I’ve always loved Tim Hortons, and after their recent renovations, this location has become even better! From the moment you walk in, the new interior feels modern, clean, and welcoming. The updated seating area with comfortable chairs and fresh décor makes it a great spot to relax with a coffee or catch up with friends. The lighting and layout improvements give the place a much more inviting atmosphere. The service here is consistently friendly and efficient — staff always greet you with a smile and are happy to help. Whether I’m grabbing coffee on the way to work or stopping in for a snack later in the day, the experience is smooth and enjoyable every time. Of course, the coffee and menu items are as delicious as ever. Their classic coffees are rich and flavorful, and I’ve enjoyed trying some of their newer seasonal beverages too. The donuts and baked goods are always fresh. I especially appreciate that even during busy hours, the team manages the line quickly without sacrificing quality. The recent renovations have seriously elevated the overall dining experience. It’s cleaner, more comfortable, and more modern — perfect for a quick coffee stop or a longer sit-down break. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great coffee and a relaxed, refreshed environment!

"I stop here often and the service is consistently great. The staff is always patient and double- checks the order, which i appreciate since I usually have a few specific requests. 24- hours access is a huge plus for those late- night cravings. Highly commend!"

They gave me my bagel with cream cheese and bacon - bacon cold not even cooked or warmed up! The large dark roast tasted like water…. ordered a hashbrown it was cold and also broken thrown under the bagel honestly terrible experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this TimHortons location near my home for many years, and I’ve always been impressed by the excellent service and the friendly, respectful attitude of the staff. The atmosphere here is warm, welcoming, and always clean — it truly feels like a friendly neighborhood spot. Whether it’s for my morning coffee or a quick snack during the day, this place is always my go-to. I can get behind you closing early, since good employees are hard to find nowadays. But having nothing on your menu besides donuts, muffins and coffee at 9pm... you have to be totally out of your mind... just cancel your whole menu if you are incapable of making a sandwich at 9pm...

Great update to interior. The manager was adamant skimmed milk picked at self serve is appropriately served as cream in a coffee. That "écrémé" meant with cream.

The guys working there work so hard. So polite and always willing to offer you something if your food took long. Big ups

Maple glazed donuts are at least 1 day old, very hard and dry. The seats in the boots are a joke, you are literally sitting on springs... extremely uncomfortable! I've been to many Tim Hortons and until now they've all been very very good, I never expected to review one until now. If you like TH don't come here.

This location is so popular sometimes that is difficult to keep the tables and the flor clean especially in winter! It's one of my favourite location when I have to meet someone from south-shore with a car f Private parking and close to Verdun metro station

My experience at this Tim Horton's was so pathetically angering that I downloaded Yelp specifically to give it one star. First, it took over 30 minutes to get my order...two bagels, and a breakfast sandwich. Nothing was wrong, they just "forgot" my bag of food on the counter, and nobody bothered to check the bag of food sitting in front of them. No updates, rude treatment when I asked them about it, and finally when I was saying I would leave and to refund me, someone checked the bag. Had to go back in because my double double had no sugar. Once more treated to terrible customer service, just a shrug and a dirty look. I continuously had to switch languages because some of the staff only understood certain words. My sandwich was soggy and gross. The bagels had no butter, though it was requested. I honestly thought I was on a prank show. This was a disgraceful experience. Get it together, Tim Horton's, this is a joke.
