What a wonderful vegan spot! I went last night with my stepdad who was visiting from Arizona and is not a vegan (I am the vegan, lol.) we had a great time! The vibe is really great here! We started with the TLC Basket which was chicken fried oyster mushroom with sriracha mayo. For my entree, I had the Lions Mane steak with polenta and veggies, and my stepdad had the pesto bow tie pasta with vegan chicken. Everything was really good! I am looking forward to returning and bring more friends and family to try this wonderful spot! Our server was very friendly and attentive as well. 5 star experience!

Google
A wonderful vegan restaurant that serves food that is good for your health and wellbeing. There are some items that is not body safe. Majority of the menu is top notch in the quality of products you can consume. The customer service is super amazing. Everyone is very attentive. The energy is amazing in this place. They attract beautiful souls to this place. It’s magical. My favorite is the chicken pesto lasagna it’s packed with flavor. The fried cauliflower is fried to perfection literally the best cauliflower I have had to date. The gluten free chocolate cake blew my mind it was so delicious. It’s a challenge to find people who can make delicious healthy vegan deserts. I’m a huge fan of lions mane and the dish lacked flavor it needed more seasoning. It was cooked tender and juicy. I love that. Also the basil oil sauce was good when I dipped the palato in it. That lacked flavor as well. It was cooked perfectly though. The macaroni was cooked well it just lacked a lot of flavor. It’s very light and for those who follow me knows I love a lot of flavor. I enjoy my whole body vibrating when I eat. It lets me know my soul is happy. The orange blossom mocktail was very good as well. Highly recommend you try this restaurant. You will find items you enjoy! Quality of food : 9 Authenticity of food (natural organic non toxic) 8 Taste and essence : 9 Presentation & Service : 10 Hospitality & Environment : 10 Price-value : 10 Cleanliness :10 Divine’s Final Rating : 9/10

We arrived at 7:45, well before closing at 9, but still waited 10 minutes to be seated and another 15 before anyone even took our order. The waitress then informed us—one at a time—that they were out of the first, second, and third dishes my husband wanted, each time running back to the kitchen to check. Mind you, the menu was already limited. We settled on the vegan lasagna, which arrived with stale, butter-drenched bread (read: oil-soaked) and a disappointingly small portion of lasagna featuring whole chunks of squash—for $17. We ate purely out of necessity. To top it off, the waitress rang my card incorrectly and had to take it back to fix it. Our to-go dessert, which we tried in the car, was a melted mess that tasted like the frozen treats you eat as a kid. None of this is to be rude, but maybe having more than one person working the floor would’ve helped.

Google
I think I should have ordered something else for my entree. I had the lasagna but the flavor was off. It was served swimming in a pool of tomato sauce that was way too peppery. I expected more onion, garlic and Italian herbs but the black pepper was everywhere and over powering the rest of the flavors. Brussel sprouts were among the best I've had. I'm sure they can cook but that lasagna recipe just wasn't for me.

Google
This is a must for me every month when I visit Texas for work. Dining in is best because it’s such a pleasant, lovely dining area and the staff is top notch, but the food is just as good when you have it delivered. I always get the bananas foster dessert, even if I save it for my morning coffee. It’s ridiculously good. As far as dinners, you can’t go wrong trying anything. I do have a couple faves like Chef Troy’s lasagna and the frito pie when that’s in the menu.

Google
The food here was good and I highly recommend. The menu offers a variety of options to choose from. The brussel sprouts were a great appetizer and there was a good mixture of flavors with the pineapples. I ordered the General Tso’s TLC Dinner and it was chef’s kiss! The General Tso’s TLC Dinner was a good portion. I ordered the lasagna to go and the flavor was good. The butter cream cake was moist and yummy! Looking forward to trying this spot for brunch on Sundays!

Google
My daughter and I truly LOVED our meal choices. She ordered the nachos...and swore that the sauce was 'cheese' queso. Although it wasn't it was hard to tell the difference....just look at her plate. For me, I had the lasagna. It was really good! The garlic toast...my God is the best bread I've ever had. I ordered seconds. And, the Strawberry Lemonade is to die for. This was our first plant based restaurant experience....It was awesome. I will say it was pricey. However, it is to be expected with the all natural plant based ingredients needed to make each meal.

Google
Very nice vegetarian restaurant in Richardson TX, and an eclectic Valentines Day Menu today. Chef Troy never disappoints!

Yelp
Completely delicious! We ate outside which was lovely. The food did not take long to come out, unlike some other people have said, but we were there on a less-crowded night. Some of the food is a bit salty for my taste, but I really enjoyed the caesar salad and fried chicken. The strawberry cake for dessert was absolutely incredible. Chef Troy even came out and said hello at the end!

Pari P.

Yelp
More than the food I was extremely impressed by the service! They truly take the time to get to know what you are looking for and make amazing suggestions! I even got a free dessert because they took a bit too long in getting our food out. The food was not my favorite. Even though they have a wide variety of options the ones I tried were a bit bland. I have been back to try the lasagna and did not like it that much either. Was kinda disappointed as I really hoped that I would love this place! I would still recommend you check this place out and try smth new !

Yelp
This was my first time at TLC Vegan Cafe, and it was amazing, the service was good. Don't go if you in a rush because it is called TLC FOR A REASON. I could tell the chefs took pride in how they prepared the plates with perfection(Tinder loving care). You will not be disappointed. The dessert was absolutely delicious, not too sweet and for it to be vegan, it was quite tasty. The ambience was fit for a quiet evening with that special someone.

Yelp
I think what we ordered was just solid A OK vegan food. If your a real vegan, it's mediocre vegan food, if your NOT vegan, it's good for sure. This is also ONLY the items we got. I can't speak for the whole menu. What we ordered: Ginger lemonade- too sweet for me and too much ice but it was good. Nacho app- HUGE.. VERY SOLID nachos and the vegan queso is cool. Definitely need to be in a group larger than 2 folks unless you want left overs. Chicken and waffles- their oyster mushrooms were over seasoned. So just a pinch less and it would have been fantastic. Waffle was huge and crispy. Chicken and grits- the grits came with gravy. Skip the gravy and tone down the seasoning of the mushrooms and bam. Great meal. Side of house made breakfast sausage, DELICIOUS! HOLY COW that's a darn good sausage. Favorite item we had. They split the check as our waitress noticed we had to cards out which was so helpful. She was really nice, no complaints with the service or parking. Overall, a decent experience. This is only for the brunch menu items we tried today.

Yelp
Love this place! Love the food! Service is great and better when I first came and when they first started. The place is nice and quaint and casual.

Rakshak R.

Yelp
great food- the frito pie was great, burger could have used some sort of sauce/aioli, the cake could have been just a little more moist. However, the food was still exceptional and the service was top tier. highly recommend to those wanting to experience fine plant based dining! Ambiance has a nice style, the interior is a bit small but seating is relatively spaced out. edit- tried the lasagna and the arrabatia pasta. Felt both of these dishes were pretty bland but the presentation was nice. Do not know if it is worth the price however.

Aaron G.

Yelp
In my opinion, this place has the best vegan food in DFW. It's great to eat vegan food that isn't just fried mushrooms and has deep flavor profiles.

Eva R.

Yelp
THE WAIT IS CRAZY !!!!!!! the cake was HARD. when asking the waiter how long is this gonna take.I was ignored

Ron G.

Yelp
The Traditional Lasagne we ordered for $18, was mediocre at best, including the white bread that accompanies it. Presentation is great-food, not so much. The lasagne was 3.5" square, the red sauce it sat in was bland and watery. We didn't order any of the food that you can buy in a grocery store and heat up, such as the vegan patties. A restaurant that truly has a chef, shouldn't serve these items. Having been a vegan for thirteen years now, I've eaten in vegan restaurants all over Europe and in many of the states in the U.S. and found this menu and food to be to be lacking in quality and too expensive.

Yelp
Finally got a chance to try this new vegan restaurant with a couple of my girlfriends, one of which is vegan. She is like me and is very particular about her food. So, I knew I'd she recommended it, it's gotta be good. Upon arriving, the restaurant gives a nice, comfy and relaxed vibe. The place isn't very large. So, considering the number of folks eating, I'd recommend making reservations to secure your spot. We started with the Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Pineapple. The Brussels Sprouts were delicious and perfectly crispy. Loved the flavor. Pineapple was a bit of a shocker and took me a minute to get used to it. For my main course, I ordered Fried TLC Chick'N Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries. I am NOT a mushroom fan. At all. So, ordering a sandwich made with oyster mushrooms was me venturing out of my comfort zone and being adventurous. I must say I was pleasantly impressed with the flavor and texture! There wasn't an overwhelming mushroom flavor or texture to it, which was perfect. The sweet potato fries were addicting for sure. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and the food. I definitely plan on going again. My BFF is vegan, and I'm going to take her here for dinner one night. I know she would just love it. My only problem, and it's a good problem to have, is that everything on the menu sounds so good that I want a sampler platter to try it all!

Trina W.

Yelp
It was late, I was hungry and my chances of finding a good vegan meal were slim. Then I stumbled upon TLC Vegan and ordered for delivery. Even though the restaurant had "vegan" in the title, I called to be sure the lasagna was fully vegan. The lady that answered the phone was super friendly and explained that everything there is vegan. When my food arrived it was just as described and absolutely delicious. I'm excited to have another great vegan option to choose.

Chelsea G.

Yelp
The food here is so good. You can tell how much care and knowledge that Chef Troy Gardner puts into the menu and each item offered. We had: -Crispy Brussels Sprouts and Pineapples -Dinner Salad -Chef Troy's B.L.A.C (Bacon, Lettuce, Avo, Tindle Chicken) *Pictured -Broccoli and Quinoa Salad -Chilli Cheese Brat & Fries EVERYTHING we had was absolutely amazing. If you aren't in the area, make the trip. Sooo worth it!! Some of the best Vegan food in DFW!

Yelp
First time trying vegan food in all 40 years of my life, and let me tell you... This place is amazing. All my life I've been a meat lovers kinda gal. If the dish didn't include a meat, then it was best served as an appetizer. We ordered the truffle fries, the TLC basket, shared the TLC crispy chicken dinner and found room for dessert. Every single thing was delicious and not once did I think "man, I wish I was eating meat". If it's your first time trying vegan dishes, I highly recommend this place. We received fantastic service from Key on a Sunday night. I can't wait to go back for brunch. Reservations are encouraged.

Phillip B.

Yelp
This is possibly the best vegan spot in the Dallas area. Or at least on of my top places! Everything is good, as you can see I went for dinner and brunch. The peach cobbler was the best I've ever had. The chef is great! Tastes like every meal is made with love and comfort. 10/10 recommend and will be back

Chana J.

Yelp
Ambience is good ingredients all fresh and made in house. The feta cheese is amazing and house made ice creams are great. We had the 4 course tasting menu for $50 pp + there was also a 6 course tasting for $90 and you can pair with wine for $35 they should also offer a non alcoholic pairing that would be fun too!

Mitali S.

Yelp
Our server Zach was very friendly and kind. Nice ambiance cute for brunch or date. Food was good but too oily for my preference. The biscuits were 10/10! I can't-wait to try other dishes here.

Kristal W.

Yelp
On Friday evening, a friend and I wanted to try this spot as we had heard great things. I ordered Frito Chili Pie as I had been craving one for a few weeks and hadn't made it. It was excellent. If no one would have told me, I never would have thought it was vegan. My friend ordered fried mushrooms. I do not like mushrooms, but I tried it since she offered. It did not taste like mushrooms and it had a really good flavor. The server was well versed in the menu and was very polite. I will be back to try other items.

Yo L.

Yelp
I'm not a vegan but the food is good and I tried several items that were absolutely delicious. Nice quaint location.

Max B.

Yelp
I got the Crispy TLC Breakfast to go and it was amazing! The seasoning on the fried oyster mushrooms was great. They were so crispy and flavorful, better than most of the fried chicken I've had in my day. And it's not trying to be fried chicken, the recipe is something unique. Loved the potatoes and the tofu scramble. I literally drank the left over mushroom gravy out of the container by itself, it was so good. I wish had time to actually dine in to get the full experience but my take out order was wonderful. I went on Sunday and it was crowded, so plan accordingly. Great place to bring someone skeptical of plant based options. This was so delicious you'd have to be missing your taste buds not to enjoy.

Re M.

Yelp
This is a nice, cozy little vegan spot in Richardson. It's a small place so there weren't many people there. Customer service was great. Here's why I only gave 3 stars. I ordered the nachos which upon first look, it appears that it is a pretty good serving. I will admit that I was not able to eat it all but once I was done with the top layer, there wasn't any of the toppings. Mostly only chips. As far as taste, it was ok. One more thing is that it would be great if they offered half portions on the shareable items for individuals that may be dining alone. But I would definitely go again and try something else.

Rekha B.

Yelp
I was really excited to try this place after I learned that Troy Gardener was involved with it. Totally delivers! Some of the best vegan cuisine in the area, cant wait for their seasonal menu :)

Mereen J.

Yelp
We checked out TLC Vegan Cafe back in February 2023 and I gotta write an honest review about this place! So we had a party of four - my husband, our moms and myself and we made a last minute reservation, but came in earlier because we were nearby. They had us seated in about 10-15 minutes. We took a little time ordering our food, but I thank all the stars that we ordered an appetizer. We were already hungry so we went in on our Buffalo Cauliflower Wings and thank goodness we did because otherwise we would have gotten HANGRY! We had to wait ONE HOUR for our entrees and it wasn't just us. We saw someone else get our food at one point, but figured they had ordered the same thing...NOPE! It seems that a bus boy had accidentally served everyone's food in the wrong order or something...and I believe they were also understaffed. During the entire hour the waitstaff only came by once. The chef came out to apologize towards the end, but it was mostly him saying how English is not the busboy's first language and how they are understaffed. Didn't seem like anyone was wanting to take accountability and they weren't planning to do anything to compensate us, until my husband spoke up and they offered us dessert. I understand times are tough and I love supporting local businesses for that reason, but if we had to wait over ONE hour for our meal (it was one hour from when I took the picture of the app to the entree meaning we had ordered the entree earlier) and nobody in management can take accountability, then that's not good customer service. The customer isn't always right, but in this scenario a dessert does not give us back our time or money. The food itself was delicious, but was that because I was extra hungry? No, it was actually pretty good...nothing mind-blowing, but to someone that's new to vegan food you would enjoy it. I hope they have gotten more staff to help them out! FOOD * Buffalo Cauliflower Wings * Chicken Fried Steak Dinner (using Impossible Steak) * The S.O.S Burger * Impossible Cheesy Lasagna * Better Balance Arrabbiata * Bananas Foster Bread Pudding

Loreta W.

Yelp
As always, this is my go to feel good food whenever I'm in town! Great service by Ki! Makes us feel welcome and appreciated. Charcuterie has the best "Brie" I've ever tasted.

Stephen B.

Yelp
Great linner at TLC vegan! The Brussels sprouts are to die for. You can tell they have a chef's touch the way they are plated. Great balance of flavor and texture. We shared the chili cheese fries which were ok but wish the vegan cheese was a little richer, texturally. I got the chicken dinner (oyster mushroom version) and absolutely loved it! Very generous portion. Definitely recommend trying oyster mushrooms if you haven't already. I didn't love the extra button mushrooms in the gravy, but it was a well-balanced dish. It was a little hot in there but it is also 100 degrees today. Very nice comfortable ambiance. Service was friendly and fast: we will definitely return!

J H.

Yelp
First time trying a vegan restaurant. I ordered the chicken fried portobello mushroom with mushroom gravy it was very tasty but I found hair on my veggies so that was a turn off and i saw another review with the same complaint. So maybe hair nets of some sort would be good. The lasagna was good too! Would try again.

Melanie P.

Yelp
Service was great. But, it wasn't all that and not very flavorful. Feel like everything was store bought.

Jim B.

Yelp
Just had a birthday dinner for my granddaughter at TLC. She is the family vegetarian, but we were all excited to try this new restaurant experience. We were not disappointed. The vegan nachos were excellent. From lasagna to hot chicken sandwiches, everything tasted great. The service was top-notch. the restaurant is a warm, cozy space, but it has a very cool vibe. Suffice to say that all of us enjoyed our experience immensely. Oh, I almost forgot dessert. Bread pudding. Chocolate sticky cake. Peach cobbler and vegan "ice cream." Delicious. I am not, nor plan to become, vegetarian. But I will return to this restaurant simply for the fun, the flavor, and the friendliness. It is stupendous.

Robert C.

Yelp
Ate there last night for the first time and we will be back! The food was well crafted and flavorful. The menu for the Sunday brunch is appealing and we are looking forward to trying it.

Jae G.

Yelp
The lasagna was mostly flavorless spaghetti sauce. I could eat it like a soup. Futhermore, it looked horrible.

Hailley S.

Yelp
First timer!! Food was delicious, 10/10 on everything we tried. Very nice atmosphere, gives off high end vibes. Presentation is great, service is amazing. Will be returning!!!

Edna F.

Yelp
GREAT VEGAN RESTAURANT!! This was our first ever Vegan restaurant experience. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! My husband and I along with another couple (one of which is vegan) decided to give this place a try. The ambiance is nice and casual. We were warmly greeted by our server, Destiny, who was more than happy to answer any questions and make suggestions . We ordered the 'chicken' with mashed potatoes and gravy and the Asian spicy 'chicken' with rice . Both dishes we're AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!! Thw fry on the 'chicken' was perfect - not greasy at all and very seasoned. My vegan friend stated that this was some of the BEST she's had. Our orders were generous portions and we were too full for dessert. This restaurant was not near our home (45 min away) but well worth the drive. Can't wait to go again!

Mariella T.

Yelp
I'm in awe of how delicious this food is. Probably the best vegan food in DFW with all things considered; service, wait times, taste, quality, and ambiance. Chef Troy has been a dallas hero for vegans, and nothing here disappoints. When I came here recently, it was so good that I immediately went to sign up for the new menu tasting that's coming up. Cannot wait to frequent this place for my new date spot and friend hang outs!

Steve S.

Yelp
Being on a business trip and being vegan is not a fun combo, especially when you have no car. I realized this restaurant was close to my hotel, so I kinda restrained from eating all day so I can indulge. I was greeted with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Even though it is a vegan restaurant they still took the time to make sure they were aware of any allergies. I decided to go full chili on the night and got chili fries, burger and brat. The chili was especially interesting, consisting of garbanzo beans and heavily pickled jalapeños. It was unique and delicious. I especially loved the fact they char cooked the burger and the brat, which gives it a unique taste and texture. What was especially good was the side of quinoa salad that came with the brat. It was a welcome palate cleanse after all of the chili. Needless to say, I highly recommend. We don't have much soul food vegan food in my home city, so it was a welcome change.

Shrelle T.

Yelp
I really wanted to Love this place!! This was my first time here, I came for Easter Brunch. We had a reservation and was seated right away. I was so excited to try the food. The wait for the waiter to come to the table wasn't bad considering it was Easter. The tofu scramble was good. I didn't like the sausage but it was cooked perfectly. The potatoes as you can see were burned to a crisp. I asked was that the consistency of them, they said yes or they would be soggy but brought me out another batch. I put some of those next to the first batch so you could see the difference in the 2nd pic. The jelly for the biscuit taste weird. The waffle was ok but the gravy they put on top was not good, had a grits consistency!! I'm on the fence if I would come back, I might give the dinner menu a chance!!

Sophia G.

Yelp
Reading the other reviews, I feel I came into this cafe at the wrong time and wrong day. It was very empty for a Saturday at lunch time. There was only one other table inside. And it took them quite some time to get me seated for some reason. Two people had to tell me I'll get seated soon as I continued to wait. I ordered the lasagna and that was a 1/10. Not only was my food not hot. But it was bland and overall just not good. There was more of this weird sauce than lasagna. And the garlic bread it came with was too hard to eat. It was not an enjoyable dish at all. Frankly, I make my own lasagna and it's 10xs better than the one I had here. $18 for lasagna and it didn't fill me up really feels like a waste. My fiancé had the SOS burger and that wasn't good either. The Mac n cheese inside was hard. And the burger itself fell flat as well. I was so excited when I saw the menu but upon seeing and tasting the food I'm just left disappointed.

Nadine J.

Yelp
Finally found a vegan soul food in Dallas that is EXCELLENT!!! Service Good Ambience Good. Just be warned you will wait a bit for your food.

Marissa D.

Yelp
We had dinner here on 11/24/24 and it ruined our evening. As a vegan, it pains me to give this place such a bad review, but this was the worst dining experience I have had in a long time. First, we waited 2 hours for our food--this is no exaggeration--we came at 5:30 and didn't get food until 7:30. My family (4 people) got their food at the 2 hour mark and my meal came an additional 20 minutes after that. We ordered pizza and pastas. We could see that the kitchen was prioritizing pick up orders. We could hear people complain that they were waiting 30 minutes for their pick up orders. They didn't realize that they had it good and us idiots in the restaurant were worse off. Second, our waiter was terrible and seemed to be high. He didn't communicate anything about the wait time. He didn't come by and get us more drinks while we waited. He basically ignored us for the 2 hours we waited. At the beginning, he started to take our order and then just walked away as we were talking. He lurked behind a large plant and watched us occasionally, which was unnerving. Third, one of our pizzas had burnt crust and one was fine. I was brought the wrong dish. At that point, I knew I had to eat it but when I told the waiter that I didn't order alfredo, I ordered pesto (I actually dislike alfredo). He looked blankly at me and said "you said alfredo" and walked away. The couple next to us was upset. We saw another table get up and leave in anger. If the waiter had communicated the wait time, we could have left too. Spending almost 3 hours at this place ended up running our after-dinner plans.

Ron W.

Yelp
Great food, well seasoned, a variety of options and dedicated service. The lasagna is a great option and the food does not taste like it is vegan

Kay S.

Yelp
This place has everything--excellent service, fantastic food, and a really cool vibe. I stopped in on a whim tired and ravenous. I got the potato leek soup and rabbit food salad, and I was blown away by how good it was and how big the portions were. I saw their nachos and their lasagna come out of the kitchen, and it looked spectacular. I took my leftover soup home to my carnivore husband , and he raved about it. I'm not vegan, but I will definitely be back!

Tiyane M.

Yelp
I tried this restaurant with one of my good friends who is vegan. She always goes to our choice of restaurant and just orders sides of veggies or a salad. I loved this restaurant! We were greeted by a very nice host and sat pretty quickly. This was a Friday evening so you may want to make a reservation. The space is small but quaint. I'm not vegan but am open to eating less meat/diary. I absolutely loved my meal! The "chicken" sandwich was delicious and flavorful! My fries were piping hot like I like them. Burn me! Wait! I almost forgot about the Brussel Sprouts! Amazing! I'll say they don't do well the next day but otherwise I loved my meal/experience and will go back!

Eunice K.

Yelp
this 1 star rating hurts me to put. the food is great, but there's more to a restaurant than good food. i've already been trained to expect an extra 15 min wait from the time my to go order is supposed to be ready from TLC Vegan. However today was the last straw....I ordered my food at 7:40pm. I walked out of the restaurant at 9:35pm with my food...the worst part of it all? There were no apologies and no explanations. Over 10 people waiting over an hour AT LEAST for their food, and all they did was ignore us. I get it...it can get crazy and I'm sure they were stressed as well I completely understand. But at least a "hey I'm sorry everyone we are experiencing delays and issues, we'll get your food out as soon as we can." would have made me feel better. Absolutely nothing, they just kept ignoring us. An apology and acknowledgement goes such a long way. The customer service is the entire reason I will not go back. Very disappointing because there are such limited vegan food spots in the area, but driving out to Downtown Dallas and picking up food would have been quicker in the end.

Kevin M.

Yelp
Fantastic first experience. The service was efficient and friendly, the food was well presented and very tasty. The dining room was small, but laid out very well and nicely decorated... even a very inviting patio. Whomever owns this restaurant knows what they are doing. I brought my non-vegan neighbor who was initially skeptical, but really enjoyed his lasagna. I had the avocado bean burger that contained 2 patties and lots of fresh toppings. The sweet potato waffle fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. Unlike some of the other vegan comfort food restaurants, the food was light and the menu had a great selection. Although we were there for dinner, I looked at the brunch menu and can't wait to come back for a post-ride feast. They are in the same parking lot as the Bike Mart where I sometimes join their Saturday morning group rides. I'll be back many times! Thanks for adding to the vegan options in Dallas. Plant power!!!

Twana A.

Yelp
Small but cozy, excellent service & food on a busy Saturday afternoon. I tried the pulled "pork" sandwich (9/10), fries 10/10), and tomato bisque (10/10). While waiting and watching other diners, I immediately had food envy. Everything I had was great but I look forward to trying more things on the menu too.

Fredrick D.

Yelp
The original review is over two years old. This review goes back to right before Easter 2023. The food, the staff and the atmosphere is all first-class to me. I appreciate watching the person I've been following on social media make my food in such an excellent manor. I truly appreciate all that they do here for the vegan food culture. Peace, Health and Wealth Always

Yelp
Amazing vegan southern food. Our favorite was the TLC"chicken" sandwich. The sauce definitely made it complete. The hibiscus lemonade is to die for! The ambiance is very inviting and upscaled. I've been to some amazing vegan restaurants In NYC so my expectations were high and this cafe didn't disappoint. This cafe definitely separates itself from what's out there. Overall I definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
Awesome chef curated vegan menu. The chef was very attentive. Service was very efficient. It's a small restaurant but very cozy. They DO serve beer and wine! We got an amazing bottle of Rombauer Chardonnay. Delightful!

Yelp
So the food here is great, we ordered lasagna, protabello mushroom chicken fried "steak" and some other items. The service was pretty good, except it's a given you should come around more freuqnetly than once during the meal to offer tea or water refills. Also using "my love" everytime to address someone might become annoying. The biggest issue with this place is it's very cramped. There was barely enough room to wait on a table and the seating was cramped, I don't understand why the kitchen extends that far into the dinigh area? Also is $4 for iced tea the going rate now? Finally I need to mention we got the TLC basket as an appetizer which was good, and they offered for us to try all of the different sauces. The sauces were good, but each one was $1.50, so maybe warn people next time that the sauces together are going to cost as much as the appetizer itself.

Yelp
Vegan and gluten free review! I came to Dallas for a work trip and wanted to find a yummy vegan restaurant to try. This was the ticket! Everything was amazing, from the food to the very attentive service. Most items on the menu are gluten free which was awesome. The plating is done beautifully and there are some really creative dishes. I wish this was in Austin!
