T.J. Maxx

This T.J. Maxx location is great! I have been looking for blouses for the office and it has been difficult to locate not even at Ross for whatever reason. I found an excellent selection. The line to checkout was extremely long however the awesome cashier's got everyone through very quickly. The prices are great. Highly recommend!!

Great selection of items! I was looking for a purse in a specific color, and they had a lot of styles to choose from at very reasonable prices. The only issue I had was I found a pair of sunglasses that I was going to purchase. When I got to the checkout, after several people trying, it was determined that the security tab couldn't be removed, so I had forgo purchasing them. It was a shame, as they fit perfectly and were a great price. Staff were friendly and really tried to help, but in the end, it was impossible.

Employees are so nice and friendly, they took time to even help me find things and give me honest opinions. It was my first time coming to this location and I will 100% come back. Everything is clean, organized and tidy.

I am a regular customer at the Preston location and have always enjoyed shopping there. However, today I had an extremely unpleasant experience during checkout. The cashier lady was speaking very loudly — loud enough that the entire store could hear her. I politely and quietly asked if she could lower her voice, as I prefer a quieter interaction. I simply hoped to complete my checkout peacefully. Unfortunately, the situation became very uncomfortable after that. She continued speaking just as loudly and stated that “that’s who she is” and that nobody is going to change her or tell her to change. She then looked at her coworker, laughed, and repeated that she would not change for anyone. She even began loudly singing about how that is just who she is. As I walked toward the exit, she followed behind me and continued loudly repeating that nobody could change her, making sure everyone around could hear. It was extremely embarrassing and she was bullying still. This was one of the most frustrating and uncomfortable checkout experiences I have ever had. The level of unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service was very disappointing. I sincerely hope management reviews the store footage and addresses this matter appropriately.

TJ Maxx is so cool whenever me and my son go we just end up looking at random stuff and even buy them. The candles are amazing and the prices are unbelievable!

I almost fainted here because the air doesn’t work and I’m 8 months pregnant. It’s really bad here, Especially in the summer time. They only put fans by the workers instead of the whole store. Dangerous. Also the buggy’s can barely fit down the aisle because they are so close

Good store to shop for clothing and other things if you are on a budget. There seems to be a lot of selection of inventory. Employees were cordial and the store was clean, which says a lot for upstanding management. Plenty of parking.

Stores a little messy. Ran into to get a water bottle. Checkout line is pretty quick! Employees are pretty helpful and nice. You can find a lot of stuff if you just look around if you have the time. The holiday decorations aren’t too bad if you’re looking for something inexpensive.
