We went on a Monday so it wasn't crowded. The Groupon rate was $20 each. The rooms are small, 4 people Max unless u have absolutely no personal space bubble. Two of the rooms were not working (co-ed clay and women's dry sauna). Parking was relatively inexpensive - we stayed for about two hours and paid $3.50. For the price, was ok.

No other spa can compare to Tikkun. I had an incredibly relaxing, positive experience coming to Tikkun. The employees are truly passionate about the work they do and greet you with amazing energy and professionalism. I got the V Steam and will be rebooking. The experience is unbeatable, especially factoring in the access to their amenities such as the infrared room, salt room, sauna, steam room, and showers. This isn’t just the most luxurious, unique spa in LA. It’s the best worldwide.

It's a soft, fresh breeze tickling the soul, nonfiltered metal and spiritual exscape  As you journey through there many magnificent sauna rooms, after receiving a, majestic, Swedish massage. It was "angelic." ma; my masseuse, an angel without wings who's hands captured beauty,peace  and tranquility.  This place is earthy, transcending pungent scents to fill the nose, impurities are removed by a Korean clay sauna, euphoria..... the hot, humid breeze that feels moist and thick, rejuvenating.....i keep going on to the Arctic room getting closer to my relaxing destination, I enter the Himalayan salt room elated one pleasure at a time. After some time, ( 4 to 8 )I notice that this is just what I needed. Don't just live be alive.....

Probably one of the most high-end and exclusive spas in Los Angeles. Was not too pricey compared to other spas in Los Angeles. Body scrub really left me invigorated, and ready for the rest of my day. The business owner and all the staff were extremely nice and pleasant from start to finish of my experience. Truly a 10/10 experience all around

My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary weekend with a massage at Tikkun. We had a couples massage, and had access to the Jacuzzi which was in the couples room. The staff was great, the massage was also very good. Amenities included were fantastic.

I have been going here for years; this is my happy place :) just what the Dr ordered. A day to reset and cater to your mental health Sammy and Mai are my all-time favorite massage therapist. Pam is absolutely beautiful; she has a welcoming beautiful sprit. anyone who leaves a bad review for this place may have something else going on personally. Oh, did I mention the Location is everything!!! walking distance to the beach and the best food and shopping experience in Santa Monica just filled with music and happy people. I have been to many day spa's here all over the world so, believe me when I say Tikkun is top notch, very clean and smells great. after a day at Tikkun, I look forward to the next visit each visit.

This felt like finding a hidden gem! Did a massage and a healing session with Ramona. Both were divine and I felt amazing afterwards! Will certainly be back.

The staff at this facility is amazing, my mother is especially hard to please and she was very happy with her massage, she even had a bit of an episode while I was trying to help her back to her hotel and the wonderful woman working at the front was very gracious and helpful, I can't wait till I get to go back I love the energy in the salt and clay rooms, and the steam room was fantastic! All around a great place

I happened to have found this location by luck via Google search for a massage. The location was a little confusing at first because there isn't really a sign that tells you you're at the right place. You have to use the intercom to talk to someone. #300 is their number. I came in not knowing anything about the place. I just saw massage and I went straight there. When I checked in at the front, I found out it's a Korean Spa. The venue is clean, peaceful, relaxing, and the staff are extremely kind. I got an hour massage session with Nick. He was great, but he started talking a lot about Chinese history that predates X dynasty My session started off very relaxing and then I couldn't truly relax because I was having a conversation with him. I did mention this to the front staff and they appreciated my feedback and thanked me for being honest. There is an area where to can sit in the lobby and enjoy their complimentary water and hot tea. They also sell other beverages. I wish they would sell something to eat too. This is also the only place where phone use is allowed. They have a clay/charcoal room, salt room, and cold room in the main lobby area. Inside the locker room, there is a jacuzzi, saunas, showers, and body scrub area. I really did enjoy my brief time there and it was a great way to disconnect from the world! I'll be back.

I really like coming here. It is smaller compared to other Korean smalls for the rooms are small but there ways less people which I prefer. I really enjoyed my deep tissue massage with Elodi. I have also tried the v steam which was super healing energetically.

Jen is the BEST!!!! I highly recommend her! My skin is always so soft after the scrub and I feel so clean and relaxed!

Wow, truly a hidden gem. I came here for the first time earlier this week and had no idea this place existed despite having lived in Santa Monica for over 10 years. I can't believe I spent so many years driving to Korea town, when a place that is smaller/less crowded with better treatments was in my own neighborhood! Everything about my experience was A+ - the folks at the front desk were super welcoming and got me oriented very quickly, the facilities were all immaculate, and best of all, on a weekday afternoon, I had the pool/sauna/rooms pretty much all to myself. I did the 60 minute Tikkun Signature Treatment with Kim and it was fantastic - I've had many Korean scrubs over the years, but hers was by far the best, with an appropriate amount of pressure (I realize now how many other places are just too aggressive with this treatment). I found the online booking system a bit wonky to navigate, and ended up calling to book, which was way easier and they actually offered me better time slots than what I saw online, so that might be a better way to book. I will definitely go back here and plan to get one of their spa memberships. (The only thing that could have been better would have been if someone from the front desk asked a guy hanging out in the common lounge area to get off his cell phone, but thankfully the call he had was rather short, but was audible in all of the rooms near the lounge,)

Pam is always super helpful and responsive in terms of helping me book massages. You can get a same-day massage appointment and the spa itself has a sauna, steam room, and hot tub. The common areas have a salt room, clay room, and cool room. I've also done the full body scrub which was amazing! Highly recommend this hidden (literally it's hard to find unless you already know it exists) gen in Santa Monica!

I had the Rejuvenating Clay Journey experience at the spa with Jen and it was amazing! It was a very relaxing experience. Its a combination of aromatherapy bath, korean scrub, massage, facial and hair washing in a private suite. Jen was amazing and I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The facility itself is also very nice. I like the jacuzzi and the steam room, and the other salt rooms/ice rooms etc. I would definitely recommend this place

Easy booking, very kind and attentive receptionist at the front desk. My gf loved her bday massage and especially enjoyed the spa time once she was done. I can't wait to book time for both of us by the end of the month. Repeat customers for sure. Btw the entrance is an office door with a keypad. Very discreet and easy to miss but I love the privacy it offers and the warm reception once we arrived.

Wonderful and quiet professional service. Comfortable beds, a variety of warm and cold rooms, and a very relaxing and soothing atmosphere. The staff was excellent, the massage fantastic, and place was comfortable and fun. A real hidden away gem!

Terrible experience. I got the gold journey package with the gold scrub, massage, facial, and wrap. I think the wrap was probably the only thing I couldn't compare to anything else, but the facial was terrible - I think her name was Ailene. She didn't massage my face at all and only just added the lotion. She also stepped away for some time and didn't add the time to my experience. The scrub was the worst I've had too - I guess NYC probably spoiled me, because Korean scrubs there actually remove dirt. Now the massage - I told her where I needed her to focus and she just ignored it. I also asked her to use pressure. She did not do either. She just touched my back with gentle pressure. It was so bad that I actually went and booked a massage at a different place a few doors down right after I left. I can provide copies of my receipt from both this place and the other massage place to anyone who is interested to see how much I paid for such subpar service.

This place is such a hidden gem and one of the sweetest spots in Los Angeles. Ramona is the most talented healer and will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. All of their treatments are incredible and the ammenities are perfect

From the jump, this was an amazing experience. Pam made a complicated booking so easy and we're so grateful we got to spend the afternoon at this truly special space tucked into a busy Santa Monica intersection. So many amenities and services and everything is immaculate and accessible. The heated salt room was our fave and we had wonderful massages and by far the best facial I've ever experienced with Ramona. Warm and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back!

Such a great & relaxing spa day! My mom and I both had deep tissue massages & detox facials. Our massage therapists were highly skilled, and we were glowing after our facials. The facilities are clean, we got comfy spa clothes/robes, and we loved relaxing in the warm Himalayan salt & clay rooms. Highly recommend the spa for anyone looking.

A friend and I were in Santa Monica today on the hunt for a facial spot. We were around the block to this place and made a quick call. The person answering the phone was super helpful and friendly about booking 2 within the next hour or so. Now I'm thinking this is some small standard looking massage hole in the wall but we were greeted with an actual professional spa, intimately sized but still a great surprise. I was given a change of clothes and a locker room with a seriously nice steam room, great showers, and my own locker. From there they showed me a little lounge area and 3 types of heat/cold rooms. None of the rooms are big but they get the job done. There was clay, salt and cold rooms. Jen came over and introduced herself and brought me to the room for my facial contouring session. She was super sweet and very talented. It was actually one of the best hours I've had in a while! She was very knowledgeable and just took the time in making sure I was comfortable. My face looks great! Thanks again Jen!! Can't wait to come back. So on another note my nose has been running all night, it's like the facial contouring opened up the flood gates... Hopefully it doesn't last long but maybe just be aware if you got stuff to do maybe choose the right day for this? I had no idea as it's my first time but it makes sense since it's moving stuff in your face and nodes. Stuff needs to drain. But yeah definitely give this place a shot, really clean, really professional.

I love this spa and everything it offers. I recently had a treatment here at Tikkun called the Divine Alignment with Ramona. This treatment is so special because of Ramona's phenomenal intuition. Just by simply walking across the room she was able to quickly and accurately get a feel for my posture, analyze areas where I am tense and also my facial structure. And with various techniques including reiki, sound therapy and her very specific and precise light massage she was able to relieve tension and being to fix a slight rotation in my rib cage. Also throughout the treatment she educates you and explains how everything is connected. The way energy is stored in your body when your systems are not alined. After my treatment I left feeling light, renewed, and a release of tension that I didn't even realize I carried. This is such a special treatment and all the spa amenities complements it all very well. I can't wait to come again!

I first heard about this spa on TikTok, and I'm so glad I checked it out. I went for a Divine Alignment session with Ramona - she evaluates your walk at the beginning and determines what areas to work on. It was very relaxing and I really felt connected to my mind/body/spirit. During the session, I even had visions which was pretty cool. After my session, I felt taller, my posture was significantly better, I felt so relaxed and connected to my mind/body. My sleep improved, I had way less anxiety, and overall I just feel better. I just finished my second session, which was equally amazing. I've been recommending her to everyone. And I'm looking forward to my next treatment with her.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They took the time to answer questions I had and gave me a quick tour of the spa. I spent some time in the different sauna rooms for detox, bouncing in between the heated Himalayan salt room, clay room, and the cold room. Afterwards, I got a facial, which was AMAZING! I have never felt so relaxed as she massaged my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt so dewy and moisturized afterwards and I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. I'll definitely be back for the V-Steam and body scrub!

I had a wonderful experience at Tikkun! I opted for a body scrub, and spent some time before and after in their various saunas. The fact that you can get access to steam rooms, a jacuzzi, and more, all with your treatment, makes it easy to imagine spending an entire afternoon here. I left feeling incredibly relaxed.

I highly recommend this spa for the costumer service, cleanness, body products and body scrub. Thumbs up to Mai for her body scrub and massage. You have to ring the bell for someone to come up to open the door for you to enter the Spa and most of the time you have to wait a long time outside

I just left this place, treated myself for some serenity and self care on my birthday. I made the appointment today, last minute after doing a Google search, I was not going to go all the way to Olympic Spa from the West Side. Fortunately they were able to accommodate me for a 5:30 pm appointment, they close at 8 pm. Anyway, I had some issues with Uber, long story short I got to the Spa late, at 5:44 pm. Then being directional challenged, I just couldn't find the damn door to be buzzed in. The lady from the spa came all the outside to find me, and walk me in. I'm really bummed to have forgotten her name, but we were all rushing since I was late. She was such a wonderful presence at the Spa, super welcoming, knowledgeable about the services. She told me she was new to the team, but dear sweet lady, if you read this review know that you made my review. Arigato to you !!! ( She thanked me in Japanese when I came in). I had the Tikkun Signature Korean Body Scrub & Hot Oil Massage, with Semi (Aesthetician). It was a top notch treatment, Semi was the best! I had an hour left before closing, I was able to use the steam room, the jacuzzi, the Sauna, the clay room and the cold room. Next time I am goin to come earlier so I can enjoy the spa amenities without rushing. I highly recommend this spa! I mean there are many spas to choose from in the area, with similar services but one thing I can guarantee is that those spas wouldn't have the 2 ladies I just met. They were definitely a vital addition to the whole spa experience. I think I found my new home...

Whenever I come to Santa Monica, I always look forward to the TIKKUN experience; I love there motto "heal yourself, heal the world"; we certainly need some healing in our world today; Everything at TIKKUN is first class; today I had a body scrub and a Thai Massage with Aileen and can I tell you I WAS IN HEAVEN!! She's so strong yet so gentle; TIKKUN'S experience starts as soon as you get off the elevator, you immediately feel the TRANQUILITY of the spa; the essential oil infusion and the waterfall sound makes one feel as if you're in a bamboo forest in Thailand; Tikkun uses quality products like AVEDA in their showers, every detail went into making someone like me feel relaxed and forget about the hustle and bustle of daily schedules; Every one of the staff here are very professional and pleasant; the last thing I HAVE TO mention is how HOLISTICALLY clean every area of the spa was!! I'll dream about TIKKUN until my next CO- CAL visit!!

I visit Tikkun spa when I need to treat myself and in need of a relaxing afternoon. The owner Niki is so friendly and welcoming. The space is very clean and never too busy. Niki will remind you but I can't emphasize this enough --- make sure to visit at least 45 minutes before your treatment start time to use all the amenities, such as the steam room and sauna in the gender-specific locker rooms, and the variety of healing rooms in the common area. I've had the 60- and 90-minute massages and the therapists are always top notch. The treatments aren't cheap but are well worth it considering the quality and access to amenities at the spa.

We went to this beautiful spa as a birthday treat for a couples massage. I was so glad we arrived early enough before our appointments to have time to enjoy the different saunas. Our side by side massages in a lovely candle lit room were perfect, then after we were invited to relax in the private hot tub which had been drawn for us, with rose petals in the water. A fun, relaxing enjoyable time spent with my husband!

Whew, got the scrub of my life! Body is so relaxed yet energized, I feel ALIVE! Very clean, courteous staff and a refreshing and calming atmosphere.

My husband got me a 90 mins scrub and hot oil massage as well as a 60 mins facial for my birthday. Never in my 30+ years had I done scrub before and I'm so happy that I tried it here. Yumi is super friendly and knowledgeable. She has over 20 years of experience and really made me felt very relaxed and pampered. My skin felt ridiculously soft after and even the redness/bumps were so much smoother. After my body scrub and massage I went to enjoy the salt room and clay room. Very clean rooms and I had the whole place to myself to enjoy. Then Sammy gave me the Korean contouring facial for 60 mins. She literally has the best skin I have ever seen just like those on Korean drama. She massaged and pampered my skin all the way from neck/shoulder and up and my skin felt super soft after the facial. She even taught me a little trick so I can safely clean my black heads at home without enlarging the pores. I have quite sensitive skin but everything she used were very gentle so I didn't fell any discomfort afterwards. Overall it was such a nice experience to finally fully relax my body and take care of myself especially after the quarantine. Definitely worth every penny in my opinion. Would save some money on expensive skin care and just go here to have my skin taken care of instead.

I am a veteran scrub massage gal Miss my old Ktown fave spots, but finding this gem only a few blocks from me has been a godsend! It's definitely a fusion Korean/American feel No Korean tea or Korean food hall, jacuzzis closed for now, but some detox rooms are still open The owner was sucha doll when I booked over the phone & the staff were lovely. Service Received: Scrub Massage 90 minutes Scrub massages aren't for everyone, but definitely for mehhhh Thank you Tikkun :)

Spa is pretty nice but Solla is a complete phony. I've been in the industry for years and know a complete self absorbed fraud when I've found one. 3 stars for the spa. 0 stars for Solla.

Let me start off by saying I absolutely love Korean spas. I have tried all of the ones in Los Angeles and this is my go to favorite. I love it so much that I got a membership. It is not the biggest but it has everything you need and the services are beyond what any other Korean spa offers as far as services and technicians. Parking is easy, right next door. When you arrive, you will check in and receive a sarong, shower sandals and towels. There are lockers for your valuables. First, shower and either steam, Sauna. Salt or Clay room before your treatment. After a scrub, facial or massage you feel so clean and relaxed. There are also hair and skin products available for purchase. I feel so grateful to have access to an amazing Korean spa in Santa Monica.

I've been going here for almost a year. I love everything: front desk staff, facility and service. My favorite masseuse are Lory and Mai. Definitely a hidden gem to help you unwind.

I recently visited this spa with my boyfriend last weekend and we had an amazing time! I got a super relaxing scrub and massage from Kwan. I have gotten a body scrub before but this one was so nice. She wasn't too rough and the mix they used smelled so nice as well as the body shampoo. After the treatments my boyfriend and I went to the Himalayan Salt room, which was kind of small and we also went to the clay room. I like the reflexology floor mats and the relax area. I might be back again for couples treatment. This place was great with a nice sauna and jacuzzi! I will be back soon.

I will do my best to give this magnificent haven and hidden gem an honest review. My journey lead me to this place and I am so grateful. The hosts are always welcoming and respectful. The resources and facility are just enough to help balance and escape from reality to heal yourself from the day to day trauma. My favorite service is the V steam. I had an outstanding session with Mai! She completed a body scrub, massage and facial which made feeling like i was walking on clouds. I felt so refreshed and clean.

After hearing stories and reading lots of info about the many benefits of getting a V-steam, I decided to give it a try and booked an appointment here at Tikkun. The V-steam treatment was amazing and provides a deep physical and emotional cleansing that is very rejuvenating. The front desk lady got me situated and was very personable in her explanation of what to expect from the experience; I enjoyed talking to her about the process. She provided detox tea and water, and came in once to check on me. The room has the subtle smell of mugwort, which I found very relaxing. The only downside to the treatment is that it's in the coed hallway and a guy who clearly had difficulty understanding signs and following directions almost walked in on me. I had to yell to keep this goof from opening the door. Once the treatment was over, I took advantage of the other treatment rooms, the salt room being my favorite. I also enjoyed the jacuzzi because it's really spacious and conveniently located in the women's area along with a sauna, steam room, and showers. If you don't want to be in the coed section, you can still have a solid spa experience by booking a treatment and only utilizing the amenities in the women's section. The spa provides shorts, t-shirts, and a sarong to walk around in...ladies, you'll want to stick with the sarong. The shorts and t-shirt are horribly stiff and uncomfortable, not to mention unattractive. Overall, it's a decent spa and I'll definitely return for another V-steam (5 stars for the V-steam). But they need to work on privacy for the women's area. Even in the women's room someone left the entrance door that connects to the coed hallway wide open and I stepped out of the shower area to the sound of men standing at the door, and was almost exposed, not okay.

I have been a member here on and off for 12 years!! I say on and off because in times that I have travel or on locations jobs they allow to pause membership which is amazing. I absolutely recommended Jessie for 90 min massage. Mai is also an exceptional masseuse. I love the facilities as well as the other services they offer like Korean scrub. I very highly recommend membership if you live in the area. it's the best deal in town. Don't forget to tip your service folks

Ever since my girlfriend had a Divine Alignment Treatment with Ramona I've recommended several family members and friends to her and the spa. I've also had a facial done by her. The skills she possesses are mind-blowing. She is very in tune, professional and you will leave there much better than you came in. Ramona is extremely knowledgeable and has the literal ability to heal. The spa is very quaint, clean and relaxing. The staff is also quite friendly, and the owner makes sure to acknowledge you, which adds to the A++ in my book.

My husband and I visited the spa and honestly we would not go back. While there wasn't anything terribly wrong the little things added up. First my husband did not enjoy his massage. He asked for the therapist to pay special attention to the leg and did not get the assistance. My massage wasn't bad but I felt like a number. I didn't even get asked if I wanted to pay special attention to something. My gripes are more about ambiance. The air conditioner was so loud I could hear it over the soft music, the water fall sounded like the machine was going to break, for a holistic place there wasn't a live plant in the place. The steam room wasn't working, the cold room wasn't cold, the mud room had no mud. Just don't know why anyone would call this place luxury.

I was at first excited to try this spa as it was recommended highly by a friend of a friend but was not impressed. The cost of treatments were comparable to other Korean spas. The site has a cold room (felt a like a cool65C), 3 other rooms and a "therapeutic" stone strip on floor to walk on (looked like wall backsplash). Here are my reasons for giving it 3 stars: the jacuzzi was not working, a broom was left in a shower, a cleaning spray bottle was left in another shower, signs in the dressing room were dusty and upside down, no tissue in tissue boxes, the spa attire (shirt and shorts) are Asian sized (I was super uncomfortable in the 2XL clothes, my treatment was 10min late.

Leah stands out from other hair stylists in the best way...very knowledgeable & honest. She transformed my hair to optimal health. Highly recommend the scalp treatment. She also gave my hair a cut to result in healthier ends & a beautiful color. She educated me on what's best for my specific hair type. Go see her!! Additionally, I went here for a facial....the staff are all professional & have expertise in their field. Very relaxing. Bonus is the Himalayan salt room & sauna to use before or after treatment.

I was excited to learn that there was a Korean-style spa on the Westside. We booked massages and they were good-- no complaints there. I can't quite give this spot a higher rating because when compared to a spa like Olympic Spa in Koreatown, the offerings are not as diverse and it's not more luxurious, even though the prices are slightly higher. My wish is that they'd remodel and expand their offerings a bit. I wouldn't mind paying the higher prices for services if the ambiance were nicer.

Tikkun is so amazing! It's all the benefits of a Korean spa where they know how to take care of your skin, in an intimate setting. The jacuzzi, sauna, clay room and Himalayan salt rooms are all super relaxing and have great health benefits. I highly recommend the body scrub, you feel like you have just been reborn with newborn skin! Also, their facials are amazing, they massage your face, neck and shoulders during the facial and it feels heavenly. Absolutely love this spa!
