Luckily this was the only place that was open when we visited. Totally loved the ambience, menu items for all taste buds including the vegetarians. My favorite was taste of cod which had mini fish chips, clam chowder and mini lobster roll. Enough for me and my husband. We tried all the fries like truffle, sweet potato etc. few of my friends tried tofu banh mi sandwich and tofu noodles and they loved it. Kids devoured Mac and cheese, calamari and bread plate. Our seat was facing the ocean and loved it. Definitely plan to visit again during summer.

Service was excellent, fun place, the stir fry was superb, the strip steak, while cooked perfectly, lacked any flavor, they didn’t season it at all. It came with Gorgonzola garlic butter, but instead of putting on the steak so it would melt, you get a hard , plastic coupon the side that’s too cold for it to melt. So you are left with a flavorless steak

Highly recommend the back patio with the bay view (it’s also much quieter unless you are here for the piano night). The waiter was super friendly and chatty. Food was great. Highly recommend healthy options: a grilled watermelon and Portuguese kale soup.

Outstanding service everyone was so friendly here and welcoming. My wife and I felt like home. The food was delicious. The drinks were on point. I unfortunately could not finish my drinks, but it was very very good. We had a wonderful server who was singing. He was just a happy person. We absolutely loved him And I think the Managers that greeted us were just wonderful. We ordered the banh mi, my wife ordered the coconut shrimp and the grilled cheese tomato soup which was divine. Thank you so much. We will see you guys next year. 🥰🏳️‍🌈🦄👩🏽‍❤️‍👩🏻

My wife and I were road tripping through all of New England and while visiting Cape Cod we ventured into TPA and it was great. We both ordered the fish and chips. Getting seated was instant. Our waiter was great and the fish had an exceptionally fresh taste. The tartar sauce had to be the best I have ever tasted. Wait time for our food was very short and the ambience here was great. Prices are fairly reasonable and i would highly recommend TPA to everyone visiting Provincetown.

*Update* Still a very good plsce for food snd drinks. So friendly. Such a nice warm and friendly place. The live music is great. The food is always good and the drinks are very good. Nice atmosphere and very busy.

I uad the Taste of Cape Cod. The fish was good. A slightly thicker batter might help hold it together better. The chowder was good. The mini lobster roll was very good. The service was good.

Just really good vibes here. We originally had a table booked for later but arrived early after the sunset. They put us in the front where there was live music, even on a Tuesday night. Beers were reasonably priced, non-alcoholic options too. We tried the trio combo which included fish, clam chowder and a lobster roll. I can for sure recommend the chowder, it was our favourite out of the three. The singers were actually exceptional. I especially enjoyed their rendition of Uprising by Muse.

Great spot in Ptown MA! Quick service with friendly staff. Drinks are delicious! Korean wings are to die for. The mix of mango, jalapeno was amazingly delicious! Everything was fresh, made to order! Wish the seating outside was more spacious but either way would highly recommend.

Stumbled into this place because the hostess was trying to get people in. The nicest man! We sat in the outdoor patio, service was great and very fast! I had the Taste of Cape Cod and it was perfect, it had a little bit of everything which really satisfied my appetite. It came with a mini clam chowder, fish & chips and a lobster roll. We also had the scallops with corn risotto which was so fresh. Finished dinner with the banana split martini. Definitely a must try if you're in Ptown!

Had dinner here with friends and we really liked it. We sat out on the back deck and had a great view. We started with a bread board and also saganaki. I love fried cheese and they flambe it at the table. Needless to say, it was delicious. Then I had the Cape Cod sampler. There was a lobster roll, clam chowder and cod. It was great and a perfect portion size. We all shared a few desserts...I liked the salted caramel cheesecake best. Service was fine. The only drawback was my Old Fashioned. It's a really simple drink, usually make with bourbon, bitters and either a sugar cube or simple syrup and garnished with a cherry and perhaps some orange peel. I don't know what was in mine, but it looked like a Shirley Temple (see my picture of it). It was so red and barely tasted like it had any bourbon in it. Truly dreadful. Based on that, I would say stay away from the cocktails, but order food and either wine or beer and you'll be fine.

Stopped here for dinner. Place is cute and staff is friendly. I ordered the linguine and meatballs. Meatballs were good but marinara lacked in flavor.

Stopped for lunch on the patio on a day trip to Provincetown. Fabulous service from the entire staff. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Four stars because of the staff! We had the lobster roll and katsu chicken sandwich. They were fine and the french fries were good. For cocktails we tried Ronna's Rum punch and the Tin Pan Tini. Both were a bit too sweet but I think the sweetness complimented the punch better than the martini. The views from the patio were nice but a bit further away from the water. I wish we were there at night for the music. I bet it's a very fun place to be!

$38 for a lobster roll with 2 teaspoons of lobster. Which was just 1 claw. Disgraceful. We got 2 salads, 1 glass of wine and 1 lobster roll and it was $83. Can't imagine being that close to the ocean and getting a meal like that. We won't return. Too many other places to try. Tourist trap with the guy in front strongly recruiting that we come in. Like a circus. Don't fall for it

Wonderful place. The fish and chips are delicious. The service was great. The bar was fantastic. We actually went every lunchtime during our 4 day visit. Outdoor seating is lovely

Vibrant modern bar/restaurant at downtown Provincetown at Commercial St. We were looking for some vegetarian dinner, something different than salad pizza and veggie burger. Tin Pan Alley with their Tofu Banh Mi on menu immediately attracted us to make the dinner plans!! It wasn't exactly Vietnamese Banh Mi but it was DELICIOUS and extremely satisfying!! The side salad that came with it was also a bomb! Silly silly me going for french fries, my boyfriend saved the day! Our waiter was great! Super friendly, very quick. Big plus was live music with talented piano man and talented female singer!

We go to Women's Week most years, and tend to go to our old standbys. But inevitably of our faves was closed this year, so we had to wing it. Happily, Tin Pan Alley is going to replace one of our faves for next year. Excellent food, great patio that was sunny and warm, and very dog friendly. The entire staff was friendly and warm, and we couldn't have been happier. We all had wildly different things, but each of us was happy. I loved my turkey club, and found the fries to be excellent. Try it!

Seven of us for lunch on Saturday. We were seated in the room between outdoors and street/bar. This room was lovely, open and sunny. The cocktails were delish. One person in our group who ordered the Bloody Mary said "best Bloody Mary I have had in Ptown". The clam chowder was a rave "not to thick and not to think". I had the caprice sandwich which was delish. The server was great. Would definitely visit again.

On a trip with my friend to experience ptown for the first time. This was my favorite spot hands down. It is a piano bar/restaurant. We followed the music to find ourselves in the middle of the best vibe of music and singing and fantastic drinks. Not to mention the bartender Justin is the "mayor" knows everyone and really brings everyone together. Can't wait to go back

Tried to go here last night. Sat for 25 minutes and got a glass of water. No one ever came to the table. Restaurant was not full and the food was lined up in the window. Bar was packed!

We have been here a number of times and had great experiences. Yesterday, however, was a very different story. We ordered three soups and only got two. We told the waitress we were missing a bowl. They then brought a cup. We explained we wanted a bowl. They took it away and never brought any soup back. Our friend's daughter and friend then came and we asked if we could have the open two top next to us. A different lady said in a very rude voice "well, are they going to order food?" Well yes, they were going to order food but after the attitude the girls decided to leave. We all got our meals except for our friend's son, who ordered the chicken. We told the waitress. My meal was cold. I asked them to heat it up. We were practically done and still no chicken so we told the manager. The manager said the waitress must have forgotten to order it because it wasn't on the bill. He came back and said he could have it out to us in 4 mins, which was great, except we were all done eating at this point and our friend's son said never mind. He didn't want to be the only one eating and we didn't want it. We then got our bill which had the soup and chicken that never came. We told the waitress and she yelled at us super loudly that we got the soup and said "have you ever been to a restaurant before". I was getting embarrassed and started walking out. As I was walking out, the manager and another server were headed to our table talking about how horrible of guests we were. Seriously?! The whole thing was just super embarrassing, and unbelievably rude and flat out wrong!

Still giving this place a 1 after the reply from the owner. While I understand there may have been miscommunication between our party and him, service is more than just what you see inside the restaurant. Hopefully others take notes of these responses when visiting. Still a fan of Crown and Anchor though.

The pasta Bolognese was delicious as well as the bread and Parmesan dip they brought out. Service was friendly and ready to please. Dessert was lemon cello cake and was exceptional as well. A delicious and freshly brewed coffee finished it off.

everything about this place is awesome except the service !!!!!!! This was probably the worst experience in my life and I am 50 years old. I could not believe how rude the waitress and the "manager" who clearly sets the tone for this behavior to be acceptable, was to us when we told her that she had stuff on our bill that we didn't get. my son didn't even get his meal, she never placed the order into the kitchen and she argued with me about the size of the soup we ordered, she didn't give it to us and then charged it on the bill, she argued with me loudly so the entire restaurant could hear and they all were listening. it was so embarrassing. I've never had a waitress ask me if I've ever been to a restaurant before. the rudeness of this waitress,unspeakable! I would never recommend this place The bartenders are great, but this waitress have no idea how to handle normal circumstances of every day service. I have been a waitress myself, I would never treat people like she did and I'm in retail she was so defensive about something that she was wrong about. It was crazy. She gave her self a tip on our party of 4 adults and 2 children under 4 that didn't eat and said we had a party of 6 (they didn't tell us tip included becuase her service was horrible) when I said I would like to speak to a manager he came and asked us to leave,like we created a problem when the server was the one yelling at us note to people reading this find another restaurant

Always enjoy stopping by this spot for some jazz and a cocktail/app. As food goes it so far has been average, cocktails are a bit more of a reason to stop in along with the fun vibe.

Excellent food, excellent service. The front room seemed a touch noisy with live music, but the back room was very nice and at a reasonable sound level despite being very full. It was a very nice dinner experience, glad I went there.

While strolling down Commercial Street on a fabulous afternoon, a woman standing in front suggested it was lunch time and that we should consider going in. Sure glad we did. The staff was very friend and attentive. Great idea to offer a Cape Cod Sampler it had Chowder...was very very good, a piece of fried fish cooked to perfection and a small lobster roll in a delicate mayo on toasted bun. would recommend to anyone who wants a true taste of Cape Cod. Many thanks to the lady out front!

We really enjoyed having lunch here on our recent day trip to Provincetown. The day we were in Provincetown was picture perfect: clear blue skies with nary a cloud and temperatures in the mid-70s. We got to the restaurant around 12:30pm and it was starting to fill up with the lunch crowd. It is a long and narrow restaurant and at the very end, it opens up to an outdoor covered patio on the water. We opted to sit outside and luckily were able to snag a table securely under the canopy. There was another table available to us right next to the water view but it was kind of half in the sun and half covered. Years ago, I would have wanted that table such was my desire to sun-worship. I am much more of a "shade-lizard" now has my husband humorously calls us. There is plenty of friendly help here...first we were seated by a lovely young man. Once we were seated another man came to bring us glasses of water and to get our drink orders. Next we met our server who was another delightful man we learned was working in Provincetown for the summer who had come from Bulgaria. Each of these 3 people were actively involved with us while we were there. It wasn't confusing at all but rather made us feel like we were being well-tended. In addition to our ice waters, my husband had a Corona Light beer and I had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. The person taking our drink orders was knowledgeable about the wine list and told me which of the two Sauvignon Blancs was the drier of the two...and that's the one I chose. It was delightful. There is an interesting and varied menu. The appetizers included tuna sashimi, coconut shrimp, tri-colored cauliflower that they "flash-fry" and I was happy to see saganaki! We were hungry but not hungry enough for a main meal and an app...but had we been I would have ordered the saganaki. There is also an array of soups and salads. The mains menu included a lot of seafood items, pasta dishes, a Statler chicken dish, a stir-fry dish, filet mignon, and assorted burgers. I think most folks would find something they would like to order on this menu. I ended up ordering the fish and chips...I was very tempted by a number of other choices but when properly made, fish and chips can't be bea particularly in an area known for fresh seafood. I was not disappointed; the fish and chips were very good. The batter was a little bit heavier than I prefer but overall, the dish was still fresh-tasting, flavorful and delicious. The truffle fries were so good! There were far too many of them for me but I appreciated that the portion sizes were not stingy. Tom's burger came out as he ordered: medium rare, and he found it juicy and quite good. He also got a ton of fries with his dish. The ambiance was very pleasant. The tables were far enough apart that we felt we had some privacy. We loved chatting with all the staff who were serving us and had an incredibly lovely time there. I would most certainly go back. I note there are some bad review of this place including the manager, In reading a couple of them, I am wondering if they have to do with how crazy Provincetown gets in the summer. There would be no way to wander in off the street as we did given the summer hordes. I am guessing that perhaps the manager and maybe some staff are not always at their best when under siege. That's no excuse but going slightly off-season as we did (post Labor Day) is the best way to enjoy Provincetown. The day we were there, everyone was courteous, attentive and kind.

This was my first time out in the Cape Cod area and a tasty bite to eat for lunch was on the agenda. On a nice walk out on the town, this place caught my eye. Located right across from town hall, Tin Pan is a great place to grab a bite to eat! My party of one was seated on the outside back deck. I started off with a sangria and settled on a sample platter. This entree contained a trio of 3 of my favorite seafood items. There was fried haddock and chips, a mini lobster roll and clam chowder! From start to finish, service was great! My drink was nice and refreshing, not overly sweet! My food was flavorful, fresh, and satisfying to the tummy. This a great place to swing by with friends, or on a solo adventure alone! Check them out, this place is great!

Consistent great good and bar service! The food is great and the service is top notch! The owners are so wonderful for the community. They stay open just about year round and have many special events throughout the year. The piano bar out by the bar is great, so much great entertainment almost every night! Check out George and Justin at the bar. Just perfect drinks and entertainment! That's TPA for being around for the last 10 years for the community!

Food was mostly excellent! Highly recommend the artichokes and ouzo flambé cheese. Taste of cape cod was perfection. The Portuguese soup was served luke warm and tasted like beef bullion. No flavor and I couldn't make myself eat it. Server was great but service timing was off. Meals were brought as we were just starting on apps and there was no where to put them. Way too rushed and the place was empty- no need to rush service.

So Paul the business owner's reply makes me certain my review is accurate. Yes Paul I have been coming to the Cape and P Town for decades. You are the entitled person. You don't care about your customers. You have a hostess standing outside telling people that there are tables available. What is not said is that the place is over capacity and there will be long delays to get served. Your attitude is a reason why people are getting turned off to the Cape. We visit the Cape often. We will be there in the fall and winter. We'll make sure we walk on the other side of Commercial Street. By the way, you had plenty of waiters on staff that day plus a hostess and kitchen staff so please don't rely on that old staff shortage excuse. So buck up and see if you can improve rather than posting snarky responses that will drive away even more customers.

Great dinner, lovely cocktails in a gorgeous setting. DH had meatloaf and it was delicious. Mom's but leveled up, with mashed potatoes and carrots. I had salad plus crab cake,very nice. If you are Provincetown, treat yourself!

A nice place to come for an easy meal - or to get out of the rain. Started with their tomato and kale soup which was good but very small. Had the grilled chicken sandwich. Easy. Very good hand cut fries. They don't have honey mustard and they ran out of iced tea after my first glass even though I was one of the first customers of the day. NBD. The owner/manager is a character who pushes people to not be on their phones and enjoy themselves. And he'll call you out if you don't listen! Right on the water which is also nice. And it's screened in if it's raining.

Far too salty Agean salad, asked for raw garlic- was told it was coming- then told it wasn't available at lunch. If I had known that, I wouldn't have ordered a caprese salad (which had overripe tomatos that made me wretch.) Not Balsalmic vinegarette on it either, it was a gelatinous reduction. Repulsive. Cocktails were mostly sugar or too spicy. (Tequila Mockingbird and Bloody Mary.) I've felt sick all afternoon. Not worth the time or money on one of my treasured visits to provincetown. I hate leaving a salty (pun intended) review, but honesty is the best policy.

Do NOT get the lobster roll!!! $33 with 2oz of lobster meat with absolutely no flavor!! $107 for two lobster rolls and one bloody mary?? The bun was massive you couldn't see the meat ! Great view and good french fries saved me from having a nutty..

OMG!! the food was amazing!! I ordered a simple meatloaf entree. Well let me tell you!! I was so surprised. The presentation was awesome. It looked more like a tenderloin than meatloaf. The flavors just brought everything to a different level. I am the son of a chef. This dish took me for a loop. Service was very good. The staff very polite, funny, and very helpful. Definitely will be back when I am in town.

Music here is ALWAYS great, but especially Sunday or whenever Mike Flanagan, Chris Grasso or David Raleigh perform. Nothing beats a Prime Rib Sunday during the offseason. A ptown gem in the center of town.

What a gem of a little place. We stumbled upon it because of rave reviews by other Yelp-ers and are so grateful! The interior of the dining room made me feel like was transported to a quaint little restaurant in Europe. Not exactly sure why.... maybe it was the unique blue ceiling or the textured walls. And I particularly liked that the ceiling fans looked like boat propellers. The specialty cocktails were super fun and different; I particularly enjoyed my "Drunken Mule". I am not a strict vegetarian, I would put myself in the "mostly" vegetarian category. That being said, my absolute favorite things of all the items we ordered were the chunky tomato soup and the tofu sandwich. Both were absolutely outstanding. One more thing: our server was a bubbly and attentive young man from Kazakhstan. He was knowledgeable, offered good advice, and fun to chat with! I am already looking forward to visiting P-town again just so I can re-visit Tin Pan Alley!

Do not eat here unless you're in the mood for hospital food. Nothing has any flavor or taste. Some servers are friendly we pretty much had an inpatient robot. I don't know how this place survives.

The waiter was impersonal and spilled water with cubes, but didn't apologize or cleanup. Coconut shrimp had a nice twist--tasted like sweetened coconut. Clam chowder had limited small pieces of clams, plenty of potatoes, and was a bit thin. The ambiance just wasn't there--maybe we went too early evening, because it was really bright with the skylights for a dinner. The candles were a nice touch, but sitting at a two top in the middle of the two rows of booths just didn't feel like a $16+ per appetizer restaurant. Wish we would've been given the choice to sit in the front window with live music--may have felt better.

This place saved the day on NE clam chowder. We'd all but given up on our search for a delicious bowl. I also had the crab roll which was a little bland, but still fresh. My companion had fish tacos which were decent. Lunch was accompanied by colorful conversation and laughs with the sassy NY husband of the owner. Brought an extra bit of fun to the experience. Plus, seating right on the beach. Good stuff.

Last Sunday .. May 19 we came here for dinner with my service dog .. he is a REAL service dog and was wearing his service dog vest. He was greeted by a number of people when we entered. Everyone was making a big fuss over him. We then went to the back so we could get a table. We asked for the corner table .. this would be safe for my greyhound dog. The host was the most vile obnoxious person that I have ever encountered in Provincetown. He would not allow us to sit there but told us we would need to sit on the other side where there were only giant booths. I told him nicely this will not work because my dog would be in the aisle and get stepped on. Again I asked for the corner table which was safe for my dog. He then said I DON'T HAVE TIME TO ASK EVERYONE IN HERE IF THEY MIND IF THERE IS A DOG. It is NOT up to this jerk .. It was very upsetting that we were being treated so poorly. Perhaps your establishment needs to read up on the rules of a service dog and the Americans with Disabilities Act. On our way out of the building we once again saw one of the people who loved seeing our dog. She said .. That was fast! I told here about our little experience and she told me that he was very rude to her as well. I have never been treated like this before. This was very upsetting since I have a disability and did not need his bad attitude. I don't know if he just hates dogs or if it was a race issue. Maybe he just has a problem with white people? Since we were not able to eat here we went elsewhere and were treated with respect. I hope that this matter will be addressed.

We visited Provincetown the first week of July. I thought the restaurant did a great job with their COVID process. The menu was QR, the tables were thoroughly sanitized between each party and they extended the outdoor dining onto the beach. Good thing they added umbrellas because it was particularly hot this day and the shade made it bearable. The hostess walked us through the COVID policies while walking us to the table - very friendly, personable and welcoming. The server was equally kind. I did not try my husbands turkey sandwich, but the Tofu Banh Mi was the perfect meal to enjoy on the beach with the warm sun beating on your skin. Not too heavy and the side salad was refreshing. The roll was fresh, not too filling and the tofu had a nice balance of sweet and savory.

Cod wish was excellent and very large. Very quick service Good view. Waiter was very Nice

We stopped in for lunch and we're able to sit out on the patio (in November even!). We got a beautiful view along with our meal. The Portuguese Kale Soup is so, so good! The Mac and Cheese was also outstanding and you can add different proteins and things to it. Highly recommend!

We came here late Saturday afternoon for some light bites and cocktails. I had a Manhattan ... good (not great) bourbon selection, and hubby had a beer. We ordered the meatball, cauliflower, and bread board to eat. Meatball was good - but should have been 2, and they only gave you like 5 mini crostini's ... the sauce was good so thankfully we got the bread board to "sop up" the goodness! The cauliflower appetizer was DELICIOUS... no joke. Good balance of flavors and texture. We definitely come back for lunch/dinner.

People are friendly, good view but $33 for a lobster roll with 1/4 cup at most of lobster meat on a too big bun, and flavorless to boot. We're on Cape Cod, where's the seafood flavor? Won't be returning

Ok - not an amazing place. They get to charge whatever they want because they are one of the very few establishments that are open at this point in the season - and that is what it is, but they CERTAINLY take advantage of that! That being said. Service was marginal at best. Ordered drinks and had to ask for them twice, ordered a side of ranch and had to ask for that twice too. Ordered the burgers which were tasty and well prepared, but served dry - and thanks to the less than overly attentive service - that's how they were eaten too. I guess for the price, I expected more. My mistake.

Went to PTown today (November) with my family. We brought along our three dogs. While looking for a place to have lunch a couple of guys we passed by suggested Tin Pan Alley. We went by and asked if they had any outdoor seating for people with dogs. They welcomed us right on inside and even brought over a dog bowl full of water for our pups. The food and drinks were excellent (beer, wine, crispy chicken sandwich, burger, fish sandwiches, calamari). The entire staff was very friendly and we left very full and very impressed.

Very sorry to have been so disappointed in our take out dinner last night. It was for a birthday celebration which made it all the more disappointing. Staff was friendly but I should have been suspicious when the food was ready in 10 minutes. Clearly deep fryer was not hot enough??? Deeply soggy fish and ships and artichoke appetizer. And I mean oily soggy clump. And the haricot very (green bean) side had only 8 beans in it (was it 6 or 8$$$$$???). Salads were okay but nothing special but were the only edible food. It takes a lot for me to take the time to write a negative review. This place looks nice for a drink but skip the food!

The good stuff: very good service and the outdoor patio has a nice vibe. All the servers are attentive and made the experience much nicer. Cocktails were also pretty good and average prices you'd expect for the area. Easy to get reservations here, even last minute on a Saturday night (now I know why). The not so good stuff: All the dinner items are very overpriced, not for the p-town area, but for the quality of food served. I do not mind paying for excellent food, but all our 4 dishes were far from that. Dishes we tried: the clam chowder-decent, nothing to write home about. Rack of lamb-ordered medium rare, came out well done, 4 tiny thinly sliced chops, served with flavorless, possibly box mashed potatoes ($42). The catch of the day-swordfish, ($38) also overcooked and unnaturally thinly sliced (like they took a swordfish steak and sliced the top half off and cooked that) with a Cajun rub and a cream sauce that did not go well together. The taste of cape cod -which is mini fish and chips-really dark fry batter on top with undercooked fish underneath served with half a lobster roll -decent not the best at all and a cup of chowder ($36). If you love fish and chips, you will not live this one. Finally I could not find anything on the menu that looked inviting, especially for the price ... I asked to have a lobster roll it wasn't on the menu, even though a half roll was part of another dish that was ordered. They made a big fuss about it, but ended up making it for me. Another dish that was just OK ($38) I've had tons of lobster rolls this is not one I'd come back for. To top it all off, after my cocktail, I ordered a glass of house red to go with my meal. Which they charged me ($15). I didn't want to make a fuss about it because we were taking friends out, but there is no way, one glass of house red wine should cost that. Sorry there are no pics , food was just not worth it. I will not be returning as great service does not make up for the food coming out of the kitchen.
