Tikka Mahal - Modern Indian Restaurant

Amazing flavorful food. Messy and absolutely delicious. Had a wonderful date here with my girlfriend and she tried mango lassi for the first time! We truly enjoyed the paneer and chicken tikka tacos. Owner is very nice. Highly recommend.

Just went here yesterday for dinner and already craving it again today. So far one is the best Indian food places I’ve found in Philly. The Dal was so delicious and the tikka masala had a perfect kick. The na’an was freshly made and all the food comes out hot and fresh. Everyone there was extremely friendly and accommodating. I’m looking forward to trying some paneer dishes. It was so hard to decide which dish to get, I wanted everything!

Tikka Mahal is our new favorite Indian spot in the area. The food is great and the service even better, 10/10 recommend!

Bhelpuri is so great and full of flavors, chilli potato is also spicy and tangy. Panner tikka kathi roll is decent Overall it's a great place with reasonable prices

You can tell that this place is so passionate about their food and they love seeing people have a great time!! We sat outside on a beautiful night and our server was super nice and very attentive. The flavor profiles of our dishes were amazing (butter chicken and samosa chaat were so tasty) and the garlic naan was super flavorful—so fluffy with a perfectly charred undercarriage and excellent garlic flavor. Love that it’s byob to boot. I had a great time here with my friends and would highly recommend this place to anyone I know who wants to have a wonderful Indian meal!!

The first time I went I got the chicken tikka taco and the butter chicken rice bowl… It was really good! Second time I went I got the shrimp tikka taco and even though they charge you extra for shrimp, it only had 2 pieces of shrimp on it. One experience was 5 stars, the second was 2 stars.

My wife and I were traveling and were in Philly. We stopped at Tikka Mahal for lunch. And it was so good! The service and atmosphere were really awesome. The chicken was so delicious we wanted to stop back again before we left. Can’t wait to come back

I eat a lot of Indian food. The chicken tikka masala from Tikka Mahal is the best I've ever had. I ate here while visiting Philly a few months ago, and I still crave going back here often. Next time I'm in Philly, this is for sure going to be my first stop. Highly highly recommend!

Ordered takeout for the chicken Tikka taco and the paneer Tikka taco. Both were delicious! Definitely going to order from here again

The butter chicken is extremely sweet would not order this again. The wings were soggy and the tikka masala sauce tasted okay.
