The food quality was good, but the service was lacking. Few people in the restaurant and yet very little service. Long wait time for food, no updates from server, no refills, kind of sad because it has potential, but no one seemed to care but the bartender. We had to get them to find the server for us because they were absent.

The food was great and my server was awesome!!! She was kind, attentive, and has an amazing tattoo sleeve! Definitely going to come back!!!

Staff was super friendly and attentive! Our server was Kaylen she was very delightful and attended to all of our needs. This was my first time here and it was a great first impression. I will definitely be returning

The food was great! We went when they weren't busy, around 3pm on a weekday, and it still took about 5-10 minutes until we were able to put our drink order in. We overheard the staff talking about another customer's complaints of inattentiveness as they left and we were seated. While we got our food quickly, and the aesthetic of the restaurant was welcoming, the vibe was not great and we probably won't return in the near future.

I’ve been coming to Tin Lizzys for years an out of all my years Barrett has been my absolute FAVORITE bartender hands down! Service is always top tier. I mean he is literally the embodiment of “friends serving friends” and I love it! However out of all the times I’ve dined in I’ve never been asked to leave because it was closing time , there was a miscommunication between the manager Kayla and I that I thought was resolved but to my surprise she later told me to leave because it was closing time! To say I was taken aback would be an understatement… I’ve hung out to talk to my server or bartender after closing plenty of times just because of the great conversation and personable staff and it was never an issue before. Especially on a Friday night.! It just felt very passive aggressive and sadly petty all because of a one time disagreement. Just so disappointing considering she’s always been so nice. Saying that to say if Barrett leaves so will a lot of the clientele unfortunately…. If you’re ever in the area an dine in here ask for BARRETT, ZILLAH OR KAYLAN

The food is good and they served very quickly. There even has a bar for you to scan and pay bill directly through your phone. It is very convenient but there is no obvious proof of payment. So when I paid and left, I was questioned to show the proof. Even I showed the screenshot of the payment, I was kept there for a while. Fortunately I have credit card app to show my payment. I doubt if I do not show it I’d have to swipe my card again.

We had a less than great experience and I tried reaching out via the contact page on their website but never received a response. Probably going to avoid this location, which is a bummer because the pinball arcade is really fun!
