T.J. Maxx

I am a loyal customer of TJ Maxx. It sells very good brands at great affordable prices. Customers can find a great variety of hand bags, belts, shoes, jewelry, and clothes. There are women, men, kids, pets, and cosmetic sections. In addition there are great variety of home decor and goods. Besides, we can find home decor for each season. Yesterday, I went back to buy a gift for my grandson, and I found a dinosaur and a Dinosaur book and bought both of them because my grandson loves dinosaurs. The store has restrooms and fitting rooms. The workers are nice and polite and the store looks clean and organized. I highly recommend it.

Jerry was awesome! He made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in, and he even checked on us during our shopping experience. I had my arms full and he went and grabbed a cart!! Super nice of you Jerry!! Thank you

The beauty department needs organizing and they need to start putting high end skincare/makeup in a locked box cause those items always be missing. Had a friendly checkout with cashier.

Just left this place and had a really disappointing experience. I’ve never had an issue here before, but today I tried to return an item I bought only 3 days ago with my receipt. The manager, Michelle, refused the return and claimed the item was used. The item was not used, and she still refused to issue the return. This is the first time I’ve had a problem at any of these stores, and I shop often at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and HomeGoods. Michelle made me feel as if I was trying to steal, which was upsetting and completely unnecessary. Honestly, her attitude and behavior are not what I would expect from a manager or supervisor.

This location is super nice and put together. Much different than I remember from their past location down the street. The store was super clean and the staff were very helpful. 💚🍀

This location was well organized and had some great selections however the manager Kristen took take some lessons on appropriate customer service. The cashier Ms. Annette made up for it with her kindness and efficient checkout.

5319 FM 1960 be very careful The cashier was charging me for 2 ghost items, it's a theft! If I didn't realize it I was going to pay an extra $54.10

The items here are so cute and cheap , the pj designs are beautiful. Great place to shop for any home decor
