Google
Excellent bar with amazing atmosphere, food selection is slim and mostly snacks. Drinks are on the sweeter side but overall really tasty.

Google
We reserved the patio for an anniversary party and had a blast! The staff were so helpful and welcoming, and delivered outstanding cocktails to our group of 50 people throughout the night. We knew it was a pretty place with nice drinks but were blown away at how effortlessly Tiny Bar brought our private party to life.

AndyandCarissa H.

Google
Cute atmosphere and concept. My drink was underwhelming though. Was supposed to be hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and glitter, but I got hot chocolate and a half toasted marshmallow floating on top. It was tasty, but presentation just wasn’t on point. Eh, I’d give it another whirl, the drinks at the table next to us looked nice.

I love going here to this little tiny bar about 6 seats inside but a huge outdoor seating area with umbrella and heat when needed, such a friendly staff helpful with any questions about the drinks and food, great drinks and chill environment. Would recommend they're pretty Ricky and their falling leaves cocktail or sunshower if you like a spicy kick in your drink. Was not hungry at the time so we did not try their appetizers but I did hear their roasted onion dip was delicious for a quick and easy snack.

Andrew L.

Google
Exactly how the name describes it. The bar itself only has room for about 4 barstools which makes for a very cozy experience. There is plenty of outdoor seating though. Very good cocktails with a great menu. house gin was very good.

joe V.

Google
Cool spot for a cocktail. Unfortunately we were forced to be in the greenhouse on a nice day as the outside area was booked (The greenhouse is super noisy. I would avoid being in it it unless it's cold)

Andrea

Google
I have loved going to Tiny Bar since they opened. In the winter they have heated tents outside. They always update their menu for the season. Always a great quality of ingredients and very delicious. All of the staff is so friendly and kind. A perfect place for after work drinks!

Google
Beautiful atmosphere! Great staff! The drinks were delicious and beautiful! Highly recommend this spot for a night out! I can't wait to go back with my friends!! ♥️

Yelp
Say it isn't so?! Tiny Bar, my favorite establishment of this sort (which is unlike any other!) is closing. We stopped by for one more (or maybe more) goodbye cocktails. This place, the vibe, drinks, peeps and the beautiful space will be sorely missed. Hope you make your way to another space soon.
google avatar

Yelp
I absolutely love tiny bar. No matter what the season, it is such a cute spot. The drinks are amazing, and the servers are always super attentive and friendly. You can tell they love working there. While it's typically busy, I never feel like I'm waiting for a long period of time. They run a well oiled machine. If you haven't been, check out this spot.

Yelp
Food - I ordered a drink I forget the name it was cucumber I remember it was very weak in the alcohol department my friend got a passion fruit and tequila and it was all juice very minimal tequila Service - okay service it was an event at happening so understandable Ambiance - cute love the shared patio space

Yelp
Very cool place to go get a drink. There isn't much space at the bar itelf (4 seats?), but there is plenty of room outside. They have a covered area and an outdoor area where you can grab a table and enjoy a cocktail with a snack. We sat in the greenhouse area and there was also a party going on in the back of the greenhouse with someone making pizza, which was not part of the regular snack menu. I came in with a party of 4 on a Thursday night and the whole place was almost filled. The service and atmosphere was fantastic. We each ordered a drink: 1 amethyst, 2 Mandarin Vanilla Crush, and a TB Espresso Martini. I ordered the amethyst and the presentation was great, but the balance was off in my opinion. It was very sour so for me it wasn't the refreshing cocktail that I was expecting. I also tried the Mandarin Vanilla Crush and was not impressed either because it tasted too much like artificially flavored soda. I'm not sure if it was just an off night because they were busy, but my table was not impressed with any of the drinks. I've heard great things about Tiny Bar and have been anticipating trying it for the first time, but unfortunately tonight wasn't the night for me.

Yelp
Great spot with a nice enclosed "outdoor space" and very creative and tasty drinks. Came with a group of colleagues after work and we all enjoyed our visit. I tried the Universe cocktail which was a tropical drink featuring vodka, pineapple, lime and pistachio. It was very good and I'd definitely try it again. Would definitely come back!
google avatar

Cori F.

Yelp
I've heard nothing but good things about this place and driven by many times but this was my first visit. They were very busy on one of the first nice weather evenings of the season. We waited a little bit for menus but once we got menus service was quite good. Drinks were delicious and pretty. There was an event going on in the green house area so we sat in the patio area that seems to be shared space with seven stars. It was a beautiful evening and a very cute space. I'll be coming back here for sure.

Yelp
A place to have a romantic drink before dinner. A place that makes you feel like home. A place that is so comfortable that you don't want to leave. A place that is summer you will never want to leave...

Anon U.

Yelp
The place just sucks. Waited in line forever, only to be told there were "names on the list before us". There is definitely no waitlist, and the place look dirty on the inside anyway, might need to be inspected.
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
Came here and for the Big Dill Energy. My friend tried the Amethyst and the other tired the Pretty Ricky! Sitting outside and enjoying the music... :) here on a Saturday PM and loving the pop jazz. Maybe 14 tables with umbrellas and a beautiful bar on display (across from the tables). Loved the experience
google avatar

Yelp
I realllly LOVE the environment of this outdoor bar.. it's hidden, quiet and comfortable. I felt like I was in a garden with all the plants outside! They have cute little specialty drinks that you cannot taste the liquor but they hit you and ouffff. Our waitress said "we mastered the art of mixology to where you can't even taste that there is 2.5 oz of liquor in there"... she was right though! Between 1 drink and one huge shot, they snuck right up on me. We ordered "the amethyst" drink, which tasted just like lavender. It was pretty sour too. It was $13 (most of there cocktails are). Worth it though. I'll definitely come here again for a peaceful drink. :)
google avatar

Holly W.

Yelp
Supa dupa cute! Tiny for sure Nice outside space (with heaters but you can hear and smell Providence on the other side of the bushes) Love the graffiti mural Interesting drink menu (tiny bit fancy) I asked the bartender for a a tropical drink that is rum based. He returned with a jalapeno drink with rum in it?? I do have to admit, it wasn't bad and I was scared! But I finished my drink. Just an odd choice the waiter made. Tiny place for a quick meet up with an old friend
google avatar

Cassandra G.

Yelp
What a cute little spot! The bar is in fact, tiny, so chances are, you'll sit outside on their patio, which is adorable. So many different drink options, with different types of liquor.... They have an option for everybody in your group. Service was prompt and friendly. I chose the Pretty Rickey on this visit, and it was SO GOOD!

Jim S.

Yelp
This place is a great spot to go into before a night out. The drinks are both very tasty and unique! Staff is friendly and the outdoor patio is a great place to sit at in the spring and summer. The only problem I have is that the drinks change seasonally and some of my favorite drinks are no longer available!
google avatar

Angel S.

Yelp
Cozy little bar with good drinks and good service. A nice stop after dinner, and I appreciate the warmth of the heaters on the patio during the winter.
google avatar

Parita A.

Yelp
A cute tiny bar with a big tented space in the back - we sat inside since it was fairly cold out. I would have given the Tiny Bar a higher rating but I do believe that the bar staff adds a level of excitement to the atmosphere and bar itself. The staff was a little standoffish, which was a turnoff. I will say that this could have been because it was early in the evening and they may have still been prepping for the night ahead. The drinks - WOW. So so good. Would definitely go back for the drinks. Unique and flavorful and beautifully created. I ordered the Dreamweaver which was a beautiful marriage of oat milk, earl grey tea, gin, and lavender. Only got a photo of the drink I ordered drink but also tried the Love You So Matcha - phenomenal!
google avatar

Yelp
I've been to Tiny Bar several times, and it can get busy quickly! It is first come, first serve, and you can bring your food while grabbing some drinks. They also have small bites that you can order to accompany your drink. Both food and drink menu changes seasonally. I had the "Soiree" drink, apparently, their fruitiest cocktail, and my friend had the Birds of Paradise. The drinks are pretty strong. As the name implies, it is a tiny outdoor bar. However, the ambiance feels very intimate when you are there. I think this is a great location to catch up with a friend, get to know someone on a date, before dinner, or for a small group. The staff is also really friendly as well. Street parking only.

Yelp
Seating under the clear canopy with the gorgeous garden, was a treat! A visiting friend and I popped in for an afternoon refreshment and to rest after exploring Roger Williams Park. A delicious Cosmo and friendly service tool care of things and then we were off to walk along the river!
google avatar

Amanda M.

Yelp
This is a great spot to get drinks with friends! Outdoor dining is nice and convenient. They also allow food in from other places. I tried the amethyst cocktail pictured in my review which was different in a good way, a combination of herbal and lemonade with well mixed tequila. I was here with 5 other people and everyone enjoyed their drinks. Fun time!

Yelp
Such a cute spot! Fantastic cocktails, lovely staff, creative menu. Definitely worth a visit!

Yelp
What an adorable little hidden gem in Providence! Stopped by Tiny Bar after dinner on a Friday night. Tiny Bar offers outdoor patio seating in a beautiful garden with string lights. The bar offers a creative selection of craft cocktails, as well as beers and wine. Tiny Bar occasionally partners with the restaurant next door to offer a few limited food items - however, many customers bring in their own food to eat on the patio (like a large pizza from District across the street!) Parking was a bit of a nightmare - but that is expected in most places in Providence, especially on a Friday night! Loved this little gem - so much charm in a welcoming atmosphere with great drinks and great service! Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
The perfect spot for a creative and delicious cocktail! True to its name, Tiny Bar is a small-ish place. During covid times, it's outdoors only, but for the colder months two well-ventilated tents were set up, with socially distanced table (cafe height and traditional table height seating - important if you're using a wheel chair). Overall commitment to safety protocols is excellent - names & numbers required in the unlikely event that contact tracing might be required; hand sanitizer is abundant; staff are fully masked - no noses allowed. The open patio seating is wonderful! There is greenery to provide a noise and sight barrier from busy Point Street and pedestrian-heavy Richmond Street. Cute lighting and cozy seating really help you relax while you enjoy your perfect cocktail or a beer or cider. Staff are funny, helpful, and just the right amount of present. Right now there's no food (but an olive & nut plate), but bring your own/have it delivered is totally approved (and I understand some collaborations & targeted delivery services are forthcoming). Cocktails are routinely good, but as they change with the seasons I won't recommend one specifically. They will all be blends of several bases with aromatics and taste/pleasure enhancers. There's also wine and Prosecco in addition to that beer or cider if you're feeling a bit less adventurous during your visit.

Yelp
I've spent way too much money at Tiny Bar--a great place for a first date or weekend hangout. Especially great that they're open every day when a lot of PVD places aren't. They fill the casual but boutique bar niche in this city. I also love how you can bring food in with you! My friends and I always get the spinach and artichoke dip from The District to go (and sometimes their pizzas) and demolish it with our Tiny Bar drinks. My hot take is that the Amethyst, their signature drink, is okay at best. Their drink menu changes every season and is very experimental so expect herbs, spices, and things that you would not expect to be in a drink. I'm a child when it comes to drinks and like the alcohol buried under a mountain of sweets. Here are some of my favorite drinks over the last few years--hoping they make a comeback (especially the gummy bear one from Summer 2021!) Go claim your Prosecco popsicle this season (:

Kat Y.

Yelp
I am actually sad I haven't given them a 5 star review before. These guys are absolutely amazing, their cocktails are second to none, I recommend the Amethyst or whatever coffee style is in season. I end up here with friends, which is amazing to socialize and enjoy company under their laidback, unassuming atmosphere. Whether it's two friends or seven, they provide top notch service. A huge plus, we went today, which was a chilly November day, they provided a blanket and a seat pad, that is A++++ service. We are lucky to have Tiny Bar in RI.

Harry B.

Yelp
Good drinks. Very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Beautiful at night on the patio. In town visiting and stopped in. Not exactly my kind of place but my girlfriend liked it and that's what matters most!
google avatar

Keri R.

Yelp
Ambiance is really cute with the outdoor patio seating. There really only is our door seating so not sure what they do when the weather is bad. It was extremely busy and only had one server who was stressed. Still was friendly. Drinks were cute and really good.
google avatar

Guy S.

Yelp
Service was very nice. Lovely to sit outside on an October night...but... - drinks over priced for what they are - their snacks, listed as 'north fork kettle chips' AND 'crostini' both served with a yummy, but pre-made dip, were served instead with restaurant depot level lays potato chips. No notice was give. No apology made after asking about it. $15 bag of lays potato chips for each dish. Sorry. I'll take my business elsewhere next time

Yelp
Tiny bar is my favorite bar. Super friendly and cool atmosphere. The staff is super fun. They frequently have pop-up events, which are great. The drinks are delicious and also beautiful and strong. The menu changes every few months. I believe the Amethyst has always been on the menu. It's a classic and a must try. The often have weekend specials too which exhibit a lot of originality.
google avatar

Yelp
A couple of my girlfriends and I went out on a Friday night, and we loved tiny bar! It's super cute and the staff were fabulous. Drinks were delicious and super cute. I only took boomerangs and you can't post videos on here, but here is one that I took after I drank half haha It's a perfect date spot! I definitely am going to consider doing first dates there because of the atmosphere and how adorable it is! It is also not crazy loud, so you don't have to get right next to people. There were a bunch of groups of friends and people on dates. We also had some food and it was pretty good! We forgot to grab pictures of the food, but we got the potatoes, sausage, burrata, and shrimp.
google avatar

Sara M.

Yelp
What a great find! The Jewelry District has more food and beverage options than ever and Tiny Bar was great. Though it can't be sheltered from ambient noise, it's nestled on a patio with bright umbrellas and heaters if needed. All seating is outdoors. The craft cocktails are outstanding and the three we ordered were all delicious. Would have been 5 stars, but for the food. Only 3 options and we paid $15 for a bag of potato chips and small container of dip. I know they don't have space to prepare food, but steep price. I would DEFINITELY go back to sample some more drinks.
google avatar

Yelp
I never got to try Tiny Bar when it was inside the the tiny building, but I have been an avid attendee to the outside patio. It's great for date nights or hanging with friends. There is metered spots for street parking. Immediately I was attracted to the drinks. Each beverage is super colorful and appropriately garnished. I find myself wanting to try them all based on their beauty alone! I love how the flavor profiles are so vast to really hit home for everyone. There's always a sweet, dessert, strong, etc type. The staff is super friendly. If you're not sure what to drink, they have great knowledge of how to fit your tastes. I was only able to try a few of the summer drinks before the fall menu came into play. My favorite from the summer menu, Amethyst, rolled over into the fall menu. It's a fan favorite for a reason. Tequila and lavender? Yes please! Papillon was fun with the cotton candy and I wish I was able to grab one more before the transition. Gratitude had a scoop of sorbet in prosecco for some bubbly fun! I started working my way into the fall menu and I dig it. Tiramisu is strong and similar to an espresso martini with rum. The Equinox is my favorite fall exclusive so far with the sweetness from the pear. If you don't drink cocktails, they also have local beer and wine. I'm excited to go back and try more drinks!
google avatar

Yelp
Finally made it in to this cute little bar. It's easy to find. Lots of street parking. This is the white building next to Olga's Cup and Saucer. Across from Xaco Taco. There are maybe 8 seats. Bright and inviting space. We luckily got to seats as a couple left just after we arrived. The drink menu is creative and lean. The bartender will also make you anything you want. The alcohol selections in the bar are thoughtful though not extensive. If you're looking for a particular brand, you may be disappointed. I'd love to see high end, small batch, and even regional liquors on hand (Barr Hill Tom Cat Gin, High West Rue, Green Chartreuse for example). Fun pre- or post-dinner spot.

David F.

Yelp
Very good specialty drinks, and our server was very friendly. We had a great time. Was a nice little spot, no pun intended. Lol

Gail D.

Yelp
Wonderful drinks as always! Staff is always pleasant and helpful. It's been fun to watch the outside situation grow throughout the years.
google avatar

Erin M.

Yelp
Came in for drinks with one of my girlfriends one Friday night. Super cute, the music was 80s happy music. You had to wait in line on the sidewalk. There is no indoor seating either, it's all patio. Great place for summer drinks. My drink was good the blackberry something or other and mu friends clarified margarita was pretty bland. Prices were decent. Overall a solid place mostly because of the environment.
google avatar

Elizabeth P.

Yelp
Tiny Bar is tiny in space and size but HUGE in flavor and ambience. The drinks are creative and fun - recommend the Jabberwocky and the Amethyst the service is great friendly and fun. The outside space is heated so don't worry about a warm summer vibe you're good through the winter. The space bodes well for a group party or a date with a romantic partner and with friends as well - you can't go wrong. Parking on a Friday or Saturday night might be an issue but it's worth a try - there's municipal parking.
google avatar

Nicole S.

Yelp
Tiny Bar is super cute! We stopped by on the first day of our trip to Providence, and we were quickly sat and greeted by a server. I asked about mocktails, and she gave the current options. I went with the lemon blueberry cake, and my friend got the mezcal cocktail. We both loved the drinks and the atmosphere. There was live music for a little bit too. We loved it so much that we recommended to stop there again the next day when our two other friends arrived. Unfortunately it was a bit of a different experience. That night was a Friday and it was later in the evening. It was busier but it didn't seem like anyone was in a rush to take our order, bring our drinks, or check back on us. There was a lot of chit chatting of the staff inside where the bar is. The drinks were still really good, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Just be aware that the nighttime might be a different experience than happy hour timing.

Lori K.

Yelp
Don't forget your ID when you come here, I'm 54 years old and the bouncer refused to let me in last night without it. We had come out specifically for a frozen drink that we read about, so it was a bit of a disappointment.

Stephanie I.

Yelp
Loved this "tiny" spot -- which is not so tiny with the outdoor patio. Service was great. Drinks imaginative. Music was a plus. One complaint -- I was bitten up alive. The management needs to spray or add a bug repellent device. I am sitting in my office today and trying not to scratch all my bites from last night.
google avatar

Yelp
So glad I tried this bar out- visited with a friend and sat in the courtyard like area outside. It's so cute with string lights, greenery, and heaters. The drinks are so cute, I tried one with gin and elderflower that was topped with cotton candy! My friend had one with tequila and lavender, they were both so good and definitely quite strong. We also tried the new pumpkin shot, since we visited right on the cusp of Fall. The service was good, seemed like there were people of all ages, and parking isn't too hard to get around there. Definitely a cool place to relax and hangout with a couple drinks.
google avatar

Danielle S.

Yelp
It was our first time being here. This is an outdoor bar. The tables were all spread out for social distancing. They had many outdoor heaters. They do have a bathroom. The servers were great. You are allowed to bring your own food. We had the Might punch, RI red, tiramisu and an Apple drink I can't remember the name of. Everything was delicious. It is a little pricey, but the drinks are not weak and taste great. You get what you pay for here. We will definitely be back.
google avatar

Jenny C.

Yelp
Really cute space, really kind service. There was a wide range of drinks - I got one that had raspberry sorbet in it. I'm a fan of Empress gin, and basically stopped reading the ingredients after I saw that. It was quite strong, so I don't know that I'd get the same drink again, but I like the overall ambiance and recommend visiting. The food options were reasonably priced compared to other cocktail spots. I opted for the the cheese plate because I needed some sustenance. It was very "your own backyard" kind of vibe, but that could just be the way of things in COVID. I'm glad I finally was able to visit Tiny Bar- it was a nice place to be on a sunny Saturday afternoon!
google avatar

Vijay S.

Yelp
Tiny bar is indeed tiny but mighty. There's 8 chairs in the entire bar and then standing room after that. Liked their winter mule and chancery cocktails. They didn't have the amethyst and pomeroy on the day i went. The cocktails were very well balanced and had great flavors. They do have snack bites and a gender neutral bathroom. Def looking forward to spring/summer for the outdoor seating and live music.
google avatar

Patricia R.

Yelp
This place is a dream come true. It's like a cafe but they just serve cocktails! It's small and intimate and the prefect place to day drink. I highly recommend

Yelp
Visited this past Friday for the first time for some after work drinks. We had a party of 5 and were able to easily walk in (a rarity in COVID era) and find a table on the patio without a wait. Indoor seating is currently not allowed, but with their extension onto the patio they have room for about 8 tables of four and 2 tables for larger parties. Tiny Bar is located right next to the old Olga's location. There's a decent amount of metered street parking around the area, especially after 5PM. The outdoor patio is very cute! Surrounded by shrubbery that makes you forget you're in the heart of the Jewelry District. We were quickly brought menus, and our sever was extremely nice and attentive. Their drink menu contains a list of cocktails that I believe rotate seasonally, as well as wine. Immediately, you each cocktail description contains a variety of sweet, light, and sometimes exotic flavors that make the drinks sound unique in the Providence bar scene (eg. drinks with sorbet, or cotton candy; or with flavors like lavender and sage). I went with the Mandarina ($12), a mix of mezcal, aperol, lime, and mint (photo included). Overall, the drink was light and good for a warm summer day, but the mezcal flavor dominated and it was tough to pick up on the more subtle aperol, lime and mint. For my second drink I went with Wanderer ($11)- tequila, pineapple, sage, and prosecco. This time I thought more of the individual flavors came through, and again the drink was light and refreshing. While we were there they were also offering food from Dips Dips. Overall, a cute place to grab a nice looking drink on a warm night in Providence, especially because there are few bars in the city that offer so much outdoor seating. The drinks were not quite as flavorful as they appeared in their descriptions, but still tasted good and were priced similarly to other bars around Providence. Would recommend going at least once just to check them out.

Yelp
Tiny Bar is cozy, comfortable and extremely friendly. As the name suggests, it is tiny (max 20 people). I walked by it several times before noticing that the building was there. It's between what used to be Olga's and what is currently High Tides. As my friends and I walked by we almost didn't go in because it already looked full but everyone was so friendly and drew us in. Once we came in, we understood why. There's something about being drawn into a warm space with little to no boundaries that opens up conversations. And, of course, the bartender makes great drinks making conversation even easier :) The only things missing are snacks (which are coming soon), and staying open later. They closed around 11 on a Friday night.

Michelle G.

Yelp
Been admiring pictures of this pretty little patio on Instagram for awhile. Finally was able to stop by last week for a drink with my hubby. It did not disappoint. The patio is so pretty and welcoming. The staff were kind and friendly. And the cocktails were perfect and hit the spot on a hot summer night. Also as someone who has been very gingerly poking her Covid weary toe back in the water I felt comfortable and safe. They are taking precautions seriously while ensuring you respect their rules graciously. We will be back. I'm sure That pretty little purple drink misses me too

Yelp
So damn cute right in the middle of the city. It was just cool on a Saturday afternoon to hang out ,relax and have a cocktail

Yelp
This is the most brilliant idea in the perfect area in Prov. I love the tent. Super spacious , cute decor, simple. The bar was loud of enough for us to have our own private conversation. The serversssssssss! 10/10. These gentlemen were promt and just suggested the best drinks. We had the Hot Toddy and the caramel Samoa cookie. Both Delicious!!

Dan S.

Yelp
My sister coordinated with management two months ago to book a space to have drinks with her friends on the night before her wedding, with individual billing. When we showed up the two staff on hand claimed to have no record of this and after being shown the correspondence with management, refused to serve us unless all thirty people paid on a single tab. If you're planning something important, stay away from this place.
