This was one of my favorite Michelin experiences EVER. I went for a solo dinner. The open kitchen is awesome to watch them cook, the ambiance and atmosphere was fun, lively and vibrant. The Sommelier was very active, attendant and did a great job with the wines as well as explaining them.
The food was out of this world, the flavors were great, presentation phenomenal, the pace of service was excellent.
Service was roughly around 3 hours so plan accordingly and it was worth every minute of it.
