The 18 Best Restaurants in Tulsa, Oklahoma | Eater

"When industry veteran Tyler Schilling and his partner Krystle designed Tina’s, they wanted a retro-feeling bar geared towards intimate groups and good conversation. With wood paneling, a wall of booth seating, a shuffleboard table, and a simple slogan — “Cold Drinks, Warm Friends” — Tina’s evokes a divey Cheers-style bar of yesteryear. On the limited menu, chef Alex Koch’s smashburger is the star that overshadows all other options. While some might be too young to enjoy Tina’s (this is a 21-plus bar), you’re never too old; customers can pop in on Tuesdays for Patina’s, a special menu for patrons 60 and older." - Jess Brent

Really cute place. Love this addition to Tulsa. Love the branding and the whole overall aesthetic. Came in today on a sunny day, I love that they have outdoor seating. Guy behind the bar was really nice & helpful! Great service. Smashburger with bacon was yummy! Burger had lots of bacon on it lol. Fries were awesome. Love the cute container it came in. Got an Arnold Palmer too which was good. They had a great selection of zero proof drinks! Although I would have loved to see a curated zero proof cocktail! Overall this place is a vibe & it’s cutesyyyy!

Such a fun place! Super cute atmosphere, great service, cocktails are fun, and the food is YUMMY😋 It’s a great spot for a quick happy hour or to hang out and stay awhile. Definitely one of my new favorite spots! Highly recommend!

Google
Tina’s has GREAT food and drinks. However, the bartop is super tiny and most of the seating is booths along the wall or outdoor tables. That’s fine, but the bartenders don’t leave their spot and the only other staff here is making food in the back. So as a customer, you’re expected to run to the bar, (which has a very long line that honestly kinda ruins the vibe if you’re sitting inside because there’s going to be a group by your table just standing awkwardly) if you need anything, or wait for your number at the kitchen. Like in my opinion, Tina’s is the Panera of bars. Quick Service dining and drink for the most part but they still ask for a tip.. Also I thought it was weird they charge for soda waters and soft drinks. I’m used to places that give designated drivers free soda so it struck me as odd.

This place was IT. The bartenders were welcoming and gave us clear directions on how to order and where to pick up. Drinks and food was delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

Google
Tina’s is something special in Tulsa. Not only is it a great bar with original cocktails and all the classics, the food is incredible. We both love the smash burger and the fries taste exactly like McDonald’s. It’s our favorite burger and fries in Tulsa. They have a small menu, but why choose anything other than McDonalds fries and a great burger?

Google
Honestly my favorite spot to grab drinks in Tulsa. I’m not the biggest fan of bar/club person but the relaxed atmosphere of Tina’s is definitely appealing. Everything feels very thought out, whether it’s the drinks, the food, or even the staffing. Reminds me of what Cheers would’ve felt like in real life. Also side note- they have the absolute best burger and fry combo on the planet. Don’t miss it!

Google
Favorite spot in Tulsa for drinks and burgers <3 Everything is so flavorful, clean, and consistent. Drinks come out fast and the food too tbh. Bartenders are friendly and attentive. A lovely third place

Google
The burgers were really delicious (I had the vegan burger - it tasted like real meat!) I also was craving a margarita but didn't want tequila in it. The bartender hooked me up with the best mocktail marg - it tasted like the real thing.. it was freaking scrumptious! The staff here is incredible and the ambiance is dope. This is really a cool place to checkout!

Yelp
This bar in Tulsa feels straight out of silverlake or echo park, Los Angeles & is a great addition to the growing maple ridge food & drink scene. I went to Tina's the last few times I was in Tulsa and have always had a great experience! The smash burger and fries are great. They absolutely keep up with my top places in Chicago and LA. At $13 for the fries and a burger inside a nicer bar, this is reasonably priced. The patty has a good crisp while remaining juicy. The fries are McDonald's reminiscent- not soggy but also not dry throughout. I really like the kalimotxo (a red wine & cola mix) for a fun, light drink that's weeknight friendly. Each drink is prepared with care. Overall, the cocktail menu has both the classics and some less common options. I hope to try more the next time I stop by. Honestly I'm a sucker for anything with a good vibe, and I love the slightly mid century feel here with warm red light and red accents throughout. This is such a gem to have in Tulsa. It is a great middle option between your usual dive and the more upscale cocktail bars. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
This a great causal place with a super cool vibe. Service is friendly and fast. The burgers are delicious, friends are legit, and their Caesar is yum. Their cocktails are delicious and fun too!

Yelp
My absolute favorite spot in town! The grilled cheese is TO DIE FOR and I adore their burgers! Service is incredible, atmosphere is perfect.

Yelp
Want great drinks and an amazing burger? Tina's is definitely the place to go. They have a limited food menu, but do everything really well. Their vesper martini and draft drinks are also really good!

Yelp
Tina's is a cozy intimate first come first serve cocktail restaurant where you order food and drinks at bar. On the table it has multiple menus. There are only two many dishes and I had both and they were equally great! I loved the low lighting at night and the decor of the place. It's a very laid back place to go and just hang out with friends and have a drink with some good food and snacks! I wish I had gotten a pic of both sandwiches but I didn't. Another reason to go back!

Yelp
Not what I expected from a downtown Tulsa bar but so clean, so fun, so vibing! A lovely neighborhood nook with lots of indoor and outdoor seating - good service and simple yet well crafted drinks. Some customers do not like having to go to the counter to order but if you can grab a seat at the bar, as we did, it's not an issue. The negroni and frosted Irish coffee were spot on! Even wines from Oregon's Willamette Valley - well played. Good stop before heading to Farmbar, theater or other downtown locale. Recommend!

Yelp
This place was under construction for a stretch amount of time. Knowing they were a new bar in town, I was always curious how it would go. Then I found out they'd have smashburgers on the menu & that's all I needed to know. This spot is in very low light, I loved the red lighting. It's perfect for a date, very intimate & not as spacious. A saw a few friendly faces that were part of the staff & they all did a great job. 2-3 servers were helping us out from the moment we sat down to the moment before we left. Kicked things off with the Vieux Carré: rye whiskey, cognac, sweet vermouth & benedictine. Very smooth & had me feeling right. I originally ordered the Corn & Oil, which was sold out & came off as a very popular choice by what one of the servers told me (which I also seem to always order when I come to a new spot... something that gets sold out). After that took place, the smashburger was ready to be eaten. I went with the veggie patty (extra $2) & the burger was so good that I probably could've eaten another one. Comes with fries & in what seems like a steel burger box (I like the look + presentation). I might have to steer away from the veggie next time as there's bacon on the regular one (I love bacon). Great experience. I can see myself being a regular (the spot is not even two minutes away from me... even walking, no exaggeration). Outside of the friends I saw that were on staff, I saw a few friends enjoying themselves as well (who also posted a ton since Tina's opened that made my anticipation run thin for checking them out). Plenty of drinks to choose from with a handful of food + snack options. All in all, I enjoyed myself.

Yelp
Nice laid back place, order food from the bar and pick it up in the back, drinks come out fast. Old-fashioned was on point as well as the smash burger. I think price is reasonable as well. Dress or casually or dressy, it seems both could work. Will definitely come back before we leave Tulsa.

Yelp
Got to be the best veggie smash burger ever made. Super chill vibe and service. Tried the terpene soda too which was good

Yelp
Been excited to try Tina's since they opened and finally got a chance last night. With a limited menu of food & drink, what they do, they do well! The service is fast and unique, order at the bar and then you are texted when your food is ready to pickup. The decor is no frills but with exceptional quality. We tried just about every food item on the menu and loved them all! Standout dish: the wedge & the fries! The cocktails are fresh, classic, and delicious! Try the Tom Collins!

Yelp
Tina's has some parking in front and street parking. The interior has a retro design that is pretty cool. There is a big shuffle board and several seating options with booths, 2 tops and some bigger tables. It was pretty crowded and loud. I didn't try the food but we did try some drinks. I got the margarita and I just didn't like my drink and didn't finish it which was a bummer since the drink was $13.

Yelp
Opened Dec. 2023. It was our first visit and won't be our last. Great food, atmosphere, and bar.

Yelp
This is a very well done neighborhood cocktail bar with beer and wine options and a limited food menu. It was incredibly well done and the tight menu allows them to do what they do to a very high degree. The cocktails are made by traditional standards and not fru fru'd up by any stretch of the imagination. So if you don't like the taste of alcohol, you most likely won't like them. I had a very well prepared Negroni and the smash burger and fries. The smash burger was extremely well cooked, had some steamed onions and a great burger sauce on it as well. The pickles tasted house made. The fries were fresh and made to order and very much reminded me and my wife of the fries you get at Whataburger. You seat yourself and order from the bar when you're ready. They take your number and text your phone when the order is ready for pickup. It's in a very nice neighborhood with a college town feel to it. I totally wish we had a place like this where I am from. It reminded me a lot of Bar Arbolada in Oklahoma City, with some slight differences. I very much recommend this place.

Yelp
Great retro spot for a cocktails and a burger (or a blt or a wedge salad). Nothing fancy. Just a basic 70's-vibe bar that serves food. Loved the wood paneling. Bartenders were super nice.

Yelp
Really good cheeseburger and fries. Quick service. The bar has wine, draft cocktails and hand made cocktails, as well as a few beer selections. I like the draft cocktails like the espresso martini, but $12 for a small coupe glass is a little pricey. I would also like 1-2 draft beer options for a place selling burgers. Vibe inside is good, chill but a good buzz when I have been there.

Yelp
The most comfortable neighborhood bar I didn't know I needed! Tina's has the best staff, best drinks, and some amazing food. Everyone is welcome to come as they are! The pimento is SO good, 100% recommend

Yelp
This is such a fun and cute atmosphere. We came in with another couple around 4pm and stayed until about 630 - 7 enjoying really great drinks. It did start to get busy around 9 and tables filled up fast! All the drinks we had were great and the food smelled amazing! We can't wait to go back and try out some food and other drinks on the menu!

Yelp
Great atmosphere. Very nostalgic retro feeling. This is the kind of place you'll want to grab drinks chat with friends. Right now, the customers lean toward college age, but that's no problem for me. As for the drinks and food... The drink options are classic and pretty good. I ordered a smash burger and fries and though I have a higher tolerance for salt it was a bit salty. I'd definitely try it again tho. The Macdonald's style fries are ok. Overall it's a good late night bite meal in a gorgeous space and I think anyone who goes will enjoy it.

Yelp
This is definitely the best burger in the city! Take that with a grain of salt because I don't live in Tulsa, but I do travel for beer and burgers, and I loved this place the most. I had outstanding service and lovely conversation with all of their workers. Nothing but love for this place. So happy it was recommended to us!

Yelp
Really a great place. Excellent service. The smashburgers are great. Sat at the bar but comfortable seating available. Great addition to lower Boston.

Yelp
I had a fabulous experience. It's always packed wall to wall. The bartenders never stopped. I have never seen anything like it in my life. Maybe in New York City. But, they bring that energy. The burger was out of this world. It's 1950s old school style. I shared mine. The fries are amazing. Tastes like a clean fryer. The beer is strong. I didn't need much. But, has this tasty flavor.

Yelp
They have specials on Tuesday and we decided to get some drinks which are amazing they have added new drinks and anew sandwich. Which is very delicious great job to the chef and the great bartender nice music and busy on the weekend

Yelp
Great neighborhood spot!! Good food and drinks and great staff. The burger is incredible but I do wish there were some healthier options!!

Yelp
Food is a solid 4 out of 5. Cocktails are superb! Service is always spot on. Crowded but worth the wait.

Yelp
Amazing food and drinks. Service was amazing. Can't even begin to explain the vibe. So great.
