🥢 Roast Duck – Hands down, the most impressive roast duck I’ve had in Chinatown. The skin is paper-thin and crispy, almost like a potato chip, without the excess grease. The meat? Juicy and tender—not dry at all.
🍖 Char Siu Ribs – Don’t just stick to char siu pork—try the ribs! Crispy on the outside, tender inside, with a rich, savory glaze. The meat near the bone is irresistibly flavorful.
🍚 Yangzhou Fried Rice – Insane value for the price. It comes piled high with plenty of toppings—char siu, shrimp, egg, ham, and peas. A true feast!
🥩 Peking-Style Pork Ribs – A crowd favorite! Each rib is huge and meaty, served steaming hot with a fruity, tangy-sweet sauce that makes it incredibly satisfying with rice.
🍤 Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll – Smooth, silky rice noodles wrapped around plump, bouncy shrimp. Simple but so comforting.
🍜 Beef Brisket & Wonton Noodle Soup – A classic Hong Kong dish done right! Tender, beefy brisket, plump wontons, delicate thin noodles, and a light, savory broth—pure comfort in a bowl.
