Me and my foodie best friend are both Clapham residents and we both were curious to check this new place. We were pleasantly surprised. We had 2 starters, the pork and the crispy beef, and then 2 mains, the pork belly crying tiger and the beef rib rendang plus the rice and the sautéed salad. Everything was really good, and the service was excellent, fast and efficient. The wine we had was also the perfect match with our dishes. No faults to mention, perhaps the only thing that was not perfect was the beef rib rendang, a bit too dry, instead of the melt in the mouth meat that my friend was expecting. We will definitely be back to try the sea bass and the rest of the menu.

The ambience was excellent, creating a lovely atmosphere for the evening. The customer service was very kind and attentive, though I’d recommend that the staff work on giving more confident food recommendations – I mentioned this as positive feedback in person. Two minor disappointments was that there was NO olive oil available 😖 and we couldn’t use the 25% discount code valid for the week - regardless, 10% was applied to the bill in the end. I really appreciated that we were asked if we enjoyed the food and what could be improved – such humbleness is refreshing to see. The Crying Tiger was absolutely delicious and a highlight of the meal! 5 ⭐️

We had the most incredible meal here! Between two we had 3 small plates and two mains which was more than enough. The flavours in each dish were incredible and complemented each other really well. The staff were really hospitable and attentive. Can’t wait to come back.

Nice decor and cool concept to have on Clapham High Street, but we were unfortunately let down by the food. The first 2-3 bites of everything was great and an explosion of flavours, but after that it felt very samey and one dimensional. Specifically, the green herby sauce that seemed to be made in a big batch and poured over half of the dishes (the pork belly main, the seabass main, the cod masala paratha...) The standout dish in our opinion was the beef laab which was actually delicious from start to finish. We had gone as part of their opening discounted deal but think they miscalculated the discount and overcharged us. We wouldn't return, but if you're a fan of these kinds of flavours and specifically love fresh mint and coriander you should give it a go.

Amazing food and service! Sam was super lovely and helpful! He was attentive to all details and super nice. The restaurant vibe is great and the music too. We’re definitely coming back!

We had the most lovely meal at Tirak for my friends birthday! We shared loads of small plates and everything was delicious - the tofu and beef dishes were our favourite. Service was fantastic and they were so attentive with it being a special occasion - definitely recommend!

The best dinning experience I've had in some time. Staff were very polite and helpful. THE FOOD, wow just wow. Amazing flavours and good portions. Cocktails were as good as the food. Highly recommend

Food was unbelievable, couldn’t pick a favourite or least favourite they were all that good. Best new open in Clapham I’ve been to for a while! Lovely decor inside and staff (especially Natalie) were great. Will defo be coming back.
