My experience at this Tim Horton's was so pathetically angering that I downloaded Yelp specifically to give it one star. First, it took over 30 minutes to get my order...two bagels, and a breakfast sandwich. Nothing was wrong, they just "forgot" my bag of food on the counter, and nobody bothered to check the bag of food sitting in front of them. No updates, rude treatment when I asked them about it, and finally when I was saying I would leave and to refund me, someone checked the bag. Had to go back in because my double double had no sugar. Once more treated to terrible customer service, just a shrug and a dirty look. I continuously had to switch languages because some of the staff only understood certain words. My sandwich was soggy and gross. The bagels had no butter, though it was requested.
I honestly thought I was on a prank show. This was a disgraceful experience. Get it together, Tim Horton's, this is a joke.
