Wonderful staff. Fast service. Had the Tuesday special. Two hard beef tacos. Tasted great. Tacos are long. Drinks are larfe..chips invluded.

I like sitting outside on the patio. Great food! I ordered the street tacos and the ground beef with the hard shell. Very delicious. When the food was ready I asked about hot sauce. They said you had to purchase it separately. I was full after a few of these and asked for a take out box and shared with the hubby.

After a rough day at the hospital, we came to grab some food before going home. We know the food is good already but Alex welcoming us with good energy and kindness made our night. He recommended items from the menu and let us sample something we were in the fence about. Great customer service!

First of all, there is no service. You order at the cashier and they bring it to the table. It’s got to be the most “HORRIBLE SALSA” I’ve ever eaten!!! And being in South Florida there is no scarcity of Mexican restaurants. So salsa should be relatively easy. It is definitely easy to get good “SALSA” anywhere other than Tijuana Flats!!!!

The place wasn’t very busy, so we hesitated at first, but everything was honestly delicious. The food was very fresh and well prepared.

We needed to stop by to eat something before our flight. The staff was awesome, from taking our order, the timeliness of our meals coming out, to refilling our drinks when needed. We ordered the chips and guacamole which was huge. The bowl and burrito both hit the spot. For a quick lunch spot or if you are looking for something affordable, this is a good spot.

I'm shocked of the recent positive reviews of this location. We've been coming to T Flats for a while, and I've never been a huge fan of the chain (except for the hot sauce which is great). The food has always been meh to me, and I'd only really push to come on Tuesdays for Taco Tuesday or Thursday for the burrito deal. The food has really gone down hill in the last year or so. I equate it to cafeteria food. And it's not cheap (on non-specials days). For the same price or less you can eat at Lime (used to be bad, now they fixed themselves) or Zona Fresca. I honestly prefer the taste of Taco Bell (at 1/3 the price too) to the current T Flats. No flavor. Food is cold often. And then they took away all the photos and flare inside this location at least. Theres not even music playing. Its empty every time we go. It's dead. Has no atmosphere. The staff is always friendly though and the hot sauce remains awesome. Just saw the chain got bought again, so hopefully they fix it. Shocked it's still in business to be honest.

Got a taco bowl with beef and the funny cookies that are so good. When I went in I ordered the cookies first. Then my drink, then the Taco bowl. It was very good.. Love the goldfish and the dinosaur the best. I'm a dinosaur nut

This is a very cool Tex-Mex spot that brings a lot of energy. The decor matches the vibe, perfectly overdone. Drinks are good, which is critical of course. The food is good. If you go for the tacos or other dishes, they give you the option to go more authentic Mexican or the Americanized version. Fun to be there, easy on the wallet (especially if your friends pay the tab) and you'll leave satisfied (assuming you like drinking and eating). The service is extremely efficient but not in a I gotta get this table turned kind-of-way. Try it if you're in the area, rate it differently if you disagree.

Great Food, Great Vibe, Great Service. They like to use your name a lot when checking in on you. Which is smart cause most people like for people to say their name. I will say this is one of my favorite places to go to. They are friendly and service is on point.

I recently called in an order for the Taco Tuesdaze special from my local Tijuana Flats. I ordered my usual, two steak tacos on hard shells with all the toppings and a root beer soda. Unfortunately, this time the meal didn't quite meet the "Tijuana taco love" standard I've come to expect. Each taco had just a single jalapeño, the filling was noticeably skimpy, and one of the shells was already broken when I opened the container. I didn't return to the store to address the issue because I was headed to work, but it was a bit of a letdown since I frequent this location often and have never had a problem before. That said, I do want to note that both the team member who took my order over the phone and the one who helped me at pickup were very pleasant and professional. This one-off experience won't stop me from coming back--I just hope the next visit feels more like the Tijuana Flats I know and love.

FIVE STARS!! Alex and his team were PHENOMENAL. AMAZING hospitality and kindness. Food was prepared perfectly, served promptly, and the service was A+. I felt like I was with friends and family. Location was spotless as well. I will definitely be returning.

Food, service and ambiance all were fantastic! We sat and ate at the bar, very open with large TVs. Bartender was outstanding! ( sorry I can't remember her name but she had red hair) Our food was best ever!! The chef seasoned everything perfectly we were truly thrilled by the service and awesome e food!! Going back soon!! Taco Tuesday special $6.99 two tacos, chips & a drink. I got blackened chicken 1soft 1hard. The fillings were a lot & very good. Hot sauce bar is so cool, about 15 different hot sauces with descriptions. The steak burrito was good but very little steak. Always get a side of yellow queso. The staff was constantly cleaning & greeting people

Food is delicious, service is fast and friendly. Went on a taco Tuesday and I don't know any place that you can get a hearty meal for less than $10 anymore.

I'm not sure what this is but genuinely, It looks exactly like blood. This is absolutely disgusting. I will be calling this location to report this because it isn't a solid so I know it's not a food. It looks exactly like blood, which is gross. Absolutely ruined my meal and I will be calling about a refund...... I actually love Tijuana flat so I'm really shocked. This is never happened before.

Love coming for their great meal deals. The service is ok and the food can be better. I would want more quality on the taste of the chicken and quantity of food per plate. he restaurant is fun and lit up with music. Overall is a great place for a quick bit and saves you some bucks.

Right off the bat the service was great. The gentleman to help me very courteous, professional, and very welcoming as well. The service drop my stay was great! Friendly staff great food they kept checking on us every few minutes easy to order menu in front of you or on the screen. Great prices. Clean inside self serve soda. And sauces . Nachos had lots of toppings on them

Always a good experience when we're here. Best time might be lunchtime, but we were here around 11:45 - early. I had my Norrito, my hubby had "pick dos" and our Max had quesadillas. We got the food in less than.. not even 15 minutes. I was going back out to get my shirt jacket from the car and the manager here thought I was another customer and greeted me. :) This was many months ago. Last time I was there, the options have changed a little. Not a big deal.

Worst "Mexican" food I've ever had. Very dry and no flavor. I ordered through uber eats but I will never step foot in there to eat.

Whoever made this should be instantly fired. They burnt the shrimp and then tried to bury and hide them underneath the rice. Smh. Pathetic and disgusting behavior. Contacting corporate and giving them all the information so they can investigate who was working this shift so they can be fired. This person should not be representing your company or preparing food AT ALL.

Came here on a Thursday after 6pm to enjoy the new Queso Crunch Burrito. With COVID regulations all staff had on mask and everyone entering. Tables enforced social distancing. The sauce bar wasn't there, however staff does have the sauce packaged for you amongst asking. The Queso Crunch Burrito was delicious! It's huge! Packed with chicken (your choice of a different meat), Queso, tortilla strips, beans and rice. It was enough for dinner and lunch the next day. It's for a limited time, but I hope they make it part of the menu. The new Rasta sauce was Amazing!!! I can't wait until the have it for purchase in a bottle. It had a small kick. I don't like spice and I did fine with it. I want to put it on everything. I decided to treat myself to a Brookie and I made a great decision. It was so soft and yummy!

I decided to visit the Hollywood Tijuana Flats location and it was awesome. Went a Thursday after 6pm and it was not so busy. Walked in and was instantly greeted by the staff. I mentioned the Yelp promo and the staff helped me choose my items. I was able to try the new chicken crunch burrito with salsa and chips, with a drink. I'm not a burrito fan but boy this was made fresh to order with awesome ingredients. It was delicious I had left overs too. Yummy. Do to covid the famous hot sauce stand is not out. But the team preps the sauces for you to enjoy and gives them to you. My time here was nice. I love the new market place section which has several sauces, drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, chips,and sweets. All items are fresh and packaged nicely. The place was super clean, mask were worn by all staff and patrons. I'll definitely be back to this location the staff was awesome.

I decided to bring my family here last Saturday for dinner and they never disappoint! The customer service is always a hit, the food and recipes haven't changed since i was 7 years old! That's one thing that Tijuana holds over EVERY other restaurant around them, CONSISTENCY!! People love to see it and experience it. Will continue to come here with friends and family.

Legit my favorite place in the world. I came here every Tuesday for years in college. Such great food, amazing service and just a fun atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good meal for a decent price and a goooood time!

We frequently order pick up or UberEats delivery from this location and it's always good! The food arrives hot, well-prepared, and delicious. We've never eaten inside but if I had to recommend something it would definitely be their new streetcorn Quesadilla

Always friendly. Always clean. Always quick. Always attentive to order and the food is pretty good considering its a chain. The chicken tortilla soup is really good but have to ask to fill it to top. So good I will pay extra. The flautas refried bean extra crisp is also very good. Always will come back

Yummy this all I can say every bite was happiness . I ordered it special since I'm vegan no cheese or meat but I must say the black beans and rice in the burrito were cooked to perfection . This burrito was so big I will have the rest for dinner. The chips and salsa excelente . Parking is good, place is clean and trendy . Can't wait to come back again . Thank you yelp for this event .

Tijuana Flats it has been four years since we found you and we love you just as much as when we first found you! We gladly take the drive and pass other so called Mexican fast food options. Probably because you truly fill a niche between fast but also great food. You use quality ingredients and everything is always served fresh and hot. Hubby and I went here for the first time for a date night and we sat outside which is a great setup. Most places have outside dining out front where people are constantly walking by and you are on a side walk. Not here it is dedicated to the side of the building and gated in. Therefore even during Corona 19 you can enjoy fresh air and limited interactions with others. You can get a nice cold beer and everything is affordable. Last night hubby and I were out and needed to get something to eat. Hubby didn't want anything than out of no where he says let's go to Tijuana Flats. So while we sat in our car we ordered from the app. I went inside where they have a dedicated person greet you and solely taking care of pickups and delivery orders. While I waited the couple minutes I took in all the beautiful wall art! This place has it all.

any chance you will clean the nasty moldy umbrellas outside? soon? After reviewing your location recently with ONE star due to sub par food prep/ Take out. I decided to give you guys another chance by dining in. Just to compare. Food still sub par AND the umbrellas outside were disgusting molded eyesores. Half your salsas were empty ( I dined at noon) How are you still in business? I LOVED your place and I have a $50 gift card that will be thrown in the trash, Seriously. Shame on management and I don't care how many times you respond with "let's make this better" I don't want free nasty food, I just want the nice place I enjoyed back. Get your act together before you're shut down. thx.

First time in Florida and staying extra time in south Florida....and this little Tex-Mex restaurant is a little gem! Outstanding staff, fun interior, excellent food in a great low key, comfortable space! And really, really drinkable margaritas. Seriously, having lived in SoCalifornia for many years, we know our MexicaN foods - and this is G O O D. Highly recommend.....

Beware of Taco Tuesdays, was the lesson I learned last night when I put in an online order for two servings of Dos Tacos for pickup. They had a server carrying out orders to people outside but had indoor dining and lots of people lined up immediately inside looking at the orders on the pickup table and waiting for their orders when they saw it wasn't there. They have one table for orders made through their website and app, and one table for third party app orders (like DoorDash). They told me it was a busy night (I understand, I could see), and I gave my name to three different people who approached me to look into my order. One manager looking woman came to me with the receipt for my order to confirm it was me and told me it was being worked on. Another server told me I could wait by the pay and pickup counter, and I watched for 25 minutes as people ordered at the counter, paid and got their food earlier than I did. Mind you, I had showed up 15 minutes after my order promise time. The manager appearing worker came to me saying they lost my order and was remaking it, and she added a complimentary dessert as an apology for the mishap. 15 minutes later, my order was brought out, and by the time I finally got it to bring back to work, it was pouring outside. The paper cup carrier with the two drinks I got became soaked and soft in seconds (something to think about with carry out containers despite the styrofoam cups for the drinks). The dessert was churro bites, which were essentially fried donut holes with ridges and cinnamon sugar. The strawberry sauce and chocolate sauce were genuinely tasty, and I liked dipping a churro bite into both of them; I feel like each one was distinctly flavored and complemented each other. I'm not sure whether I'd buy these, but I know now that I should give ample, ample time from the order promise time to pick up an order here when I have another craving for the tacos, bowls and hot sauces.

Double the prices HALF the stuffing. I ordered 2 crunchy tacos, loaded. to go. Seems simple? well the cashier looked at me like I was an alien. Um, so you want lettuce? and sour cream? and.... DEAR...I said loaded. means everything. Crunchy shell. to go. You DO work at a Taco place yes? I got two soggy tacos HALF full, three shreds of lettuce, couldn;t detect sour cream or olives or ANYTHING. basically meat and cheese in a half full shell. $11 bucks! No drink just TWO sorry tacos. Used to ADORE this place. No longer worth it. I'll make my own thanks.

This place has curbside Maybe once out of 10 times they actually brought it to me curbside 9/10 I wait 30mins (after usually being late) then go inside and see it's not even busy. And I grab my food This place is convenient it's on my way to work but I'm done

It took a while to receive my food - guests who arrived after me were served before me but they provided free drinks to make up for it.

If you don't know about Tijuana flats you should! This place is my go-to. I always get the dos tacos meal blacked chicken, grilled with everything on it. Trust me, you can't go wrong. The array of sauces is great as well. I always come back

if i could've given half a star I would've. I ordered a bowl and it was missing items and the portions from what they serve I store and online is so different. They give you less when you order online, which is crazy bc ur paying even more online than when you order than instores.

This is my 2nd time dining in and trying this place out. The service is spot on. You really couldn't ask for a better experience as far the service goes. They greet and attend to you from the moment you walk in to place your order to the end of your dining. However, the food is lackluster, flavorless, bland and just plainly put, terribly disappointing. Awesome taco's great menu and fast service and very polite the food is great and variety of dishes to choose from BUT THEIR TACOS ARE FIRE

This place has a fun vibe with inside and outside seating. You order at the counter and then sit down with your number and the server delivers the food to your table. The chips are good and they have a very full salsa bar with spicy ratings and ingredients listed on each sauce. The food, however, was not great. We ordered a chicken quesadilla which was not good; not enough cheese, not the right texture. I ordered a bowl with Steak; it was kind of a sloppy mess. My stepdaughter did like the chicken tacos; they came with shredded chicken. The queso dip wasn't very good either. Overall, the service was good and the place was cute, but I would not return for that food.

This has become one of our go-to places. The food is fresh and delicious, it's a fast casual restaurant so you order at the counter and it is delivered to your table. Today, I had the chicken nachos and my daughter had the chicken rice bowl.

Let me start of with the service here. The service here is immaculate. The manager Rob starts off by holding the door, and greeting you with a hello and a "thank you" for coming. The cashiers are very patient and aswell help with your selection. I really enjoy coming here for lunch. I love coming here on Thursdays. They have a deal for $5.99 for a burrito/bowl plus a heap of chips for that amazing price! Rob the manager is always checking up on us and making sure we are pleased with our food. They have a crazy collection of sauces! From hot to hotter to extremely hot! The food is great, the experience is great! For anyone coming here, parking is alittle tight but so worth it. The outside seating is spacious. The restaurant as a whole is very tidy. Very very very very very clean. There isn't an item out of place and the team does a great job of it !

**Vegetarian Friendly** Absolutely love this place! Everything can be made vegetarian friendly (refried or black beans). Their tacos are bigger than your average size, but that's perfectly okay!! Most meals come with chips on the side. My favorite part is the sauce station - from sweet and savory to I'm sweating in every direction possible. I also appreciate the variation in sizes for the burritos and chimichangas. Entrée: Refried Bean Chimichanga "wet" I got the whole wheat tortilla and you couldn't even tell the difference! The sauce/cheese on top that makes it "wet" made the chimichanga even more delicious. Dessert: Cookie Dough Flatuas This is straight up deep fried cookie dough in a tortilla with chocolate sauce in the side. You will regret not having this! I seriously recommend this restaurant to every single person -vegetarian or not!

About Taco Thursday though... Wow! I've never seen the place so packed! I usually don't come here on Tuesdays so I had no idea how popular one of my favorite spots really was. Being a mom of 3 now. It's hard to find a place to take 3 kids under 5 yrs old. On most days there is plenty of room and no one cares how loud or crazy my little ones are. This means no rushing through dinner and feeling stressed out. The employees are extremely patient and don't mind being asked 100 ×s for fake tattoos. This place isn't just good to bring little ones to. It's good for everyone. I've seen young couples and older ... There's a very laid back vibe that allows everyone to just relax for a time. When you walk through the doors the crazy colors on the walls and the funky drawings on the ceilings make for a fun experience. It's also a place where they are extremely customer friendly. Everyone is always smiling. The food is fresh and there are several options available with the type of meal you would like...

I love me some late night TJs. I had picked up my SO from the airport at 9pm, and was hangering for dinner so we drove right over to here. There were still a decent amount of people, though we were 45 minutes from closing, but the staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to send our food out. As a hot sauce fanatic and taste bud destroyer, I am always at the far end of the sauces, looking for the most flavorful spice. Every single label lists the ingredients, which I truly appreciate, so I know if I'm getting a kick from the pepper or from vinegar. I especially love that you can buy these sauces to take home. I usually get 3-4 and taste each one with a chip before deciding which will go all over my food. The SO unfailingly gets the blackened chicken nachos with everything on it. I was feeling burrito-y, so I got the beef burrito and added my spicy sauce of choice, a naga jolokia masterpiece. TJ burritos always come grilled on the outside, which means you get an extra crunch when you sink your teeth it. It definitely sets it apart from other tex-mex chains, and I love it. I also love the crisp fresh jalapenos used, instead of vinegar-ed, soggy jarred ones. This location is unfailingly clean, and I always feel comfortable sitting at any of the tables, because staff clear and wipe down pretty immediately. Bonus, while waiting for your food, check out the fun ceiling tiles!

We arrived just a couple minutes before closing but they were nice enough to accommodate us for indoor dining. Food and service was excellent. Our server Alonie was amazing! Highly recommend!

All of these locations always have the best customer service. Every single time. Today's experience, I tried to use two different gift cards and neither one worked. It turns out the cards were old and that might've been the reason. The manager quickly stepped in and said that she would cover my meal today since the cards wouldn't work. I'm sure that I had more than enough to pay for today's meal, but the manager didn't know that and still knew the value of respecting the customer. Great job all around. And terrific that this chain always supports teachers every day of the year.

Really disappointed at the food we received. The chicken bowl was nasty. The chicken was so dry it was inedible. Next time you decide to order from them you either have to check your food before you leave or don't order it all.

Food was very good. Shrimp tacos were amazing. Very tasteful. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Let's start off by saying I'm pretty sure my boyfriend got food poisoning. He's been throwing up and having chills/ fever since he ate here. Aside from that. This location is the only location I can't get banging chicken nachos at, the managers usually have a very stuck up attitude other then one. They brought out my nachos basically cold and uncooked, when asked to cook them I was told "we don't do that anymore". Basically will never be returning here again!

Ordered my Food and specifically selected no meat and no sour cream/cheese. The label on the food attached does not mention any of these items yet the burrito contained cheese, and sour cream. The manager said sorry can't do anything about it but i will take care of your next meal, don't worry about it I promise you I will never be back.
