I recently got an item from TikTok shop and when it told me that it had got delivered, I was excited and happy. I live in an apartment so we have parcel lockers that things usually get delivered into. I have never gotten anything delivered into my actual mailbox so we thought it was just in the parcel locker but when we got there, it was not in the parcel locker. I currently, do not have my key and can’t retrieve things from the mailbox and if it’s not in the mailbox which it’s probably not because the mailbox is very small and I don’t think my item could fit in there, I will need to get my money back if it doesn’t arrive in the next few days. I am really upset because of the poor timing and me thinking it would actually arrive on time. I will not be ordering things from TikTok shop anymore.

so three days ago I had Three of my accounts banned for absolutely no reason because I got hacked in one of those accounts and I got the account back because TikTok support didn’t help but then a couple days later all my accounts get banned from that hacker Person from them reporting me and so now I’m trying to get my account accounts back because I didn’t do anything wrong And TikTok won’t reply to me and it’s been three days I spent three days making 100+ reports

Extremely disappointed with TikTok Shop’s customer service. After repeated attempts to get help through their recommended channels, I’ve only received automated responses with no real support. It’s impossible to reach a live human, and critical issues are dismissed without resolution. For a platform of this size, the lack of accessible, effective support is unacceptable—especially for small businesses relying on timely answers to continue operating.

They constantly violate their own community guidelines allowing pornographic, calls to violence, and other things that go against their guidelines but delete ones like below that were about a tattoo

I posted many videos via social media without any issues until tik Tok suspended my account for good saying I broke their rules which I didn’t and all my videos are posted in other platforms without any issues. Tik Tok practices discrimination, profiling and uses unfair decisions

Why have you failed to respond to 115 official DMCA complaints regarding the infringement of my copyright?? TikTok is now in Violation of: • DMCA §512 – Failure to act on valid takedown notices • DMCA §1202 – Enabling removal of copyright management information • TikTok’s own Monetization Terms – Monetization of stolen IP • Negligence & Facilitated Fraud – Allowing systemic monetization of stolen content

TikTok is racist because I am Mexican and when I appeal they said no. I have a friend who was black who posted only dance moves and they also banned him for being black after he appeal he also got denied and any accounts he makes TikTok bans them and declines their appeal. #TIKTOK RACIST spread the word don’t let it be silent.
