Tini's Mini Craft Cocktail Lounge

Tini’s is a fun and vibrant spot for a fun group hangout or a place to start or end a date night. Walking in you can immediately tell that they took time to appear modern and inviting, they have a wall of games to play, with Bobs Burger playing in the background to watch. The servers are all friendly and very good at explaining their drinks and the process. I consider this place more of an experience rather than a typical bar, for $16 you can order a flight of 3 mini martinis, all made with their flagship vodka and all unique and delicious. For an additional $8 you can have the flight and a bottle of Vodka. I had a fruit loop, peanut butter and jelly, and coffee flavored martini and each one tasted EXACTLY like what they were labeled as. You get to take home coasters for each with the name and Ingredients of the drinks you ordered. I urge you try out this place!

By far our favourite bar/lounge in Portland. Dry erase tables is a fun concept and the ability to try so many different cocktails in the flights is amazing. Use my ranking of them to decide what you get, or don’t! But definitely pop in.

Very cool concept and the drinks are really good. We stole some coaters containing the recipes. Will be making a few of these at home. Service is great here also. They modified a menu item for us for fun.

An incredibly cute atmosphere with super sweet and accommodating bar staff. Drinks were adorable, delicious, and crafted by the sweetest bartender around.

The cocktails are all DREGS vodka based, mostly all sweet in flavour but honestly some of the yummiest cocktails I’ve had with unique recipes. Super adorable too! Although keeping in mind it’s a ‘mini’ cocktail so not really a full shots worth. More a tasting experience then a let’s get drunk experience. The staff were very friendly too 😄

Got a free sample flight from Dreg's Vodka at a local event and stopped by to try everything. Drinks were super fun and unique, staff was nice and friendly, and the atmosphere was pretty chill. Very quiet and not too busy - but that could've been due to the time we stopped by. Since this is more of a tasting room, I'd recommend it if you wanted to stop by and get some recipe inspiration or snag a bottle of Dregs vodka. Then, enjoy everything else the vibrant NW 23rd area has to offer.

We walked by today and had to pop in! Friendly service, yummy drinks! My friend and I each had a flight and liked every single drink we had. We loved getting have a flight. They drinks didn’t seem particularly strong but were very tasty. Will be back!

Tini's was a fun cocktail experience! Came in with a few friends and ended up ordering 1 of everything within 4 flights. It was cool tasting all the fun recipes and flavors. Some of them were out there but still good to try. It was a great place to hang out and kill a few hours with some friends. They have a projector and games to play as well as some snacks! They also give you all the recipes for all the drinks so you can make them at home! Option to purchase their vodka too! Very cool place, I would definitely go back.

we could not help getting everything on the menu to try. it took some time for the sole bartender to make each drink. She was great. the place was adorable, but the bathroom smelled like kitty litter. all in all, I'll return

Came here for a drink before dinner and it was nice. They definitely were either short staffed or something, because it did take forever for our small group to all get our flights and the place was pretty dead. The drinks were delicious though! The vibe is very cutesy and fun for a girls night.

Super cute spot with really cute drinks and a great flight drinks deal during happy hour! It costs $13 for 3 drinks during happy hour which is super affordable. Would recommend stopping by, service from the worker was great. He was super friendly and helpful. My fave sweet alcoholic cocktails were to pea or not to pea and toucan sams (that is the one with the fruit loops). Would love to stop by again with friends. ALSO There is board games and cute deco everywhere.

Very nice concept. Half size martinis and snacks in NW Portland on our favorite street, NW 23rd. In the old Ruby Jewel shop. We had a couple of flights and 3 snacks. The sole employee was host and bartender, very nice service!

Fun little place that lets you experience multiple mini cocktails for a good price. My fav was the was the Wasa-Bae cocktail which contains more alcohol than the others because of the saki. All cocktails have .5 oz of liquor so you're probably not going to get hammered here unless you drink like 10 of these. Fun unique environment.

I'm all about smaller portions for cheaper prices because it allows me to try more items on the menu. For less than the price of 1 cocktail, you get a flight of 3 mini cocktails, which honestly added up to at least 1 normal sized cocktail. My friend and I got 2 flights to share: * To Pea or Not to Pea - a sweet cocktail with a good lemon flavor without being tart. * Snowjito - this is one of the less sweet drinks. It had a creamy taste, but I couldn't taste the lime. * Where My Beaches At? - the pineapple juice comes through with a hint of coconut. My friend who is sensitive to heat was able to get the Szechuan pepper flavor at the end but it's nothing spicy at all, so don't let this stop you if you can't handle heat. * The Right to Freeze Peach - loved the peach inside the drink, but this was my least favorite of the flights. The orange, vanilla and peach flavors were all present, but the flavor combination wasn't for me. * Toucan Sam's - another sweeter fruit drink that didn't really taste like Froot Loops to me, but I liked the Froot Loops garnish. * Apple-y Ever After - definitely the favorite of the bunch. This one is served warm. I loved the acidity and slight tang from the apple cider vinegar, yet it was still slightly sweet with apple notes. The reason for 4 stars is because overall all of the drinks were really, really sweet and I'm someone who likes cocktails on the sweeter side. I felt like I needed to drink a ton of water during the flight and needed to brush my teeth immediately after I got home. All of the cocktails had Dregs vodka, but I couldn't taste the alcohol in any of them. Major props to the one bartender holding down the fort on a Saturday evening. I was literally getting secondhand stress watching him because groups of 2-3 kept walking in, each person ordering a flight and he was the only one there. Despite this, each drink was still made with care. Also the drinks are presented on their respective coaster, which reminds you what is in that particular drink and the exact recipe is there so you could recreate it at home!

A friendly neighborhood craft cocktail bar featuring Dregs Vodka! It's a bright open concept with cute seating areas, perfect for playing games or just socializing. There is a back wall that has tons of games that you can bring to the seating, a movie or tv show playing and fun music. I especially love this spot for girls night out :) the cocktails are expertly crafted with cute themes and have a rotation of seasonal options as well. All proceeds go to support local youth charities so you can drink without guilt. They do have a few snack options but minimal selection. They also showcase a $60 take home cocktail kit as well which is a great bargain in my opinion (2 bottles of Dregs, 2 Dregs pint glasses and 1 bottle beverage syrup from Portland Syrup company). The staff is informative and good with recommendations. The only downside is that they only make drinks on their menu - no vodka soda or vodka cranberry here. For all my socially anxious babes out there - The bathroom is a shared building space with the other businesses connected so it's confusing to find the first time (in the very back, down the hall, to the left). Water station is location on the back wall, right hand side.

Very cute place, love the colors of the murals, walls and especially the mini cocktails! Each cocktail was colorful and tastefully presented. The flight was a nice way to taste some new cocktails without getting zonked. 3 in a flight equals about one regular cocktail. What a fun place to stop by!

So this place is like one of those places you go to if you're bar hopping or just looking for something unique - which I will say I was bar hopping when I strolled on in. Interesting concept going on here, everything on the menu is very interesting. I was honestly pretty nervous to even get anything but I've never seen a place like this before so what the heck. Got a flight and ordered the chocolate orange, Marion berry and the matcha. My date got the fruit loop, Marion berry and the coconut. Honestly we were both pleasantly surprised with the flavor profile of all of them. Someone did tell me tho for the little flight cups they give you a quarter of a shot or something for each drink which sounds believable and tbh I'm not sure I could've drank any of them as a full glass (maybe the marionberry one). This place is cute though to hang for a bit and they do have games. Worth checking out but not an every day go to.

Ambiance: the vibes are really chill and relaxing. I appreciate that this place doesn't have the usual stuffy dark energy that most bars/lounges have. They have a projector usually playing a tv show, music on the speakers, and even some board games. The service is super quick and they are all super kind and friendly. The prices are pretty good too especially for downtown Portland. They have creative and fun drinks!

My wife and I attempted to stop in to get a cool cocktail and step out of the afternoon sun. Unfortunately, a server abruptly and curtly informed us, "Hey, there is no seating right now," then turned and walked away. I was a bit puzzled by this as there appeared to be many seats available, one or two even seemed to be stools at the bar. Maybe they were short on staff? I can't say since we were so quickly dismissed.

Wow! What a cool, fun spot! Great music, ambiance, and drinks. Favs were the Toucan Sams and A Matcha Made in Heaven. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately they're closed. So sad because this was such a fun place! Hopefully they open another shop somewhere else

I want to start by just saying how cute I think this place is. I found it very pretty and the employee who was working was nice and makes a great drink. I like that they offer flights of really good tasting cocktails. I love variety so getting to sample is great for me. And they have a great variety to choose from too, including a special slushie at the time I was there. They also have some little snacks you can get, but I was surprised at the size. And that's a good thing, but I did take some chips home because I wasn't expecting there to be so much in each one. I also love that they put the recipes on their coasters and encourage you to take them. If I have the recipe I'm certainly more likely to make it later. Plus I got a bottle of Dregs while I was there. Which is another good thing when you learn about them too. I could really see this as a cute little spot to meet up with friends (especially if you feel like dressing up a bit). I would could back and drink more matcha!

Finally a place that I can feel good about my drinking haha. Delicious cocktails, very good price and 100% of the profit goes to a good cause. The atmosphere is fun, you would think they are selling frozen yogurt. Games, drawing, cartoons, colors,..

I absolutely love this spot! They offer mini cocktails for $5 each or have the option to select three mini cocktails for $13. I loved the idea of a mini cocktail flight because it allowed us to taste multiple items on the menu without having too much alcohol. The vodka used in these drinks donate 100% profit to local charities supporting low income youth so that is a reason enough to visit this spot. The fact that the drinks are amazing makes it even better. If you enjoy matcha, A Matcha Made in Heaven was made for you! Soooo good.

Came the day after opening (1/15) and it was so awesome! The cocktails are the perfect size to drink a whole flight for the price of a regular cocktail. Each one of them was so delicious my mind was blown! Highly recommend the black magic and apple'y ever after. They also had fun activities to entertain us like a whiteboard table and puzzles! A great spot for dessert-y cocktails at the end of the night or a quick stop during a day of shopping.

Went with some friends on a Friday night based on Yelp and Google ratings, but we were very disappointed. The concept is great, and the cocktail flights look great in photos. But this is a tasting room for Dregs vodka, so that's the only liquor they use to make riffs on things like mojitos. Four of us ordered flights, so we had almost every drink on the menu, and all of them were bad. Mine all tasted like vodka and strong citric acid, and one (the Black Magic) tasted like corked wine. I suspect they have a hard time getting decent bartenders since it is a non-profit, and the place looks and feels like a fro-yo shop. The decor and lighting screams cheap fast food and doesn't help; this is the most ambience-lacking cocktail lounge I've ever been to. I applaud their social mission but wish they had a better way to showcase their product.

I give this place 4 stars because the drinks are good, staff was very helpful. I just think they need to upgrade their menu when it comes to food. They have snacks m&m's, popcorn, chips, corn nuts, and gummy bears. I feel that if they are going to serve alcohol they should upgrade the food, cheese board, hummus veggies and peta bread. I am not sure how long this place has been open but it feels like not for long maybe 1 year or less. Over all cool vibe, good drinks, good service, need to upgrade their food, but will be going to again.

The service here is great!! And the drinks are soooo good. They are a non profit that donates profits to local charities and I think that in itself is pretty amazing. So the fact that the product is also amazing made it an easy choice for our date night. We even ended up getting a bottle of the vodka they sell to take home (tastier than Tito's or monopolova) and make our own drinks with. The mini cocktails are hand crafted with such care and precision so be patient (it's worth it.) Check this place out and get the black magic martini or the focus pocus. You'll thank me later ;)
