I had a very unpleasant experience with the night shift employee, Yolanda. I returned a pair of underwear that was unused and still had the original tag on it, but she rudely claimed they were used and even told another employee the same thing. Her behavior was unprofessional, insulting, and embarrassing. Customers should always be treated with respect, and this experience left me with a very negative impression of the store.

Large variety of beauty products. Low priced clothes. Couldn't find t shirts for juniors or tops that aren't crop tops. Seems to be an issue lately at multiple stores like Burlington, tj Maxx, Ross, even at some mall stores. Cashier was friendly, but also stopped a few times while checking me out to turn around and talk to coworkers. I thought that was a little rude. I need to return something that doesn't work, so hopefully I don't run into any problems.

Clean and nice store. Aziza gave me no customer service when she checked me out on register at 12:24pm on 6/13. I walked to her register there was complete silence. No, “Hello” or anything. That was an unfortunate situation because I really liked the store, but please coach your cashiers on friendliness and pleasantries while at work.

Lots of great products, from basic brands to high end brands. The prices are definitely reasonable. My only dislike is the clutter… there is so much everywhere that I didn’t want to search.

This location has gone downhill fast. Clothes aren't sized correctly on the hangers. You have to really dig to find your size.

Just walked out without buying anything because a young woman that was working the front, looked at my friend while she was trying to look at the reusable bags with her daughter, and she proceeds to tell her "You need to wait down there until you are called on." It was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never be coming to this store again and customers should be allowed to shop around while waiting to be checked out. That's the reason a que line exist in the first place.

Good store to shop for clothing and other things if you are on a budget. There seems to be a lot of selection of inventory. Employees were cordial and the store was clean, which says a lot for upstanding management. Plenty of parking.

Racially Profiled today. Went in to purchase some bathroom items. Followed by the same man for the 30 min duration of my shopping trip. saw him walk past me 4-5 times. He only had baby wipes in his cart. Never picked up another item! When I realized I was being followed I started following him! Then I mentioned it doesn’t feel good being followed right? He immediately gets in the checkout line as do I. I watch him check out and then with his “purchase” he walks in the back of the store .. never actually leaving the store. I asked for a manager to report the issue and they gaslit me. She told me there is no such man that works there however I recorded this incident! Asked for their corporate hotline and she provides me with the general hotline. Ask for email nothing. Get it together or it’s gonna cost your company big time!! Once is a coincidence. Twice is a pattern. Why would I risk my freedom and reputation for $100 worth of discounted home goods ????? Get serious and tighten up!
