Tim Hortons

Timmy's is so ubiquitous with Canada, and probably because there seems to be one on every single corner of downtown Toronto! I was staying nearby and wanted a little treat, so I stopped by this location. I don't know why I get suckered in every couple of years, because Tim Horton's is just gross. Like, why is this place so popular? The donuts taste like grease and cardboard, and the cookies are so loaded with sugar that they make my teeth hurt. These have to be among the worst donuts and baked goods in North America. I got a Boston Creme donut and an Oreo Chip cookie. The treats looked tasty appearance-wise, but neither was any good. The donut was especially disgusting. The crème inside was a thick vanilla pudding that was flavorless, and the donut dough tasted like old, wet bread. There was no light or tasty yeasty flavor, and the chocolate icing tasted like nothing but pure sugar. Yuck. The cookie was a bit better, but it was soooo sweet. It tasted like it was loaded with corn syrup and a fake bakery flavor. It was soft though, so I enjoyed it more than the sad donut. I also had a box of 10 TimBits (aka donut holes). I got a variety pack that was mostly dried out cake donuts and then a pretty tasty blueberry cheesecake one and a birthday cake iced TimBit that was my favorite. None of these were particularly good, however. Look, I've had savory food and coffee at Tim's, and admittedly those are better options than the sweets. But I just don't get this place at all.

I would give you a zero rating if possible. My order was clearly Egg and Cheese Bagel WITHOUT BACON...but I still had bacon in my breakfast sandwich..Not only did you take very long to give me my order but you guys also messed it up! Not acceptable at all!

I was almost daily customer for this location After new staff their quantity is getting decreased & forget about quality For instance - Habanero crispy chicken bowl If somebody is spending 11.30 bucks and you people compromise on quantity due to cost costing or whatever or maybe lack of training. IT’S NOT ACCEPTABLE Forget about uncooked chicken

If somebody want to experience bad coustomer service you can visit this Tim. Staff does not know how to behave with coustomer they will literally serve you items which you can’t even imagine of. I asked for tea , they are serving norml tea without even making it hot when I asked to make it again they were so rude. I never had this much bad experience in my life.

I ordered a wrap in the afternoon when it wasn’t busy, and the chicken was completely frozen. By the time I noticed, it was too late to return it. I even saw the employee take the chicken straight from the freezer and serve it without heating it properly—clearly a serious lack of training. When I called the store to address the issue, the manager didn’t offer a proper apology or solution. He said I could return anytime and I might receive a refund, and when I explained the problem, he just responded with a monotone “ok.” This was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning

As a regular Tim Hortons customer, I recently tried the new Scrambled Egg Croissant and absolutely loved it! The eggs were soft, fluffy, and perfectly cooked, making it a wholesome and filling breakfast option. It’s a refreshing change from the usual choices and feels like a complete, balanced meal. On top of that, the service at this location has always been friendly, quick, and consistent. The staff greet with a smile and make the experience pleasant every time. Great food and great service — thank you, Tim Hortons, for keeping the mornings bright!

A great location for those in the University Avenue area. The café is close to St Patrick's metro station, close to several bus stops, banks, shops and the AGO museum. The display window is always very clean and organized, and the store is also very organized. They have good service, but during busy times, it can get very messy. To provide good service to all customers, they have automatic opening and closing doors, tables adapted for wheelchairs and walkers, and an adapted bathroom. However, they do not have a menu in Braille. The prices of the products are standard for all units.

Always a great stop for coffee and breakfast! The staff are friendly and quick, even during busy hours. My coffee was fresh, and the breakfast wrap was hot and delicious. This Tim Hortons is consistently clean and well-run. Highly recommend if you're passing through!
