1 Star: Ordered and paid in full for a sign 4 months ago for delivery in January. It's mid-March now, and still no delivery. No response from Mike Cheung for 2 weeks now. Edited, 5 Star: Received an immediate response from Mike after leaving the review. He was very accommodating and apologetic, as my emails had been lost in his spam folder. I have since received my sign, and it looks fantastic. Great work!

I ordered a sign for our business in South San Francisco. It was delivered in a timely manner. However, I requested installation and was told they could schedule it. It has been 4 months and our sign is still waiting to be installed. I've tried emailing multiple times to get an update and haven't gotten a response. This has been a very frustrating process.

I can't recommend this team highly enough! We used them to create custom signage pieces for our conference last month and each piece was perfect! Can't wait to work with Tinkering Monkey again!
