"Not a country house hotel, but a country retreat; the former implies some aristocratic formality, while the latter, at least in the case of Titchwell Manor, simply means a luxurious yet unpretentious escape by the Norfolk coast, in a Victorian farmhouse and its renovated outbuildings, all updated in a playful and eclectic style, mixing period details with vintage and modern furniture." - Mark Fedeli
Stayed for 1 night at the end of a Norfolk trip and we were very impressed with the Shepherds hut. The detail and the quality were fantastic. Lovely toiletries. The huts have a private hot tub which was a welcome way to unwind at the end of a holiday. Breakfast was amazing. Very polite reception and resturant staff. Would recommend.

We were very pleased to have stayed 4 nights at this lovely modernised hotel. It’s very comfortable, very clean, happy staff, first class breakfasts with one of the best buffet. We dined trice and were delighted with the choices on the menu and the dishes from this creative kitchen. We’ll be back!

A very enjoyable stay at the Manor. The room was clean and comfortable overlooking the well kept garden. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.|We ate twice in the restaurant the food was very good I had the lobster which was cooked to perfection. I would also recommend the kippers if you want an alternative to a full English.|To our surprise they also do a happy hour 5-6 where you can purchase 2 for one cocktails and wine.|The location is superb for the beach, wildlife and a great walk on the coastal path which has several stop offs for refreshments.|I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing break.

We have just stayed at Titchwell Manor for a couple of nights and it was a lovely experience. Our room and all areas of the hotel were spotless. The room was well equipped with everything you could need and tea, coffee, bottled water and homemade biscuits. The bathroom had a great selection of toiletries too and the shower was hot and powerful! The staff were friendly and helpful. Aranka was especially lovely. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection of items to choose from. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring locally with walks from the doorstep. We will definitely be back!

We have just come back from spending a night at the Titchwell Manor.
I have to say we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The room was brilliant, the food at the restaurant was superb with an extensive wine card and the staff was helpful and welcoming.
We will certainly return.

We had a lovely stay in a room with hot tub. Great food that was fresh and good quality. Service was attentive and we really enjoyed our stay.
Only small pieces, the hot tub is just a 'hot tub' so hot water with no jets so bear that in mind. You may need to walk from the garden to the restaurant so flat shoes are helpful!

This is the seventh time we have visited. It is a beautiful little hotel with great service and lovely food. However my only criticism is if you stay for more than two nights and choose to dine there, they do not change the menu . We stayed four nights and did not want the same food every night. Fair enough if they do not want to change the menu but surely if it alternated daily for three or four nights more clients would be inclined to fine there. Having said this we will be returning. But please change the menu

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and delicious dinner. The room was very comfortable and lots of amenities to make it a really pleasant stay. So peaceful and even a free electric charging point. Unfortunately it was let down by the breakfast. The cold buffet table wasn’t replenished, the service wasn’t as good as in the evening and our poached eggs were hard, sausages could have been better quality.
