Tim Hortons

Very busy store, still fast service.They are managing it really good.I ordered 2 breakfast Sandwiches both missed sauce and coffee was double double , but what i got had no sugar.

I always have a great time at Tim Hortons! The service is fast and super friendly, the staff is really nice, and the place is always clean and comfy. Whether I’m stopping by for my morning coffee or a quick lunch, they never let me down. Big thanks for keeping things consistently awesome!

Absolutely love the staff and service at this Tim Hortons. They’re always friendly and provide great service. With me personally, they go above and beyond, they remember my order and always give me a warm, friendly welcome making me feel special.

I ordered chocolate creamy chill and they give little bit cream on top and when I ask they what it should be put full cream she was too much rude and telling me get out from Tim hortons and she was disrespectful I didn’t say anything but this should be not happen with Someone else thanks

My wife went to tim hortons at 12:05 to buy a big can of coffee . There was a huge lineup she pree paid then had to wait a few min , she then got called and got served a box of coffee with 12 cups . She then said that's not what she orderd but the staff kept arguing with her and refused to sell her the can and insisted she take the box of coffee. I then called the store to speak to the manager and was told to wait 30 min as no manager was there and no employee could help fix there mistake . Now I have to go back and try to return th8s coffee box and get a refund or the can 9f coffee I requested .

A great location for those in the University Avenue area. The café is close to St Patrick's metro station, close to several bus stops, banks, shops and the AGO museum. The display window is always very clean and organized, and the store is also very organized. They have good service, but during busy times, it can get very messy. To provide good service to all customers, they have automatic opening and closing doors, tables adapted for wheelchairs and walkers, and an adapted bathroom. However, they do not have a menu in Braille. The prices of the products are standard for all units.

Some of the staff are super super freindly and great to talk to , Gives the home vibes when talk to them, I am a regular morning and evening coffee guy here. I wish them best and expect them to grow quadrpuled in coming times.
