Yelp
This restaurant is located in the Enchantment Resort, which I know is pricey. With that said, this restaurant is and is not worth the money. I'll start with why you NEED to try this place.
First, the service here is great. Our waiter was really nice and attentive. He never let our water cups go empty, and he was quick to take our order, bring our food, check on us, etc.
Second, the dessert is AMAZING. And I mean AMAZING. I had the "Seasonal Fruit Cheesecake", and my boyfriend had the "Local Arizona Gelato and Sorbet". The cheesecake was light and a good size for the listed price (I think it was $11). The Gelato dessert comes with three different kinds of gelato/sorbet. My boyfriend got the default, which at the time was raspberry, peppermint brownie, and chocolate chip. He gave it a 10/10. I tasted the raspberry flavor and it was VERY delicious. It wasn't too sweet.
Now I'll get to the "meh" part.
For my entree, I ordered the "Chicharron and Arugula" salad. It was $22, but the portion size did not match it. It was small, but I will say it was enough to make me feel satisfied and not overly full.
I ordered a side of Crispy fries, and my boyfriend and I were in agreement that it was excessively salty.
My boyfriend ordered the "Carne Asada Torta". I tasted the carne asada myself, and we loved it. If we could order just the carne asada, we would. It was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The bread of the torta was very hard, according to my boyfriend. It also came with a side of the excessively salty fries.
I don't think I'd come back here. It's expensive, the portions are small, and there are like six entrees to choose from. Lol.
I recommend going into town for a meal worth your $$$.
