The food is Tim Horton's so you know what your getting.
Service is often "pushy" at the drive through. This is corporates fault for offering a bonus for speed of delivery, instead of customer service. People are pleasant enough, just trying to rush to hit the time limit.
Their drive through speakers are horrible. Many times you can barely understand what they are saying when they talk. It's been that way for years. Wish they would fix them. (Hint: you want to speed up the drive through, it would help if we could communicate clearly with you).
