba mixing mock-tail if am not wrong, but they plan to open it by the end of May. So am so excited to see how it goes! Definitely a great place!

Excellent food & drinks & service. Very unique flavors. Loved all of it. Recommend this to adventurous food friends.

They have great tea options, fruity, traditional and chocolatey so all the import tenets of boba flavors are covered. Their shaved mango biing has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid and this location does it so well! PLUS the ambience of this place was amazing! So clean with soothing jazz music playing and nice indie pop sometimes. Overall great!

absolutely amazing atmosphere, the downstairs is a normal tea cup, great service and lots of options for tea. upstairs is a phenomenal bar! very good cocktails and apps, their chicken bites are delicious! 10/10 would recommend!
