Tisane

This was one of my favorite Michelin experiences EVER. I went for a solo dinner. The open kitchen is awesome to watch them cook, the ambiance and atmosphere was fun, lively and vibrant. The Sommelier was very active, attendant and did a great job with the wines as well as explaining them. The food was out of this world, the flavors were great, presentation phenomenal, the pace of service was excellent. Service was roughly around 3 hours so plan accordingly and it was worth every minute of it.

Absolutely blown away! Each dish was a masterpiece, with thoughtful explanations that made the flavors and ingredients shine even brighter. I loved hearing the details behind each dish – it added so much depth to the experience. The wine pairings were equally impressive, with each choice carefully explained so I could truly appreciate how it complemented the food. This attention to detail made the whole experience feel so personalized and enjoyable. Huge shoutout to the team for creating such a magical, delicious, and memorable night – can’t wait to come back for more!

Stunning and delicious. We called a bit late and got a cancelled table at the last minute. The restaurant is beautifully arranged - you sit at a concrete “bar” circling the kitchen, perfect to observe the chef working on his art. Excellent service and the food is just incredible. Worth every euro! Bonus mention for the great wine pairing and the tasty beer 😋

Fabulous dining & pairing experience. Everything was extremely tasty, especially the Tomato Sorbet, still remember the taste after 2 years... They even prepared everything gluten-free for me, chef and his team were well-aware.

We had a wonderful time with Rene and team during our visit to Tisane. The restaurant with its 16 seats offers a quite intimate experience, still allowing for private conversations and romantic atmosphere. Interactions with the chef Rene and someliere Martina are casual and informative, and they're doing a great job at making sure the guests are welcome and appreciated. The food and pairings were extraordinary, with chef Rene presenting many interesting ideas. I was impressed with pretty much every course, just part of the main course for me was not on a par with the other fantastic dishes. We'll be back!

Fabulous choice for an evening out. Flavors and textures expertly balanced. Service is impeccable and interactions with Chef Rene Stein are woven throughout. This should be on your list when visiting Nuremberg.

A real gem in the heart of Nurnberg. Stunning interior decor with inox and concrete blending beautifully to create a New York like feeling. Every dish served was a culinary experience. Flavours, textures, and colours, are combined immaculately to deliver a flavoursome journey that will please the most demanding customer. A Michelin star(s) level restaurant and a must visit!
