Steve worked miracles to fix my heels. He didn’t have the heels in store and was unable to order them, however, he managed to make new heels himself and fix them on perfectly! I am absolutely over the moon with the service received today and would 10000% recommend to everyone!

Wonderful experience. Very lovely and helpful staff. I just needed my picture to be taken for my driving licence. It only took a few minutes to do it. Thank you very much for your help 🙂

Spoke to Steven at Timpsons Morrisons Preston store to ask if he could punch a couple holes in the straps on my shoes as they were to slack. He did this whilst waiting within 5 mins, friendly, helpful and courteous. He didn't charge me a penny. Now you don't get that kind of prompt and kind customer service much these days ! Well done Steven you are an asset to Timpsons, Thanks very much indeed.

A lens hade come out of my glasses, and I couldn't see to shop. Luigi was 'on duty', and told me that Timpsons don't do glasses, but since I had the parts, he would fix them. He did so, but would not take payment, or a tip. However, I left him some money, as we had agreed he would give it to his favourite charity. First class service, and a very kind young man. A credit to your company, that I already use often. Thanks Luigi!

Steve, 'The Magician' fixed the zip on my boots with slight of hand and a bit of WD40. No charge. Wonderful service. Thankyou so much!

Luke was very warm and friendly, which I was expecting but it is always nice. Especially as this seemed to be Lukes genuine natural disposition, not putting it on. Needless to say I've used Timpson's services countless times for watch batteries as well as shoe work and for a first time (at this Morrison's Timpsons) this was by far the best and I will be back! 😂
