Our first time here! We came for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy, but had a pleasant atmosphere. Our food came out very quickly. The cashier and wait staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and unhurried. We purchased a full famous Tilly's Philly and Butchers Cut, and split both (there were four of us). They came on separate trays with picked veggies and chips, which we weren't expecting, but was a nice touch. There were also free water cups available.
The chips were like a deep fried pita chip with seasoning. Tasty! We all enjoyed them. We also ordered an extra large fry, which is advertised for 3-4 people. If we hadn't had the chips it may not have been quite enough for all of us. The fries were also heavily seasoned, but good (in the picture we have already had a few).
Our sandwiches were good. I felt like they could have had more filling, but it was sufficient for lunch. My teens went back up and ordered a donut milkshake because they thought it looked cool. They thought it was very good, even though it had sprinkles in it. They said: "It tastes like something you would make at home, with real ice cream. Delicious and refreshing. Not overly sweet."
My kids had a good time and would like to come back. For my part, while I liked the food, I felt like it was a little overpriced. However, the locals do not seem to agree, as it was busy the whole time we were there, at 3:00 in the afternoon.
