We had a great time yesterday with the Panthers Rouring Riot.. thanks for make us feel like family. It's good to know we have a place to watch the Panthers play in Nashville.

My mom, cousin and I came here yesterday for the first time, bbbbaaaabbbyyy the food is so delicious and they give you a lot of food. Cheese sticks I had were perfect 👌🏾 crisp try it with ranch dressing 🥴. Big Sloppy Nachos they give you an enormous amount. Last but not least those tater tots 🔥🔥🔥. Bartender the best and his name is Cal nice 😊 gentleman with a vibe. 🗣️ Highly recommend to come here. 🔥🔥🔥

Music was extremely well curated. The people here definitely care about the soundstage and mixing. I got tots, and it was kinda slopper up in sauce, but it's still pretty good if you need a quick bite!

Food was alright for being more of a bar and music spot. Server was friendly and helpful.

After hours party during our convention that I attended with my wife. The bands were awesome! The DJ upstairs was awesome. The staff was very attentive and we never ran out of drinks. It was just a really really good time. Very professional, clean and they had good security. If your looking for the old school dark bar scene the this place is awesome...personally I love it. The burgers were awesome. Id definitely go back. They also are not price gouging the tourist scene either. That definitely was a bonus.

Tin Roof offered laid back vibe. Very friendly bartender and then Sarah was our server. She was outgoing & super friendly offering her menu suggestions. Our drinks and chicken wings with various sauces were very good! Sarah checked back several times and thoroughly enjoyed her outgoing personality.

Very loud, filled with rowdy young people. Lots of loud sports on. No live music even though it said there was. One toilet for women, which seemed to be always occupied. Plastic cups. Sitting outside was a cool atmosphere.

Fun spot for music dancing & food. Avocado tacos are amazing!! Service was quick & nice

We were here on a Wednesday afternoon for a quick late lunch bite. So there was no performances, or huge crowd. Just a very laid back outdoor patio, us and some really good deep fried food. It was almost quiet, the rustic walls and ceilings shows that this place has been loved! It was rather big once you enter. The waitress was very tentative, we got our food quickly, and it was good! We will certainly have to come back for an evening to experience the heat and the beat!

As someone who before today, only frequented Tin Roof on Friday or Saturday nights, this was a welcome change of pace. Me and a few coworkers came for lunch, and instantly said this is going to be our once a week group lunch trip going forward. A quieter setting than normal, but very comfortable seating, the food is super delicious (those chicken tenders are BOMB!), service was super cool. Looking for a nice lunch spot in between work, this is the place for you.

Truly felt ignored the entire time. Great venue with a really fun band but the female bartender with blonde hair in orange leggings was on her phone the entire time. We tired to engage and order rounds of shots but just couldn't get her attention. We eventually left due to the lack of service. Great place but just need bartenders who want to be behind the bar and no on their phones.

I always came here never had a problem. The bartenders were always welcoming... the security guard was talking about his penis size to me.. It was quite awkward and I just ignored it.. Then he was trying to sale cocaine to my friend, and my friend politely declined.. I ordered drinks go to the bathroom come back before I even got to touch my product or anything. The security guard tells me I have to leave really aggressively.. I said well can I get a refund because I didn't get served with my drinks or anything and he was just not very pleasant. The security guards never get reprimanded, this is why they act the way they do. They never have consequences. There's no reason why security guard needs a sexual harass a customer.. I was no drunk than anybody else in that place.

Had a super fun evening here. We came on a Saturday night around 8pm. Had so much fun. The dj was spinning all the dance hits. Able to grab food next door. The vibe was so chill...everyone just enjoying themselves. We danced until we couldn't. My knees hurt so bad was from non-stop dancing. Met some new friends and had a blast. Tip: next to IV drip bar. We had to hit this up the next day.

Great atmosphere, good drinks, a little grungy (not a bad thing), mix music on this day. Bring a dollar and a sharpie to hang on the wall.... Or anywhere. Friendly bartender. Worth a stop for a drink!

I was back in town and was looking for a place to eat and had no idea that Tin Roof served food. I am so happy I went in because the food was delicious sorry for the half eaten sandwich photo. The chicken sandwich was very flavorful and delicious. I love the vibe here and they even have a live music and it's always a good time at Ton Roof. Meow meow

Drinks are not strong but they did taste good. A bit expensive for them not to be strong. I've been to the one in Indianapolis as well. Nice bar staff. Laid back spot. Had a live band who kept the crowd live. Free entry.

Fucking yummy! Why do they call it tin roof? Mmmmmmmm service was polite and ambiance is super chill UPDATE: I lied. Do not trust the pricing on the menu that you scan from the table. Margaritas are not $5 and tacos are not $3 on Tuesdays.

Just got home from my trip to Nashville. First got in on Sunday and stayed across the street from Tin Roof. Had such a nice friendly bartender who was also from Philly like me! She told us about the eagles bar at the other tin roof, we will most definitely be coming back.

This is a great hangout place!! My boyfriend really enjoyed their arcade machines in the back of the bar. Him and his friends spent about $50 alone on one machine so we were there for quit a while. They won thirty ducks. I'm not lying. It was crazy see pics below. Good hangout spot in the middle of everything.

Had a great time and got to meet some really good people. Food is not good but the vibe is. If you are tired of Broadway and want to experience a more local vibe, I would suggest stopping in.

I've been a bartender for years and I believe an important part of the job is to be welcoming and friendly. This guy couldn't have been more rude after I accidentally sat in someone else's chair. He needs the boot ASAP. I love tin roof Nashville but had a sour taste in my mouth after interacting with him.

The talent they get here is absolutely unbelievable. They have some of the best musicians in Nashville come and play here. It's a great place to hangout, listen to great music, have a few drinks, and enjoy. Sometimes it's super packed while others it's very empty. The service is great and the workers are very nice. The only reason I bumped this down to four stars was because they raised their drink prices in the past year by a few dollars which adds up quite a bit after a few drinks. Regardless, always an amazing time!

Four stars for having some of the best prices for a night out in Nashville. Pretty standard college-y, young adult bar, but it was a nice break from $18 cocktails. Easy and quick service even with it being really busy on a Friday night. Band wasn't the greatest but I really enjoyed the hip hop/pop mix on the other side of the bar. Can be a tight squeeze, especially in the bathroom hallway. Very long line but was able to skip it, wouldn't have waited otherwise. Would definitely go back for drinks.

Both times we have eaten here we have felt off/nauseous after. The wings seemed like really old meat and definitely not worth the cost, the nachos were cold.

The service was absolutely amazing! As for the ambiance it was a sport zone bar very chill hidden gem. I will also say the tator tots fricken rock the Caesar wrap was alright, wings were good, booger shot was not so great. Food I give 7/10. Service 10/10 ambiance 7/10!

It's practically your usual small town dive bar, but in a large city. When we went there we didn't receive good service. The bartenders were more concerned talking with their friends than paying any attention to the other side of the bar. It took almost 10 min just to get one drink. We also were never asked if we wanted a menu. After our first drink it took about 15 minutes for the bartender to ask if we wanted another. Since we were never asked if we wanted a food menu we just had the two drinks and left. We also were there on a Wednesday so it was not busy.

Place is pretty generic tbh I don't recall what I had here but since it's on whiskey row it's a place you can hit

I truly recommend the Tin Roof. We had a blast. Enjoy meeting friends there. The band was tremendous. We will be back@

Katie the bartender was amazing, we were confused as we were walking through as there are several bars connected. We chose the Green Room on a beautiful 76* September 15, 2023 evening. Corn quesadilla was yummy.

They were incredibly rude and disrespectful. Didn't even serve me drinks when I approached them with a friendly attitude. They don't like fun here.

This place is very hostile to people of color, they accused my son who is African American and a truck driver of stealing from there tip jar , two white women that were sitting at the bar said he did not, the white waitress kept saying he did, the manager took his picture without permission and threatened to call the police, my son told him to call them and then he asked my son to leave. This is a dangerous place for black people.

This bar is by far the worst in Nashville. Completely disappointed. The bouncers and staff are arrogant for no reason. The bouncers are complete perverts to girls in the bar as well, absolutely disgusting

Service was slow at best, place was not busy yet only way fir us to get served was fir me to go find bartender and make the point Excuse, we're changing staff. I owned a bar and nothing stops you from acknowledging guest and even getting drink for them Coyote Ugly was great

Great time, solid bartenders and they allowed us to party hard without much reservation of our livers or fidelity. I enjoyed the freely available water coolers, high noon seltzer's, band on the second floor and quick ID check. Not quite small town vibes but definitely a great place to catch up with friends.

Went to the drag show. The queen of mean did not disappoint!! She was hysterical!! The drinks were blah, I'd stick to beer. The real issue arose when my friend had to go to the bathroom. The place was 99% women. We were all standing in line when a man (maybe 5 in the whole bar) exited and said, it's empty in there and there's stalls. So my friend entered and right behind her security was there and kicked us out!! Like what kind of micromanaging bs is that??? Wouldn't listen to reason just said the rules are the rules. We weren't belligerent, not argumentative nothing but yet still wouldn't reason and made us leave. I get outside and there were 5 other ppl sitting there that were kicked out too for shitty reasons... the only one I can really remember was talking!! Like WTF!! Anyway, I've done my due diligence and you've been warned

I knew we were in the touristy area of Nashville, and I tried to set my expectations accordingly. Even though the place looks like you could pick it up and drop it in the middle of the tackiest area of Wildwood, New Jersey, without anyone noticing, I figured, hey, how bad could it be? And we were hungry. Their so-called Southern Cheeseburger may well be the worst cheeseburger I have ever had, and I'm not a young man. Bacon jelly really should be outlawed, though even doing that couldn't save this burger. My daughter went with some Caesar chicken wrap thing, and after taking a bite, she said, "Wow. Someone in the back REALLY likes mayonnaise." The nachos we risked for starters were, hands down, the strangest mixture of flavors I have ever experienced in a plate of something with that name. The burger is the gift that keeps on giving; I am thankful for antacids. No live music was playing while we were there, so I can't rate that alleged attraction. But there was plenty of generic country and forgettable pop blaring from the inescapable speakers. So, there's that, I guess. I can forgive a trashy atmosphere (exemplified by the graffiti-laden women's bathroom, according to my daughter), but only if the food is decent. The food here isn't even remotely decent. If you go here, stick to the beer. Two stars, but only because the waiter was quick and competent and reasonably polite. Otherwise, it'd be one star.

Never eaten here, never will. In fact, I didn't even know they served food until I visited their yelp page. The only time I have ever been present at this establishment is after midnight when the lines stretch down the block and young adults are eager to join the chaos that ensues inside. One side is live country and the other is club music; a perfect metaphor for the duality of man. Four stars because there's an inch of grime on the floor that is sure to stain your white sneakers.

Love this place for the live music and lively atmosphere! Drinks are a little over priced but food menu looked good and decent prices. Was right across the street from our hotel so easy walk to get to and dog friendly!

Tin Roof on Demonbreun is my go to spot for a night out on the town. The thing that sets Tin Roof apart from other bars in midtown is the fact that they have a live music stage that always has incredible bands, as well as a DJ booth on the other side of the bar with a dance floor, more of a nightclub feel. Tin Roof has always been one of the most popular bars in town, so you need to make sure to get there early to avoid waiting in line. The security at Tin Roof is top notch, the guys are always super polite and reasonable with folks, even when they're being belligerent and excessively rude to the staff. The drinks here are very reasonably priced for a bar in this part of town, and they're damn good. If you are looking for a great night out in Nashville, make sure to hit Tin Roof, you won't regret it!

Hip hop band was really great! Country band was pretty sad; not gonna lie. It's pretty touristy

I was hired to shoot photos for a buddy playing at the bar and had a very unpleasant experience with security stopping me for being under 21, which I openly admitted. I understand that it's his job is to be "tough" and protect the legal restrictions of the bar, so I was patient and politely asked him if he would pull his boss and/or the artist outside to ask for permission while I waited outside. He declined and started asking me if I was part of the band and if I played an instrument. I politely told him that I did not play an instrument and was there to shoot photos, but while doing so he interrupted me with, "Nope sorry. That's not being part of the band." Seemed like he just liked the power trip to me. It's truly unfortunate. Respectfully the guy needs to get off his high horse and at the very least agree to help solve problems rather than power trip, and cause inconveniences to other people. After chatting with the musician who hired me on the phone I was able to get in with the owners permission, as long as I agreed to leave after the show, which I willingly did. The owner was pleasant, the establishment has a fun atmosphere, and the patrons are great. The security guard I dealt with.... not so much. I just am extremely disappointed with the way security handled the situation. I'm a pretty agreeable person, and not typically one to write negative reviews, but this interaction was ridiculous.

My wife and I walked into this bar yesterday just to have a few drinks before the concert. Then we walked up to the bar and ordered two bud lights. The bar tender didn't even ask how we were he never made eye contact with us. He was very curt and rude, no customer service whatsoever. My wife and I tip way above the industry standard, but when the service was as bad as we experienced last night, he could expect nothing. So therefore, he received nothing for a tip. He was pissed because my husband didn't tip him and then he had a little temper tantrum like a little pussy and went and got "security" to escort us out. They didn't even want us to finish our shots or Bud Lights, fuck you boys, I'm finishing my drinks that we paid for!! The whole bar and waiters were very rude. Then we asked to speak to the manager this staff person comes up to us and says he's the manager he was not the manager this dude was maybe 25. The so called manager tried to explain to us that this is a very busy bar and they don't have to be nice. Uh, hello, service industry, you work off tips, no matter how busy you are, you should be courteous. We went to another bar near Tin Roof and it's a known fact that most of the bartenders at Tin Roof are rude and curt, that being said, this is a reflection of management, awww wait, a LACK of management. Long story short I would advise not giving any business to this bar. We will never step foot in that bar again. Very rude people. This establishment doesn't even deserve a one star rating.

Used to walk here from work and grab some lunch. Love the environment and the live music. As far as food, it's bar food with just a hint of artisan. I used to get the BCT (bacon, cheese, tomato) Sandwich, it was the absolute best however I don't think this is a menu option anymore. With that being said be a 5 year old as my wife says and order the chicken tenders

Pleas don't go to this specific location. Their pricing is upside down. Thursday special is a "flamingo" which is a half of pink Whitney and a 16ox can of truly for $10. I asked for Another shot of pink Whitney? $8 and a riooxdr

Weekend night are fun for younger local crowd (demonbreun location). Music is typically good and outdoor space is nice when it isn't too crowded. Typically need to arrive early on Friday / Saturday nights before 10-11pm swarm of people come in

We are HUGE Tin Roof fans and this one has to be the less than from the bunch. Maybe it's because of covid but the attitudes of the waitresses should be abit more customer service friendly. Drink are lighter here too.... All in all it is clean, people are busy, Amanda the waitress isn't a bad waitress and they have the game on ....miss live music....

Amazing! If you are looking for a hometown bar, this is the place. The atmosphere is chill and cozy. The food is great and the service was top notch. Heather was super attentive. Our drinks were never empty. Highly recommend!

We stumbled in while walking down Broadway on the hunt for a snack and some live music. The bar was definitely loud up front where the stage was - we snagged a booth in the back and heard the music perfectly! The band was great and played a lot of familiar songs we could sing along too. I loved the fun lights and mod podge of decor that gave the bar a true divey feel, with lots to look at! The nachos were the perfect shareable app - they were a little sweet but the jalapeños added a nice spice - we ordered the chicken and I love that only white meat was used on the nachos

My friends and I arrived to Tin Roof and sat at the bar. The guy with the fish eyes and possible hyperthyroidism introduced himself and was nice at first but then mumbled something we all couldn't hear. Finally after a minute he rudely says "ummm IDs!!" And accused us of trying to not show them. My friend from Korea did not have her passport on her but had a picture and the bartender said "good f*ing luck getting anywhere downtown". We eventually left because he ignored us the rest of the time. FYI anyone looking for a nice local place, check out Patterson House. Much nicer staff. I can't believe how rude the staff is here.

Great spot for locals if you want to have some fun away from the Broadway scene. Came here for a Friday happy hour and the patios are perfect for a nice day. The bar has a bunch of different rooms, so you can be as close to or far from the music as you want. The atmosphere is very laid back but still fun, and the bartenders & servers are solid. Their well drinks are decent, but I would recommend just sticking with beer (or shots if that's your thing). My gin & tonic was served in a little plastic water cup filled to the brim with ice. For a bar, the food is surprisingly good! Chicken strips were super bland, but the side of mac and cheese was fantastic -- it tasted like pimento or green chile mac, although it didn't say so on the menu.

It's tough to rate Nashville bars because they are basically all the same. I tend to default to food and service to differentiate....do I like what I ate and can I easily get a beer/drink. Tin roof was below average in both categories. Overall Tin Roof just seems cocky....we get it, you're not on Broadway and are where the "locals" go.

Most of the other customers who come to this bar are loud and scream and are annoying. Someone did puke on the middle of the floor in broad daylight. However, our group of 7 found a table in the corner and we had a great time amongst ourselves.

Wouldn't let me in because I didn't have my ID ready at the door. Rude for no reason and caused my friends unnecessary stress!

We stopped in here for a quick bite of food. The sauced chicken tenders were surprisingly delicious. We weren't expecting much, and we were pleasantly surprised. We sat downstairs. They had a live band playing.
