I had a very unpleasant experience with the night shift employee, Yolanda. I returned a pair of underwear that was unused and still had the original tag on it, but she rudely claimed they were used and even told another employee the same thing. Her behavior was unprofessional, insulting, and embarrassing. Customers should always be treated with respect, and this experience left me with a very negative impression of the store.
