Ordered a takeaway spontaneously on a Saturday with my lady. Within 20m of ordering, the car was pulling up outside our house. £39 with 10% taken off for a £35 total. A very enjoyable meal of decent quality. Flavours, presentation and portion size were decent and for a reasonable price. We shall be ordering again for sure. Beautiful authentic Indian cuisine, melts in your mouth. Have ordered takeaway twice in last month & the generously sized dishes are always piping hot, full of flavour & reasonably priced. The chef certainly knows what he’s doing when it comes to seasoning, superb!. Can’t recommend enough, the food has been delicious so far 👍👍👍

We have ordered from here twice. The food is absolutely delicious. Lovely flavours, nice and hot and we were given free poppadoms and salad,onion and mint sauce so can't fault that. My only complaint is that I ordered both times via website the first time no problem was here in 30 minutes. Last nights however was ordered at 6:20 and supposed to be delivered around 6:50. When it still hadn't arrived by 7:20 I rang and was told they didn't have my address although it was on confirmation I had been sent. I found the girl I spoke to very unhelpful her attitude was there's nothing I can do about that. She said ours was only one with no address. I eventually asked to speak to manager and he was busy but I heard him say just give her a discount which I accepted. However, the food is definitely worth what was paid but they need to sort out the ordering via website if they get these problems. We eventually sat down to eat 1hour 30 mins after I'd ordered. It's a shame as apart from that I would highly recommend them. Delivery lady was lovely too. ****This is now an update - 21/10/25**** Saturday I ordered again from Tikkawala. I explained that due to previous problems I had been offered discount on this order. He was extremely nice man, the chef, said that was fine and gave me 50% off this meal. Not only that he gave us extra lamb samosa, extra salads, extra sauces and extra poppadoms. He definitely went far beyond what he needed to and as usual the food was hot and delicious. I can definitely recommend the food from here and have used a few on Canvey.

Me and my family just got the most delicious well cooked Indian takeaway. Set meal A but a Masalla with a Sheek Kebab. Arrived in good time , Freash, we all scored it 10 out of 10. There food is normally above average. Today it was magnificent. Thank you.
