T.J. Maxx

I am a loyal customer of TJ Maxx. It sells very good brands at great affordable prices. Customers can find a great variety of hand bags, belts, shoes, jewelry, and clothes. There are women, men, kids, pets, and cosmetic sections. In addition there are great variety of home decor and goods. Besides, we can find home decor for each season. Yesterday, I went back to buy a gift for my grandson, and I found a dinosaur and a Dinosaur book and bought both of them because my grandson loves dinosaurs. The store has restrooms and fitting rooms. The workers are nice and polite and the store looks clean and organized. I highly recommend it.

5319 FM 1960 be very careful The cashier was charging me for 2 ghost items, it's a theft! If I didn't realize it I was going to pay an extra $54.10

This location was well organized and had some great selections however the manager Kristen took take some lessons on appropriate customer service. The cashier Ms. Annette made up for it with her kindness and efficient checkout.

The beauty department needs organizing and they need to start putting high end skincare/makeup in a locked box cause those items always be missing. Had a friendly checkout with cashier.

Remembered a wider variety of selections here nevertheless nothing to be alarmed about still good for mostly everything you're looking for

The store is okay but it does not have as much product variety as other clothing stores. Still a good option to do shopping

I first went into the store to buy some items and when I got home one of the items wasn’t put in my bag. I went back the next day to either get a refund or the item I purchased. The white lady with a weird accent that’s a manager at tj maxx told me there was nothing she could do because she didn’t believe me and they couldn’t find the item. I decided to go back a day when she wasn’t there because I’ve had problems with her before and found the item right in plane sight. I left the store and the item is completely broken. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Avoid this store at all cost!! Horrible managers, horrible customer service, messy, crowded, dirty store. Merchandise totes in the middle of shopping passageways. Don’t even look at the jewelry inside the glass cases because if you ask for assistance you will be waiting at least 15-20 mins. Horrible will not be going back to that location even though it’s closest to me.
