Always love the conversations I have with employees from TikTok.. From reading reviews from google online, alot of the "I hate TikTok" comments come from NOT READING THE SMALL PRINT. All the time using the App , make sure sure to read the small print! I'm still trying to remember my old verified account from TikToks Password. However that's not the company's fault, only mine. Thank you @Tiktok for inviting me to NEAU HOUSE OPENING PARTY! hope to get invited to a get to together in the future!

I love tik tok but recently they’ve been reporting my lives over and over again for me not being of age when I’m a 25 year old adult. They keep denying me access to certain features on the app when I’ve already provided proof and evidence that I’m over the age of 18.

I am submitting this review after the unfair permanent ban of my account, @_seraffini, which had five years of continuous activity. ​The ban was triggered by a single, inappropriate post made by a third party (my cousin) who accessed my phone while it was unattended. I did not make the post. I have consistently shared knowledge-based content related to history and faith, maintaining a positive, compliant community for years. ​The most frustrating part of this experience is the complete failure of TikTok's support system. Despite multiple detailed appeals explaining the security breach and unauthorized use, I have received only automated bot responses. There is no path to a manual review or genuine customer service interaction, leaving a dedicated, long-term user permanently banned for an action they did not commit. This lack of human support is unacceptable.

I received a fake message saying that I had been banned due to violating multiple guide lines. Then they ask me to show them a code they had generated to my email. I was so tired it never occurred that no one actually talks to you from your dm from tiktok help center. There all bots not human. Which I never did anything or received any type of warning. Come to find out my account was really stolen and taken over by someone. They switched my email, my phone number, and user name to a different account and gave me an account with a different e-mail and user name that doesn't belong to me. Come on tiktok inc fix this mess I urgently need my account.

I lost my TikTok due to a community guideline violation, but was never given a specific reason other than just community Violations. I am a good standing member of the indigenous community and I feel like I should’ve been given at least a chance to plead my case if this is a place where I can regain my account, can somebody please help me to do this? My TikTok name is nativecholo7 i’ve never had a permanent band and I’m still due to TikTok. I’ve been on for seven months and never had an issue a problem thank you.

Like we've heard before if I could only give no stars! I purchased something on Amazon from what turned out to be a tik tok shop vendor, what a mistake! It came and was not what i had purchased and wanted immediately to return then! But returning things with tik tok is a seemingly impossible task! You prompt for customer service and it transfers you to the shopping catalog, without going to customer service! Over and over again I tried to get through to get an authorization but was just frustrated beyond comprehension! If buying was as hard as they have rigged returns they woukd have been out of business a long time ago! I even scrolled to the bottom to use contact us or customer service and before I could touch a button it returned to shopping, for my convenience, I'm sure! If you see what you want from a tik tok vendor just say No!, and move on! UPDATE 9/9/25:So it woukd appear that you have to be signed into the TikTok app to even have a chance at returning something, but didnt need the app to buy something! This just frosts me! I dont like signing into apps I'll never again use, why would I? Plus, every one complains this app is garbage! I'll never sign into some unscrupulous program that's being run by a foreign country! You know, like temu, you buy something and every field you type in is harvested as you write and can't go back to erase or change or correct! Info harvesters!
