I stumbled upon this Brazilian-inspired dessert shop and I'm so glad I did! The desserts are absolutely delicious - you can tell they use high-quality ingredients and authentic recipes. Everything I tried (thanks to their generous samples!) was bursting with flavor. The staff here are truly outstanding. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful in explaining all the different treats. They offered samples of various items, which made it so much easier to choose (and want to try everything!). Their enthusiasm for their desserts is contagious. The shop itself has a charming and inviting atmosphere, making it a lovely place to stop in for a sweet treat. The value is fantastic. The quality of the desserts, combined with the generous samples and excellent service, makes it well worth the price. I left feeling happy and satisfied. This is a must-visit for anyone looking for a unique and delicious dessert experience!

I just had the BEST brigadeiro of my life at TinyB! As a big dark chocolate lover, the dark chocolate and pistachio brigadeiros totally stole my heart. The Dubai chocolate? So dreamy. And the COCONUT CAKE —oh wow—fluffy, moist, and like a little cloud of coconut heaven. Seriously, dessert magic is happening here!

I was putting together a personalized gift box for my company’s VP, and one of the highlights was a box of chocolate brigadeiros. I also couldn’t resist trying the Dubai chocolate for myself—it totally lived up to the hype. Hands down, the best Dubai chocolate I’ve ever had. I live in San Jose, and I’d heard they had a local store. When I needed to create another gift box, I decided to check out the physical location—and I’m so glad I did. The shop is absolutely charming, with a beautiful setup that’s perfect for cute photos. Renata, the owner, was there and personally came over to say hello. The service was flawless—true Brazilian hospitality at its best. I also loved how transparent everything felt. They were making brigadeiros right in front of us. I tried the chocolate chip cookies (pro tip: warm them up for 10 seconds at home) and they were incredible. I picked up more Dubai chocolates and also sampled the honey brigadeiro, which I highly recommend. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I hosted 10 friends for a private brigadeiro-making class. These little chocolate truffles are so delicious, plus are fun and easy to make! Everyone left with about a dozen each, which most of us promptly brought to family, friends, or workplaces to give away. It was a very memorable evening. Thank you, Andrei and Sarah.

I accidentally found TinyB on a Chinese social app named DealMoon. I told my good Brazilian friend to check it with me. We went there 10:56am and it is already open! The staff is very friendly! And told me and my friend a lot of of history. I couldn’t decide which one to have it for my bf as birthday gift. The staff is really patient to help me to choose and wait for me to choose! My company selected TinyB for our quarterly offsite and it did not disappoint! Communication with Andrei was seamless and Vanessa was an incredible host! One thing that really stuck out for our experience was that TinyB's space was too small to host our larger team and Andrei took the time to find a great host venue at CuriOdyssey in Burlingame! This enhanced our experience as we were able to create our chocolates with the gorgeous view of the bay and also explore the zoo on-site! Wow, just wow. I tried their milk chocolate Dubai chocolate bar and it was pure decadence. The nutty pistachio perfectly balances the sweetness of the milk chocolate - absolute harmony in every bite. Yes, the bar is small for $14, but it's so good you'll understand why. Honestly, the hardest part is not finishing it in one sitting. I also tried their brigadeiros (cookies & cream, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and pistachio), and I'm still speechless. It's like chocolate, fudge, and condensed milk had a baby - rich, creamy, and completely addictive. My only regret? That I only bought four. This place is dangerously good - I can already see myself making weekly visits for more!

The service was good and welcoming. Very helpful too. It's on the pricer end and it was okay... I got them as a present for my friends. I'm a bit peeved that a piece of brigadeiros is $3, but... When you get a box of 4 it's $18. That's $4.50 each. I didn't realize when I got a box of four the cost would be a 50% mark up! I'm literally paying $6 extra for the container. Make that make sense. This is towards the company itself and not the worker. She was great.

Dropped in for a try and left with a chocolate, cookie with guava filling. Yummy. They have chocolate ice cream too. They have chocolate candy, and various hand made sweets. Decor: nice Customer service: excellent.

The Brazilian truffles are creamy, rich and not overly sweet! The shop is charming and clean, the customer service was excellent and knowledgeable! Highly recommend visiting this place for edible gift ideas!

I am a chocoholic. Take that as you may but Tinyb is yummy and crave worthy chocolate worth spoiling yourself with. Love the dark chocolate hazelnut heart bubble bars and cannot resist the sensuously textured soft truffles rolled in a variety of delicious coatings. The shop is instagram worthy too! Love this place.

No idea when this store popped up lol, but it's mid-2025 and glad I stumbled upon it (per the friendly staff person, they opened their store front at this B Street location earlier this year). Not your typical chocolate truffle / cookie store - and glad for that! The brigadeiros are much less sweet than your average chocolate truffle (they're also not very chocolatey IMO but in a good way). The texture is very soft, and doesn't feel heavy after eating. They sell a variety of flavored chocolatey-condensed-milk spreads in a jar (like pistachio, or passion fruit flavor) and the brigadeiros are basically balls made from these soft spreads. I tried a sample of their passion fruit chocolate cookie, tho they were sold out of that one so I got a cookies & cream cookie ~ both were not too sweet & as all the cookies are filled with one of their spreads, they're unique & I'd say worth their $5 price. I also got one of their small Dubai-inspired chocolate bars to try. They have it in milk or dark chocolate. I enjoyed it, however when I return I'd like to try more of their brigadeiros & cookies (I was informed their brigadeiros change flavors weekly on Mondays). Cute shop!

Wow! If you want to make a good impression, come here! I've picked up several times now. the Dubai chocolate bar is something to write home about, and inexpensive at $14. I would also splurge for the Dubai strawberry cups. It's a bit oricey, but so good. I've seen some of my customers eat this as a meal. It's that decadent. $17 for a small cup, $25 for a large Super cute shop in San Mateo. They also have other treats but I've only coke for the Dubai goodies Give them a try!!

I love small batch chocolate shops; however, for the price point, this chocolate just didn't live up to my expectations. The chocolate was just okay, comparable to a major chain that begins with Gh. The service was super friendly and knowledgeable. Parking can be difficult at times as this location is in downtown San Mateo.

I just randomly stopped by here on a walk because they had Dubai chocolate signs, and it was delicious. I love how I was able to get a free sample of several of their products. The staff were very knowledgeable of each product and I really appreciated that. My favorite purchase here was their passion fruit jam. It is very sweet, so it may not be for everyone. It is perfect for charcuterie boards. They have other flavors, so just ask if you can try 'em!

$5 cookies better be the best ever... I like my cookies to have a crisp exterior and moist interior. They warmed the cookies up for me and so I expected some nice gooey chocolate but it wasn't. Not bad, just not for the price.

The chocolate lava cookies here are such delicious and unique treats. We stopped by this past weekend and tried the brigadeiro-filled chocolate chip cookie, as well as the passionfruit brigadeiro cookie, which was made up of chocolate batter and a passionfruit filling. We certainly enjoyed these, but the best one was the oatmeal peanut butter brigadeiro cookie. It wasn't too sweet, and the oatmeal and peanut butter flavor of the cookie was really good. Overall, I wasn't as impressed by the brazilian chocolate filling in these cookies, the texture was more like a paste, rather than being melty and gooey, probably cuz these weren't served hot. But I'm still a fan. And the interior of the dessert shop had cute decor and a few seats for enjoying these yummy snacks on site. Staff was also helpful and offered free samples before we made our selection and purchase.

So I was really craving Dubai chocolate and wanted a good one because some of them are just too overwhelming and are more chocolate than filling. I found Tinyb and fell in love with their Dubai chocolate. Not only that but they have cookies, truffles and spread! Their cookies don't have eggs and are made with almond flour- it was delicious! We also tried their seasonal Irish coffee truffle which was so decadent! The service was amazing and everyone there was so welcoming and knowledgeable about their stuff! The shop is really cute inside and it felt very homey. Definitely stop by if you have the chance :)

I was walking around San Mateo close to Valentine's Day and wanted to buy something for my better half. I remember this chocolatier year back but did not know they moved to San Mateo. I never had a chance to try it until now, and the Brigadeiro had some fantastic flavors in them. The staff that greeted me was friendly and made such great suggestions. It is a small store, but its vibrant colors make it fun. My wife said some of the Brigadeiro were too sweet, and some were just right. It comes down to how you taste chocolate. Always try and have an experience.

6.14.2024 - A little pick me up. After a morning of volunteer work, a friend brings a group of us to try Tiny B Chocolate. A hole in the wall, super cute chocolatier with its own factory. You would never guess that there was a chocolate factory serving Brazilian chocolate and gluten free cookies. I forget her name, but the owner gave all of samples of the gluten free cookies along with their variety of fudge. I never knew gluten free cookies can taste so good. Surprisingly, it didn't have any weird texture. And given that it's gluten free, it made it less heavy and more healthy! The star of the show was their homemade spreads! Packed in little glass jars, these are just glass full of happiness. From chocolate to coconut to passion fruit and salted caramel. It is a bit on the pricier side, but you pay for what you get. $5 per cookies, $2.50 per truffle and $16 per jar of delicious spread. I would just come back for their spread. They offer 25% off on your first online order. Also can book a chocolate making session. Whether it be an activity with kids, a bachelorette party, a girls day/night out, romantic date day - whatever the occasion, TBC will happily host! It's already on my anniversary gift list for my husband and for a besties day.

TinyB Chocolate in downtown San Mateo is a total gem! Their chocolates are next-level, and I'm obsessed with their Dubai chocolate bar!! so rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with that nutty, crunchy filling. It's like a flavor party in every bite! The strawberry dip is a must try!

Was looking for the Dubai chocolate for a gift. Searched around and finally found it at this wonderful chocolate shop. I was so glad they had free samples so I was able to try it. Was so good I bought a bar for myself! Sarah took the time to talk and explain the flavors of all their chocolates. It was such a nice experience that I will definitely be back! A great place to pick up gifts for those people that you just don't know what to buy for. Who doesn't like chocolate???

Yes the place is a tiny place but with some big flavors. I got here expecting basic cookies, but was delighted by the taste of the passionfruit cookie. It had a great mellow taste and was just the right sweetness, kind of like my date.

We really wanted to like the chocolate and passionfruit cookie examples, especially at the price point, but the chocolate had zero flavor and the same with the tiny bit of filling in the passion fruit one. A+ on the customer service, but the cookie fillings need a major revision.

What a cute store! My husband and I loved the chocolate easter eggs - the pistachio caramel is delicious. Just the right sweetness. The coconut cake is out of this world! The sponge is refreshing and moist. A perfect dessert for hot days. It's gluten free and no sugar cane in it so I feel happy to have more than one per day. Service was great. Staff was very patient to answer all my questions.

The sweetest and perfect little desserts! I love love their brigadeiros. So amazing not too sweet, not too sticky, they're just perfect. I love that they are a factory and hand make their own items. I have also tried their cookies and they are also incredible. Amazing family owned business!

You can taste that they use high quality ingredients. This was the first time we tried this style of chocolate. I would say make sure you like this style before going, it is very expensive for what you get, the recipes are nice, but overall a bit underwhelming

Felt very spoiled when I was gifted sweet brigadeiros from this place on Valentines day :) I had a pack of 8 that included the pistachio, almond, milk and dark chocolate, as well as the pineapple and coconut flavors. I didn't know how much I could love brigadeiros until trying these! All of the different flavors have richness to them, but not to the point where it's too in your face. My favorites were the pistachio and the almond!! The nutty texture paired with the smooth, soft chocolate had me saying "mmm" after every bite.

So addicting! I loved thier Raspberry, Passion Fruit Coconut, and their Pistachio. A great addition to Downtown San Mateo.

A very adorable package showed up on my door and it turned out to be a surprise of tinyb chocolate from my one of my good friends! Packaging- very well packed and stuffed with little marshmallow squishies to keep the chocolate safe! The actually packaging itself is gorgeous and it vibrant! Now on to the good stuff! The brigadeiros taste AMAZING! I love the fact that they're tiny too. They're very flavorful and true to taste as well! Very rich in term of sweetness but definitely something you should indulge in! Treat yoself once in while! Flavors in my box were pistachio, banana nut cinnamon dark chocolate and raspberry! I couldn't decide which one is my favorite because all of them taste amazing!

I first experienced tinyb's incredible Brazilian-style truffles a year ago, after reading about the company in the local paper. I was so happy that they now are in san mateo! When I stopped by to pick up my husband's Valentine's chocolates, I tried one of their freshly baked cookies - i savored it over 20 minutes or so. It was SO GOOD! I appreciated the enthusiastic and helpful staff, and the small shop is very inviting. Their website was easy to use, and my order was ready for pickup on time.

Tinyb Chocolate ads have been popping up here and there on my social media feeds. I am a fan of Brazillian food, but I admit that I've never really had Brazillian desserts. When I realized that Tinyb was a local Bay Area business, I was more than happy to show my support especially with businesses shutting down again due to the rising cases of Covid. I really appreciated the company's transparency with their shipping policies. Because they make the brigadieros fresh every day, orders are mailed out the next business day. Furthermore, they try not to ship over the weekend, and you can expect shipping to take 1 day if you're from the Bay Area or 2-3 days nationwide to other major US cities. Given that I'm from the South Bay, the brigadieros didn't have to travel far. I got my order delivered to me on the same day they were shipped out. My order was packaged extremely well. The box of brigadieros were encased in a padded envelope with an ice pack inside the box. I am always concerned about chocolates melting in transit, which has happened to me one too many times, but they came out in perfect condition. No sign of damage or melting at all. Every singe flavor was divine. I ordered a custom, 8-piece box of brigadieros, which could have up to 4 flavors. I chose White Chocolate, Cranberry Matcha Lemongrass, Banana Cinnamon Dark Chocolate, and Caipirinha. I loved the white chocolate brigadiero, because it reminded me of these dessert candies, called "yemas," that are from Spain and Latin America. I thought that the white chocolate brigadiero had a similar texture and custard likeness to yemas. I love a good caiprinha cocktail. This brigadiero definitely had the lime flavor of a caipirinha, but it wasn't as boozy as one. The Cranberry Matcha Lemongrass brigadiero had such great balance of all 3 flavors. What hit me first was the tartness of the cranberry. The lemongrass came in subtly, and then the matcha left an after note. The Banana Cinnamon Dark Chocolate brigadiero was everything I wanted it to be. It had bold banana flavor with a deep richness from the dark chocolate. I am offiicially a fan of brigadieros, and I would go as far as saying that I prefer them more than chocolate truffles. The brigadieros were light and delicate, and I liked the silkiness of the chocolates. The toppings on the outside of each one added a little more to the texture. I may or may not have eaten all 8 brigadieros in one seating... yes, they were that good!

Amazing unique to me cookies. It was a very chewy and gooey chocolate chip cookie , the way I like it. A treat for dessert. Brazilian style cookies. Yummy.

This is a great local Chocolatier in S. San Francisco ..I ordered some custom boxes for my husband's 50th and they truly did a marvelous job! The chocolates of course are so so delicious!! It's is great to find local business that are truly in the business of delivering exceptional quality product with even a higher quality of customer service! Cute inside decor. Was really craving brigadeiros so I came around closing time. Overpriced brigadeiros for it's quality. Brigadeiros are supposed to be smooth on the inside and 6 out of the 8 brigadeiros I got in the box were dry. Milk chocolate and coconut were good. Save your money and go to another Brazilian store.

I've been working with Andrei and team on a few work related virtual events, and so far it has been successful from planning to execution. A great thing about Tinyb is they are able to ship world wide! Maria was our instructor for a 100+ person event, and was professional, engaging, and was able to adjust her program due to a change in plans. Not to mention the Brigadeiro chocolates we got to make were so delicious! We opted for the 4 person kit and it came with 3 types of chocolates (milk, dark, coconut), spread, 8 toppings, plates and spoons, and instructions to make the Brazilian truffles. My frend bought me a box as a gift, and they are so addicting! I love how soft they are and the variety of flavors. I also love the eco-friendly packaging the box was shipped in. If you need delicious sweets, I highly recommend Tinyb~!

This is my new favorite place to come to for truffles. For my birthday, some work colleagues got me a gift box of 4 truffles and another box of 4 brigadeiro cookies. Everything I received was delicious but the truffles were out of this world. I had an assortment of flavors, including dark chocolate, milk chocolate, almond, and coconut. The chocolates were melt in your mouth and rich without being overwhelmingly sweet. They're petite and the perfect size to pop into your mouth to enjoy throughout the day. The cookies are also good, especially after being popped into the microwave for 7 seconds - very unique and different than your typical chocolate chip cookie, and were the perfect size for an after dinner treat.

My family's from Brazil and we used to always eat brigadeiros. We decided to order brigadeiros and the brigadeiro cookies from here. IT WAS SO DELICIOUS!!! We had it shipped to washington and it arrived fresh and packaged well. We ordered 5 different flavors. 1. Banana Cinnamon and Dark Chocolate 2. Passion Fruit and white chocolate 3. Pineapple and coconut 4. Strawberry Lemonade 5. Raspberry They tasted fresh, sweet, and amazing! We know how to make original brigadeiros but not unique flavors like this and we were pleasantly surprised! The brigadeiro cookies were soft, chewy and not too sweet which was nice as we don't like overly sweet things. We wished we ordered more! We will be ordering from here again.

A friend recommended this chocolate place and I'm so glad I decided to give it a try. These chocolates are amazing, they are smooth, great texture and each one is hand made. The story behind it is beautiful. I ended up getting a box for me and one for my moms birthday, I know she'll love them.

Seriously my favorite cookie to date! Fresh is best when eating this cookie, but still great at room temp. Just melts! Eating freshly baked is heavenly.

I received a small box of these chocolates at an event and my excitement about having gotten brigadeiros (I've developed an affection for these Brazilian treats from a bakery in my college town) was quickly met with disappoint when I had a bite of these dry and one dimensional tasting chocolates. I had the Dark Chocolate and Strawberry Cheesecake flavors in my little box. As cute as the packaging was, the chocolates were suspiciously dry looking and ending up tasting just as such. The flavors weren't bad, just the strawberry one was overly poignant and concentrated on the outside topping while the quote-unquote Dark Chocolate reminded me more of a Hershey's bar than the cocoa rich bitterness that I crave when I hear Dark Chocolate, i.e. it was sweet, but by no means particularly chocolatey. Although Tinyb seems to do fantastically well in terms of execution on gifts and large orders, the actual brigadeiro falls short of the experience that such a delightful treat can provide.

Some might find the office a little weird for a store but dont worry! They make chocolates in the next controlled manufacuture area, where you can see inside. Really handmade, dense chocolatey flavor! She gave me a sample to try as I was waiting for my box of chocolates (they really get them ready for you onsite, very reliable) A great gift for Valentines

The only balls I'd allow to be thrown at my face. And those cookies...holy cookies! There aren't any words to describe righteously what these beautiful treats will do to you. But if I was to die and I had to have my last meal, it would be these cookies and these balls of goodness + a large cup of Cortado. Amazing Tinyb! Brilliant...drool.
