Tim Hortons

We were in Grand Rapids, MI for a weekend getaway, so on our way to Windmill Park, we made a quick halt at Tim Hortons. The overall experience was decent. The store was busy when we arrived but they handled it well. We had a coffee and grilled cheese sandwich. The coffee was delicious but the sandwich was barely cooked. The place is well-maintained, and a lot of the basic essentials can be purchased here.

Their breakfast sandwich's are very good I would highly recommend the bacon egg and cheese bagel.their entire staff are very professional and courteous

If you need a snack they will probably have whatever you are craving. Nice selection of premade food and healthy snacks. Gas prices are good - didn't use the carwash this trip

I love this place. I was there an hour before lunch started and the staff still cooked me lunch. Absolutely awesome.

This place is just going downhill really fast. The food was much better when this location first opened. The past two times I've gotten food from here, I can't even eat it, though. The sausage egg and cheese English muffins my BF and I got today tasted like a horse barn. Inedible. Very disappointing. I'm not sure we will be returning ever again.

One of my favorites for breakfast. Quick and good. I like the honey cullers . Coffee is always fresh. The hasbrowns are baked which can be a little dry. But I would rather have them than fried. Food is always hot and ready. Help is always bright and polite.

Sam and entire team were extremely kind and helpful. Very clean and tidy. Good prices.

I have been a die hard Tim Hortons fan for years and I’ve been trying so hard to get my boyfriend on board with me for about a year… well this is the third location, third disappointing trip and honestly, this location takes the cake. We went through the drive thru, ordered an iced cappuccino and a chipotle chicken bacon wrap. We tried to order a number 9 and then we’re told the location is out of chips, but we can sub it out for a number of other options. The girl mentioned chili at the end and when we chose chili, we were told there was an up charge… even though it’s the restaurants fault they’re out of chips. Lastly, we attempted to order the 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches to which we were told the restaurant was ALSO out of eggs. So we pay and receive our order and drive away just to realize instead of a number 9, we got a cup of chili and some ciabatta bread. No sandwich with the number 9 like there’s supposed to be and then the girl at the window also forgot the water that was ordered with the number 9. This was an awful experience at this location and we will not be back. Honestly, it’s really disheartening to try to get someone to enjoy something you and it’s a complete failure all three times.

PLEASE ADD NAPKINS TO EVERY FOOD ORDER!! I ordered a breakfast burrito and asked for napkins and received none, nada, zero!

I fell in love with Tim Horton's coffee during my many years of visiting Canada. Imagine my joy to find that there are a bunch of Timmy's scattered around Michigan! So I've been hitting all of them, as we drive hither and yon. For me it's always an XL original blend, black, or sometimes with one-half cream. The sweetheart goes for the "double double" (2x sugar, 2x cream). There's even TH coffee available in small bags and huge tins! What's not to like?

My first experience with Tim Hortons was pretty great! I always planned to stop by this chain on a future adventure to Canada, so I was excited to find one of the American locations since it is not around where I live. With the previous reviews I had really low expectations, but ended up loving it. The staff were all really friendly, and the food was really good. It is located inside a convenient store, so it is a nice quick stop for breakfast. There are all kinds of sweet and savory options to choose from. I tried the loaded wrap, which was great and came in a convenient little container that also holds it for you. We shared some of the maple and regular timbits, their version of donut holes, which were even better! Their coffee is really good, too. I even ended up buying some K cups and a pack of their apple cinnamon tea. When is Kentucky gonna get one of these?? I'm all about Tim Horton's!

This is the best location ever ordered from, great staff! Gorgeous hydrangeas in landscaping. Car wash wish it would accepted a high roof Van. The Tim Hortons in Kalamazoo or Portage never has anything, no donuts & refuses to make it! Also sweet place to watch people, watch TV while sitting near a beautiful fireplace, eating a yummy doughnut shop the gift shop area or charge your electrics.. Easy location to get too.

Part of a gas station/car wash, I've been here a few times and haven't had any complaints. Service is usually fairly quick and the food I've gotten from here has tasted fresh and has been hot.

What a Terrible Tim Hortons. 1) small dirty bathroom 2) employees don't wash their hands in the bathroom (went in at the same time as an employee). 3) terrible customer service. 4) long waits in the store to order. They don't prioritize customers coming in. The drive thru appears to matter more to them. 5) messed up my breakfast sandwich Where is management to fix these issues?

Very clean and inviting. The guy at the Tim Horton's counter was super nice and the breakfast came out within 2 minutes! No joke. Will stop for gas/vacuums and good food again

Great place to see the help daydreaming with the attitude that the customer is interrupting them.

We specifically went there for donuts. I am seriously missing Dunkin Donuts, as we just moved here from Chicago. So we bought a dozen. Have to say they were pretty good! I would fo again. Want to try their coffee and other food items.

Was driving through Holland earlier this evening and decided to stop at this location! It's inside a gas station, but there's a drive through. We went through the drive through and after ordering, we pulled up to the window. The guy told us to pull forward and they'd bring our coffee and donuts to us. When the lady came out she said they were having some technical difficulties, were so sorry for the wait (which was very short and no big deal), and then gave us a coupon for a free coffee! The coffee and donuts were amazing and so was the service. Definitely reccomend it!

Have had great service at the Chicago Drive location. But after three different stops at the S Washington location they won't even make a single pot of coffee for third shifters starting their day. All while Speedway across the street has ten pots going at that time. They two guys at the counter looked like deer in headlights when I asked for coffee. Owners must have skipped Opportunity 101 in school. Sheesh.

I went to this location for a little pick me up while getting gas this Friday evening. I don't normally complain but the cashier was a little rude, staring at me pressuring me to make a decision when there was no one else in line and short with me when ordering. Good customer service goes a long way, I would suggest being a little friendlier!

So its a.m. and they have the menu lights on and I can see people inside the store. I pull up to the menu and I wait and wait and wait. Finally drive to the window and there they have a sign that says the store opens at 6 a.m. Wouldnt it be better to place the sign near the menu? My time is important.
