We tried the Al Pastor and Carne Asada breakfast burritos, along with guacamole and chips. The burritos were okay definitely not the best I’ve had, but still decent. The guacamole and chips were fresh and tasty. What really stood out was the iced latte, it was smooth, flavorful, and surprisingly good for a place like this. Overall, a solid stop for a casual meal, especially if you’re in the mood for a good coffee.

I came here to get an al pastor burrito. I figured it would have some al pastor in it. But realistically it was a beans and rice burrito, it was pathetic. Theres almost no meat. I dont understand why you wouldn't just increase the price of the burrito so you can actually put meat in it. I dont care to pay a few more dollars to actually get what I want. Overall a pathetic burrito which in no way resembled a meat burrito.

I was a bit surprised at how high these reviews are. I thought the food was just okay and the prices were on the higher side for the size of the burrito I got (Carne asada). Overall not bad, but not great. I'll keep going to El Camion.

Sensational Mexican cuisine for the non meat eater particularly! Ideal for Takeout, with a convenient order window, and a colorful decor for Indoor seating. Excellent all natural fruit drinks! Ten dollar Burritos that are hunger satisfying, flavorful, and memorable. Still haven’t quite found something as memorable as the papas Dulce/kale combination. Always blown away with every bite!

Great place to get a quick bite! Was biking by and decided to get an Al pastor burrito from here and it was awesome. Nothing super crazy food wise but an overall great place to stop. The pineapple in the Al pastor really stood out and made it the perfect amount of sweet definitely recommend if your passing through Wallingford.

Such flavorful food, good sized portions, and plenty of different options on the menu. Small place with friendly people and kitchen staff making items to order - within view. Was impressed with the flavors, even in the side dishes of rice and beans. And the salad bowl dressings were great with string flavors too. Most things on the menu at $10 or less, which usually includes sides. Recommend the Tazones (salad bowl) and the hominy tacos!!

Look the food is really good and I love this place, but you are probably wondering why I only give two stars. Well, I value good reviews to inform me, that is what I am trying to do here. This place had wonderful food, and I really like going here, I am a frequent customer - you should go here and eat! These guys can't do coffee to save their life. It is their Achilles Heel. I have had the drip, the latte, and the cafe con leche... The Cafe Con Leche was a bitter, luke warm, nightmare that tasted like water - for $4.85... The latte was devoid of coffee flavor and had no froth at all, it was total liquid. The drip was weak and that is generous. I love the food here, but they either got to take the coffee off the menu or get the staff properly trained on how to make coffee - this is meant to inform and help out. Consistency is key.

Dinner Burritos are ok. It's just rice, beans, and meat with a side of salsa. Not much pops out. The tacos look better

OMG the tortilla soup The broth is insanely good. The tortilla strips are baked I think, crunchy, deelish. Comes with those, diced onion, lime and cilantro. Just throw everything in the soup and eat it! You can't miss I got the mini quesadillas and it makes for a great lunch. Awesome service great little joint with excellent colored Mexican tile designs. Really comfy place to get a bite. Keep coming back my fellow Yelpians. Don't forget to tip your servers! Hugs love and communism for all

Food: 2/5, drink: 2/5, service: 3.5/5 We got two super green bowls, one with carne asada, and one with hominy & spinach (vegan). My partner liked his hominy & spinach bowl VS. I very much disliked my carne asada super green bowl. The salad base mixed with guacamole was quite flavorful and fresh, but the carne asada was the worst I've ever had - extremely salty and drier than some beef jerky I've had. It honestly was a suffering to eat the carne asada. What confused me was that they charge $2+ more for carne asada compared to other protein... We also got an agua fresca (jamaica flavor). It was the worst I've ever had - extremely sweet yet with an after-taste similar to the one you'd get from artificial sweetner??? My tastebuds were both suffering and confused. Chewing the carne asada and drinking the agua fresca side by side was quite the disaster for my poor tastebuds that day =( Food was served fast and the front staff was helpful, but this is a fast food style restaurant so there really wasn't much service going on - you also need to bus your own table. My partner seemed to have enjoyed his vegan super green bowl as well as the vegan burrito he ordered for to-go, thus I'm rating this place 3/5 instead of 2/5.

This place sucks Chorizo burrito, more like ChonChon Burrito, bruh they gave me some shit that literally looks like it came out of a babies arse I've had a chorizo burrito before, my grandmother is Mexican, what they are serving you is Dog shit Right off the bat the service sucked, very rude. If you want real Mexican food, go to "Carnitas Michoacán" on beacon hill, shits fire and their customer service is top tier, thank me later.

TNT is a Mexican restaurant with a take out window that also has limited indoor seating. The menu spans the classics, and depending on what you order, it can be a solid or a disaster. Definitely order the tacos. These were delicious, especially the chicken and carne asada and the price is right. The burritos here are also done right and filling. The big disappointment would be the chilaquiles, as the chips were extremely soggy. Service is fast and the prices are great. But I would stick to tacos and burritos here.

TNT Taqueria is right in the neighborhood so when looking for a quick bite, TNT is quick to serve up a some Mexi favorites in short order. I've been here a few times before, but on my latest visit my buddy wanted something quick and not too crowded on a chilly night and all the local noodle and soup places were packed, TNT here was empty. I got an order of the Carne Asada quesadillas. The quesadillas were sufficiently cheesy and had a nice meaty amount of the asada. It came with a spicy salsa which was nice, but I wish there was more readily available. I suppose TNT is more of take-out spot because even on the tables there is only a single Tapatio hot sauce bottle. I could've asked for more, but as an eat in order I feel like there could be more little additions and offerings to the plates as is. TNT is a solid Mexi spot with a fair number of choices, decent food, outdoor and indoor seating right in the middle of the neighborhood.

Decent taqueria, fits the bill for a quick lunch! Located on the main drag of Wallingford, that will hit the spot if you're craving some Mexican.

I personally think that it's hard to find a good taco in Seattle when I compare it to the tacos found south, whether that be in Burien/White Center all the way down to California - so my standards are quite high. TNT Taqueria is one of the closer Mexican spots in my side of town, so I took a chance on them last week. I ordered their green chile chicken tacos platter which came with three tacos and a side of rice and beans. The chicken was good, but I didn't like the tortillas all that much. I also had avocado cream which really added to the flavor. But even then, the tortillas were a no for me. Rice and beans were decent though, helped keep me full during my lunch. For the Wallingford area, these tacos are decent. But I think I would rather take the extra drive for something more to my taste.

I love TNT! I have been coming here for years every time I come visit my friend in Wallingford. The burritos are big and high quality without costing too much. You order at a counter outside and they quickly make your order. They do have some inside seating but I've always just ordered to go. I love the habanero hot sauce. My favorite order is the chicken chili burrito no rice.

Great local taco place. The owners are always friendly and accommodating. I normally get the breakfast burrito but turkish style one is very nice as well.

I used to love eating here, but lately it's been off. Understandably, the prices went up, but then they started adding less meat and using more filler. Why raise the cost if you're going to give me less of what became more expensive? About every visit, something is wrong or missing from my order. Order something with eggs and no matter what the ticket says, they give me scrambeld. Service here also used to be pleasant, but now you get left standing at the window for 10 minutes waiting for someone to greet you. No "Hello," or "I'll be right with you." Meanwhile, the pickup order is getting cold in front of you. You feel more like a bother to the staff than a paying customer. Considering the cost of a single dish is around $20 after a tip, I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

Came here with a friend and liked it! You order at the window and there are a few tables in the dining area. Food was very tasty, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My one suggestion would be to make sure the door latches to the dining area. It was quite a chilly day and since the door doesn't close all the way, it was very cold. Otherwise, it was a good experience: good food, good service and cool little shop!

This place rocks! Some of the best tacos I've had...and I grew up in the SW USA eating Mexican food and tacos regularly. When I'm in Seattle, this is going to be a regular stop!

One of my favorite sources of breakfast burritos. Usually get it with carne asada. Walk up window is convenient. Solid option of ordering online for pickup.

For no particular reason I haven't been to TnT in a while, today I stopped by and got the Al Pastor Taco Plate and it was spot on! Good flavor on the pork, slight pineapple chunks and a little char. Add some Habanero to spice it up and get to work kid! Nice little Mexican candy on the way out

My partner and I decided to try out TNT taqueria for dinner. The service was friendly and they were patient with us as we looked through the menu. The burrito was absolutely delicious (according to my partner) - it had a "homemade" taste to it! The quesadillas were okay - the portion was great but we felt that they lacked just a little bit in flavor. But, the sauces they provide help out with that a lot! Overall, a great experience. We will be coming again soon :)

The food is always yum, as a Vegetarian it's hard to find places with good tacos and two options and they have both. I love the food . I wish they had more outdoor seating the inside is a bit not as appealing. But food is always really good

Not so good lately. In my last few visits the beans have been flavorless, rice undercooked, and tacos missing seasoning. Also, the staff doesn't understand the word "vegan". Not to mention it's difficult to order through a microphone, like you're buying tickets at a train station. It would be a better experience if they got rid of the stupid glass and microphone.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Aboustley they most trash Mexican food in Seattle. The tacos were horrific, no flavor at all. And the worst part is there charging an arm and a leg and serving up straight rubbish. Save your money and go elsewhere because TNT is an absolute bust.

AMAZING. My go to breakfast in Seattle. Breakfast torta hits every single time: I get mine cut in half you have to request it is not automatic. The tapatio aioli is a MUST. Don't forget your aqua Fresca!

Breakfast burritos are delicious. All options when it comes to veggies and meat. They also do great breakfast sandwich options outside of burritos. Stick with their breakfast items and you will enjoy your morning. Personally go here less for lunch but if you're looking for something quick and easy a burrito or a quesadilla you can't go wrong with

I love their breakfast burritos - adding the avocado sauce is a game changer. I appreciate the outside facing window for quick pickups - makes it very easy to swing by on a whim. The inside is cute too - love the colorful tiles. The employees have always been very kind.

Go-to spot for breakfast burritos. Salsas are great too. My person fave is the papas dulce burrito with verde salsa since trying to eat less meat. My fiancé can attest that the chorizo burrito is great. Churros are great here too. They also do catering for my work and this place never disappoints. Consistently solid!

I love breakfast here. That is the soul reason I go here. A breakfast torta or burrito with horchata and an aqua fresca (watermelon flavor) is refreshing and grounding. DEFINITELY GET THE AVO SAUCE! Coming here on a lazy Sunday morning and eating at the park is the vibe. There is a window outside where you order from and quick service. I've dined inside before and it's pretty standard inside nothing spectacular but workers are really nice and love going on lazy Sunday when I don't feel like cooking!

Best Al Pastor burritos in Seattle. We ordered our burritos to go - service was speedy and they were made to perfection.

I know Imma get excellent food when the place looks like a hole in the wall- and TNT didn't disappoint! But even the decor inside was cool- vintage style movie posters and really pretty tile. Service was great and we got our food super fast! Will definitely be coming again!

The churro is heat but the rest of it is forgettable. The chicken tortilla soup needed 30% more chicken and the tacos needed some love.

Gotta love ordering tacos at a friendly walk-up window. I recently tried the green chili braised chicken tazone, a tasty (and gigantic) taco salad. Pro tip: get the avocado crema and try it on everything. Another highlight is the pineapple agua fresca - absolute perfection on a hot summer day. There isn't a lot of seating at the restaurant, but the food travels well and there's a cute park a couple blocks away.

I'm a Southern California girly so my standards for Mexican food are high and this place is SO GOOD. More than anything though, GET A CHURRO. Go just for churros. They're the best churros I've ever had!!!

TLDR: quick service delicious mexican food that's homemade and better than your average chipotle. The churros and horchata completed the experience. Hot salsa option was fantastic. Went with a fan and ordered outside. But we're able to search for two seats inside. I will say ur was hard to find. It's easy to find seating and watch them at work. Carne asada burrito: it was perfectly filled and had a generous amount of meat. Even the rice and beans were well seasoned. I was glad I got roasted jalapeño (the spiciest option). It added a great level of flavor to the food. Churro: more doughy than I'm used to - but I'm also used to carnival churros with a hollow center. It was dense and not too sweet. For a dollar it was a nice enjoyable freshly made dessert. The horchata was delicious. It was perfectly spiced and had a great cinnamon flavor and creamy texture. Overall I had an excellent meal here. I wish there was more seating indoors but I am sure that when the weather is better there's more comfortable seating outside too. I would come again and get another burrito, horchata, and churro. Food came out quick and was a great value.

They've severely declined in quality and service in the past year. The last two times I've ordered, they've screwed up. Last time, I got a taco platter and found no rice and beans once I got home. This time, I asked for a chicken taco platter plain and they gave me 3 separate meats with cheese, which I can't eat. This was one of my favorite spots but don't think I'll be back again.

Cause I'm TNT. I'm dynamite. Although AC/DC continues to play in my head after checking out TNT Taqueria, the food is far from mind-blowing or dynamic. It's simply ok. My wife and I went to TNT Taqueria on a cold Friday night. Not much seating, but that's fine - we took a "bar" seat next to the kitchen. We ordered: Taco plate with rice and beans Carne asada burrito I'll speak on behalf of the burrito, but the sentiment can be shared with the taco plate. Everything was just ok at best. I say this NOT as a compliment, but everything was just oddly too clean. When I chomp down on a burrito, I'm looking for a bit of grease and oil and cheesiness that makes a bit of a mess. Even a common Chipotle burrito can fit the bill. But this burrito lacked the greasiness that I craved for, and it was just simply too plain for my liking. Imagine a microwaveable burrito (I know this isn't one, but it had the consistency of one). I had to douse my burrito with sauce to get that flair I was looking for. Additionally, for $11 a burrito, that was one of the smallest and scrawniest burritos I had. My wife's plate was no different. A drenching of sauce was needed on those tacos. Another con was the rice and beans. I was hoping for some flavorful rice and refried beans; instead, the rice was so plain and the beans were just warm and boring pinto beans that lacked flavor. Again, the sauce (which was honestly the saving grace of this meal) had to be put to use for these sides, and we begrudgingly ate the rice and beans to not waste any food. Overall, this Mexican establishment...works. It'll satiate your taco or burrito cravings. But just barely.

We've already gone twice just for the churros! Plus, it's dangerously right next to our favorite boba shop, @youngteausa . Highly recommend for all your churro and taco needs!

Came to this place for dinner, after seeing good reviews on Yelp. This place is on a street full of good eats all around, but parking is not easy. It was good that it was not a hot day, cause their is no air conditioning, not many sitting space. You have to place your order first outside then take a seating place. We ordered their:- Chips & Salsa:- Warm chips with salty salsa, tasted good. Taco platter:- The tacos were good but the beans & rice a big no, just plain bland & stale. You can have your choice of topping on the taco i.e meat or veggie, I had the veggie one which came with sweet potatoes. Huevos Rancheros:- It was ok ok. So they ask you how you like your eggs in the dish, I like well done but not to the extent that is forms that brown crispy layer on the egg whites, ewww.Not good Overall, the experience was 50-50, the search for a good Mexican restaurant still continues...

There's a reason why there's always a line here... it's awesome. I've been here with a friend who's eats lunch here weekly because the variety and flavors are on point. Food: 5/5. We had a taco platter with chorizo, el pastor, and braised beef (5/5), washed down with a watermelon Agua Fresca (5/5). Would highly recommend the platter to try a variety of different meats. Service/Atmosphere: 5/5. The signage and decor is very intentional and on theme. I loved the upbeat Spanish music when I ate. I also enjoyed sitting outside near the ordering window at stools to soak up the sunshine. The service at the window is very no-nonsense and the food was served quickly.

Still on the hunt for tacos in Seattle that come even close to San Diego street tacos and sadly TNT was another miss. I got a 3 tacos plate with 2 carne asada and 1 al pastor and all lacked a strong flavor and juiciness. They were just okay and not worth coming back for, especially at the $12.25 price tag. Maybe next trip will be for a burrito but I'd say skip the tacos.

My friends and I were looking for a lunch place in Wallingford on a Sunday afternoon; I was a little worried about seating but TNT surprised us! We ordered our food at the counter and sat at the counter once it opened up. A lady delivered the food directly to our table. I didn't realize that the Quesadilla comes with a side of Pico AND another sauce, so I accidentally doubled up on Pico de Gallo :( If not, I would have asked for the Avocado Cream. The quesadilla is HUGE - the first and second slices were great, the third slice was a bit much, and the fourth slice was hard to get down. I think the pico and sauce are necessary to help, or you could just be a reasonable person and take it home after you get to that point. One thing I will note is if you eat there, beware of the counters outside - they are a bit wobbly and will shake if you put too much weight on them. Aside from that, had a great meal and would love to come back here for more food.

Never disappoints!! The soup had the perfect, spicy broth and the mini quesadillas are a nice touch.

Anytime you charge $1 for a side of salsa when it should be included is just not fair. Any Mexican spot is known for their courtesy salsas.

My partner and I came here on a Friday night. I've always had good experiences with TNT and really liked their food but haven't been in a couple of years. My partner ordered a carne asada burrito and I ordered an Al pastor burrito. For ~$23 we basically got rice and bean burritos. Not joking, I'm 2/3 of the way through my burrito and have only found 3 tiny pieces of pineapple and 1 little piece of pork. You can take a look at the pics and see how small I'm talking. Could've just gone down the street to Taco Time. From reading reviews it sounds like the staff working whichever day is the big factor in whether your order is going to be good or not. The sauce was good though! (We got avocado crema and verde) The service was great, food was fast to come out, which is why it's 2 stars not 1! It was just a bummer to basically get no meat):

Hi, my name is Max, and I'm a burritoholic. After hearing multiple times that TNT's breakfast burritos were 'SO GOOD!' I had to check it out for myself. Turns out I would not describe them as SO GOOD!...but I can get on board with 'pretty good.' I got the breakfast burrito with just eggs, and it was pretty decent. The eggs were nice and fluffy, but the potatoes could use more seasoning and more crisping, and there weren't quite enough of them. The pico was tasty, if quite basic, and the cheese is a vital component, but wasn't melted at all. Now the way this thing was assembled was seriously flawed. The first few bites I had were all egg and potato, with no pico or cheese, and the other end of the burrito was all pico and cheese, with no eggs or potatoes. A few bites in the middle had everything. Whoever rolled this thing needs some SERIOUS wrapping lessons. Pretty disappointing. My other gripe is that the salsa verde, 2nd from the top of their list ranked by spiciness, had literally ZERO heat (and not much flavor in general). If you want some kick, be sure to choose the habanero salsa. I'll probably swing by again to give them a second shot, and hopefully someone more proficient will be on burrito wrapping duty.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day & if you happen to stop by this hidden gem that provides quick service without compromise taste in a cute colorful atmosphere to take away from the hrey, your mouth and belly will both thank you. Highly recommend. Add avocado, cremasauce, chipotle to make it worth your while. A must for breakfast.

I feel foolish waiting so long to visit TNT. We finally rolled up on a Saturday around noon and easily found parking right out front. The line moved quickly and we grabbed one of three open tables inside where the food came out just a few minutes later. The al pastor torta was good with tasty meat and pineapple inclusions. The salad had an amazing dressing with the cotija cheese that really turned it into something delicious. Add in the beans with the delicious and perfectly spiced salsa verde - you'll have the perfect bite. Plus, a special callout to the PERFECT churro. Pro tip: a churro costs $1 - get one.

The churros are the star it was handed to me hot and crunch straight out of the fryer. It will be the best dollar you spend lol. Everything else was a solid week day night kinda food. We sat inside at the counter but also seating outside!

Quick service affordable price and very cute outside decor/ seating area. I've only tried the burritos and soup here not the tacos. Burritos are ok, I love the soup! They give you a separate box/plate of cilantro, lime, onions and tortilla strips to add into the soup - good portion and allows you to customize to your taste !
