TISK Speisekneipe offered decent food with a variety of sharing dishes. We especially liked the sausage dish. However, the overall experience was just okay. We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness—one of our wine glasses wasn’t clean and even had a small spider and its web on it. This took away from the otherwise pleasant vibe. There's definitely room for improvement.

Tisk provides a creative and intriguing dining experience with dishes that are unique and imaginative. While the menu is full of surprises, the overall concept felt a bit disjointed, as the plates didn’t seem to complement each other. At least, I didn't grasp it. The modern decor is sleek but could use a touch more warmth to feel inviting. The staff were exceptionally friendly, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. However, small details, like promptly clearing unused glasses or empty small dishes between courses, could enhance the experience. The €10 charge for "unlimited water" seemed steep, especially as it might have been tap water, and the cocktail selection was a bit underwhelming. Despite these points, we had a great time and meaningful conversation. A nice spot to try once!

We had dinner here for our anniversary. The service was fabulous, friendly, helpful and prompt. We had the bread and koji butter and the mushroom starter and both were fabulous and tasty. We shared the chicken for a main which was way too much for 2 people, we got less than halfway through it. It was very tender and tasty, and the roasted carrots were beautiful. The menu was rather restrictive with only three mains to chose from (and one required sharing between 2-4 people), and only 2 desserts, one of which wasn’t available.

The food was good. I like all the courses except for the ozen egg with kale. The fish, beef and dessert courses were wonderful. While it was value for money for the wine pairing set, it was too much wine for me. Also all the paired wines were white and only 1 red (for the beef course). Overall it was a fun experience, cool casual vibe and pretty decent service. Will come back for a different menu.

I had a pleasant evening at this restaurant, where the warm and inviting ambiance was a highlight, particularly the excellent lighting that created a cozy atmosphere. The culinary offerings were intriguing, blending complex dishes with the simplicity of homegrown ingredients. I especially enjoyed the fried cauliflower, which was exceptionally well-prepared. The flavors were bold and intricate, though occasionally a bit overwhelming. One downside was the bread with butter—while the bread and butter themselves were of high quality, the large salt crystals in the butter overpowered the more delicate flavors. The staff were very polite and professional, and the pricing felt fair for the high standard of food and service provided. It would be great to see an English menu added for broader accessibility.

We had an exceptional fine dining experience that offered a variety of menus to suit different preferences, including both vegan and non-vegan options. Each dish was incredibly flavorful, showcasing expert ingredient combinations. Additionally, the staff was attentive and amiable, ensuring our needs were met throughout the meal.

Delightful. Contrary to other reviews, for the price point you're getting more than enough value here. The mushroom tartare is the winner. That is easily one star material, for sure. So multilayered and complex. So comforting. So autumnal. Truly a memorable dish. The beef breast was super tasty and the portion very generous. The top was crunchy and the inner was juicy and tender. The wine choice was a dornfelder.... a discreet accompaniment to the boldness of the meat which I thought was just right. The sauces were delicious but they were mere spectators, as the meat holds its own spectacularly. The mussels were a fun dish, too. Wine pairing mostly on point with hardly any faltering. Highly recommended if you are into similar concepts such as Barra, etc. When peak oil starts hitting hard, this is hopefully going to be the (necessary) future of gastronomy.

outstanding. vey pleasant restaurant with a small exciting menu. well priced interesting drinks. carrots 🥕 in their own juice are excellent. black pudding is schmeckt lecker Pork belly and Halibut very good on the small side for a portion. Halibut is delicate and i appreciate it but its not exciting cooked ever so slightly more. the strudel is delicious could do with ice cream. service is attentive and efficient and the atmosphere is good
