T.J. Maxx

Large variety of beauty products. Low priced clothes. Couldn't find t shirts for juniors or tops that aren't crop tops. Seems to be an issue lately at multiple stores like Burlington, tj Maxx, Ross, even at some mall stores. Cashier was friendly, but also stopped a few times while checking me out to turn around and talk to coworkers. I thought that was a little rude. I need to return something that doesn't work, so hopefully I don't run into any problems.

Good store to shop for clothing and other things if you are on a budget. There seems to be a lot of selection of inventory. Employees were cordial and the store was clean, which says a lot for upstanding management. Plenty of parking.

Stores a little messy. Ran into to get a water bottle. Checkout line is pretty quick! Employees are pretty helpful and nice. You can find a lot of stuff if you just look around if you have the time. The holiday decorations aren’t too bad if you’re looking for something inexpensive.

Clean and nice store. Aziza gave me no customer service when she checked me out on register at 12:24pm on 6/13. I walked to her register there was complete silence. No, “Hello” or anything. That was an unfortunate situation because I really liked the store, but please coach your cashiers on friendliness and pleasantries while at work.

Lots of great products, from basic brands to high end brands. The prices are definitely reasonable. My only dislike is the clutter… there is so much everywhere that I didn’t want to search.

This location has gone downhill fast. Clothes aren't sized correctly on the hangers. You have to really dig to find your size.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the night shift employee, Yolanda. I returned a pair of underwear that was unused and still had the original tag on it, but she rudely claimed they were used and even told another employee the same thing. Her behavior was unprofessional, insulting, and embarrassing. Customers should always be treated with respect, and this experience left me with a very negative impression of the store.

Just walked out without buying anything because a young woman that was working the front, looked at my friend while she was trying to look at the reusable bags with her daughter, and she proceeds to tell her "You need to wait down there until you are called on." It was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never be coming to this store again and customers should be allowed to shop around while waiting to be checked out. That's the reason a que line exist in the first place.
