We had an incredible night from start to finish. The service was top tier, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and every dish exceeded expectations. The food wasn’t just delicious — it was beautifully presented and completely Instagram-worthy. The interior design is stunning, and even our booth was next-level comfortable. Everything about the experience felt elevated. We’ll definitely be back!

We visited to celebrate our anniversary. The ambiance felt romantic and intimate with the dimmed lights and starry forest setting. The music was a bit loud, since we had to speak louder or get very close to have a conversation, but other than that, the food was delicious and the wine we had was perfectttt. I want to give a special thanks to Andrew — if our night was special, he made it 10 times more special with his attentive personality. I think my boyfriend and I can agree that every restaurant needs an Andrew. Thank you so much!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Timbr in Fort Lauderdale and had an absolutely fantastic dining experience. From the moment we sat down, our server Dani was exceptional. Attentive, friendly, and perfectly dialed into the vibe of the evening. The ambiance is spot on. Stylish, energetic, and still intimate enough for a special night out. The wine list is seriously impressive and thoughtfully priced. We were thrilled to find our favorite Daou Soul of a Lion at nearly half of what we usually see elsewhere. Huge win. Dinner was just as memorable. The lobster appetizer was loaded. Honestly more lobster than some main courses we have had at other restaurants. Every detail felt intentional and elevated. After 9pm the upstairs lounge opens, which is a great bonus. Perfect for an after dinner drink or meeting up with friends without leaving the venue. Overall, an easy 5 stars. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

This is going to be the craziest review ever. I’ll start with a simple don’t waste your time. I will move on to say Andrew was an amazing server with great knowledge of the menu and was very pleasant and informative. We also had the chance to meet Peter the manager and he was also very personable and helpful. Unfortunately I don’t know why but we also had the displeasure to meet the “chef”. So our dinner experience was going well, amazing service, amazing drinks, I will even say some really good appetizers. The hiccup comes in when we receive our main course. I ordered a Medium Rare Ribeye which is supposed to be featured item on their menu. This is a 16oz 30 day wet aged Ribeye to die for. The price point of $75 isn’t to crazy but definitely would hold high expectations for this dish. Upon arrival to the table I noticed the side of my steak had already been cut into. What seemed to be a temperature check by the cook. My steak was served swimming in a brown sauce that over powered any aging process that had been previously attained. Once I cut into my steak I noticed it to be overcooked. At this point I asked my great sever if that was their standards for a MR as I know that can vary depending on the establishment. Andrew agreed at the moment that the steak definitely looked overcooked but that the lighting could be the issue. At this moment Peter (the manager) got involved and offer to take the steak back to fix it. To my surprise a few moments later Peter and the chef sporting a cool red “not today satin” cap approached the table. At this moment the chef tells me that the steak was cooked to perfection. I obviously disagreed and voiced my displeasure with the steak and even pointed out the poor cooking technique used as the steak was only cooked on one side. To which he responded “it’s no way I can cook that steak to MR if I cook both sides.” I was left in shock and for a loss of words at the moment, so I just said thank you chef have a good night. I have no clue why they thought letting this guy do a table visit was a good idea. He was set so high on his ego that he could not see the poor cooking skills. This place would have gotten a 5 star review had it not been for the want to be Gordon Ramsay of Ft Lauderdale. Crazy part all the other food was great! But this dude messed it all up by thinking he had the people skills to come and deal with guest. Big disappointment. We will not be back.

The atmosphere and service at Timbr was fantastic. Dani was our server, she was tentative and even though she was serving multiple tables, it felt like she was only serving us. She made our visit so special as we were celebrating my in-laws 40th year anniversary. The cocktails were all delicious and the espresso martini was a fantastic desert cocktail. We had the steak, chicken, and duck plates. All of them had great complementary sides. The ribeye was a standout and the fingerling potatoes was my favorite side personally. We had three dessert plates and all were great. The standout were the passion fruit tart and the incredible crème brûlée. Thanks again to Dani and the staff for making this such special night!

I took my girlfriend to Timbr for her birthday, and we were treated amazingly. Our waiter (I wish I remembered his name but he had a man bun) went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When I called ahead, I mentioned it was her birthday and asked if they could put a cute candle on her dessert and they did not disappoint. Not only did they bring out the dessert with the candle, but our waiter surprised us with birthday shots on him and sang a special birthday song for her over the most uniquely made cheesecake. After dinner, he spoke with the manager and arranged for us to be taken up to the second floor and that was also such a vibe. The waitress and bartender upstairs immediately wished her a happy birthday where they gave us another complimentary drink and treated us with so much kindness. They were incredibly sweet and added to the whole experience. The fact that everyone made my girlfriend feel like a VIP on such a special day truly shows how much this restaurant cares about its guests. And the atmosphere? Stunning. Both the Flower Room and the Dark Forest Room are absolutely beautiful, the pictures are chef’s kiss! I’ll definitely be coming back and will forever recommend Timbr. Thank you for making her birthday unforgettable!

We had a wonderful experience at Timbr today! The Valentine’s Day special menu was absolutely delicious — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The atmosphere felt warm and perfect for the occasion. Andrew, our server, made the experience even better with his attentive, friendly, and professional service. He was knowledgeable about the menu and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a romantic dinner, TIMBR is truly a dream. The moment you walk in, the décor is breathtaking — elegant, modern, and so thoughtfully designed. And the Flower Room where we ate? Honestly every girl’s fantasy. Soft lighting, gorgeous blooms, and the perfect ambiance for date night, girls night or a special celebration. Our server Bradley gave us outstanding service. Super attentive, friendly, and on point with every detail — he made the entire experience feel VIP. We tried several dishes and everything was delicious, but here are my top must-order items: – Octopus (perfectly cooked) – Salmon (so flavorful) – Mac & Cheese (creamy and addictive) – Cheesecake (a must if you love desserts) And the Mango Lava Rita… 10/10. Refreshing, fruity, and the perfect cocktail for the night. The music and ambiance were also perfect. Great vibe, amazing playlist, and the volume was low enough that you can actually enjoy your conversation without yelling — huge plus. Overall, TIMBR is the full package: beautiful décor, exceptional service, incredible food, and unforgettable ambiance. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone looking for a top dining experience.

This is such a beautiful restaurant. Guys, if you want to impress your mate, you should bring them here. There are three different rooms. The main room has twinkling lights. The floral room in the back is so pretty, but my camera did not capture it well. Upstairs is ok, a little quieter. I decided to drink a bit since I have taken a break from it. It's Friday. Why not? The vodka and cranberry was made just right for me. The margarita was tasty. I ordered filet mignon. That was very good. It had a nice blend of seasoning. The chef here is supposed to be amazing, and I have to agree. I also had a slice of cheesecake. That was just ok. It might have been me. I have not been loving cheesecake as much lately. Anyway, our server was great. I wish I remembered his name. It was very loud so hard to hear. Just go check this place out. It is a lot of fun.

The restaurant is beautiful but lacks comfort. The front and back bar chairs are uncomfortable. The back dining room is terribly dark. Not being able to see your food is not an ambiance I prefer. We enjoyed the short rib empanadas but were disappointed with the harvest salad. A beautiful description but the components are sparse on the plate. For our main the beef wellington was very good but the mashed potatoes and carrots that accompanied it were cold. It was a hot and cold plate - very disappointing. Finally the wine list is thin and doesn't complement the menu. My hope is these are new restaurant kinks to be worked out. Always give it a second try.

Timbr has been anticipated in the area for nearly 6 years now and it did not disappoint in some areas while it left room to grow in others. Pros - the seated dinner area made me feel like I was in a Miami club located in the middle of a nighttime garden. The trees and stars located around the tables gave us a stargazing experience while sitting on cushioned benches around a table. A cozy yet lively dinner experience. The lounge upstairs is also a missing piece of Fort Lauderdale that may be fun to come back to in the future. Cons - Unfortunately the cons started almost immediately. The sever came and asked us for drink order, then appetizer orders.....then dinner orders? It had been 5 minutes and we hadn't received anything yet and by the time all the orders were in the server came back to tell us they were out of one of the drinks at 8pm on the third night of being open. The drinks finally arrived staggered along with the food which left us waiting around for each other to receive things. The food was good, but it didn't impress anyone at the table. I didn't even end up taking pictures of anything which is rare for me. Do not order the espresso martini. Not only is it on the dinner menu and they won't serve it to you, but upstairs in the lounge it was pretty bad. I thought it might have been an isolated incident, but someone next to me at the bar said the same thing. Hopefully they improve their timing and options, I know opening week can be rough. Half my check was comped due to cancelling my reservation when they pushed back the opening a few weeks so I need to give them credit for that. I wish them the best and hope to hear better reviews in the future before I come back

5 stars!! Wow. It's beautiful and the food is delicious. The Service by Brad was phenomenal. I will def be coming back! We got cocktails and wine that was yummy too. The dessert was so fun as well and unique. We will def be coming back.

Was so excited to try this new restaurant near The Wharf. The food was good, but the serving sizes were small for the price. They also include tip on the bill. The charcuterie board only had one bread stick which was a little disappointing. The drinks downstairs at the bar and in the dining room were good, but the drinks upstairs were significantly worse. I feel like the restaurant is just trying to find its flow and train all the employees still, so giving them the benefit if the doubt with a 4/5. The different rooms and the ambiance is so nice and the upstairs bar with a DJ is a fun addition. Will definitely try and again in a couple months!

I enjoyed two cocktails here last night. I encourage everyone to visit every bar and lounge as they are all special in their own way. I met a nice bartender while sipping on an espresso martini. I mentioned it was a little sweet and several of them offered to make me a new one. The young bartender while off duty got elder flower from another floor since they did not have it down stairs--it was for an off the menu drink she recommended, it was made with a very spicy tequila and had a kick, with blue glitter down the side. You muuuust love heat to drink this one. Both drinks were delicious and in an amazing atmosphere with really good music. I'd say try this new spot out if you want a Four Seasons caliber service with the vibes and ambiance to match. You are in for a treat when you visit the back area-it's floral decor will leave you in awe. Everyone I interacted with was absolutely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel special. And ask for a bartender named Dannie.

This place is beautiful. The food is out of this world and reasonably priced which is really hard to find these days. Everything about this place is so incredible and just so you know the chef was on top Chef. Auggie our waitress only had perfect suggestions. This would be beautiful for a birthday or baby shower

Heads up, if you make reservations and want to sit in the starry room vs the flowery room in the back make sure you notate on the reservation, also, tip was included! Overall great food but expensive for the serving sizes. The drink pictured, highland cure, was phenomenal, sweet but well-rounded. The tuna tartare was good quality tuna but will say the tapioca pearl crackers made the dish hard to eat. The octopus was incredibly tender with a good char on one side and the potatoes were so tender and flavorful although portion was underwhelming. The tortellini mac & cheese was decadent but not too heavy--highly recommend. The oxtail empanadas were a good bite but again small portion (came with 3 but got impatient!). I've had standalone oxtail and it was so tender and melt-in-your-mouth that it almost felt wasteful to put it in an empanada where you couldn't tell what cut of beef it was. Loved the tarragon edition to the caesar salad, gave it a little something you don't usually get with other caesars. The only real disappointment was the carrot side, they were just carrots? Could taste the honey twinge but other than that no pepitas and definitely not worth it. Not a ton of options for not red meat eaters either but will most likely come back.

The ambiance was really fun. Plates are small for the price, but most of our food was excellent. I highly recommend the Octopus appetizer. Tuna tartare was good. Half chicken was delicious, but very small. The harvest salad was a sad excuse of a salad - it looked like they threw the ingredients from the grocery store onto a plate.

Absolutely stunning and delicious new gem in the heart of Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale. Impeccable service, exquisite design and decor, and food that will make you come back for more. TIMBR radiates amazing taste in all respects, and I look forward to dining here again very soon.

Food was great! Atmosphere was impressive. Bartenders were incredibly accommodating to all the customers around me, especially Dani. She went out of her way many times while I sat at the bar for a couple of hours and chatted with a friend. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience at this restaurant! Bartenders Natalie and Austin were friendly and attentive. The Mango Lava Rita is a must-try--delicious and refreshing! I'll definitely be back.

Everything about this place is 5 star , the staff is amazing . The bar is amazing , the food was incredible. The decor is too notch , the vibe is what Fort Lauderdale needed ! Been there 3 times since it opened!

I was excited to dine at Timbr Restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I originally made a 9:15 PM reservation, only to have it pushed to 9:30 PM. When we arrived on time, we were told there would be an additional hour-long wait for our table. A reservation should guarantee a reasonable seating time, and this lack of organization made for a frustrating experience. I hope they improve their reservation system and communication, as the restaurant itself has great potential.

Beware::: the dish called "half a chicken" is actually 1/16 a chicken. It is a small partial breast that can possibly past as an appetizer. The ambiance is great. The service acceptable. Other dishes were fine. But the chicken......false advertising. Beware.
