Great vibe and solid drinks, but service needs work.
Tina’s is a refined, low-key neighborhood bar with a moody, high-end feel. It’s a good spot for small groups (1–6). The house beer was solid, cocktails were enjoyed by my friends, and the burger was good, though not quite the “best in the city” as some claim. Overall, it’s a nice addition to the neighborhood and the Tulsa bar scene.
Unfortunately, the experience was undercut by unwelcoming service. The bartender we had came across as condescending and impatient, making the interaction feel sterile and pretentious rather than hospitable. When I asked to put a drink on my brother’s tab and pointed to him, she sarcastically responded, “Who’s him?” She also snapped at a friend for reaching for a straw and abruptly moved on to help others while we were still waiting in line.
We ordered food and several drinks but felt more like an inconvenience than paying customers. Based on our experience—and similar comments in other reviews (and defensive replies from the business)—it seems good customer service may not be a top priority at Tina’s. It also seems that patrons in the 21–25 age range may not be the clientele this bar wants to serve. If so, that should be made clearer. The concept is strong, but basic warmth and courtesy would go a long way.
