Nashville Fall Restaurant Openings to Know - Eater Nashville

"The first venture into Nashville for Paige Hospitality Group, Ainsworth is expected to join the Midtown Aertson development this fall. The restaurant is best known as an upscale sports bar, and a New York location’s menu shows small plates like ricotta meatballs and sushi-grade tuna tartare. Ainsworth has posted hiring notices on several job hiring sites, so the opening appears to be soon, but inquiring emails have gone unanswered." - Delia Jo Ramsey

First time here and didn’t disappoint! Love the decor and ambiance. Their brunch menu is amazing! We tried the chicken and waffles and the Ainsworth Chicken Club plus some mimosas of course! Their truffle and prosciutto fries are the best! Can’t wait to come back and try new items from their menu!

We visited for dinner on a work outing with a group of 9 people on a Tuesday evening. I believe we were the only people in the entire restaurant. The food was average. We had appetizers of hot wings, garlic Parmesan wings, and crawfish Mac n cheese. The wings were average, similar to eating at any wing resataraunt. The Mac n cheese is very good however there was no sign of the crawfish. For the main course we had Cajun pasta, beef sliders, and a bison burger. The Cajun pasta was pretty good, although I felt it could have been served with bread or something as it had a lot of sauce. The sliders were very average, the buns they were served on were very hard and some of our group had to remove the patty to eat them. The bison burger seemed to be the favorite at our table. Two of our group had it and enjoyed it. Our service was excellent and the ambience was nice. Overall this isn't a place I would go out of my way to eat at.

Came here for Saturday brunch and I loved the atmosphere! The music and aesthetics were great, and we received the best service! Jacob was so nice to us! The fried shrimp had a bit too much buffalo sauce on it in my opinion, but the carnivore biscuit was so freaking good! Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and now I see why there wasn’t an empty seat in there.

Decided to head downtown to have some brunch at a restaurant we haven't tried yet. We tried to make reservations online but it kept erroring out but the hostess was kind and gave us several options to stay and eat, we chose to sit at the bar. The atmosphere was awesome very vibrant and up beat with lots of TV's to keep up with the sports. They even had a DJ, which is apparently normal for a Saturday. The only thing I would have liked is for the volume to be a tad lower so we didn't have to feel like we're yelling at each other to talk but other than that it was a great experience. The bartender was nice and attentive and served us quickly. The food was delicious just make sure you go with an appetite lol.. If you order the cinnamon roll you better have some help because it's giant and delicious. We'll definitely be going back.

Went for a girls brunch. I was instantly impressed when walking in the door... the ambiance and decor were super cute. We were instantly sat, brought water, and greeted by our server. Loved that they had a live DJ. My only complaint was, the music was a bit loud, making it hard to hear the people at the table. I ordered the Coco Rita to drink. It's the perfect mix of a Pina colada and margarita mixed together. For my meal I ordered the chicken and waffles. They were good, nothing spectacular but still good. We ordered the fruit plate for the table. Loved that the fruit was drizzled with honey. After eating, we hung out in the lounge area and took photos with their adorable grass wall and neons.

Lorin our waitress went ABOVE AND BEYOND with taking care of our party of 15. She was always making sure we had the food & drinks we wanted & even brought out sparklers & hooked us up with free food that the chefs made for us 😭🙌🏼 She was so funny, genuine, caring and sweet. It was so nice to be given such wonderful hospitality and even given some free bites🔥

If I could give ten stars, I would! Best birthday brunch ever. Mimosas were only $20 a bottle. The wings and flavor of the food was so bomb. The DJ was playing a great list and the photo ops were great.

Update September 8th 2023 This restaurant is not the same. They are under new management. Everything has changed staff, music, menu, vibe. Lowered my review not some place I would like to go again. It was a group of 5 we set at a booth. The music was very loud the menu had nothing the waitress was dressed for a nightclub scene we asked what happened and that's when we found out they were under new management so we left. Please get the vibe right again, we went on the weekend around 6-8p and it was empty. First time customer went on a Thursday round 230pm not crowded around this time. Parking can be a nightmare because its close to vandy and all parking is a charge unless you are lucky. Great customer service, they have vegan options the burger is beyond meat, the cauliflower side is delicious, their mimosa are good. I heard they have game night and a dj that comes not sure time or days. This place is huge and nice. Love the wood plating used everything was great. First time 12/4/21 went for brunch around 1130a, parking can be a bit challenging around this time. There was a crowd around this time they had live music, $20 mimosas (you get one bottle of champagne with a jar of orange juice) there was four of us and we each was able to have 2 glasses each the drinks were good. The food for a vegan was not all that great they have salads and sides. I got the arugula salad $15 which came with a un-vegan homemade dressing, the salad was not good, also got the breakfast potatoes $5 with no cheese which was the best thing I could eat. If you are looking for somewhere to get drinks around brunch I recommend this place. They need to do better on there food options.

Yelp
Pass by Nashville on my mini roadtrip .. and the Ainsworth was the best spot for a Saturday night . The food was great, the music was good & the neon lights are just perfect for photo props ! Great vibe and super fun ! Definitely recommend

Yelp
Came here for brunch on a Sunday to end my Nash Bash. It's honestly a really cute, aesthetic place and I know when it's packed it's a great time. The DJ kept the music playing but at a classy level which was nice. For drinks, we did mimosas. They had a special where you could buy a bottle of champagne (I think it was like $30) and it comes with juice - HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The 3 of us were each able to have about 3-4 mimosas with our food. To eat, I had the veggie frittata and ordered a side of potatoes (which I think I could've subbed out the toast instead ). I liked it and ate just about all of it. Potatoes were good dipped in ketchup and had a crisp to them, I would've preferred a bit more salt though. The only reason I took away a star was because it was hard to find a central menu and upon arrival, the menu was smaller than expected and missing some of the items we were looking forward to. Not sure if some items rotate, but I'm sure you know what it's like to have your heart set on a dish and it not be on the menu when you get there! Also, there were only 2 servers working the day we came so things were a tiny bit slow but our waiter tried his best!

Yelp
We were celebrating my homegirls birthday for brunch and she suggested Ainsworth so we pulled up! We arrived on a Sunday at 1230 and were seated rather promptly. There was only 2 waiters there and we could definitely tell. Our drink orders were taken rather quickly. We ordered the mimosas for $40. They're not bottomless so don't get that confused. Just a bottle and some orange juice and once you're done you're done. We split that among 3 people and it worked out but if you have a larger group I suggest ordering maybe two. One thing to note is they don't split this amongst tabs so one person would have to cover this. I ordered the French toast sticks & a side of 2 eggs which came at a total of $26, which in my opinion is pretty reasonable. The menu was scarce which was surprising--not that many options to choose from. After ordering our food the wait was longgggggg. Given they did only have two waiters, but we waited for what felt like forever before we finally got our food. French Toast: 10/10 Eggs: 4/10 The French toast carried but the eggs were lacking flavor. Even after adding salt and pepper it just didn't give: Overall, great ambiance and aesthetic. The DJ was playing good music and the decor was nice. Just wished the menu was as extensive as I saw online and on Yelp, but perhaps the menu changes over time.

Yelp
This was recommend for us to go to by an airline employee that sat next to us on her flight home. It was pretty good for brunch it very unusual chicken n waffles. I had the eggs Benedict and it was good. Pretty much a good choice considering it was further out then we were wanting to go. Got lost trying to find the place though. There was a bad I think and a baby shower or meeting of sorts.

Yelp
A great brunch vibe for our group of friends to celebrate a couple of birthdays. They even put a sparkler in our mimosa bucket for them to celebrate! Chicken and waffles were pretty great. The Mac and cheese burger is one of their top sellers and for good reason - Instagram worthy! It definitely was filling but also seemed like it was lacking a sauce or a flavor of some sort to me. The fries were fantastic! Drinks and bloodys were flowing and we enjoyed! A great place to hang out for awhile with any sized group - a ton of TVs and Dj style music as well!

Yelp
We made a reservation for this place, one person in our party had been before and loved it, we were running about 5 minutes behind due to traffic so we called to let them know this (apparently there is a 5-10 minute grace period) and whoever we spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. I would've been understanding of this being an annoyance if the place was really busy but it was completely dead when we arrived. The service was only downhill from there. We were also in a party of 4 but could only split the checks 3 ways? Which was just so strange to me. With that being said, the ambiance is pretty cute. I had the biscuits and gravy and a Bloody Mary, both were SO good! I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to go here, I think there are much better options in Nashville.

Yelp
We came for brunch. Food was 10/10. However there was a DJ who was playing way too loud so just keep that in mind if your going hungover.

Yelp
Finally got the chance to experience a #norequestsbrunch at the Ainsworth. It was one of my friend's birthday and she invited a group of us to come. I ordered a chorizo omelette which came with breakfast potatoes. I wasn't impressed with the food, it was pretty bland in my opinion. One of my friends ordered the chicken and waffles and said it was really good so I'm going to try that next time. You can buy a mimosa bottle where they bring you a bottle of champagne and your juice of choice which isn't a bad deal. As for the ambiance, it was definitely a fun vibe. The dj played top 40 pop and hip hop and there were a few bachelorette parties dancing to the music. It was a good mix of guys and girls there as well. Overall, I'd recommend coming to their brunch if your looking for a good time and some mimosas!
google avatar

Brittany P.

Yelp
We came here for brunch - another stop on our bachelorette trip. I got the French toast, which was good. It didn't blow me away but it wasn't bad by any means. It was good. There was about 10 of us and the server was kind and accommodating. It's not easy to serve big parties. The stars mainly come from the ambiance. This place is GREAT for photos (if that's what you're into lol). When you walk in they have a leaf wall with a neon sign and swing - its prime real estate for my Instagram people out there (see photo below). They have a location in Hoboken NJ that I've been to but I found the one in Nashville to be way nicer.

Yelp
I was visiting Nashville with a couple of girlfriends and we stopped by this place, we thought it would be a great way to start Nashville. Boy, Were we wrong. Service was terrible. Half the bar wasn't stocked, drinks came out at separate times (there were only 4 of us), food was forgotten, and we had to request water 3 times. On top of the issues with food/bar and service, we paid the bill and only after the bill was paid did we see there was a large party 20% gratuities added prior to the tip we left! May I mention once again, there were only 4 of us... We called several times over the weekend to speak with someone which we figured we could resolve the issue (or at least wanted to be heard.) However no one answered the phone. This place should be out of business if it isn't already.
google avatar

Brittany S.

Yelp
So much yes! Mariah was amazing. Vibe is perfect. Loved everything about it. Our server really went above and beyond to make our experience that much better.
google avatar

Sarah A.

Yelp
Didn't even eat there yet and had the weirdest experience. I made a reservation two months in advance for a bachelorette party. They called to confirm two days before. Two hours before my reservation they called and said there was a private event and we had to either come early or cancel. I explained that we were on a flight so likely couldn't make the earlier time but would try. The lady was SO rude and literally hung up on me? It was there mistake / mix up and the hostess that called me was such a brat about it. Like I said I haven't eaten there yet so can't attest to the food but that phone call was sooo bizarre and obviously costumer service isn't a huge concern for them lol. You would think if THEY messed up, they would be a little more apologetic and not hang up on a guest mid phone call. So weird and not a fan so far lol. Editing to add I never write reviews this was just so strange that I had to

Yelp
If you are in Nashville... go to this place! i had this AMAZING server, Mya! Ask for her if you come here. She is the BEST! 3 for 1 drinks and they were made with love!!!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Popular Brunch Spot in the Nashville area! Crowd is very diverse which is something I enjoyed. The place and ambiance of it is extremely nice. Very spacious at the bar, side section that can be reserved for parties with a swing, booth seatings like that are like sections, and has a good playlist of pop music. They have mimosas which you get by the bottle and order that way. Their brunch menu was a bit limited overall which was the negative about the restaurant. However, the food (I ordered Chicken & Waffles) was great! Seasoned very well, waffle was soft and not dry. Servers were also fast and friendly.
google avatar

Yelp
" Single ladies" by Beyoncé is blasting from PA speakers while a DJ with a bowl cut and XL aviator shades casually nods his head, feeling the vibes coming from the army mimosa filled 20 something's. It's New Year's Eve. I'm told that "too turnt tony" will be here tonight for a party. I look him up on YouTube; I see a video of him perform a helicopter-swinging motion with his penis in front of his parents. His dad comments, "we made that." He is referring to his son's penis. (For a $50 ticket to the party tonight we guests may also have the pleasure.) The waiter shouts to see if I want another bloody merry. At the entrance there is a wall with astroturf designed for aesthetic Instagram posts. On the wall a sign in pink neon reads, "it was all a dream." Truly. Food was alright. My salmon was a little over cooked and the chicken was fried in a way so that all the skin slides off when you cut it. Truffle fries were p good. Water was definitely tap. The carnivore biscuit is a surprisingly small portion. 4/5
google avatar

Rebecca I.

Yelp
I came here for a bachelorette party brunch and the inside decor is so stunning and cute. The whole ambiance of the place is very millennial and pretty. There are plenty of places for cute instagram phones up front. Brunch is nice because you can get mimosa buckets for the table that come with fireworks. Also if you want some Nashville hot chicken for breakfast recommend the chicken biscuit. It also comes with wings!

Yelp
We came to Ainsworth for my friends birthday and was seated in the couch area near the windows. Ainsworth definitely is a vibe music and atmosphere wise. As far as food ehhhh so so. We ordered multiple $20 bottles of champagne with Oj for our party, which was more than enough to get that good brunch buzz. Olivia, hands down was THE BEST server. She was very accommodating and attentive to us even with the other parties she had to tend to as well. If you go to Ainsworth ask for Olivia. You won't be disappointed. The food was mediocre. I order chicken and waffles and needless to say my chicken was pretty much over cooked in the fryer. It lacked flavoring greatly. The waffle was dry and was brought to us rather room temp-ish as if our plates had been sitting for a while. Mind you it took us over an hour to receive our food. But we didn't complain seeing that Olivia was great and the drinks made up for that. I highly recommend the French toast with the berry compote. I definitely should've ordered that. Thankfully, my friends were willing to share their meal. Other than the chicken being extremely dry like the Sahara desert and them being out of deviled eggs I don't have any other complaints.

Yelp
*Review is for their happy hour only* Anyone who knows me knows I love a good happy hour. The Ainsworth's happy hour is $3 drafts, $4 well drinks and $5 glasses of wine from 4 pm-7 pm. First of all, this is a great deal and a happy hour that goes until 7 keeps the happy going longer. I believe that they also have daily food specials as well but those change daily. My friend and I both ordered their Wycliff Rose which was a delicious, refreshing wine. It was so good that both of us had two glasses each! The two bartenders were both really friendly and nice. As far as ambiance, the Ainsworth is definitely very modern and trendy. It has a very appealing interior for an upscale sports bar. The food looks really good here and my friend recommended coming for brunch so I am sure I'll be back! The drinks, happy hour prices, service and atmosphere were all great.
google avatar

Sharon P.

Yelp
I organized a 23 woman bachelorette party in Nashville and the Ainsworth was one of our dining out destinations during the weekend. They did not disappoint. The place has a great interior and energy, trendy yet comfortable with great local live music. The night we were here it wasn't country music so I can't state what type is usually performed but they were very talented. Our server was friendly and attentive and our food came out in a timely manner. We had the appetizers like their fried pickles (we doubled up, yum), Buffalo cauliflower (so hot, so be ready), and the pretzel bites. As entrées we tried the mushroom risotto, the salmon, and ribeye grilled cheese ). Depending on what you're looking for in Nashville, this is a great place to dine out at night. I especially loved their creative cocktails so check out my photos.
google avatar

Lindsay O.

Yelp
I've been coming here for brunch for years. I live nearby so it's always easy to walk to. There is a parking garage nearby for those who want to drive. My friends and I went for brunch and got a bottle of champagne. The bottles were $20 split between 3 people so not too bad. I got the burger, which was really good. My friend got the avocado toast and was surprised to find she liked the goat cheese on it (she's more of a feta lover). If you're wanting a quiet place to eat, this is not that spot. If you're wanting to have a dj play music while you eat, then this is the spot for you!
google avatar

Alexis B.

Yelp
This was a real vibe! Made a reservation through open table for 230! When we got there, we were seated immediately! It was def a vibe. Music playing, drinks in motion, and the food was pretty good! You could tell our waiter had a few tables but he was still very attentive to us! We ordered mimosas and shots-both came out pretty fast! I ordered the stark and eggs and my friends ordered French toast and the other the chicken and waffle sliders! Everything g was great! Will def be back!
google avatar

Camilla J.

Yelp
Visited them during this weeks soft opening and totally fell in love with the concept. It's like someone took this cool nightclub and decided to make it a sports bar! Just the entrance is like a walkway into a different mindset. The feeling is very welcome, and I can definitely see us watching sports and rooting for our teams but also just hanging out in the bar with a crafted cocktail or dining. I live their big leather boots and I can't wait for the weather to be warm again, they have an "outdoor/indoor" area with big garage port windows that opens up all the way. Our waiter was Destiny and she took excellent care of us! We also had the manager Garret come by to check on our experience. The menu is a bit smaller right now due to the soft opening but everything we had was absolutely delicious. We loved the "secret sauce" for the burgers, the truffle fries is a must and the hot chicken wings was perfect! Can't wait to be back :)
google avatar

Rashidah G.

Yelp
The place is a little pricey but I think it's because the experience is tacked on the quality of the food. I had a delicious beyond burger and mimosas! The mimosas set ups are $20 so that's a steal, the food is a little pricey. You can get a Mac n cheese burger for about $34. The large booth areas are lovable and it's plenty of spots to take cute pictures. Our waitress was a little hit or Miss , but every time she missed she made it up with a comp. I wasn't mad at her style at all. I'd go again for a friends gathering. Save this place for a cute outing. It's not an every weekend type of place and that's definitely a compliment.
google avatar

Melissa S.

Yelp
Me and three girlfriends went to Ainsworth for happy hour on a Thursday night. There are no food items on the happy hour menu. Also it's important to know that I'm a huge margarita fan and margaritas are not on the the happy hour menu. By the time I discovered the margaritas were not on the happy hour menu, I was ready to go. But since we had a party of four, it wasn't that easy. The band started their set at 7pm; very good! Loved the band. The vibe in Ainsworth, after 7pm, is nice and did I mention the band?
google avatar

Anna B.

Yelp
Atmosphere is 10/10!! It's literally so fun to eat here, and the decor is very instagrammble. The food is pretty gross though. My friend at the table said "you know if I owned a restaurant I'd be pretty embarrassed to serve food like this." Hahahahaha overall, you should go for drinks and a good time.
google avatar

Jeff H.

Yelp
Ainsworth, wow what a situation here during brunch. $1 Bloody Mary's and mimosas starting at 10am and increasing by one dollar every hour on the hour. If you're looking for a place to get lit and only have a few dollars in your pocket, join the throngs of people at Ainsworth this weekend doing the exact same. The space itself is a great combination being indoors with tons of televisions, and roll up doors that let in a breeze and trick you into thinking you're drinking outside. The front "patio" is the place to be, great views of the televisions, and you can easily hear the DJ; you didn't read that wrong, they have a DJ during brunch. If you're bored of the standard brunch scene, give Ainsworth a try and shake things up!
google avatar

Mary S.

Yelp
Terrible experience. The music is extremely too loud and the service is horrible. We were told they were out of queso and the server came out with the queso after 20 minutes and it was literally nacho cheese for 14$.. I asked if this was the normal queso and he said no it's the new queso they just started making tonight? Okay so you ran to Kroger and grabbed nacho cheese in a can...The rest of the food was meh. Too expensive for sub par experience. We won't be back.
google avatar

Cortina B.

Yelp
I had been wanting to try this place. While visiting my daughter, my son and I were able to give it a try! The service was great, the atmosphere was nice with a line DJ. We enjoyed our time there and would go back! Food was good, cocktails were nice. We had round of Green Tea Shots, those were good. Try it out if you have a chance!
google avatar

Yelp
Olivia was amazing!!! The vibe and drinks were SO good!! Food was ok...BUT.. Cinnamon Roll, truffle fries and chicken w were our favorites!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Our server Maya was amazing! the food was really good and they do a 3 for 1 deal on wells drinks during happy hour. Definitely recommend!

Trell S.

Yelp
Must have a mask to enter. This place looks really nice and the vibe was good. I liked the couch patio area. Pour your own mimosas so they are as strong as you make them. There are a lot of TVs and the music had the vibe just right. I ordered the Carnivore Biscuit and it was fulfilling. I brought half home and enjoyed it later for a snack. I came for brunch but the dinner menu looked good and I will be back to try it out. It was a forecast so the patio was cool (bring a jacket) or wait until it warms up some more. The booth is where we originally was seated but for a party of 7 that was not about to happen. I will say the booth fits 5 adults comfortable.

Matt D.

Yelp
I used to work here. I have been in the industry for over 12 years and I have to say, this place is as bad as it can get. The owner is not paying any of his employees or vendors, checks are constantly bouncing and there is still nothing being done about it after months of this going on. Don't waste your time or money on a business whos owner clearly doesn't care about any of his employees.

LaSashia C.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Service, not as great. Atmosphere TOP NOTCH. We made a reservation and they were ready to seat us right at the time.
google avatar

Ally E.

Yelp
The atmosphere is very lively and has loud music with a lot of young people. It was a fun bar setting and is perfect for large groups celebrating something like a 21st or bachelorette party. Our server was really nice as well. I would not recommend eating here unless you have a lot of time. We showed up at 145 for our 2 reservation and waited for a half an hour before we were seated. They just have a lot of bigger parties and is something you can just be aware of. I was in a party of 7 and we each ordered one drink and an entree and we were there for almost 3 hours. They might have had issues in the kitchen or some sort of reason for the delay but it was the slowest service I have ever experienced. It was your typical bar food which was fine and they had a lot of drink options. It was overall a nice place, just know that it will take a long time and is a bar atmosphere.

Yelp
We went to Ainsworth during brunch on a Sunday. Everyone was socially distanced during covid. I've heard their brunch food is better than dinner. They do have vegetarian options & gluten free. They also serve alcohol. Detailed take below: *Food: I ordered the Eggs Benedict with Crab meat. It was real crab meat, which matters to me. It came with a side of potatoes. My meal was good but my friend was not impressed with the biscuits & gravy, which is why I removed a star. Everyone else said their meals were good but it wasn't the best they had ever had. We also ordered bottomless mimosas. Not pet friendly. *Prices: The meals at brunch were an average of $15. Bottomless mimosas was also $15 (I believe). I would say this is about normal for the area & ambiance. *Ambiance: is so cute. Several places to take great single photos or group pics. In the back there is a private room that can be rented with a golf simulation. About 2pm during brunch they have a DJ & it gets pretty loud. So if you're wanting a quiet meal, go earlier. I didn't see any kids, almost everyone in there was 21-40. *Parking: There is no street parking but there is a pad lot next door. I think it's about $6. I did see prior reviews that say they validate & they no longer do that. *Service: Our server was great. Kept our drinks full.

Yelp
We were a party of 7 for a bachelorette party. We had a reservation. We did not need one because this restaurant was not busy at all. The service was horrible. The waiter kept forgetting about us. He brought us shot glasses for water but didn't bring the water until 15 minutes later. The vibe was super chill. When we finally were able to put our order in, I'm the food was delicious! Overall just need better staff. The bartender was rude. Only one person greeted us when we left.

Yelp
Wow! Un real! :D If you're looking for a place where you have no contact w your waiter for 30 minutes, are served bottles of champagne that are already over half empty, never get your appetizers, never get half of your entrees, eat mediocre food at 3x the price, then this is the place for you !!! :D By the end of the meal the way they "took care of us" was by taking one of the appetizers off of the bill..... that we never received.... Bc they ran out...... It honestly was kinda a fun experience bc it was such a surprisingly bad experience. But tbh save money go somewhere else :) Oh also waited 20 minutes for the paper receipt bc they won't split checks here and we never saw the paper receipt or our waiter again. Literally not one thing went right. Okie bye save ur money :D

Yelp
We made reservations for brunch after seeing ads for a St. Patrick's day brunch and mimosas specials on their website and their Instagram. When we got there, they acted like they had zero idea what we were talking about. A manager came over and said that they were going through a "rebrand" and that they would give us one bottle of champagne at the old special price. The whole experience was kinda weird and they did not care at all that their social media and webpage showed ads for specific events that they actually had no idea about. They kinda made us feel guilty for expecting advertised things to be available. Seems like they just have some things to figure out ? We did not end up staying and getting food. Was very disappointed especially because we traveled here for spring break and specially chose the Ainsworth to go to for a nice brunch.

Yelp
The service sucked!! I literally saw mice in the kitchen so we left pls don't eat here. And the guy that owns Mayweather gym Dewann Blake is apart of the team and he's a jerk that doesn't care about customers and Dj crisis has the right name bc he's clueless and wasn't helping at all and he's supposed to be a owner on this. This is the worst place to spend your night. The mice were actually nicer then the service.

Yelp
Let's start w/ the waiter, rude and did not like his tone he used w/ my party. The food was very skimp for the prices they were charging. Also, the menu was very short for brunch and didn't have many options to choose from. Plus, you can't order from the other sections of the menu during brunch hours. (This photo is of 'fries'.)

Yelp
I'm not sure what this restaurant is going through but it's seems like a remodel. The music was great, but unfortunately they didn't have what I wanted which seemed like a popular menu item. The service was unfortunately a little slow as well. A great place to watch a game but not my favorite to dine.

Yelp
Now rebranded as TMRW, this place was almost empty at 7pm on Friday. And for good reason. The music was so loud we had to scream to talk to each other, and the restaurant wasn't even 1/4 full. Despite being practically empty, drinks took over 15 minutes and we only had 2 drinks. When someone in our party asked to confirm if what she was ordering was vegetarian, the waiter looked at her and asked "where are you from?" (She is not white). He then proceeded to say "we're in the south. We eat things that are killed here. I can ask the chef if you really want." Being vegetarian is a very common thing. What kind of server is so rude about dietary restrictions? We also had to ask more than once for more water, and the server again had an attitude. The "bron baby" drink was supposed to be spicy tequila with grapefruit, but tasted like literal cucumber water with no alcohol. The stuffed mushrooms and fried artichoke hearts are listed as dinner entrees and are within a dollar of the other entree prices, but the quantity was truly laughable. $14 for 7-8 mushrooms the size of literal quarters. The fried artichoke hearts came with 6-7 hearts, also for $14. The catfish tacos were cold in the middle. Lastly, the server said he couldn't do individual tickets even though they use toast, which we know for a fact does let you split checks. Which sometimes we understand is restaurant policy, but that with the auto large party gratuity of 21% for 7 people even though that was stated nowhere in the menu or website, made TMRW solidly a restaurant we would never come back to. Prices, music, slow service, and food quality can be chalked up to TMRW still finding their groove. But the server's attitude and insensitive comments were just ridiculous.

Yelp
Who doesn't like a party and music while drinking mimosas? I hosted a brunch for my meetup group here. It was 18 of us total. Our waitress was amazing. I wish I remembered her name ‍‍. The Ainsworth offers a bottle of champagne and a craft of orange juice for $18 dollars. I'll say it again $18 dollars!! It was love at first sight for me. I enjoyed the music and the vibes. The food was mediocre, but when you can buy a bottle of champagne for $18 dollars, who cares about the food. I'll be back for brunch and more champagne!!!

Yelp
Tried Ainsworth on a trip here from Washington DC as it was my first time in Nashville. Omg let me say. The food was amazing!! I got the Mac and cheese burger which had Mac and cheese on top and fried Mac and cheese on the bottom. By far the best burger I've had!! The only thing I didn't like was the atmosphere. In DC we do brunch different so I'm probably a little bias but the techno/house music was a complete turn OFF. This place definitely has potential they change the music and make it more to what people want to hear. Other than that it was good!!!

Yelp
My friends and I came to this location for brunch during a bachelorette weekend. It was such an unfortunate experience we had with the waiter Lorin. For as much as we heard about how great Ainsworth - especially the scenery...the waiter deferred that. We ordered our drinks first only to received them 1 hour after we received our food. Other parties ordered a bottle of champagne and they received sparklers with it. We only received the bottle and the ice bucket stand for it. Lorin blamed her tablet for the slowness; however, we see other servers did not have any issues. The only saving grace was the food was good. Other than that - we were very disappointed in the service received. She hardly checked on us when we received our meals. Nashville was a great time but this restaurant experience was the unfortunate part.

Yelp
I so wanted to enjoy this place, and it has potential, but I should have paid attention to the other reviews that talked about the service issues. We were there for a special event which I outlined in my online reservation along with a couple of requests for the type of table we needed based on some of our party, but when we got there they obviously had not read that and we had to request it again and had to make a last-minute change. Overall, not a big deal. We got appetizers in a timely fashion, but then it was about 20 minutes before we had our server come back to take our order. Then we waited another 30 minutes for our food to arrive, having to ask two times if it was coming soon. Finally, an hour and 20 minutes after we had arrived, we were eating dinner. The food was fine, but not anything more than you would get out an Applebee's, to be honest. The place has a good five, the music is pretty loud, and really it's just I think meant to be a place where you go in, get more food, and hang out for two or three hours while he drinks. Nothing wrong with that, but we were there for dinner also, and apparently that's something they are still working on perfect in terms of service, based on our experience and other reviews Also be aware that there is little to no parking near the restaurant. We had to use a parking garage that was about a 10 minute walk from the restaurant

Yelp
Celebrating birthdays, we had an amazing time. The food was really good, and the atmosphere was at a 10 the entire time! Will definitely go back! The Hole-In-1 Burger w/ Mac N Cheese were amazing!

Yelp
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went for brunch at 11 am and they told us they don't sell coffee, the electronic menu wouldn't work, menu changes so they didn't know what was offered for the day. We booked our brunch based on the pics and reviews but they must have changed owners because it looks and feels much different. It's a night club, smells like smoke and alcohol and they had a DJ blasting bass at 11 am. We couldn't hear ourselves talk over it. Ended up leaving before we got food. Too loud, nightclub vibe is probably fun for night time but not a classic brunch place like we thought.

Yelp
The Ainsworth definitely passes the vibe check - expect a cool vibe, great bar atmosphere, DJs on the weekends, plenty of TVs for Sunday Game Days and a variety of insta-worthy pop-up events and specials for all the days in-between. The Shrimp and Grits was not the best I've ever had - they've got a lot of competition from some real southern gems here in Middle TN - but it was still pretty good. Their brunch menu looks delicious and I'm looking forward to going back to try it out.
